I purchased the following product from flipkart (Godrej 1 ton 5 star copper gwc 12 utc5 wsa window ac (White) on 23rd july 2019, delivered, 29th july 2019, installed 29th july 2019.
During installation, when the packing box was opened, there was no remote control inside. The technicians informed me that the remote is never included in the package and would be delivered by the service centre, even though it is mentioned in the packing list and the owner's manual.
Thereafter, when the technicians did not get back to me, as promised, i have been in touch with godrej customer service on[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected] requesting repeatedly that the missing remote control should be delivered to me. The request number of 22nd september 2019, the first request, was 201924.
Each time, i just received a call promising a remote control for the ac, then nothing else.
It is now over a year since the purchase and i find it incredible that post sale customer care has been so inefficient and callous that a customer's request has not been fulfilled for so long.
In addition, the swing mechanism (Cover) is defective and the flaps keep falling out as they do not fit neatly into the slots/ holes.
I am resorting to this portal in sheer disappointment at the attitude of the company.

On 12/08/2020 one of your salesmen name Bijay Das, came in my home and misguided about the price of the product and take Rs. 500 advance for a Godrej Microwave Oven. For misguiding the price details of the product I cancel the order and ask for refund the advance amount. How can I refund the advance amount?

I bought ac on june 4 2019 and logged an complain in may 2020 for fault in ac speed which was actually pcb. I was told warranty has been extended due to lockdown and to rest assured. But later when i again logged complaint it was forwarded to an bhopal service centre which was later dismissed without any communication. I logged another complaint in august 2020 and asked for fault service but i was told that your warranty has expired and we dont have any record of your previous calls. I was totally surprised how can they be so lier or inefficient. Godrej doesnt have any good after sale service and professional staff. They might hiring it through third party. Very rude customer care and even social media marketing agents. I tried putting it on facebook got in touch with somebody named geet he told me i am working on this but did got any reply later. They dont even think its responsible to reply on your email messages. Dont be vocal for local i would say. Regretting of buying it from local company. Moreover tata cliq is worst who doesnt allow me review this product on website

All of a sudden my Godrej Voltz Stablizer blasted with fire and somehow we were there at home to avoid it and switched off the mains and avoided a big mishap

A company like Godrej can never be so low in quality

I have purchased a double door wheel stand for my godrej refrigerator. I have purchased it from mr. Arup chakraborty who is handling godrej goods services section for east midnapore. At the time of purchased he (Arup chakraborty) has assured me that the product is original and belongs to godrej company however in a month's time the entire stand has bent badly as shown in the images below. I am very disappointed with the services i have received from godrej and how can godrej appoint such an irresponsible person who is representing godrej company but delivering duplicate products to the customers and when i have requested him to change the product, he has completely denied, misbehave and abuse me badly. Because of his malpractice, our relationship with godrej company is getting jeopardize. I strongly recommend not getting any further services from mr. Arup chakraborty for any kind of godrej goods services in the future. It is my earnest request please look into this grief matter and take the necessary steps. I have already complaint the same to national consumer forum.

We called Godrej customer service to repair refrigerator due to huge noise (kind of whistle, bird giving sound) technician visited simply mentioned that due it compressor issue. They charged Rs.4500/- changed compressor and left. Within few hours we are hearing same sound from refrigerator. Godrej customer care not responding, if we call also no proper response and not sending technician to look into this issue.

Sir please be kind enough to look into the matter that i have paid rs 5950 for repairing of my godrej old fridge. But inspite of 3 times visit of technician the problem has not solved.

Godrej ac was purchased from m/s venus electronics in fatehpur, up east on august 12th 2019. This ac worked fine for hardly few days, however after few days started giving issues of water logging & leakage freezing of ice. Logged complaints at least 5 to 6 times repeatedly but issue resurfaced after few days.in between one of the technician visited to resolve complain and broke the lock as well of indoor unit. Following are the few observations-

1- installation was done by the guy sent by dealer, he visited later ones on frequent complaints and broke one of the locks, later got to know that he was not from the godrej.
2- after multiple services & correction issue of water logging and leaking out on wall still persists

3- there is repeated issues of ice freezing inside indoor unit

4- warranty is going to get over tomorrow and this case should not be considered as closed.

I assume there is issue with either installation of the indoor unit which is causing this issue repeatedly and therefore should be replaced.

Split ac not working call log done on 5th august but till date problem not yet resolve and call closed due to door locked and contactable issue.

Very bad experience with the service part i never take godrej product because i have problem with cooling & compressor & i have asked for come 10 august i have received service request number & also get sms regarding visit but customer care have not received any reference number from my number. I am sharing to you detail below which was received by godrej.

I have never experienced such a rude customer service and behavior with a customer in any indian aplliances company like in godrej. The area sales manager is unwilling to solve the problem and gives a reply like a technician lacking any authenticity and simoly does not care for the customer. I[censored] need to talk let me know. I will be going on online forums to share the reality of godrej and how u misguide and cheat customers in the name of amc

This is naim beg i got godrej refrigerator on 14/08/2019. It's still covered under warranty. I want my compressor replaced when it is covered free of cost for 10 years warranty. Godrej is completely responsible for pathetic service. My compressor must be replaced by godrej free...

My window ac was not getting operated by either remote or by control panel, in which some of the buttons were not working. I lodged complaint in jul 2020. Control panel and remote were taken for repairs partially and i was charged rs 500 for visit and 250 for remote repair on 10 jul 2020.. The problem was still not rectified. I again lodged a complain no. F[protected] on 29 jul. No one came but i was sent a msg that they attended the complaint and cancelling my complaint as they will attend my complaint against another call. I must convey that poor response by ccc and unprofessionalism by tech. They are not concerned about company reputation. They close complain without repairing, accountability is zero. I form very poor opinion. First time i bought godrej ac. Pl help if you can. I am a retd seior citizen from army.

There is a noice coming from dryer.

Previously a complaint was registered on 12th july. And rs. 500 was given to the service technician but this all could not work out.

Cooling issue found in Refrigerator from last 2 days

Dear team,
I have godrej edge digi refrigerator. It is not cooling and blinking touch pannel lights continued one by one. Same problem was faced within year when i bought it, but that time your representative was solve the problem.
Please guide to solve the problem asap.

I'm purches a godrej ac for your distributer shop name of mobile world at kakdwip dated 12/07/2020. Thats day install ac with your staff, first time it is start, but next day when i start the ac then it was not working. Then i contact distributor (Mobile world) and i had been two times warranty docket for you company, docket no is "k[protected]", "k[protected]".
But sir, your company are not responding for our problems. So, please you personally solving our problems, and take the necessary actions.

Dear Sir,

My Refrigerator is still in warranty period, I purchased it on[protected]

This is with reference to my complaint no. L[protected] registered on[protected] by TollFreeNo

After 1 week a Technician visit they say your PCB board is fuse and we change it, and they come 5 times but my refrigerator is not working.
1 month is passed but it's still not working.

I think this Godrej Edge, which unfortunately I have purchased has not been checked/tested properly before coming out of the manufacturing plant. I request you to please replace this defective refrigerator purchased in April 2020, that I may not face any new problem.

Please do the needful at your earliest otherwise I will be compelled to file this matter in Consumer Court.
