Godrej Thermostat Refrigerator is a faulty one given to us. Neither cooling properly and water is coming out of it.

WORST SERVICE, Never buy Product from Godrej.

Service centre not helping.not replacing nor refunding, Dealer is also not helping us.

    This is to inform you, that I have purchased a fresh double door godrej refrigerator on 30 oct 2020 and now it is on warranty period, but now than i am facing cooling problem. i have repaired it many times but no permanent solution found.It runs smoothly for few days after repairing and than same cooling problem occurs. I am very much frustrated with Godrej services. Sir I therefore request to you kindly allow to replace my godrej refrigerator with new one.

      I bought refrigrator 2 year ago and when i switch on refrigrator compressor was blast and i paid fees for repair/change compressor total 2600,

      500 for technician and 2100 for feeling gas,
      its wok fine for 10 month, after that one also blast
      as per technician they told me do same process pay 500 and also 2100 for gas feeling,

      why i pay fee repeatadly the product is totally useless and also technician used abused words on call for there fees they told me (Madarchod, and Jhakmaar paisa dega ya ni dega, phone rakh madarchod )then they disconnected call,

      what i do now they abused me very badly i told him why you using abusing words for your fees just expain me your fees so i manage and pay you but the abused and disconnected my call now they not recieving my call

      i also called and explain this story to customer care executive they also not takken any action plz help me

      i'm not ready to pay any kind of money second time which first not worked even for 1 year so i have 5milion of subsceiber on instagram Facebook i will share call recording how godrej treats there customer and looting to customers by giving there useless products comete review i will share on Social media platforms

        It very sad to say that about your godrej service is very worst bcoz of we are trying past 25 days for refrigerator service but your representatives are not responding.

        even if generate complaint many times also.

        its refrigerator has brought just one moth before and you dispatched damaged piece refrigerator and same has to be informed to your concerned person. and no one has come for demo and instantiation process and replacement.

            Purchased an godrej ac from flipkart on[protected]. It might have been delivered after few days and installed. Installation was done by mr. Lekh raj from godrej. Soon after that lockdown started. And was much fear about covid. The ac was rarely used. The installation was faulty as in this winter we found that indoor unit was hanging from left side. On[protected] i registerd servicerequest to godrej for making the things right. On 01.06.2021 same lekhraj visited and told that it will be fixed day. But he didnot return on 02.06.2021. On 03.06.2021, a person named jaspal singh came. First he checked the working of ac. It was fine. Then he disconnected indoor unit from the outdoor unit. Removed the indoor unit from the wall. Fixed the gutties. And installed the inside unit. While making electrical connections between the indoor and outdoor units, he created a blunder, made wrong connections, which damaged some part. So the outdoor unit stopped functioning. After hit and trials he failed and called same lekhraj who had sent him. After sometime lekhraj came and checked the ac. He said that due to theit mistake pcb of the outdoor unit damaged. He requested that i shoud not complain to godrej, and promised to arrange pcb by claiming warranty claim against some other ac. He was contacted again and again, but response was one or two day. So on 14th i contacted godrej customer care. They gave me contact number of some mr. Sukhjinder singh. Sukhjinder singh promised to help but tilldate nothing done. Just false promises. Please help. During this my complaint no; [protected] was closed two times by claiming refusal of payment by the customer. Very shameful for godrej and their service centre hoshiarpur.

              This is to bring in to your notice that, I, Anubhuti Rai, is writing this complaint with very sad, frustrated and heavy heart. We had purchased Godrej Double Door Refrigerator in year 2011. It was working fine till September 2020.
              We reported our problem to customer care in October 2020 that there is a cooling issue. Our complaint was attended and a technician came and said that there is short in wiring of the compressor and it needs to be replaced.
              We agreed and paid for the compressor, and two technicians replaced it, as our fridge was out of warranty.
              After two days, it was again not working properly. So, Compressor got replaced again.
              In march (27th march) again, Freezer was not working, and there was no freezing, so compressor got replaced again in April (2nd).

              The technician told us to check after 72 hours. we checked it, water was not freezing to ice. So we called up and told him, but no one came nor no one picked our call.

              In May also we dropped msgs to the concerned person but no response was there.
              So, I called to customer care again. A fresh complaint was registered. The technician who came for the first time visited on 13th June. He said, there is a blockage. and said, wiring etc needs to be changed, gas to be filled.

              Next day the same technician who came at the third time (April) came and filled gas on 14th june.

              he said he will come next day but he didn't come. we asked the first technician to come and check as still freezer is not working to its full capacity.

              So, he came today 15th June and said the the technician has filled gas more than required.

              We are tired of this ordeal. Whole summer season has gone, and we didn't get chance to have ice or ice cream.

              We are feeling humiliated by Godrej. We trusted Godrej as since Childhood, we are associated with Godrej appliances and never thought of switching to different brand.

              Please look into this matter and escalate it as priority as we have faced a lot. Either solve the problem or replace our refrigerator with a brand new one.

                  Hello Godrej Team,
                  I raised a complain on 2nd June 2021 regarding washing machine issue i.e. drain valve damage.
                  From that day I am continuously chasing godrej customer services and as per them they are escalating this issue with their senior.
                  After chasing 4 times in toll free number they provided me one Manager phone number, I started chasing him also but till date not shorted, he has a good excuse of pandemic.
                  Very much socking when he is saying that he has still no information when this issue will resolve. It means godrej is not taking service responsibility for their products.
                  Within this 2 week, godrej team doesn't has so much curtsey to call customer and update the status, you can't believe I called service person as well as Manager but they are responsing me I will call you and update but in this complete period I didn't recieved any call.

                  Friends, Please think before buying godrej products.

                      Dear concern,
                      Recently bought 2 Deep fridge of Big brand firm GODREJ .Both fridges are stop working .Duly complaints are done and technicians visit done but as per technicians these are not repairable .Already call completed with supervisor but they are not able to provide any suitable answer he said that I have to escalate this issue with company then I will reply.
                      I am a shopkeeper and suffering from huge loss due to not working of deep fridges .I am loosing my clients .I am not a big brand company like Godrej .
                      I requesting to you please resolve my problem .
                      Copy of both fridges are attached and also complaint numbers.

                        I had purchased new Godrej 300 ltrs deep freezer on 13th March 2021 from Amazon Online Invoice no. IN-SBOK-335803, once it was installed at my place there was too much noise from the machine, the same was informed to the person who had come for installation. After following up with Ghatkopar services center on[protected], finally i got my machine replaced on 13th April.

                        Same day 13th April, i informed the Ghatkopar services center that the replaced machine is making more noise and also sent Audio recording to one of the service person who had installed my machine on 13th March.
                        After that i am following up with the Ghatkopar service center on[protected] as to what has to be done for the replacement machine and every day they say person will come after 2 days but till date no one has turned up.

                          Hi Team,

                          This is regarding my Godrej inverter Ac R32, its only around 2 years of purchase and i am really finding it hard.

                          This Ac has cooling issues, i have raised multiple request regarding this, called several times to your customer care.

                          In 2 years filled gas 3 times, Just 3 months i again paid for gas charging. Again same issue. Raised issue on your app but service has been rejected. I never got any calls

                          Enclosed is screenshot for suspended request, Request you to look into this concern and fix this trouble Ac.

                          Its almost 15 days now still the same issue, Noone seems to be bother in their patna service center.

                            My self Kamal Shendre my contact Number is [protected].I have Purchase Godrej Fridge (RX EON 240B 25 HI SL BS) on 02/01/2021 with reference of your Executive Nilesh Mane..Since the fridge received till yet the vegetable and milk contains get spoil everyday and for the issue i have reapeated call the the customer care..already 5 time your electric hass been visit at place also once he has change the I.C still the issue i getting the same..i had many time try too contact your executive Nilesh Mane to discuss for same he havent received any of my call from 4 months..so kindly i request for replacement of that fridge due to their issue..kindly look in it and faithful my need as soon as possible.

                              Hi have received godrej hit bat first from Amazon. It is not working now. I was not aware of the warranty period.

                              So, again I bought it from Flipkart. Now I'm unable to register the warranty. I have tried contacting customer care.wrote an email. awaiting for my issue to be resolved.

                              I need to register a warranty.

                                AC NO Cooling Error PC01,PC04 & PC08

                                There is no Cooling and its showing the Error continuously as PC01, PC04 & PC08 every time we switch on the AC....

                                On 23rd May I purchased godrej eon refrigerator and washing machine of cost of 50, 000 from Priya Electronic Pimpri Pune. Shopkeeper has not giving any discount on the product which we were not about it as the amount is lesser than the package MRP. But shopkeeper delivered wrong refrigerator. when I complained about it. He denied. He has not given warrenty card also. I am continuously calling him daily but he is not responding. I want help from Godrej as I am regular customer. I trusted on this brand since 20 years.

                                    Product purchased on 4th May 2021.
                                    Product installed on 5th May 2021..since then product found defective.
                                    Godrej team not able to resolve the problem or to replace the product.
                                    Their only aim to sale the product.. the product is dead since the date of purchase team not bother at all.

                                    Requested to replace the faulty product.
