My AC is fault no replacement against compressor warranty

I purchased godrej eon fridge 3 years back now suddenly defrost issue raised I raised the call to customer support and they contacted the technician who visited our home but the charges they applied are whopping expensive. The part they changed cost rs 600 on online market and they charged 1650 when called the customer support they said the cost said by the technician is true and blah blah..
And they also charged rs 350 for visitation..br...

I have been gifted by by relative 5 ac of 5 star rating. I don't have the bills and warranty cards. Person who gifted we t to US last year. He is also not having details of vendor from who he purchased. Acs are in warranty but godrej is not giving warranty without bill. Out of 5, 4 acs are not working properly. Kindly resolve.

I Ramesh Chand bought above said Godrej AC from SHREE BALAJI ENTERPRISES, B-12/A, WEST JYOTI NAGAR EXTN. MAIN LONI ROAD DURGAPURI CHOWK, SHAHDARA DELHI-110094 on 30th June of 2019. As it was taken on EMI, I was not given the Warranty card. The SHREE BALAJI ENTERPRISES stated that we the bill is itself a warranty card. I paid Rs. 8200 ( including 6000/- for AMC) for maintenance on April, 29, 2021. the firm fraudulently sold the item concealing the original facts.
Copy of bill and AMC are attached.

I have give complaint to customer care [protected] and complaint number [protected] on 26th April 2021 but till now your service engg. not provided any solution. Since 26th April I called customer care of Godrej for updates on my complaint and the executive escalated each time like till now three time escalation but no action from service center of my home town Anakapalli pin-531001.

I am really surprised, Godrej is advertising as they have very good consumer product service centers but how they failed on my request.

Kindly take necessary action.

Our double door refrigerator's both freezer and regular compartment are not cooling, so we called up Godrej customer service and end up with a service provider from godrej and got done DEFROSTED and STARTER BUTTONS replaced and paid them 3, 700 rs including service charges in the montg of february. Now our fridge is causing us the same old issue which is melting up all the items kept in it and we tried calling the same franchisee, and in return we got respones as no contact number is working. Kindly sort out our issue at the earliest.

I have a single door fridge which had purchased on 19/07/2020.
There is issue in his cooling system, it does not cool.
I have registered complaint earlier regarding this and also have received a complaint no.I[protected] but till date issue has not resolved.
Request for fast action for resolve the same.

I got this AC on May 2018 it worked good for a year and after that Ice started forming and falling from the inner vent.
Last year I called Godrej customer care for servicing and a 3rd party service centre people visited. They cleaned the mesh and the inner unit and suggested they would like to check the gas for cooling. Post checked they said need to refill gas, which we need post paying rs. 2, 500/-.
Within 2 week again ice started falling when I called this technician he said I can myself clean the mesh and that should solve the problem.
Ever since last year whenever we use the AC every 15 days we have this issue of Ice falling merely after using for 2 hours in night and we have to off the AC post that. I don't understand why does this happened but there should be a permanent solutio. For this. We have another brand AC at home since 5 years and that never has this problem of ice forming, so I guess MI brand is better than Godrej...coz with that AC we never faced such a issue.

Model No GF-21R is not running

Worst customer care service. I have been calling the customer care and authorized service provider (in my case Alliance solutions, office in Nand Nagri ) after repeated calls, repair person showed up and diagnosed faulty compressor.
I have been told to wait for 3-4 days to get it changed, that too not sure (as we have AMC on the fridge).
I simply don't understand how can it takes 3-4 days to get that fixed???
I am absolutely sure, If I had to pay for the compressor, it would have been changed right away.
Typical Indian company who doesn't care about their customers after product sold.

Inadequate cooling since 05-Apr'2021. Requested Service. Tech came on 14-Apr'2021 and started cleaning with Toothbrush. Told them why it was not cleaned with High Pr Jet Kit. They requested another date for bringing the kit which was provided i.e. 17-Apr'2021. They came with incomplete Kit and technician was untrained. Started spraying water (low pressure) without cleaning agent again with toothbrush. Told/Showed them that AC was not getting cleaned and that it was not the SOP to be followed which includes high pressure jet cleaning spray which was not done. They also had no camera/LED display unit to see cleaning inside the AC and they left. After they left, the AC was shutting down irregularly before reaching setpoint temperature. Technician again called on 17-Apr'2021 evening and they found that the earlier technician had left air temperature probe unconnected and it was floating in the water collected during earlier cooling. It was then attached correctly but cooling was insufficient. Even after running 30 mins at 24 deg setpoint, temperature was not reducing fast enough(ambient temperature was 30 deg in the evening) in a 100 sq ft room and setpoint temperature of 24 deg was not achieved in the room. They were unable to determine the cause and said they would come again on another day with cleaning kit. Air flow insufficient, Cooling insufficient, Gas in Unit - Not know, Other faults - Not known. The company expects customers to be R&D scientist so that the actual fault can be diagnosed by the customer and told to them. Completely dissatisfied by untrained, inexperienced service staff who try to fool the customer having paid Rs.8-9K for the AMC.

My registered mob no [protected] .Earlier there was leakage of water problem of my godrej spilt ac.So many times i booked complaint.They came and replaced parts at high cost .But leakage continues .Recently i booked a complaint because there was no cooling effect .I asked the service man to check if there was any leakage in pipe system because i had changed gas thrice since june 2019 .They came and replaced gas at rs 2900/- but after 2 days there was again no cooling effect .I relodged complaint .They came and recommended replacement of pipe system at rs 6000/_ Just bad service .I ll never go for any godrej product in future .

I have purchased Godrej double door refrigerator model RX EON 240B 25 WN HI on 4th April 2021 from Godrej company directly. Godrej company staff came for campaign in my locality.

I purchased Godrej Eon refrigerator on September 2020. 2 weeks from purchased i noticed an over cooling problem. The fridge compartment along with the freezer compartment was overcooling along with frosting. On contacting Godrej service centre, we had temporary resolution of the frosting issue. But intermittently we had similar issues. From December 2020 the problem started to worsen and it's been 4 months, the service centre guys show up every week and take photos and they sent them to higher authorities. We have enough proof for the faulty working of the appliance. Finally the company accepted for replacement of the fridge. Its been 3 weeks since their of vow of replacement and i didn't receive a new fridge. I contacted the customer care 3 days back and they replied that they do not have a stock of the particular refrigerator. You people boast that the model didn't receive any complaint from any one and it s a best model and yet you don't hav a single stock of that particular model. We cudnt use the refrigerator for 4 months and your service towards customers are pathetic. A higher authority was insisting after replacement of the fridge i must not be complaining again. Issuing a faulty machine and you expect the customer to stay silent while facing issues. Very pathetic response from your authorities. Kindly take up this issue and give a replacement or pay my money back as soon as possible. Thank you

I have purchased a Godrej Eonvibe 306c double door refrigerator from Sales Emporium Barasat jessore road 700124, my invoice number- BRS/SA2021/00935 and order no- BRS/SO2021/00941 received a defective refrigerator today as the cooling for the below part is not working and the product is heating from the starting itself, please need help to file a complaint against the same and help me to resolve the case.
