I had bought new split a. C. On 21st may fitting was not proper as water is not going through pipe it's coming out from back and front grill or vent. Just after purchasing a new split a. C. And water is dropping inside the room along the wall and damaging the room wall as well. On the same day problem started after half hour this is totally pathetic service. Will you call back on mobile no. [protected] as your customer care number is very busy or maybe they r not picking or taking calls.

No one is willing to pick up the phone at your customer care what's wrong with U guys. Calling for the same for past 10days totally pathetic service and support really fed up and frustrated with the same.

    I purchased a godrej single door refrigerator. The fridge model is of 2015 (Single door godrej edge). It was purchased from gwalior dd nagar dealer during october 2015. I'm facing a problem with compressor cooling. Due to the loss of my original bill, i requested the dealer to provide me with the duplicate bill, first, he agreed and later said that he doesn't keep the old bills.

    Kindly help me to avail the warranty.

    Dear Mam, i have already lodged a complain but the Godrej service centre people are not listening to me and saying to show the refrigerator bill. I explained them that I have lost the bill and the Godrej local dealer from where I purchased the fridge is not giving me the duplicate bill. The service centre Of Godrej are not ready to repair the fridge without Bill and saying they will charge for the parts repaired without bill.

    I made a wrong decision by purchasing Godrej product because no one is ready to listen me . Godrej is not giving me the warranty without bill. And Duplicate bill is not being provided by the Godrej Dealer

      I bought godrej double door refrigerator and since feb19 i am facing same problem i. E. Ice formation not happening. Since then this is the fourth time i am complaining for same issue i. E. Ice formation not happening. Every time i have to pay rs.750 as visiting charges.

        Yesterday at around 8 pm a fire broke out of my newly bought ac pipeline which was installed 6 months back. The fire erupted because of faulty ac line installed or the technicians installed it improperly as it erupted from the pipe while the ac was not in use. I want the godrej technicians to take the matter seriously. A small portion of the building was burnt because of the fire caused by it and the acp sheet of that portion got burnt. Thanks to the fire service which reached on time and save us and the building from any major damage. It's not a joke to play with other people's life, if not noticed sooner could have taken many lives.

          I have purchased Godrej A/c model : GSC 12 ATC 3 WSA on 22/05/19. The installation has not been completed so far and I'm unable to run the clinic. The installation person came and created a mess and left it incomplete. It's a closed sound Proof room and we cannot sit inside without the a/c. I have rescheduled my patients for the past two days. It's now the third day and so far it has not been sorted out. They have removed the tube light and not fitted them back and left the place uncovered after making a hole for the vent. I want my room restored with the new A/c and lights fitted.

            I am a senior citizen (80 yrs.) retired govt. Employee. Two years before my son bought me an ac of 'godrej co'. It is truly very fine machine since bought. Recently due to the extension of my house my son contracted with the customer care for shifting the ac from one outside wall to other side of the same room. Customer care told my son that the shifting charge is around rs. 1900/- and also booked our request. The next day local service center office telephone me for this purpose. I agreed, they came and done their job. After finishing the shifting process they handover me a kacha bill (gst free) of around rs. 9600/-. I became shocked and wanted to know bill details and demanded paka bill (with gst). They forced me not to give the bill and if the bill is generate the amount will be increase. When i go through the bill i became shocked to see the bill.
            Sir my ac is only two years old and it is still in good condition but they changed most of the item intentionally and made the bill without any intimation. Now i am in great problem to make the payment. Though i have given them a cheque of dated 05/06/2019 of total amount but it will be a very difficult mount of june for me to carry on my expense. Please look into the matter and punish them. So, that they will not be able to cheat any person like me.

                I have raised for ac service via customer care on 9th may. They sent some local guys and they don't even know anyyhng about ac except cleaning the mesh in indoor unit. They just cleaned and left taking the service charge. Problem is cooling is not as expected. Again called customer care and raised complaint on 11 th may. Another tecnician came cleaned outdoor unit and left. Problem not resolved yet. Again raised complaint on 18th. Person came opened indoor unit and cleaned in full. Too much dust came and clogged drain pipe. He left station g problem is resolved. Now water leakage problem. Had raised complaint again and the person has not yet visited. I wonder how such a big company with such stupid after sales support. I am afraid to write all my experiences with technicians visited. We are far better than them. Pls don't buy godrej product or incad if you already have them better call some local tecnician and get them serviced.

                Today person came and identiifed that some thing was broke during fixing the frame by the last tecnician. He applied m seal a temporary fix though it is not working and company has to reimburse the loss made by their technician. Attached the pic of the broken piece from the ac frame due to mishandling.

                  I anuradha banerjee purchase a godrej split ac from great eastern on 09/05/19. Installation technitions come and take full paiment but inastallation incomplete and say disput machine, to check technition. Technition come and check then say refrigerent gas is empty. Gas technitioans visit and say improper installation. None of them does not take any step.ac does not run till now (25/05/2019). Please take some action as soon as possible.

                    Good afternoon,
                    I had bought a godrej Ac on 12/04/2016 whose warranty expired and then we renewed the warranty for 3 additional years from 25/05/2018 .
                    The service is not good nor is the AC in these 3 years I have experienced abundant of problems, from low cooling to not sufficient air flow to water leakage, I have regularly called your technicians for service which they do and the problem arises again in some days
                    Today also I called your technician for a problem of water leakage from the AC he checked and said there is choke and not sufficient air supply he then stated it will require a petrol cleaning for which he would need to remove the AC and take it with him and said it will charge me Rs. 1200 /-
                    My question is why do I need to pay this additional cost when the problem is with the machine itself, there is nothing written in the agreement stating that I will need to pay additional for these services, you don't have to replace anything so no question of the cost of parts, when your technician has accepted that the problem is with the machine then why do I need to pay extra for it to be solved ? Nor did the person who came to collect the check any such thing, I'm sorry I will not pay any extra cost for which is clearly a job which should have been done long back without cost, which we still accepted as the problem was not severe, now there is complete leakage and we cannot use it
                    Is this the type of cheating Godrej does and the service it provides ? I will post these questions in online forums like quora and also in customer forum of the government, I'm really disappointed with this service and this hidden cost of your services .I am attaching the service contract with this mail.
                    Please reply as soon as possible as what are you going to do about this issue.

                    This complaint number is from 4th May the service person came and said that he has to take the air conditioner with him but will charge Rs. 1200 and we refused, as we were not satisfied with the service we didn't give him the OTP, we have requested for service again because there is no cooling and no proper air flow and we think he will give us the same reason and do nothing .Please give a proper solution for this as we are not going to pay extra 1200 on top of the warranty cost for something so simplr and which should be your job. If they can do the service and repair it while the AC is mounted well and good and if he has to take it down for service that should be your lookout . please do the needful thank you . We are located in Mira road, Thane if that is helpful to you to resolve this quickly

                    I again called for service today for low cooling, and dripping water and still he said they will have to take down the AC and take it to their workshop which is just 5 mins from my home. I said you take down the AC and I will deliver it to the workshops so no chance for travelling charges, he said no and the funniest thing is when I asked him is the whole RS 6, 000 you'll have taken for warranty is just so that whenever any problem occurs you can only CLEAN THE AC and if any problem which can't be solved by that you will have to take the AC to the workshop saying it's necessary and asking for addition money?. That is serious cheating and break of trust as well as I'll trained engineers I have made a complaint from the same number which I have posted before please look into it as I'm feeling really betrayed by this policy and your terrible service.

                    I have waited long enough for any of your call backs, is this how you treat your customers ?. The service guys send the worst technician whose answer to any problem is that they have to take it to their workshop which costs me 1200 extra, any problem which cannot be solved and you will have to take it to the workshop will cost me extra ?what kind of cheating is this ?the workshop is 5 minutes from my home and I offered to bring it there he just has to uninstall the AC and install it again but they refused that they will still charge ?what kind of nonsense is this I have paid enough money for warranty for these problems to be covered when the technician comes he says the same thing over and over ?are all these warranty claims just an excuse to make money if it is so it is a pathetic excuse for a company, my father chose godrej Because he believed in it as I can see it is nothing as he thought it was, I will post all my complaints on every online complaint forums and general forums I find my hands on I promise

                        I had complained regarding cooling issue in my ac after which the technician visited after 7 days to solve the gas leakage issue. Just after 20 days the gas again leaked and i had to call the customer care again. The technician visited after 4 days and said a part has to be replaced which will come from mumbai. They took the part and said they will come back in 2-4 days. This time the complaint was raised on 7th may. Today is 17th may. 10 days have elapsed and i am still awaiting for my ac to be repaired. I would never recommend anybody to buy godrej products. Their after sales service has been traumatic, unprofessional and lethargic. Even today when i called the service technician he said the product part which has to be replaced will arrive in 7 days. I am in ahmedabad and these people who are running service centre on behalf of godrej dont even have parts which can be replaced. The distance from ahmedabad to mumbai is not that far that it should take 7-10 days for parts to come. Why the hell are you selling acs in ahmedabad when you cant provide prompt services.

                        They brought a new part and fitted in the AC. It took time but they did it. So, I am satisfied now. They have to still increase the speed of doing service. I had to sleep for almost 15 days without AC. Those 15 nights were restless as I have only one AC and my daughter fell ill during this time. They have to fix any such service issue within maximum 3 days. Its not a refrigerator which we can still do without for 15 days.Its an AC. They should understand how it feels without AC at night when one wants to sleep in a hot city like Ahmedabad with 42 degree temperature. As my problem has been solved I am happy but they have to still improve a lot in terms of service efficiency.

                        It has been solved now. It took time but finally I am satisfied. No more grievance.
                        I have purchased new godrej split ac 5 days back till now no one is responding for installation not even lifting the calls saying unwanted reasons we are tierd up with this kind of service. Please respond with the costomers request .

                        Sir recently a faulty smell coming from my refrigerator it is leaking Gas
                        Send mechanic soon as possible.
                        Model -Model-RD EDGE PRO 190 PD 6.2/2015 and can this may harm the food material from that Gas .
                        And what type of gas it is .

                          I anish mandavathil, raised a complaint rs198900 for defective on/off button. First i was told it will cost 1850, later 1250 then part not available. I have been following up since last two weeks. If godrej as an organization finds it difficult to supply a on off button in 2 weeks what can we expect on their service. Last time when the same on off button was replaced they charged 350 and now they are asking for exorbitant money. Plus no part available communication.

                            being cheated

                            I complained about my godrej eon refrigerator not cooling properly on 4th may on the toll free no. [protected]. The service person who visited, changed the timer sensor. He charged rs 4250 for it. The rate in the market is around rs 400. I didn’t cross check at that time as i thought they r from the company and could not imagine to be cheated.

                            Dear Sir/Madam !
                            I have purchased one refrigerator bearing Model No. 52141501SD01388, Bill No.311/12051368 on 22.08.2018. From the very first day it was not working properly but we have ignored. But from 10 April 2019 is not working as cooling, door closing and other problems was there. The Dealer also committed that the technician from company will come and show you a demo, how to use it. But nobody has came from August 2018 to April 2019.
                            I first given compliant on 12th April 2019 to customer care one sale person named MR. SURESH PAL related to dealer. One technician attained the complain and told us that door and kit problem is there. We will launch complain to company and replace the door and kit. But they have ignored our complain. I am facing a lots of problem due to fridge. We are regularly calling from 16 april to till date. So, many called has been done to other technician, Name MR. RAVI, slaes person SURESH PAL and service center supervisor named MRS. VARSHA.

                            Now I am informing you that please replace my product or cancelled the said sale deed and refund my totot money. Otherwise we will be proceed it before the consumer court as per your terms and conditions.

                              Lodged a service call today (11th may) with call no k[protected] as my ac was not working. The local service centre behala climate control technology assured the technical help (With technician name indrajit sardar) today. But nobody came. Such incident are being repeated every year, though i spent the money on maintenance contract regularly. I also mailed to their main office, but they just don't care to contact.

                                I had registered a complaint regarding lack of cooling refrigerator, pentacool. Through, godrej helpline on 23.03.2019 and in pursuance of my complaint a representative from your franchise, namely 24 x 7 resq home care visited my residence at ra – 53, inder puri, new delhi -110012 on 24.03.2019 & tried to rectify the defect by filling the gas, & was told that it would take about 10 to 12 hours, to resume it”s full cooling–effect. Even after waiting for 24 hours the cooling level did not result in formation of ice in the freezer and in fact there was not any improvement what so ever. I had paid a total sum of rs.2, 800.00 towards the repair charges. The two cash receipts dated 24.03.2019 & 25.03.2019 amounting to rs.300 & rs. 2, 500.00 are enclosed. Your franchise 24 x 7 reso home care did not respond for days together & again i had to lodge complaint through godrej helpline, who then sent the representative from your franchise namely penguin services on 15.04.2019 & on examination, he found that the old compressor unit was malfunctioning & hence the problem. M/s penguin services replaced the old compressor with a new one. For this, i paid for rs. 6, 000.00 for the new compressor. Copy of their receipt no: 1383 dated 16.04.2019 amounting to rs. 6000/- for the new compressor is enclosed for your kind information. And that too failed. More than 3 weeks had lapsed since your representatives visited my premises & the problem could not be still rectified. I could not wait my longer, especially my wife, who is coma stated, needed the urgent facility of a refrigerator. I, then, purchased a new refrigerator of hitachi make. Your old pentacool frig is lying unutilized. I shall, therefore, request m/s godrej to kindly refund the entire amount rs.8, 800.00 (2500 +300+ 6000) to my account as per the following details.

                                I have purchased 1.5 tonne split AC form vasanth & co kolathur Branch - Chennai, On installation outdoor not working, on complain they told take 3 to 4 working for New replacement . we can't understand - Gas leak / no gas in new uint ? whole testing system in ?. going for Make India consumer want fee l very bad experience .

                                  The ac purchased about a year and half back started to stop cooling. When complained on 26th march they dismantled the whole unit, took to their workshop, made a bill of around rs. 6000, and then the ordeal started. The ac again stopped cooling within 10 days. When complained the filled gas and said all ok now. Again in 5 days the ac stopped cooling. Again complained, the same service centre guys came checked and could not find a leak. They again refilled gas and this was 3rd may. By this time i was pleading with them that the issue is somewhere else. Last sunday, 6th may, the ac again stopped cooling and on complaining again, the guys came on 8th, dismantled the ac saying they will again need it to take it to the service centre. Today, 10th may, the ac is still lying at my house with no one from the service centre coming to take it. Every day there is an excuse, and that they are coming in the next 2 hours to pick it up. When i reported this to the godrej call centre, the # on the phone said that i will need to call the service centre, and practically godrej has no responsibility (He did not mention this but his attitude meant the same), but he did say that you can get the work done from outside. So basically after spending 6000, and with all this nonsense, i will have to spend the money again for the same problem. Why do godrej have a call center then? To advise people that you can get the work done outside? I never had an attitude like this from any other multinational company. Dissapointed, dejected and outraged. I will make sure to spread the word that godrej deals with their customers in this fashion.

                                    Had booked a service complaint for my air conditioner with the godrej service centre. The srevice centre forwarded call no l[protected] on 30 apr 2019. The technician after visit advised to drop the indoor and outdoor unit of the ac at the workshop, which was done on 02 may 2019. On 04 may i received a call from the service centre that the condensor needs to be replaced as the same has leakage. On 05 may when i visited the service centre for update on my product, it was told that the service centre has got burnt down along with the air conditioner. All ph nos of the service centre are switched off. On calling the godrej call centre, the only thing done was to give me two nos of the service centre manager which are switched off.
                                    I would request an immediate replacement of the ac by the company who for saving some money, enroll small workshops as their authorised service centre. These workshops are neither checked for their locations (The present one was in a residential area) by the company nor do they oversee that the products are insured and incase of such an incident wash off their hands. I would request for an immediate redressal by godrej on this issue.

                                      My refrigerator was not working properly, purchased on june 2017, i called the customer service centre and service engineer visited the house and informed that, pcb board, fan and motor not working and has to be replaced. But during the installation based on the installation engineer, he had suggested the voltage stabilizer and the same was installed by him.

                                      Now the service engineer who had attended the problem says, pcb board, fan and motor has to be replaced with the charges of 2600/- including services.

                                      I had believed that godrej is maintaining good quality, but i have been cheated very badly. Deeply regretting for purchasing godrej consumer products.

                                      Is the materials used in the refrigerator life is only 1 1/2 year. Then how can we believe godrej brand products.

                                      Also your service person state's. If you want to get it serviced give the money and get it done if not leave it.

                                      I am totally disappointed with this issue. I hope you certainly understand my concern and help me in resolving this issue to build relation ship with the godrej product
