I purchased godrej split ac and luminous stabilizer from avinash electronics, hamirpur, uttar pradesh. Contact number - [protected], [protected]

At the time of purchase the shopkeeper said that the accountant is on a holiday and he will provide bill tomorrow. But even after 23 days he has not provided the bill. I go to his shop daily and he keeps making excuses.

I purchased the products on 10th july, 2019. Without the bill i am unable to avail the service and warranty of the products. I have even contacted customer care of the companies but they refused to help.

Please help me to get the bill.

    Refer to the service call no. E[protected], person from company attend in the same day. But we are not satisfied with the person and their service charge. We have complaint about main door was not opened properly.
    Person attend and told that tray below freezer was not properly inserted. He adjusted and cleared the issue.
    But the service charge he asked is too high. We are totally unsatisfied with the
    Godrej team. Am also working as a service engineer. But we are not charging
    As these much.
    In future we are not go with godrej products and also support to this products.
    Godrej Appliances customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    With due respect i have purchased a godrej chair and now its not working properly
    i.e there is a locking problem. kindly fix it
    i shall be highly thankful

      I complained twice to the customer service portal of godrej regarding my refrigerator improper functioning but no one visited my house for solving this problem instead of getting the discussion between me and representative (Of my area) over the telephone. Whenever i called him he says "he will repair it as soon as particular defective part will available" and it has passed approx two months.

          Hi,
          I have taken amc of godrej split ac and paid rupees 4536/-. Amc application no.[protected].
          I have complained regarding my ac. I called the customer care and the technician visited on 17 july. The technician said the there is some problem in compressor and a part has to be replaced which will come from mumbai. The complaint was raised on 17th july. Today is 24 july. 7 days have passed and i am still awaiting for my ac to be repaired. Me and may family (2 small kids) are suffering since 7 days! But no one is helping us!. I have called several times to customer care and service center and every time the are saying the same thing that the parts has to come. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I would never recommend anybody to buy godrej products. Their after sales service is very bad, unprofessional. Even today when i called the service center he said the product part which has to be replaced will arrive soon.
          I am from delhi and these people who are running service centre on behalf of godrej dont even have parts which should be replaced immediately. If you can't provide prompt service and don't keep necessary parts then why the hell are you selling acs and forcing your existing customer to take amc.

          The AMC for Godrej air conditioner is expired. I have been contacting the Customer Care for Godrej Appliances since last 10 days. But they are not sending technician or representative.

But problem not resolve after some time ill again lodge complain engeniar change only gas kit but completly damage by him. Ill talk to him he told me your door again changed by company. But one week left but no body look it kindly close this...

            I had exchanged my fridge with new one as offered by godrej..in 2016. The amc for old fridge was for 3 years and only after 6 months this exchange was done.. The refund of amc for unused period is still not done since last 2 years.. My application is still in process as their officers communicated to me on what's up.. I am senior citizen and not possible to go to hq at vikhroli for this refund.. There representative came and took all necessary papers and refund application but i am still not getting a proper reply from them.. Pls do needful..

              Ear sir,

              This is in reference to the godrej air conditioner we purchased from your store in jaipur on 27.07.2017 vide invoice no. 5qi/11000227. We were in no hurry to buy an air-conditioner that time but after your repeated follow ups for exchanging old window ac with new one, we finally agreed to buy from your store. The day the air-conditioner was installed it was not cooling properly and your customer service person asked us to wait for 24 hours to let the ac run properly. The small room was not at all cool even though we tried to decrease the temperature. We managed somehow because the ac in that room was not used much all throughout the year.
              This summer we used the ac but it wasn't cooling properly. So we called your service centre and got it checked with the technician and he checked thoroughly and specified a defect in the product. He assured us that it will be repaired in two days time. Well it took them more than a month to repair the ac with a hefty bill amounting to rs. 10495/-. To our utter surprise, the air conditioner is still not able to cool a small room even after repair. We are writing to complaint that we are not interested in getting this product repaired again rather since it is a defective piece, we demand a new working piece in replacement.
              We believe you will look in to the matter and help us get another new piece. We are really disappointed the way everything was handled. It’s been almost months and we are not able to use the air conditioner. Kindly look into the matter urgently otherwise we will report the matter in consumer court.

                Irrespective of complaint dated 3rd july 19 of nsj refrigerator

                I have been continuously calling

                A fellow came and took 1300 saying gas leakage is there and filled the gas

                Even then my freezer not working

                No representative of godrej office alambagh has bothered to attend and visit to find out fault in my nsj godrej refrigerator bought 4 yrs ago.

                Everyday i am being assured someone will come but to my dissappoinment no one came

                Really poor service indeed

                  Hi,

                  In april 2019 i have raised a case with godrej customer support regarding to my godrej eon ac which was not cooling and the issue found was with gas leakage and compressor. After doing many escalation the technician visit after 15 days and done the gas charging along with 2 meter pipe extend as the gesture of goodwill by godrej but when the work is completed i got a call from guy name hemant he was arguing for the additional charge of 1300 rupees for the copper wire which i denied giving him. After 2 months again my ac is not cooling and i raised a case with godrej and the same guy hemant picked up my case and asking me for the out standing amount which is not even valid. He is now giving me warning like that my ac will be remove from godrej warranty i'll never get the godrej ac and he will not done the gas charging again which is still under warranty. Can anybody from godrej please help and look into this.

                    Respected sir,
                    I have purchased a godrej refrigerator (241 pc 3.4 silky wine) on 22/06/19 from electronics centre, durgapur - 13 (W. B.). Due to compressor problem it is replaced by another new one on 23/06/19.
                    On 24/06/19 company's technician came to my home for demo and again it is found another defective piece.
                    On 06/07/19 the previous refrigerator is replaced by a new one. On the same day, the demonstrator came and checking the machine he informed mw that there is a problem in the compressor and it cannot be run further.
                    This is the third time. The same thing happened. Now i am trying to to understand whether you are joking with me or your products are as it is.
                    Enough is enough! Now i have decided to break the relation with your company and i want full refund of money.
                    So, i request you to kindly arrange the same within three days otherwise further action will be taken from this side.

                      Hello,

                      Its just one year six months since we purchased a godrej refrigerator. And with a year of purchase there was uneven cooling and the dc fan was broke down. We spent almost rs 3, 500 on getting it changed and all other cost inclusive. Now its only one and a half years and the compressor has broken down.
                      I raised a complaint and the visiting person said that it will be repaired in a day.
                      Now it is 4 days and the compressor will only arrive next week.

                      What sort of quality is being given to the customer.
                      Is there no checks.
                      What is the timeline for resolution.
                      Such a poor show is simply unthinkable and disgusting.

                      It is peak summers and changing the compressor is going to take a week.
                      What course of action should i do. Should i buy a new refrigerator of some worthy company.

                      Kindly get the resolution done asap.

                        I had purchased the refrigerator in the month of november, 2018. From the beginning there was the problem with the gasket. After registering several complaints, the service center has been sending technicians for changing the gaskets. Every time the technician comes, he has been glueing the gasket to my fridge door with fevi-quick. And this has happened thrice over the last 7 months.

                        Now for the last one month, the lower part of the fridge has stopped working. All the food has been going bad. This is a frost free fridge but the upper part of my fridge has been covered in frost. The technician came again and said that the defrosting timer is faulty.

                        All these have been going on over the past 7 months and the warranty period is not over yet. I have been asking them to exchange the fridge but they are so rude and are constantly arguing with me to just change the timer.

                        If this continues after the warranty period, then i will have to pay for the company's faulty product?
                        Why should i be facing this much of an inconvenience? It is a brand new fridge and this is surely not expected.

                          I booked online complaint for ac servicing and gas recharging. The engineer visit was done after 4 days, he did the gas recharging but he didnot check the ac after that to check if it is working or not and left after taking an amount of rs 3000 with a bill. When i checked the ac it was not working, i called the engineer but he is not attending my call. Fraudulant godrej service

                            I have purchased a godrej refrigerator with 2 years warranty from croma on[protected] and here are the details:

                            Product: godrej ref dc 190l rde pro205tdf3.2 mgnt
                            Serial number:[protected]dr00326
                            Attached herewith is the invoice of the product.

                            I have been facing a lot of trouble with this refrigerator ever since i purchased it. Till date, we have made 3 complaints against this product and here are the details:

                            1st complaint: we face power fluctuations in our area but it is not frequent. The product worked well for the first month (February 2019) but once when the electricity went off for about 10 minutes, the machine started and was working but suddenly it shut down for about 17 hours in the night and we were not aware as the light was still on. We lost 4 litres milk which got spoiled and had to be thrown out and all other vegetables got spoiled. We called the mechanic (Complaint number: b[protected]) and he said the machine is working fine now and he advised us to buy a stabilizer which we did. Please note that there is an issue with the defrost button as well and when the mechanic told us to defrost the machine, he also noticed that the button falls off and is not proper.

                            2nd complaint: in about a week, the machine again shut down on its own and when i just pushed the door slightly after 12 hours, the defrost button came out and the fridge started working again. I had already called the technician (Complaint number: b[protected]). He visited my place and repaired the machine and we got to know that the whole machine is defective and keeps shutting down with/without any power cut. The mechanic had set the temperature to medium and left.

                            3rd complaint: this month, we noticed that too much water is accumulating on all the shelves of the fridge, the freezer had too much ice formed, our vegetables got spoiled and dhaniya too was soaked in water and spoiled and hence we defrosted the fridge. We also noticed that there are power fluctuations taking place since a week. It did not start even after 11 hours till we had to manually take out the defrost button after which the fridge started in 15 minutes. We called the technician to check this issue (Complaint number: b[protected]) but he did not do anything regarding this and said the fridge is working fine and it may be a problem with the stabilizer.

                            We complained later for a replacement and the technician visited our house saying thermostat is defective and needs to be replaced.

                            We have brought this refrigerator as we trust the brand named godrej and have owned the company's fridge earlier for 15 years which has not given us any trouble but this fridge is defective as it not only has a cooling issue but also causes power fluctuations. We cannot put the fridge off as well as our milk and other products will get spoiled. We are highly disappointed with the product and hence we don't want the fridge at all. We want you to take this piece and refund our money. We have spent rs. 16139 (Which includes the price of the fridge and 2 years extended warranty) and have faced so many problems in less than 5 months.

                            I contacted godrej several times for a replacement/refund but they want to again replace the thermostat and not issue any refund. This is the second time the fridge needs to be repaired by godrej technicians in a span of less than 6 months and this proves the product is defective. I want a replacement/refund as i don't trust this model anymore after it has shut down completely once and now as a defective thermostat.

                            Please consider giving us a replacement/refund and take your product back.

                              Respected sir,

                              I have godrej reviva single door refrigerator. From two days it is not cooling due to which we can not put any items for cooling and safety in it This refrigerator is more than 5years old .earlier also we have simmilar complaint and very well attended by your authorized dealer .

                                My new freeze are not working properly and Godrej Company aren’t take action this freeze i am daily complaining in service centre but no one person respond what can i do i am going daily in shop where I purchased but he said i can not do any thing you should complain the godrej companie and I mailed godrej company but no one respond I purchased 20/5/2019 and this freeze failed 29/5/2019 and I complain 5/6/2019 but no one takes seriously this matters

                                  I purchased 1 ton AC on 16/06/19 but till date installation not done and a lady namely Sabnam from Agra service centre called me and intimate about extra installation charges from 700 to 1100. When I denied to extra charges she told me that ur product installation will not be done by our service engender and also told if you want return this product. I'm very disappointed by this behaviour and customer support team. I contact customer care but no any assurance received by me.. If issues not shout-out, I will take strict action against this type of customer support and file a court case against gofer and dealer in consumer coram..

                                    Worst and horrible service received from Godrej.
                                    I am calling since last month but they are not listening at all.
                                    I did complain to customer care but they are ending my call with some numbers of technician and when I am trying on that number then they always disconnected or behaving like I have done a crime to purchase the product with godrej.

                                      I have placed a purchased order of shoe back on 9th June 2019 at Godrej Interior, Secunderabad show room. As per orders, I should receive the product within 5 days but I received on 15th June 2019.
                                      Then I requested the technician to come and fix. Till now no body came to fix it. Why there is such delay? The payment is collected in total but no body responds. It is a very bad situation.
                                      Godrej company is branded. Please keep it up

                                      Sound variation while washing. scratching sound .we checked it with and without clothes inside it ;the undesirable sound is there.
