We are from ahmedabad.

We had purchased a fridge on march 2016.
Within one year there was a problem in fridge door and we had to change as per advise from your service man.
Again after few months we changed the door as the lock was not working properly.

Last month fridge cooling was not proper so we contacted customer care and your company sent a person to check...

Mene ek godrej company ka washing machine liya tha jisme 5 saal ki warranty di gai thi, lekin jabse mene machine kharidi hai usme koi na koi kharabi arhi hai bohot baar complain bhi ki lekin wo sirf machine dekh kr or machine or bill ki photo le kr chale jate hai or kahte hai ki kuch dino me thek karwa denge lekin abhi tak koi thek krne nhi aya.

I have taken amc by rs 5500/- on 12.5.2019 for my godrej ref (Model no-gfe27bz, 250 ltrs) for 2 years from m s service centre, serampore, hooghly, wb-712201, your smart care application no[protected].
After that, problem arised and not yet solved. I wrote to the following authorities either solve my problem or refund my amc money.

We've had this ac for a year and it has stopped working 5 times. They take very long to respond to complaints, once even more than ten days. This time, it's already been 3 days and there had been no response. The customer care helpline took over 15 minutes of wait time to respond. We are very unhappy with the product and it's service. We would like godrej to take it back and refund the money....

I have made an urgent complaint on godrej ref rt eon 260p2.4 mbl bought on 23-3-19 by e-mail to [protected]@godrej.com on 15-8-19 at 8.00 am and got an autoreply with complaint no.197889. When there was no response even after 48 hours, i contacted your call center and they informed that the e-mail complaint is not registed. Look into this and give me an answer....

It’s been four months already we applied for replacement of broken dinning chair under warranty. Till date we have not received any intimation or support from mr. Anil baishya contact person (Contact no: [protected]) godrej appliances guwahati assam. (N. G. Mercantile pvt. Limited, gs road)

We are feeling helpless. Now want to escalate this and would appreciate if you can take necessary action against this....

I am having edge digi 241 litres, but recently a problem arises, it's mode are changing frequently, i. E, from frost free to defrost mode then to turbo chill mode. And the refrigerator is not cooling also. Please suggest me how to resolve this problem. What to do??? Why is this happening? Is this the sensor problem or something else? Please help me out......

Godrej double door freeze got fired in the morning time 6 am on 25 july. I bought this freeze in the month of march 2019. A few days back as well the same incident happen in my neighbor godrej freeze.
