My washing machine was damaged in transit, I have been requested for repair but service center not responding positively and forcing to replace machine on exchange offer which price is more than actual price in online market. I.e. they are not helping customers but want to loot customers.even senior officials are not replied properly.

2 months back i purchased godrej fridge with in one month it was not getting cool, and i register complaint, iam waiting from 2 months they are not responding, so please don't buy any products from godrej.

I bought an air conditioner from nandilat g mart shop attingal, kerala two years ago. The board of the purchased air conditioner went bad two days ago. The mechanic says it will cost rs 2300 to repair. I bought it out of faith in godrej and now it seems to have gone wrong.

Brought this model from local southern agencies anakapalli in may 2018, and since day 1 it had issues. Twice mother board was replace, where for one i paid 5k. Every now and then cooling stops or gets over cool. We demanded to replace it when mother board was replaced during first one year warranty period, but it didn't happen, we still believe that godrej is a good brand but this particular piece must be having issues. Would be greatful if it can be replaced. I have no other option apart from going to consume forum otherwise.

This is to inform you that we had purchased godrej window air conditioner on 27/04/2019, having product code 40101701sd00754 and model gwc 18dtc5-wsa from m/s sahu electronics, sector-16, rohini, delhi-110085. The same is eligible for 2 free services.

First dry service was done during winters, 2019 and second service was due by 27.4.2020 which was not provided due to lockdown imposed by the government.

However, we had made phonecalls to the consumer care call centre numbers in the month of april, 2020 and we were only getting automated reply that due to lockdown staff is not coming service shall be provided after the lockdown when staff joins. Now when we have lodged our service request on 4th july through mail, we were given address of a site where we can lodge service request. As we are not aware about the technicalities of logging on service request on your site and today only we have been able to log on our service request on the system and our request reference number is d[protected]. But, to our utter dismay and shock, we received a call from a representative mr ravi, phone number [protected] who informed us that since we had not logged our request in the system before the lockdown we shall have to pay for the service which should actually be free of charge.

Without getting into the technicalities the fact remains that second service has not been provided due to lockdown. You are requested to provide free service which is due and keep the reputation of godrej being consumer friendly.

Our new godrej fridge is not working from starting, 3 times engineer visits but the fridge is still not working.

2-3 times our food is got rotten. My small kid ate rotten food by mistake, who is responsible for the health of my kid? I dont want to take any chance with my family health. I purchased a new fridge and now after 3 engineer visits product is still defective. I want a new fridge replacement as soon as possible.

If i purchase a new fridge than why should i accept defective, repaired products? I want a new fridge. I dont want any refund. Provide me new fridge replacement. It is the question of my family health i dont want to take any chance.

And if i talk about the showroom from where i purchased this. Before purchase they are very nice but now they are rude in helping me.

I have godreg edgedigi 192 l silver model refrigerator. It stops cooling now and its front panel lights are blinking and toggles between frost free mode, defrost control and turbo chill.

What could be the issue?

How to reset this fridge?

Please give solution earliest.

I was purchase 300l d freeze approx 4-5 month ago but after some month d freeze has not work. I have complained approx 4-5 times and approx 25 days ago but not proper resolve my problem neither not proper response to your service engineer and customer. Your service engineer has come and attempted problem but your service engineer not resolve my problem and your service engineer is very fraud and always tell a lie. Still my problem not resolve yet now. While i have purchase it for summer vacation but not use properly. I have complained approx 25 days ago but not resolve till date. Again and again going to complain but not response your side.

I hope my problem resolve as soon as, if not resolve my problem as soon as then take your freeze.

Your service and response is very bad and specially your service engineer is very fraud.

On 5/7/20 my father in law madhab chandra bhandari, of gorkhara ghoshpara, sonarpur, south 24 parganas. Pin-700150 made an agreement with godrej sales executive mr. Debasis biswas bearing sales executive code 927695 for an exchange of old godrej refrigerator which was bought in 2008. He offered rs. 3500 as exchange value for a new refrigerator rdeduo 220 tdi 4.2 pswn of 220 lt. After discount the rate was fixed for the product of rs 18050. On that day rs. 500 was transferred through online and asked to deposit the rest rs.17550. We offered him for online/cheque payment but he insisted us for cash payment at the time of delivery. On 8/7/20 evening about 6.15 pm a refrigerator was delivered the same model but only of 205 lt in stead of 220lt, when only my old age in laws were present. Old refrigerator was also picked up without any document. And surprisingly the bill handed over of rs.19050 without citing any capacity 220 lt/205 lt. At 7.30 pm my father in law informed me the whole thing over phone as i am working in other district. Then and there i talked to mr debasis biswas at 8 pm as i was present at the time of agreement and whole discussion. During conversation i requested him to clarify the mistake and replace the product as we ordered for or refund the excess amount.. Till date he did not contact with us. My aged in laws are in deep trouble and feeling very mental pressure.

We have purchase a 1.5 ton ac slipt on 7th may 20, from kavita electronics, h no 136, shop no 2, auchandi road bawana, 110039,
Ac name - godrej s ac gsc 18ktc3 wsa.
After one month this is automatically off after starting 2-3 hours.
We communicate with costumer cares ([protected]) for this the no. Of complained no. D[protected], and d[protected]. We have followups lot of times, 2-3 times the some peoples are come and doing some things, but the problems is still not shortout, still the ac working only 1-2 hours and afterdate autometicaly gone to off mode, and even current supply also not showing.
We have purchase this ac because this is indian company but we face a big problem and godrej company not hearing us. This is only 1.5 months old, company give us 5 year warnty. Now the godraj says any other reasons for this.

Sir i am army personnel serving at devlali camp nashik having godrej top loaded fully automatic washing machine model gwf 650 fc, sir. No.[protected].
Machine outer body and top was damaged in transit but it get started on and showing display on board but requires replacement of cabinet and top and other small accessories, i have lodged online complaint p[protected] on 07/07/2020 for repairing it but service center nashik closed my complaint replying that i have been refused to pay service charges it is not true i have not refused to pay only asked to see photos and decide to requirement of sending engineer to see because damage was not repairable at home and message given unable torepair due to unavailability of parts. It is requested that please inform me if the same model machines are available in market for sale then why spare parts are unavailable. It is very hard to middle class army personal to buy this type of costly items. We are always transferred from one place to another, there is possibility of such types of damages, but not possible to buy new machine every time. Please make available parts and accessories to repair my machine. I have been already sent this information to service center but you are not supported to my request. It is not good for one indian reputation. It is main reason indian people avoid to use indian products and prefer other products. I have requested 5th time to smartcare and directly to company website but no-one replied positively.

This is the first time i am facing issue by godrej service. Service agent took money for change the compressor of my fridge but never came back.
I tried to all him many time but he is not responding.
I have attached the invoice for payment i made.
Customer care is not taking any action.
Looking forward for the service and resolution.

I would like to share the most awful experience i gained by procuring godrej annual maintenance contract for 2 of my air conditioning units. I was been informed of getting 4 free services before paying for the amc contract, but after several requests i got only on after almost 9 months of the entire contract period. Forget about the rest of services, they didn’t even turn back for any support and service at all. I must say, this is the worst possible service contract and support system, i ever experienced.
Godrej does these amcs', just to cheat their customers. They are cheaters.

Got a modular kitchen installed in 2015 and after 8 or 9 months the trouble begun.in the begining the steel joints (As we've been told) of the closets started rusting then the glass of the wall cabinet become loose and left the adhesive then the colour of the drawers started getting different. We reported it to mr. Ashish chaubey, the person who has represented himself as the godrej modular kitchen incharge for lucknow and convinced us to book a deal with godrej. We talked and talked and talked and send several message but he always had some or the other excuse and he just lingered on the issue till date. After some time he stopped picking up the calls and never ever did he escalated are complaint. Godrej is a reputed company and one the oldest too but such unprofessional behaviour is not at all expected from your officials. With such a pathetic after sales service experience we would never recommend your products nor did we ever use them again. I am also looking forward to the legal aspects in this matter and very soon i will be meeting you people in the court.

This is to inform you that some of the godrej brand furniture items like steel almirah and chairs of this vidyalaya, are un-serviceable/broken which are required to be repaired by the local godrej dealer/agency at gorakhpur. A letter was initiated to the local goerej dealer/agency at gorakhpur with a request to carry out necessary repairing to our un-serviceable/ broken furniture. The letter was received by them on 26 nov 2019 (Copy attached). But, no action has been initiated by the local godrej dealer of your firm till date.

It is requested that the local godrej dealer at gorakhpour may kindly be instructed to carry out the necessary repairing of our un-serviceable/broken furniture items on top priority. An early action on your part is solicited. Action taken may kindly be intimated to this kendriya vidyalaya (Comes under the ministry of hrd, govt of india).
