I had purchased the refrigerator in the month of november, 2018. From the beginning there was the problem with the gasket. After registering several complaints, the service center has been sending technicians for changing the gaskets. Every time the technician comes, he has been glueing the gasket to my fridge door with fevi-quick. And this has happened thrice over the last 7 months.

Now for the last one month, the lower part of the fridge has stopped working. All the food has been going bad. This is a frost free fridge but the upper part of my fridge has been covered in frost. The technician came again and said that the defrosting timer is faulty.

All these have been going on over the past 7 months and the warranty period is not over yet. I have been asking them to exchange the fridge but they are so rude and are constantly arguing with me to just change the timer.

If this continues after the warranty period, then i will have to pay for the company's faulty product?
Why should i be facing this much of an inconvenience? It is a brand new fridge and this is surely not expected.

    I booked online complaint for ac servicing and gas recharging. The engineer visit was done after 4 days, he did the gas recharging but he didnot check the ac after that to check if it is working or not and left after taking an amount of rs 3000 with a bill. When i checked the ac it was not working, i called the engineer but he is not attending my call. Fraudulant godrej service

    We have purchased godrej 1.5 ton a/c .1 month ago and its not working properly ..no cooling at all ...as if its not new... Plzz register my complaint and take quick action asap...i had a very bad experience ...worst co.
    I have purchased a fridge 175 L on exchange offer one year back. there is no compliant except a glass cover of vegetable tray shattered in to pieces in the fridge today.please look in to matter and intimate the suppliers for the same in pune area . GANESH KRISHNAJI VAZE

      I have purchased a godrej refrigerator with 2 years warranty from croma on[protected] and here are the details:

      Product: godrej ref dc 190l rde pro205tdf3.2 mgnt
      Serial number:[protected]dr00326
      Attached herewith is the invoice of the product.

      I have been facing a lot of trouble with this refrigerator ever since i purchased it. Till date, we have made 3 complaints against this product and here are the details:

      1st complaint: we face power fluctuations in our area but it is not frequent. The product worked well for the first month (February 2019) but once when the electricity went off for about 10 minutes, the machine started and was working but suddenly it shut down for about 17 hours in the night and we were not aware as the light was still on. We lost 4 litres milk which got spoiled and had to be thrown out and all other vegetables got spoiled. We called the mechanic (Complaint number: b[protected]) and he said the machine is working fine now and he advised us to buy a stabilizer which we did. Please note that there is an issue with the defrost button as well and when the mechanic told us to defrost the machine, he also noticed that the button falls off and is not proper.

      2nd complaint: in about a week, the machine again shut down on its own and when i just pushed the door slightly after 12 hours, the defrost button came out and the fridge started working again. I had already called the technician (Complaint number: b[protected]). He visited my place and repaired the machine and we got to know that the whole machine is defective and keeps shutting down with/without any power cut. The mechanic had set the temperature to medium and left.

      3rd complaint: this month, we noticed that too much water is accumulating on all the shelves of the fridge, the freezer had too much ice formed, our vegetables got spoiled and dhaniya too was soaked in water and spoiled and hence we defrosted the fridge. We also noticed that there are power fluctuations taking place since a week. It did not start even after 11 hours till we had to manually take out the defrost button after which the fridge started in 15 minutes. We called the technician to check this issue (Complaint number: b[protected]) but he did not do anything regarding this and said the fridge is working fine and it may be a problem with the stabilizer.

      We complained later for a replacement and the technician visited our house saying thermostat is defective and needs to be replaced.

      We have brought this refrigerator as we trust the brand named godrej and have owned the company's fridge earlier for 15 years which has not given us any trouble but this fridge is defective as it not only has a cooling issue but also causes power fluctuations. We cannot put the fridge off as well as our milk and other products will get spoiled. We are highly disappointed with the product and hence we don't want the fridge at all. We want you to take this piece and refund our money. We have spent rs. 16139 (Which includes the price of the fridge and 2 years extended warranty) and have faced so many problems in less than 5 months.

      I contacted godrej several times for a replacement/refund but they want to again replace the thermostat and not issue any refund. This is the second time the fridge needs to be repaired by godrej technicians in a span of less than 6 months and this proves the product is defective. I want a replacement/refund as i don't trust this model anymore after it has shut down completely once and now as a defective thermostat.

      Please consider giving us a replacement/refund and take your product back.

        Respected sir,
        I have purchased a godrej refrigerator (241 pc 3.4 silky wine) on 22/06/19 from electronics centre, durgapur - 13 (W. B.). Due to compressor problem it is replaced by another new one on 23/06/19.
        On 24/06/19 company's technician came to my home for demo and again it is found another defective piece. It could not be installed yet. I think i have done a sin by buying a fridge from a country renowned company - "godrej". Now it's just like a showpiece in my house.
        So, i request you to replace my fridge as early as possible before taking further action from this side.

        I have godrej reviva single door refrigerator. From two days it is not cooling due to which we can not put any items for cooling and safety in it This refrigerator is more than 5years old .earlier also we have simmilar complaint and very well attended by your authorized dealer .

          My new freeze are not working properly and Godrej Company aren’t take action this freeze i am daily complaining in service centre but no one person respond what can i do i am going daily in shop where I purchased but he said i can not do any thing you should complain the godrej companie and I mailed godrej company but no one respond I purchased 20/5/2019 and this freeze failed 29/5/2019 and I complain 5/6/2019 but no one takes seriously this matters

            I purchased 1 ton AC on 16/06/19 but till date installation not done and a lady namely Sabnam from Agra service centre called me and intimate about extra installation charges from 700 to 1100. When I denied to extra charges she told me that ur product installation will not be done by our service engender and also told if you want return this product. I'm very disappointed by this behaviour and customer support team. I contact customer care but no any assurance received by me.. If issues not shout-out, I will take strict action against this type of customer support and file a court case against gofer and dealer in consumer coram..

              Worst and horrible service received from Godrej.
              I am calling since last month but they are not listening at all.
              I did complain to customer care but they are ending my call with some numbers of technician and when I am trying on that number then they always disconnected or behaving like I have done a crime to purchase the product with godrej.

                I have placed a purchased order of shoe back on 9th June 2019 at Godrej Interior, Secunderabad show room. As per orders, I should receive the product within 5 days but I received on 15th June 2019.
                Then I requested the technician to come and fix. Till now no body came to fix it. Why there is such delay? The payment is collected in total but no body responds. It is a very bad situation.
                Godrej company is branded. Please keep it up

                  I took 1.5 tonne of air conditioner of your Godrej company 1 year ago, whose compressor was damaged, which was replaced by your company but the service of my ac by your service mechanic was done in a poor way since the day the compressor was installed.
                  There is a lot of noise coming from the air conditioner for which Complain has done several times on toll free number which I am being told that your home visit charge will be charged and then the other charges will be given.
                  I want to know why I should pay the mistake of your service and when I gave the service charge again why should I charge the service.
                  Therefore, I request you to remove it by giving special attention to my complaint or else I will be forced to go to the Consumer Forum with this ac.

                    Cooling not proper. That's why lots of food got spoiled. Specially deep freezer not cooling properly. Ice cream and other pretiable food got spoiled. Even on high cooling meter on but low cooling also takes lots of time .

                        I had purchased the RD EPRO 225 TDI 5.2 PRL WIN on[protected] but that is not working properly food items which we keep inside the fridge that gets spoiled because of cooling issue the same thing. I told to technicians but they did not give me the proper resolution I also called to supervisor for that but she was very rude and she dint reply properly her name is Pooja contact ( [protected]) she told me that i have to wait they will check in 2-4 days after that they will decide. So please look into this matter and do the needful to me as soon as possible. I want replacement of that product because it has caused a lot of problem at my home kindly look into my complain and get it resolved as early as possible..

                          Refer my repeated phone calls regarding my complaints about brand new air conditioner. nobody repeat nobody bothered about esteemed customer specially agra service center. now im calling personal technician n bill will be sent to godrej legally and i would like to emphasis that warranty to be retained as it is. as it is a pure negligence of godrej towards their customers I'll strongly raise voice to boycott godrej products.
                          i am being compelled to quote the name i.e. Salim [protected] who is bluffing me.

                            On 8 June 2019, I registered an online service request (Call No. L[protected]) on Godrej Smart Care regarding repair of my godrej air conditioner. While registering the request, I gave preferred appointment date as 9 June 2019. On submitting my request, I got SMS that my request would be attended on 11 June 2019. As it is very hot these days and living without air conditioner in Lucknow is utmost difficult, therefore I request the company at [protected]@godrej.com on 9 June 2019 to attend my service request urgently. However, I did not get the requisite response. Now, on 10 June 2019 I made the same request on company's toll free no. [protected]. Here I was told that I have to made the request to the local service provider for early attendance of my service request. The phone no. of the local service provider given to me is switched off. I again request the company to arrange for immediate repair of my air conditioner.

                            Dear sir the service centre in kharar is not able to provide necessary services. I have installed more than 20 Godrej air conditioners. I got poor service on installation and now the appliance is not working at all. The service centre at kharar, mohali has no exposure and expertise to provide after sale service. The name of godrej is being spoilt.

                                I bought godrej refrigerator just day before yesterday.Its cooling is that short that when I open my fridge it feels I have opened an almira.My fresh vegetables have rotten in that.I am trying to contact godrej customer care but they are that much busy not to attend the calls.Feels myself guilty to trust this company for the first time in my life.Bought LG always.First time and last time bought this and now regretting my decision.

                                  I have purchased this Godrej refrigerator less than a year ago. From then it has been replaced once due to many problems. But as the summer has arrived again the problem has started and since it is in warranty the executive has to visit in nearly every 2 weeks. Although the refrigerator states it has inbuilt stabilizer but then also the executive use to add a stabilizer to it. Additionally I have a common stabilizer for whole appliances of my house, then also the problem is persisting there.

                                    This is imran Rupani I got Godrej Refrigerator on 21/09/2017.It's still covered under warranty but you guys are looting me by charging me 6, 500 I want my compressor replaced when it is covered free of cost for 10 years warranty.
                                    Godrej is completely responsible for pathetic service. my compressor must be replaced by Godrej free.Godrej made me angry

                                      Hi team,
                                      I need your urgent attention on this issue, because I don't know what to do further..
                                      I bought Godrej RT eon 231ps refrigerator on 27th August 2015 from National radio electronics company payyanur, with huge expectations.
                                      As this is a double door refrigerator we had enough expectations. Because one cabin seperately we can use for making ice in summer.. we haven't noticed any problems till second last year.
                                      2years back on one hot sunny day we bought some ice creams from local shops after having some scopes I kept it inside my fridge and very next day I opened and what I have seen had made me embraced. All the creams melted(there was no any power cut in any times)..I kept it there for one week but it did not turn in to ice again.. I called customer care for troubleshooting the issue. Call number 627349 has raised and technician told my parents that there is a problemwith thermostat, but they did not change it. We forgot things due to other problems..
                                      Second part of the story begins after 2year on this summer I have faced same issue . Raised a new call number 705609. Technician told me this is due to gas leakages. Next day senior technician came with new stabiliser and asked time to buy because this might be a use case of low voltage issue. I got convinced with his words we bought it for 2400(I would have been happy if the issue has resolved with this !). But till next day I checked it I can see ice creams still in same state all are in melted state..
                                      I told him the story..
                                      1)in summer season it is very much tough to create ice creams. (Ice creams I bought with the one which I kept in my fridge is still in frozen state in other refrigerator, but he is telling in Godrej it will be like that)
                                      2) milk products need more time than water to get freazed (I don't understand his this logic).

                                      After all this incident he asked me to bring refrigerator to his service centre even though I was not ready to transport it to their showroom, with the promise of return in 2days, I sent it to their service centre .I gave it on Friday morning.. Monday(after 3days) evening I called them. They were telling machine is not checked yet and they need some more days.. I got frustrated like anything even after 3days they didn't check it. Just because I need solutions I waited for some more days.. after 5days in Wednesday I called again(they did not call me) . They told this machine is working as normal and it doesn't have any issue. They told we will return the product on next day and returned on Friday ..
                                      What I have seen in my home is the same thing. Some time it is giving ice but if I keep any icecream or any other products it will melt very easily and not keeping the temperature...

                                      I have said this problem to technician. But he was not ready to fix the issue.. I don't know what to do now

                                      I have some questions..
                                      1) Is it the normal behaviour of Godrej refrigerator?
                                      2)If it is normal why do we need refrigerator since it will not freaz in summer as service engineer told?
                                      3) Are you expecting me to keep my refrigerator in services centre always to get my ice creams are in frozen state?
                                      4) if this is normal why national radio electronics company sales man suggested me to buy this?
                                      5) is this behaviour of service engineering team is normal in Godrej

                                      After all I have wasted my 1100(500 service charge+ transportation charge 600);and still we are not able keep any icecreams inside my fridge..

                                      This might be huge mail..but being a frustrated customer I need a solution for this.


                                      Please please suggest me a solutions

                                        I used to recommend godrej products to many of my relatives and friends. I thought godrej was a trustworthy company. But thanks to your customer care and service center guys. They made me realize I was wrong in thinking godrej was a good brand. We had purchased godrej Air conditioner last month. I have never seen this terrific AC in my life time. Since installation we are facing lots of problems with the AC. When we complaint to the coustmor care they are sending the worst technicians. With minimum or no knowledge about the fuctioning of AC. This is the 4th time we are facing the issue and this time it's too much customer care people are not even bothered about our complaint, it has been 6 days we had lodged a complaint and we haven't got any response. This is the hights of recklessness we are seeing. Didn't expect from a reputated brand like godrej. With this worst experience I will never ever go for any godrej product neither suggest my friends for the same. I hate this useless AC. I wonder whether the technicians you send even know how to use an AC. I thought godrej cared customer complaints but now I realize may be I should better opt for consumer court and make a vedio on my YouTube channel stating never buy godrej products and sharing the vedio with as many people as possible.
