First of all, please take my complain seriously. I am from assam, i bought a washing machine, (Model no. Wt eon 651 pfh) unit sr. No. [protected], date - 31/01/2017 from your authorized dealer priya enterprise, panindra road, north lakhimpur, assam. I have paid rs 22, 900/-. From the beginning, i have facing lots of problem using this product. Till date, i have repair this product more than 7 times. Often it shows error codes reflecting on the screen. After passing the warranty period of 1 year, i have repaired this product more than 7 times and every time your service man cost me rs.650/- per visit. Anyway that's not my issue, my issue is why this fully automatic washing machine give me such a punishment. Every month i have to call a service man from your side and now i am tired. Please do something. I have not got any suggestion or help from your helpline number. Whenever i called the manager of the particular enterprise, they always avoid my complaint.
Within the warranty period the display of the washing machine got cracked and service man told me there is option to repair this.
Now thing is that, i want to exchange this product. Please help me out. Otherwise there is no option rather than go the consumer court.
Please tell me the procedure to exchange this product to an another. I hope you take my words seriously.
