I had purchased a double door Godrej EON refrigerator on Sunday (7-Apr-2019) from Capital Electronics, Ultadanga, Kolkata and the product was delivered on 10-Apr-2019. On 11th of April, the Refrigerator had stopped working and Whatever was there inside the refrigerator got rotten including fish, cooked food, etc. When I tried to contact the customer service[protected] at around 10 PM, it was getting disconnected abruptly...

Complaint no. D[protected] dated 3 april 2019 regarding window ac not working. Technician visited after 4 days than take the ac to service centre after 2 days of visit and till date the repair work is not even started. Mr. Manoj contact no. [protected] & mr. Rahul contact no. [protected] they are not helping me and keep my complaint pending for so long with promise today and tomorrow word game. This is simply not acceptable. If you are not interested...

Very poor service. I have put up multiple complaints at their toll free number [protected], but only empty promises and nobody has bothered to revert or send a service man to repair my ac. On my first complaint on 25th april 2018, one service man had come and said that gas is leaked and needs to be refilled for which he will come back in next 2 days. But never returned. Their call centre doesnt know how to escalate complaints and disconnects...

20/02/19 ko godrej service center "s. K technologies" wala bhulaya ki oven start ka buttons kharab ho gya h. Evening me godrej service se repairman aaya usne oven khola aur ulti wiring kr ke ekh blast kr diya oven me toh is oven ko pura sahi krne k service center... Fridge start ho gya.
But do din me oven use krne k liye on kiya toh pura blast ho gya aur oven band ho gya.
Uski jawab daari kon lega aur nuksaan kaa bhugtaan...

25/03/19 ko complaint ki fridge start nhi ho rha tha. Evening me godrej service se repairman aaya usne fridge khola aur ulti wiring kr ke gya... Fridge start ho gya.
But night me fridge pura jal gya.
Uski jawad daari kon lega aur nuksaan kaa bhugtaan kon krega ha... Galti service repairman ki hai aage service center pe baat ki to usne kaha problem ka solution krenge lekin koi bhi nhi aaya. Na hi ab woh jawad de rhe hai......

My ac exhanust fan motor is not working and i am unable to get it repaired or get a new one of godrej in my area. I have tried to get a new one but i am not able to get the godrej original motor. I want you to get me a new ac motor or else get the previous one repaired. I want to get it fixed asap.

I purchased a godrej air conditioner 1 ton from one of the agencies (Pittapalli) on 22 nd march and it was delivered on 23rd march and i got a call from godrej stating that the technician would come and fix it on the same day. I had to take an off from my office on that day and waited the whole day for the technician to come. Finally by evening around 5.00pm i contacted godrej again and they said it will not happen that day...

I bought godrej refrigerator 1 year before from bajaj electronics and it is not working now. This is not expected from godrej products. I lost my bill copy, can someone send me duplicate bill to claim warranty. It worked only 11 months.

I purchased a 6kg automatic machine in june 2016. During the warranty period their is some problem found. A few months ago the belt of the machine was changed because off improper working. At that time i saw that the rust has been caught. The bottom of the machine is completely rusty. Within a short time, the cost of the machine is corrupted so kindly replace this product or solve this problem immediately...

Eleven days ago I purchased deep freezer,
But freezer not working properly
And the person who came for installation
He doesn't gave me information about the freezer
Like temperature settings,
Power,
Cooling backup and all things about using
Freezer is going to lickege from down side

My ac remote had gone during the flood in kerala on august 2018. I registered a complaint and one called me and told it would be delivered after one week. After that he did not even picked the call. Worst ever experience from godrej and the employee. Please don't cheat others with this kind of service and useless employees. 100% unsatisfied. Dont give jobs to this kind of employees. He did not even called me after that. It has been around...

Dear, i was purchased a washing machine on 25 dec 2018. Machine was making extraordinary noises during washing. I have been made 2-3 times call on your customer care number but nobody has came to rectify/attend my complain. Every time i got reply that my engineers will attend your request shortly. This is very pathetic or shameful. Please look into this matter urgently and resolve immediately....

One shop 75gm only we believe human nature same quaintly free
But this time you cheated me this is not correct way treat to your regular customer

I got amc done a month back for my godrej refrigerator. Soon after that a technician came for service. He just inquired if refrigerator was working okay, and when we said yes, he said service was done! When i asked why he was not doing any checks or cleaning, etc., he said nothing was to be done.
Does service for godrej mean just inquiring if product is working? If so, what is the need to visit? They can ask over phone and say service...
