Dear sir, i am deepak singh from muzaffarpur, bihar. I have purchased godrej washing machine (Manual starting) 2 years ago from auth. Dealer ganpatti electronics, rewa road, bhagwanpur, muz.. Sir i have purchased this and it works perfectly but about 3 months ago having some technical issue in it and it did not working. I have registed my complain on customer care for repairing it. They have taken some actions but not satisfied through this. They told me that our mechanic will reach you in 24 hr. But it is about to completed 2 weeks there is no any action it. Sir no any mechanic have visited my machine and they blemmed me that i have not paid servicing charges. Sir please take any action on it because i have facing problem to clean my clothes.     Complaint registered with the mobile number [protected] my name is vishal i have registered a complain around 5 month ago that my fridge is not working and giving minor shock your executive registered the complain and after some an executive came at my house from astha enterprises kota.
    I was not available at my house as i work out of town my parents showed him he said compressor need to be change he repaired it but it was not working properly than next day another executive came he changed the overall structure of the fridge he applied a wire mesh behind the fridge which comes with the older versions of the fridge and he cut the water pipe after that fridge was working but after some time we observed that shock intensity has increased and water is flowing from the fridge.

    We have aslo called the executive from astha enterprises kota (As fridge again was not working) 1 month ago without registering the complain at godrej customer care that time executive told us that you need to have earth wiring at your house but i strongly believe that your service partner astha enterprises kota has done a goo[censored]p with the fridge the whole wiring is now sinking in the water as it constantly draining from the fridge and that has increased the intensity of the shock. Wire mesh which they have applied was not required in new model fridge and i also had a word with service agent he was not at all professional they all work like and an immature. They do not have any clue what to do.

    Today i had a word with your customer care executive he told me that i have to pay the visiting charges and agent will come i told him that i want to talk to you supervisor she told me they are busy you will receive a call from us in half an hour but still no revert from your cusomter care.

    So the bottom line is that i and my whole family has suffered a lot due to the bad service quality of godrej. My wife and my mom has to withstand the shock two times. There are kids at my house and this fridge can give us shock. Now i have no option but to go in consumer court to sue you company.

    I will not pay a single penny in this case. And i need a quick response

      First of all, please take my complain seriously. I am from assam, i bought a washing machine, (Model no. Wt eon 651 pfh) unit sr. No. [protected], date - 31/01/2017 from your authorized dealer priya enterprise, panindra road, north lakhimpur, assam. I have paid rs 22, 900/-. From the beginning, i have facing lots of problem using this product. Till date, i have repair this product more than 7 times. Often it shows error codes reflecting on the screen. After passing the warranty period of 1 year, i have repaired this product more than 7 times and every time your service man cost me rs.650/- per visit. Anyway that's not my issue, my issue is why this fully automatic washing machine give me such a punishment. Every month i have to call a service man from your side and now i am tired. Please do something. I have not got any suggestion or help from your helpline number. Whenever i called the manager of the particular enterprise, they always avoid my complaint.
      Within the warranty period the display of the washing machine got cracked and service man told me there is option to repair this.

      Now thing is that, i want to exchange this product. Please help me out. Otherwise there is no option rather than go the consumer court.

      Please tell me the procedure to exchange this product to an another. I hope you take my words seriously.

      SERVICEMAN TOLD THERE IS NO OPTION TO REPAIR THE CRACKED DISPLAY.

      They always charged me Rs. 650, whether they repair it or not.

        I purchased godrej air conditioner two years ago. The ac gas leak from cooling coil. I complaint about it in company and they sent a technician. Technician said that the coil was repair and cost rs3100. I gave money and repaired it on september 21, 2019. On the same day in night again gas leak. I again complaint in co. Technician come on sept24, 19 and said your ac cooling coil was become destroy. You have to replace it and its cost was rs6827. Now i have to ask what was the value of consumer money and what the product was made by company that this air conditioner just last for two years. Can anyone now help in this case

          This is to inform you that i had purchased a godrej eon washing machine from bismi appliances, kaloor, kochi, kerala 01 sept, 2019. After 3 days they installed the machine on the second day we start using, but it shown complaint, machine is vibrating too much with loud sound. I logged a complaint on the same day itself at service centre, but only after 5 days they attended the complaint. On 11th sept the technician came and checked the machine and told it cannot be repaid and will be replaced. I have contacted the service center as well as bismi, but till today ie, 20th sept, nothing has done from their part only saying will take 5 days after 4 days today also they are saying will take 5 days. What a bad experience. Very bad service very very very very badddddd.

            I register the complaint to Godrej that the 25% is the block of my Split AC there not any out air from 25 % part of total air out. This has happened in July as well so they did Dismentail service and charged 1300 RS. Thereafter this works good and now the problems cam again the Godrej engineer visit on 15 September and said it will remain the same there is no solution I asked why it worked before fine. They do something and it works well for 2 hours then problem cames again.

            They told if you complained again we will charge for this I told my AC is under warranty

            I need a solution for this complaint if you cant MR Godrej then stop making the product.

              Unfortunately purchased a godrej inverter ac (1.5 ton). Since installation the ac showing is showing an f6 error. Technician told that this comes in inverter ac. Lodged a complaint within a week of installation on 6 september 2019, technician informed that he will visit on monday (9 sept.) but till date nothing has happened. Called godrej cuctomer care 4 times, first 2 time on the same day they informed that it will be taken care of. Then in the next 2 calls they told me that the call has been closed (Customer number invalid). I have tried calling customer care to escalate this issue as well, but they dont have any escalation matrix. Even now they are not able to provide any detail pertaining to the issues raised and are not even registering the complaint again. It has been 10 days since the complaint but no one is bothered to take it up. Also, no information was provided by the technician who installed the ac about the registration of warranty, asked customer care for the same they disconnect the call. Not sure where to take this up. Hoping to lodge a formal case against godrej in the local court.

                Sometimes it's giving e4 error and suddenly stop all the functions. We can't restart the machine again. Each and every time we have to contact service center. The service person will come in couple of days. Till then the cloths are non washing conditions. We think this is a defect in the godrej washing machine. Provide an option to resolve customer themself.

                  Bought godrej 1 ton 3 star inverter split ac (Copper, ac 1t gic 12ftc3-wsa split 3s, white) in may 2019 and hardly after 30 hrs of cumulative usage, the ac broke down. Godrej technician catered to my complaint after 10 days & replaced microcontroller. However, the very next day of repair, the product broke down again.

                  No doubt that this model has some core issues with design & production. It's defective and should be taken off the market. Technicians too mentioned off the record that this model is causing all of problem. I seek reimbursement of the amount and speedy addressal of the issue

                    I have purchased a split 1.5 inverter ac from valueplus store in may 2019. Its been 4 months and i have started facing multiple issue like cooling, noise, consumption and auto off, as well as the after sales service. The technician have visited multiple times giving temp solutions and problem still exists.

                    I have also mailed the issue to the area manager of lucknow but he did'nt respond. I am in a total loss as my money is stuck and even not getting the luxury of an air conditioner.

                    I am totally annoyed now please help me with the refund of this product asap.

                      I shyam vir singh working in essel group (Zee) in lucknow. I purchased a refrigerator on 05.11.18 -290l - mrp-32850/-
                      Now i have been facing the problems very less cooling. I complained in costumer care two times with registered number [protected] and service different service man came both time against first complaint service man said thet its lower big door gas kit is loos so he fitted it and went but the gas kit again come out in two days use do i complained second time and another service man came and change the thick rubber with a thin rubber of big lower door, just after fix the new rubber we obsearve that there is no any magnetickness in door opening and raise observation then he said it will be in its position after 1 hr.
                      But now the cooling in the freeze and freezer both is very very less like 10 years old refrigerator, it is in warranty period and i think it is manufacturing defect
                      "so i am requesting you to replace my refrigerator otherwise i will escalate it in other forum"

                        I have purchasee godrej water purifier (Model no. Gp200) 4 years before, and now i have to change the filter. I contact the godrej customer care and also godrej service centre. From godrej company i received the reply now the model has stopped and the parts is not available. This is very rediculus reply and parts must available in the market. So many people are purchase this item. How they can stop. If the model has stoppled but the parts must get in them market. And i have to tell the public no one purchase godrej products becuase they are manufacturing the products like use and throw products like chinese products.

                              I took a three year warranty of Godreg split AC two year ago.Last saturday, I lodged a complaint regarding non-cooling of AC. On sunday a tecnician visited and told that in this AC gas will be filled and second team will visit on monday.
                              On monday, I enquired at ph no [protected] (Mr Akhileash) and he assured that he already handedover my complaint to feild crew and problem will be resoved by today evening. But no team visited .
                              Today(Tuesday) I again make call to Mr Akhilesh and he gave a telephone number of tecnician Mr Ajay([protected]) . I talked to Mr Ajay, he told me that he is in a meeting and could not attend my complait. Then he also gave me a phone number of his Mr Shivam([protected]). From last two hrs I am continuoisly dailing his number but he is not picking my phone.

                              My complaint number is D[protected].Kindly arrange to attend this complaint by today evening otherwise i will take this matter in consumer court.

                                Have received a message to schedule my first free maintenance of my inverter ac on 23rd august 2019. After i called n service is scheduled n received the message byt no one showed up, since that day, i called customer care every following day to express my grievance but instead of help all reps just escalated my issues, how many people are required to escalate my issue and everybody marked it top priority as if m sitting on the other side of the world and my problem is getting addressed and was to get call regarding this but godrej never cares. Now its end september 2019. The first free service deadline is over. On every call i did mention how they will say your first free maintenance is expired because they don't care for service once the product is sold... Siddesh n sayli both representative promised of the call from the concerned department to address my issue.

                                Still it is work in progress since last to last sunday it's been more than a week. Hardly they care for their customer. Will never recommend any one to buy their products, once sold dont expect any service.

                                  I purchased one godrej refrigerator on 03.09 2012. The door has rusted. As per warrenty the part or entire refrigerator to be replaced free of cost if rusted within 10 years. I have booked complain on 20.08.2019. Call no w[protected].                                       We are from ahmedabad.

                                      We had purchased a fridge on march 2016.
                                      Within one year there was a problem in fridge door and we had to change as per advise from your service man.
                                      Again after few months we changed the door as the lock was not working properly.

                                      Last month fridge cooling was not proper so we contacted customer care and your company sent a person to check the same.

                                      Person who came firstly insisted us to take a service contract from him of rs 5000 yearly. When we denied that he started repairing fridge. He asked to change the instrument worth rs 250 and we agreed to it.

                                      Cooling issue still pertained so we registered the person again and again when he visited he insisted for his service contract. This time he said another part is to be changed and it will cost rs 750. We agreed and he changed the part and fridge was ok with proper cooling.

                                      Within 2-3 days of this instance, water leakage started inside the fridge and now cooling issue is resolved by my whole frigde is leaking. We conplained and again the same person came and now he says a socket is to be changed of rs 750.

                                      Sir, why there is no proper service for our fridge. Is it compulsory for us to take a service contract from your person??? We are not getting proper service. This is very disappointing that a company like godrej having international brand image is providing such pathetic service with such pathetic service man.

                                        Mene ek godrej company ka washing machine liya tha jisme 5 saal ki warranty di gai thi, lekin jabse mene machine kharidi hai usme koi na koi kharabi arhi hai bohot baar complain bhi ki lekin wo sirf machine dekh kr or machine or bill ki photo le kr chale jate hai or kahte hai ki kuch dino me thek karwa denge lekin abhi tak koi thek krne nhi aya.
