On 5/7/20 my father in law madhab chandra bhandari, of gorkhara ghoshpara, sonarpur, south 24 parganas. Pin-700150 made an agreement with godrej sales executive mr. Debasis biswas bearing sales executive code 927695 for an exchange of old godrej refrigerator which was bought in 2008. He offered rs. 3500 as exchange value for a new refrigerator rdeduo 220 tdi 4.2 pswn of 220 lt. After discount the rate was fixed for the product of rs 18050. On that day rs. 500 was transferred through online and asked to deposit the rest rs.17550. We offered him for online/cheque payment but he insisted us for cash payment at the time of delivery. On 8/7/20 evening about 6.15 pm a refrigerator was delivered the same model but only of 205 lt in stead of 220lt, when only my old age in laws were present. Old refrigerator was also picked up without any document. And surprisingly the bill handed over of rs.19050 without citing any capacity 220 lt/205 lt. At 7.30 pm my father in law informed me the whole thing over phone as i am working in other district. Then and there i talked to mr debasis biswas at 8 pm as i was present at the time of agreement and whole discussion. During conversation i requested him to clarify the mistake and replace the product as we ordered for or refund the excess amount.. Till date he did not contact with us. My aged in laws are in deep trouble and feeling very mental pressure.

We have purchase a 1.5 ton ac slipt on 7th may 20, from kavita electronics, h no 136, shop no 2, auchandi road bawana, 110039,
Ac name - godrej s ac gsc 18ktc3 wsa.
After one month this is automatically off after starting 2-3 hours.
We communicate with costumer cares ([protected]) for this the no. Of complained no. D[protected], and d[protected]. We have followups lot of times, 2-3 times the some peoples are come and doing some things, but the problems is still not shortout, still the ac working only 1-2 hours and afterdate autometicaly gone to off mode, and even current supply also not showing.
We have purchase this ac because this is indian company but we face a big problem and godrej company not hearing us. This is only 1.5 months old, company give us 5 year warnty. Now the godraj says any other reasons for this.

Sir i am army personnel serving at devlali camp nashik having godrej top loaded fully automatic washing machine model gwf 650 fc, sir. No.[protected].
Machine outer body and top was damaged in transit but it get started on and showing display on board but requires replacement of cabinet and top and other small accessories, i have lodged online complaint p[protected] on 07/07/2020 for repairing it but service center nashik closed my complaint replying that i have been refused to pay service charges it is not true i have not refused to pay only asked to see photos and decide to requirement of sending engineer to see because damage was not repairable at home and message given unable torepair due to unavailability of parts. It is requested that please inform me if the same model machines are available in market for sale then why spare parts are unavailable. It is very hard to middle class army personal to buy this type of costly items. We are always transferred from one place to another, there is possibility of such types of damages, but not possible to buy new machine every time. Please make available parts and accessories to repair my machine. I have been already sent this information to service center but you are not supported to my request. It is not good for one indian reputation. It is main reason indian people avoid to use indian products and prefer other products. I have requested 5th time to smartcare and directly to company website but no-one replied positively.

This is the first time i am facing issue by godrej service. Service agent took money for change the compressor of my fridge but never came back.
I tried to all him many time but he is not responding.
I have attached the invoice for payment i made.
Customer care is not taking any action.
Looking forward for the service and resolution.

I would like to share the most awful experience i gained by procuring godrej annual maintenance contract for 2 of my air conditioning units. I was been informed of getting 4 free services before paying for the amc contract, but after several requests i got only on after almost 9 months of the entire contract period. Forget about the rest of services, they didn’t even turn back for any support and service at all. I must say, this is the worst possible service contract and support system, i ever experienced.
Godrej does these amcs', just to cheat their customers. They are cheaters.

Got a modular kitchen installed in 2015 and after 8 or 9 months the trouble begun.in the begining the steel joints (As we've been told) of the closets started rusting then the glass of the wall cabinet become loose and left the adhesive then the colour of the drawers started getting different. We reported it to mr. Ashish chaubey, the person who has represented himself as the godrej modular kitchen incharge for lucknow and convinced us to book a deal with godrej. We talked and talked and talked and send several message but he always had some or the other excuse and he just lingered on the issue till date. After some time he stopped picking up the calls and never ever did he escalated are complaint. Godrej is a reputed company and one the oldest too but such unprofessional behaviour is not at all expected from your officials. With such a pathetic after sales service experience we would never recommend your products nor did we ever use them again. I am also looking forward to the legal aspects in this matter and very soon i will be meeting you people in the court.

This is to inform you that some of the godrej brand furniture items like steel almirah and chairs of this vidyalaya, are un-serviceable/broken which are required to be repaired by the local godrej dealer/agency at gorakhpur. A letter was initiated to the local goerej dealer/agency at gorakhpur with a request to carry out necessary repairing to our un-serviceable/ broken furniture. The letter was received by them on 26 nov 2019 (Copy attached). But, no action has been initiated by the local godrej dealer of your firm till date.

It is requested that the local godrej dealer at gorakhpour may kindly be instructed to carry out the necessary repairing of our un-serviceable/broken furniture items on top priority. An early action on your part is solicited. Action taken may kindly be intimated to this kendriya vidyalaya (Comes under the ministry of hrd, govt of india).

I bought a refrigerator four and half year ago in between these year my refrigerator defects 3 times and there is not singel responce from company. Service is worst from my point of view godrej appliances are not good.. From next time i am not going to purchase any appliances of godrej...

as A/C is not working from last days & i complained many times but godrej customer staff is miss behaving & doesn’t want to resolve my complaint as i am very fed up from all of these please..!!
Request to authorities look my matter &

If they cannot provide services for new brand A/C please give my money back so that i can purchase a new one..

Sir i purchased a split ac in may 2019. This year from march, my ac is not working. So complaint at customer care no. (Request no. 279104) in march. But that complaint closed without any resolution. So i complaint again on 24 may 2020 (Req no. 225127). At this time again, my complaint colsed again without any resolution. On 28 may last month, i complaint again that's request no. Is 290207. But again no response till now. From 15 may onward, i called in company for my issue daily, but every day their response is same that he or she escalate my issue and soon someone call me. But no call till date.

Respected sir, as i mentioned above i am complaining from last three months. But no response from company side till now 14jun 2020.

Lodged a complaint to [protected]@godrej.com on 27.5.2020 under ticket reference b[protected] and there were no response from customer care/support from the appliances divn.
Your customer care number is useless. Neither answering nor getting.
Many emails were sent to your office and no responses/ reply
Yesterday also sent a email stating that one service engineer named mohd. Khan came on 9th june and checked that gas is to be filled and also pipe to be replaced. He assured to come on 10th and he has not turned up as of now.
Again i lodged a complaint b[protected] on 11.6.2020 at 8.20hrs and no reply recd.
A few minutes back i spoke to mr. Shailesh of your customer care office number[protected] and explained all my difficulties and again as usual replying to me that we will look into.
You may appreciate that fridge is an essential equipment to store the daily essential needs, such as milk, vegetables and fruits beside other things.
I am ashamed of godrej company name and the services.
My fridge not working - due to gas leakage or so

Washing machine produces burning smells and e4 on the display.

We have a double door refrigerator, while opening the door it is making sound. Please send someone asap for looking into it.
We are having the service contract with your organization.

To give you the context, i am using godrej appliances at my home since long time. This escalation or complaint is regarding a fraud and cheating being done under the godrej brandname.

I have a godrej 345ltr refrigerator which i have been using since last 8 years now. On 15th march 2020, the fridge suddenly stopped cooling and there was water getting accumulated in the chiller tray. I reached out to customer care at [protected] and lodged a service complaint. After that i got a call from local number saying we are from godrej and this is regarding your service request. I provided my address and a person was at my place within 2 hrs. He diagnosed the fridge and said few of the parts are not working. Considering these are genuine godrej person i asked to replace the parts which costed me 2700.

On 29th may 2020, again same thing happened and a service person came to my house and said, now the heater is not working properly and i need to change it. I changed that again which costed me 2500 again.

Now again on 3rd june 2020 i lodge a complaint with customer care and this time a new service person comes to check my fridge. I told him all the issues that i have been facing since 3 months. On showing him the bills and receipt of the parts replaced, to my surprise he says that the bills are not valid and hence i would need to pay him again. Please note as per the service terms and conditions, the service and other parts repalced carry a warranty of 6 months.

I am attaching the bills here for your reference and i need a complete reimbursement of the cost that i have paid at the earliest please before i take this with higher forum and legal consumer tribunals. I need a solution of this and also a valid explanation of this kind of negligence from you. I never expected this kind of service from a company like godrej.
