My geyser is not working from last night. My product is in under warranty period. I called in customer care but they didn't help me. This is very disgusting attitude.

I regret to inform you that I am facing problem in closing the refrigerator door due to repeated dislocation of connective rubber lining in the door in spite on my complain your local service provider visited my house just after one month of purchase checked the problem and could not solve up to our satisfaction.I request you for sending your expert senior engineer to solve the technical problem at the earliest in case your company wants to maintain goodwill in the market and our customer relationship for the future.This item was purchased on 15.06.2020 from POWER ZONE shop Sahid Nagar Bhubaneswar.

One door's lower portion is broken, due to which we lodged a complaint with Godrej customer service. On 7th Dec 2020, an attendant (Raja Mandal) visited, took site visit charge of Rs. 550/- and told that with 7 days, he would come again with the replacement part. He also told that his second visit would not be charged, but we would only need to pay the material cost. However, since that day, nobody visited. I talked to his manager, and then, the area manager Mr. Chandan Dinda. I talked to the latter person twice by far, and every time, he promised to call me back with an update when someone can come. But, after that, his phone is either switched off or not reachable. I am so frustrated now with Godrej customer service. Please do something so that this issue can be resolved.

Service boy came and completely destroyed my refrigerator in the name of service in the first week of august of 2020.Then complaint again many times but no response taken.Then on 19 nov 2020 again complaint made with the call no. X[protected].Technician said that he will it work again.He has started the fridge but taken the LED monitor with himself telling that a new onw will be issued by company but from then till now no response has been taken.No joke is going on here.Please make my fridge as it was before.

I am using same washing machine from 2017
The H9 errors also appears. Shown to technician one saying due to voltage problem and another saying it's fault of panel.
We don't belief that voltage and panel has a problem.
This answer must be given by Godrej expert.
The voltage in area is stable to 240-50
And most of the time machine works properly.
Godrej experts must look in this case.

I had visited godrej customer service shop in dombivli west for ordering spare parts for refrigerator - Godrej Edge pro single door. there godown wasn't having the required parts so they assured me that they will order them . I had to call them everyday to remind them to order the parts for me. this continued for two weeks, still they haven't ordered those . Each day I have to call them for 4-5 times just to remind them to search the parts from godown. But still those useless service providers failed to get me the spare parts.
Worst customer service provider ever.

I have serviced my oven in the month of September and paid 3500 to godjet service team, But with in 2 months same board got problem and they asking me to pay 2300, I had bought this oven over around 5500 only, very poor response from service team, and waited more than 1 hour to reach customer care but unable to contact them

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers & Consumer Electronics

The issue that I have experienced was: PCB got failed in October. Initially engg came was totally ignorant about our complaint. PCB was replaced with huge cost and then compressor got failed because of gas leakage. after fixing that there were issues of compressor not getting cut off but your engg never came after telling him the issue. when i figured out that cutting off issue is actually a PCB issue... and your engg told that PCB is in warranty.now there is a big mess in freeze zone were ice formation is happening and your engg is not coming after asking for several times.

I have purchased a machine 3 year ago. Now it has drainage problem. And is not working properly

Cancelled my CPP membership.because I didn't give any authorization to it.

I have purchased Godrej refgirator on EMI. Now I have received the
message for membership EMI for CPp in without my authorization. Pls cancell my CPP membership.

Microwave oven not working, power trips when powered on.
With door open, it powers up, but if door is closed main power trips.
Checked with different power socket
No damage .
Purchased in october 17th 2020

In October I enquired about the refrigerator for Godrej and boyce at Khalapur site. the sales persons Ms. Ashwini show me all details and said for book the fridge with Rs.500 amount. i booked the fridge but due to medical issue i am unable to purchase the fridge. now i am asking for refund money they are not receiving my call and no update. please do the needful.

Bought Godrej HIT Anti Mosquito Racket from Amazon with Invoice Number IN-SLKA-1769812 on 22 Aug 2020. The product was not working at all. This product is under warranty. We dropped several mail to Godrej Customer care to return product but didn't get any satisfactory response so far. Its been more than 5 weeks we have been following up with customer care. They even stopped replying my mail now. I raised complaint to Amazon India as well but they simply denied returning the product as it is out from their return policy period.

We received Message on 15/11/20 mentioning that someone attend our Routine Service as we received call but no one attended it.

So do not send the confirmation if you haven't attended it.

So today i.e. 03/12/20 we again booked for routine service for Godrej AIR CONDITIONER for dated 05/12/20 @ 1pm

I had already raised complaint on 8th Nov of Godrej washing machine.
Again raising the same complaint
"I had purchased Godrej washing machine WTEON 6.5 CL on 19th Sept' 20 and was delivered on 22nd Sept'20. It's been only 1 and half month and your machine has started giving problems. Initially there was small voice coming from the machine. The technician whose name is Aakash came on 5th Nov' 20 and checked the machine but he was not able to understand the problem. He was stopping the machine whenever the sound use to come and after that don't know what he did as the machine has started giving us more problems now. He had told us that he will inform the company about the problem and will send someone but its been 3 days now, no one has come or called us.
I want refund as within 2 months this kind of service is going to get by your machine and company."

I will surely never recommend anyone to purchase your products as your products and service both are pathetic. I want refund now at any cost.

Water is leaking from the air conditioner, i have raised the complaint, more than 10 days over. No service person visited. When i contacted the customer service for status, they are telling my complaint is closed.
How you people are closing the complaint without providing service.
I am fully disappointed from godrej brant. Just months only over two complaint, first time i raised complaint for cooking and leaking issue with in one month. One person came he did some thing and went. Now again leaking problem no person is visiting.
