As there was problem with my fridge i call the toll free no for service on 16/03/2020 but there is no responce till today when again today i called no assurance is been given to satified my problem which is serous in nature
More over the toll free no person is giving avasive reply to contact the local sevice provider.. Which is not my job i want co to slave my problem that it or else i will be free for leagal action please note

We bought this godrej eon marron color for 30 k on june 2019. Initially it was working well. After 2 months it started automatically gets shout down during the mid light. After 6 months when we contacted customer service one tech said said that this ac has lot of problems every year so better to take amc. That time i dint have any clue about it. Now during march when i stiched on the ac again there is no cooling effect, when we again contacted the tech said there is a gas leak and coil problem. He changed it yesterday even after that also there is no cooling effect. Still working badly. Now we think why did we buy such a bad ac. Not even warranty period is over we are facing lot of issue. Please people don't ever invest your hard earned money in this

The electrician visited my home and confirmed leakage in the coil which was later taken for replacement.
Initially i was asked to wait for 3-4 days as the part was ordered from the factory however now they are saying it will take 2 weeks which is just not acceptable.
On the sidelines the electrician is asking me to get it done privately by paying some amount and that will happen within 24 hours.
I just don’t understand if this a new hack for earning money within the amc period whereby troubling the customer the service is prioritised only upon a private request.
We are using godrej products since decades as this was the trust bestowed to us by our grand parents.
Just unacceptable approach towards customers and i expect a quick response or any senior escalation support.

We have semi automatic washing model ws700 ct having trouble of drier not working, after lodging complaint with your call center, technician was deputed at our location.. After opening washing machine he immediately confirmed that spin motor is damaged & necessary replacement of parts has to b done & estimate of rs 1800 was given. He took the sevice charges of rs 350 vide his tcr no 331 dt. 28.02.2020.

The washing machine was left open with out screwing the back, while placing the machine in its position, we have found that steel rod connecting lid is broken which technician never briefed us as per his estimation slip scanned one.
Highly apprehensions seems not to disclose actual part and deliberately broke the rod and spin motor was declared faulty,
Pls. Look into the matter and resolve

As per my request i got a assiged technician from godrej care. His name is karthik (Ph:[protected]). He came and damaged the running machine and not even responding proper if we called him fornfixing it. He came for drain over flow issue but he damanged drain port and now machine is not draining the water out. If we ask anything to him he is saying i am not responsible i didn't did anything... Please take a right action on him.

I have purchased a godrej refrigerator model no.- gde 19ds4,
Serial no.[protected] on[protected] in the name of tirtham taran. The product has 10 years rust free warranty. We talked about the warranty to toll free no. ([protected]) and call no. K[protected] is generated on 18/02/2020. Service person visited on 19/02/2020 take the photo of the product and received rs. 375/- as investigation charge. When we told him for replacement of...

I bought godrej rb eon 380 nxw double door almost two years back. However since than it is not working properly. It gets stopped working intermittently. But now it has completely stopped working. Initially it was apparent that line taking cool air to upper portion was getting clogged, however now it seems that fan is not at all working. The bottom deep freezer is still working however upper portion (Chiller /fridge) is not working i. E there is no cooling.

I had booked 2 ton 5* ac on 7.01.2020 with sri ganesh appliances, raichur. So far they have not installed the ac. I have paid the amount in ful. If i enquire they are telling on or the other reason. Kindly let me know what is the problem. Please make arragements to install the ac at the earliest.

The godrej refrigerator is not working when switched on. The voltage stabilizer that came along with the refrigerator as a package indicates 6v and stops instead of reaching to 220v. Also there is some "tik tak" sound from the stabilizer. The refrigerator is not getting the power supply from the stabilizer.
Few months before a godrej authorized service engineer has visted to rectify a complaint on the same product and cahnged a electronic chip in the product and said there will be no complaints for next 5 years.

We logged our compaint for the issue while spinning the top load washing machine.
The executive came for checking and found that button panel and outlet motor not working.
However, i informed them not to repair it as of now, and told them will inform when to change the parts, but now whole machine is not working.
This is really unexpectable, that the machine was partly running it's stopped. Now if we are calling the executive to make the machine how they found they are not answering our calls. This is how, goodrej company provides their services to their customer?

I have registered for service of my washing machine 2 months back and the service centre named rohon enterprise kolkata near dum dum air port. Isnstead of repairing my washing machine giving excuses that part is unavailable i have paid rs 350 as visiting. Now today he misbehaved with me when i told him to repaire thd same pleade look into it so that it can be repaired.

I bought a fully automatic washing machine on may 2018. Now its not working. But i have loss my bill for warranty claim. Pls give me duplicate bill. I bought the item from the exchange offer of godrej. Now for service purpose i need the bill to claim the warranty. So, pls mail me the duplicate bill for continue warranty process.

Sir, my refrigerator is not working properly. It is cooling excessive and it's not looking good. Kindly look into the matter urgently. Other things like lighting and water leakage also occurs. Kindly appoint someone to look into the matter and complete it as soon as possible.

We have brought 2 godrej split ac on 22 nov 2018.. And only used for 2 months.. Then we went aboard on jan 28 2019... And back on jan 2020.. Now both ac are not working. We checked out with local servicers.. They said the compressor gas has leaked out full.. We have only used the ac for months.. To fill the gas they r asking[protected] rupees again.. If only one ac complaints then we can understand tht the tube may be loose or something.. But both the ac got complainted.. So we think its company’s problem

Please reopen the ticket c[protected]!!! I was told that in my fridge, thermostat is not working and to replace it, i had to switch it off for half a day and to keep it open, which is not an easy thing as i used to store milk for kids and other perishable things!! So we both agreed upon a date to defrost everything completely and i have done but they dint come to replace as promised!! Now again it started over freezing in spite of defrosting manually three - four times everyday!! Again i cannot repeat d whole process of switching off!! I want you guys to act upon this at the earliest and get this sorted out for me in high priority

Single door new refrigerator bought just 2 weeks back,
It's second time to stop cooling system.

First time defrost button stuck and cooling system stopped for more than twenty hours.

Now it's again electricity is proper and light inside refrigerator is on, but cooling system is not working.
All groceries inside damaged.

Totally unsatisfactory...

Godrej salesman did not register my product and neither gave the bill. The installation was delayed and no services have been provided despite having called him several times he said when you have problem with your ac then contact me. He is a cheater has no manners, speaks rudely and he just took the money in his pocket and that's it. He has done nothing. Worst service. Not even a single service was provided. He should just be removed from his job. He openly says he has no responsibility.

I have godreg edgedigi 192 l silver model refrigerator. It stops cooling now and its front panel lights are blinking i. E. Frost free mode, defrost control and turbo chill.

On sunday 12th january 2020, washing machine after a period of more than 1 month was delivered to my house. But till dated i. E. Today 18th january 2020, your technician have not turn up to show the demo. Twice i'd phone your toll free number and no one is bother to receive the call.
This is my 2nd complaint and you are not bother to send your technician for the demo. Also there is no response from your toll free number.

I request you kindly provide a technician to show the demo, as soon as possible.

A wardrobe purchased on 4/10/19 (Vide customer code wwc 000012) from godrej & boyce mfg.co. Ltd., 9 brabourne road, kolkata - 700 001.
The product installed on 21/10/2019 by a person named sanjit das, from authorized service provider of godrej interio having e-mail [protected]@gmail.com. An additional shelf was ordered to be procured and an amount of rs. 1400/- as demanded was provided to sri das on 21/10/2019.
After constant/regular persuasion nobody bother to give attention on this matter. Due to their attitude goodwill of a reputed company is being badly hampered.
Till date we remain waiting for installation of that additional shelf.
Kindly arrange to do the needful and an early date. Thanking you,
