Dear team i purchase an air conditioner of godrej company and this is under warranty but know this time its not working properly no cooling and against this issue i call to customer care of godrej company and tehchnical staff come to my home and check the air conditioner and fill the cooling gase but air conditioner not working properly and air conditioner fan broken by service man mr. Ashraf khan and replace the duplicate fan in my air conditioner i complaint many time but no short out my problem as on date my air conditioner not working properly please short out my problem fast to fast otherwise i complaint to consumer court.

    Sir,
    I am very unsatisfied about this godrej freeze, this is to bring to your notice that i purchased godrej refrigerator from your company agent sri arunava ganguly on 14/04/2016 (Ex. Code 18450), model number of which is rteon261p3.4 silver meadow & product code is 2n2f. I had also given my old godrej make refrigerator in exchange and had also paid 6, 000/ - rupees for the fridge. Within two years from date of purchase, my freze suddenly stopped. Inform toll free number the technician came and replace my pcb its cost is rs 1085. And visit charge is 475 total of rs 1560/- your technician had charged from me on 23/06/2018. Now again i get the problem godrej freeze and this time is very dangerous getting a cooling issue, which proves that i was given a defective fridge. The refrigerator is in warranty period and he should not have charged me for pcb. I feel you should refund rs.1560/-. As the fridge is in warranty period.
    My previous experience is good for godrej but this time i am suffering. Please solve my problem. I am attached bill for replacement of pcb & my product purchase bill for your ready reference. My contact no is [protected].
    Moreover, you are requested send me rnd clearance of this product model no of which is rteon261p3.4 silver meadow within one week of receipt of this notice or replace my fridge immediately failing which the undersigned shall be free to launch legal proceedings against your act o[censored]nfair trade practice and deficiency of services and shall seek the refund the amount already paid to you with interest and damages for which you shall be liable.

      I purchased ac in april 2016, and got installed at my home town rampur up
      After few days ac stopped cooling
      On complaining to service centre the personal attended complaint tild me that there is no gas in the unit & rs 3500 being payable as it is not covered in gurantee
      I paid the amount & unit was checked by the concern but no leakage could be detected as per him, he charged the gas.
      But when i started the unit in march 2017 again faced the same problem
      Once again the story repeated as previous & i was charged again, this time also no leakage was detected though they took both units to service centre and assured for non recurrence again
      But my problem never ended, again in sept 2018 faced same problem and again paid rs 3500 to mechanic but asked bill for the same & got in writing
      To my utter surprise when i started my unit this summer i was shocked to learn that no cooling by ac
      I called service centre rampur, mr deepak attended the call, i told him my grievance but to my utter surprise his reply was shocking
      “” we don’t have time, get it done by some pvt person””
      The behaviour of service centre is not friendly as expected
      Till now ac is not attended
      Hope some remedy for same
      Cant we trust godrej products

        My refrigerator was not working so i lodge a request at godrej smart care so which technician visited in 27th feb 2019 and said gas charging is not happening to which we paid inr 2250 inclusive of gas filling charges and service charges. Now again in month of april same issue and technician asking about same inr 2250 charges again... Now smart care service centre in vasai are calling and telling me donot call directly at godrej smart care, call us they are very unprofessional for past 2 days they are telling technician will come and i am chasing them my refrigerator is not working and today 26 apr 2019 while speaking with service centre about my status she cut down my phone and now phone is switched off... This is the way you treat your customer..
        False advertisement going around that godrej smart care service is best... Very much false and pathetic

          With reference to godrej split ac amc terms. I have ensured that all the electronic items are covered through amc and as a result of the same, i purchased amc for godrej product such as refrigerator and ac and recently one month before the expiration of amc for my ac.in apr'18, i got a call to renew my amc and considering we cannot predict future, i opted for renewal and made the payment.in this week, when i raised complain d[protected], after review it was told that inner coil needs to be replaced and it's not part of amc however previously it was part of amc and entire inner unit was replaced by the company.

          Whenever company renew amc, it is required for them to share changes, in this case nothing happened. So, i was deliberately cheated in order to get money.

          Therefore, i would like to raise this concern to higher authorities and want justice for the unlawful practice followed to cheat customer.

            Its a bad experience about service boy and superviser i had complete about my product service man had checked with out power and taken service charge and superviser justifying that company only had fixed the service charges its really bad experence kinky look in to this and try to refund the amt if this is the service means it ill escalated to social media

              Godrej franchises are dealing with the electronics and appliances under amc in a very unique way. Here is the moving picture of such an over act.
              1. During the last three years, the concerned franchise has not undertaken even a single wet service, except the dry one, inspite of repeated re quests and having drawn to the rules of the company concerning the type and number of services to be done. Minimum one wet and one dry service is a must. But these instructions / rules are for the people who are to follow and not for those who act in collusion with the masters. The dry service was also an eye wash. The technicians never come with the requisite tools and materials to do the dry service, not to talk of wet ones. Reports were lodged but it appears they had been given a very pride place in the dust bin, year after year by the people involved..
              Their modus operandi is explained below based upon their smss:
              2. The latest modus operandi is given below: -
              A. Sms of april 03, 2019 sent and received at 6:02 am, says, "your call no is d[protected]. Secret code is 426. Share this with technician, if completely satisfied with the service. For assist. Call [protected]."point to be noted, no call or request was made from my side, this request was the result of their own imagination and foresight.
              B. Sms of april 03, 2019 sent and received at 12:37 pm says, "technician-mehtab will be attending your call-d[protected] on 11/04/2019" point to be noted, the technician mehtab neither reported nor contacted before, on and after the specified date.
              C. Sms of april 08, 2019 sent and received at 1:16 pm, says, "we are closing your godrej appliance complaint no. D[protected] as you have said that there is no problem. For help pls call [protected]. Point to be noted, i never said the words as mentioned in the sms, as no body spoke to me on this subject. It is their own imagination and concoction.
              D. On april 16, 2019 at about 9:00 pm, i booked my request for the service of my ac with the web site with otp 9029.
              E. On april 16, 2019 at 9:22 pm, sms received containing,"dear customer thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you, ur service call no. Is d[protected], for enquiry pls contact [protected]
              F. Sms of april 17, 2019 received at 6:48 pm, says"technician shahrukh khan wii be attending your call-d[protected] on 25/04/2019.
              G. Godrej sms of april 18, 2019 received at 12:35 am, says," godrej consumer, we have attended to your appliance.in case of pending work, please give a missed call within 7 days on [protected]. Again a while lie. They attend the service while [censored]ing in their beds.
              H. Sms of april 19, 2019 received at 11:41 am, that too, after i had spoken to the customer care services,, "your call no. Is d[protected], secret code is 802. Share. This with technician, if completely satisfied with the service. For asst., call [protected]. Point to be noted they have issued a fresh request no again.
              I, brigadier kulwant singh saghu, am highly impressed by the sop being followed by the franchises of and staff of godrej & byoce (P) ltd working under the chairmanship of shri a. Godrej, who is one of the most respected industrialist of the world, there is no reason not to believe that if the staff of the company continued working like this, the company will be able to withstand the blow of competitive hammer in the future. I am also thankful to the staff who has with their cunningness and manipulation has laboured hard to open my eyes to see other products in the market. Till date i was blindly using the following products of the well reputed firm"godrej & byoce (P) ltd.

                Novel procedure being followed by the godrej franchises under amc

                    Respected sir,
                    Complain regarding the refrigator which i have bough a 10 months earlier. On15/04/2019 i register a complain regarding the refirgator service and its non working to the toll free number which is provided by you. They registar the complain and provide me a complain number and said the problem will be resolved in 24 hours. But till now no solution has been provided by the team the techician call me and say i will come in the evening but he does not came and when i call back in the toll free number they say there is no complain registered. When i ask them to check again then they say the complain is register and we will slove it very soon. But till now the complain has not been resolved.
                    We are facing so many issues because of non working of the refrigator.
                    This is only negligence by your team.
                    Please provide a solution regarding my complain otherwise any other action will be taken by me and a complain regarding defencey in service should be registered by me with the appropiate authority.

                        I had purchased a double door Godrej EON refrigerator on Sunday (7-Apr-2019) from Capital Electronics, Ultadanga, Kolkata and the product was delivered on 10-Apr-2019. On 11th of April, the Refrigerator had stopped working and Whatever was there inside the refrigerator got rotten including fish, cooked food, etc. When I tried to contact the customer service[protected] at around 10 PM, it was getting disconnected abruptly after stating that the call would be monitored. I tries several times and the result was the same.

                        I could book a call on 12-April and technician visited my house. After inspecting, he said that the compressor was not working and needs replacement. He had asked us whether we would like to change the entire refrigerator or only the compressor. We opted to change the entire refrigerator and now we have to wait for another 7 days for the replacement. We will be without the refrigerator for these 7 days. Service paper is attached herein.

                        I had purchased Godrej instead of some leading internal brands only because it was an Indian brand. But, now I think had made a wrong choice as I had never imagined that we had to go through so much pains. I do not understand how Quality Control works there.

                        Wanted to bring it to your notice. I wish no other customer faces this pain again.

                          Complaint no. D[protected] dated 3 april 2019 regarding window ac not working. Technician visited after 4 days than take the ac to service centre after 2 days of visit and till date the repair work is not even started. Mr. Manoj contact no. [protected] & mr. Rahul contact no. [protected] they are not helping me and keep my complaint pending for so long with promise today and tomorrow word game. This is simply not acceptable. If you are not interested in
                          Attending my complaint tell me straight forward, no need to hang up me like this. I will take legal action against godrej for fraud and harassment.

                            Very poor service. I have put up multiple complaints at their toll free number [protected], but only empty promises and nobody has bothered to revert or send a service man to repair my ac. On my first complaint on 25th april 2018, one service man had come and said that gas is leaked and needs to be refilled for which he will come back in next 2 days. But never returned. Their call centre doesnt know how to escalate complaints and disconnects the call after some time.
                            Need compensation for this mental harassment experienced.

                            Need an urgent revert. Pl help.

                              Dear Sir.

                              I have not yet received Replacement for the damaged supply of Str. Kit Cutting edge plast 8 pcsI (Item code 52152000SD00023/GKAU) for almost 6 months.

                              Please see the history of the purchase and after sale services of the purchases of the Microoven and Str Kit as followos

                              (1) I booked a Godrej Micro-oven (Model GME 723 CF2 PM) vide Application No 2185884 on 22.10.2018 at Guwahati

                              (2) Godrej generated Sales Invoice 171/11054652 and supplied me on 31.10.2018 a different model Micro-oven (GME 725 CF2 PZ Purple Petal) and a Stir Kit comprising of few Pcs. The reason for supplying a different model was non availability of the earlier booked model.

                              But, the Stir Kit was supplied was received by us in damaged condition. It was reported to the Customer care over phone. Then I was refereed to Mt Dutta, an official/ staff (Mobile [protected]) of Godrej in Guwahati to contact him for replacement. I contacted him who told me that he would replace whenever he received the Stir kit from Godrej

                              Thereafter I kept him contacting several times but of no use. Everytime I enquire with him, he used to tell me that Item (Str KIT ) was not supplied by Godrej. Now he is telling to purchase from the Market by me. He could not give any specific date for replacement as the same (replacement of damaged product) is at the whim of Godrej only.

                              Is it not a ridiculous system of Godrej and undesirable advice by a Godrej staff to a Smartcare Customer for last six (6) months ? How long the customer ( your so called Smartcustomer) will wait ?

                              (4) This is to request you to enquire into the matter and resolve the issue urgently and reply me (1) within two days and (2) replace the damaged item within 10 days failing which I shall have no option but to take the following actions

                              (a) Approaching Consumer Forum
                              (b) Going to the Court.
                              (c) publish in the face book and other social media including news papers against Godrej Appliances (Godrej & Bopyce Mfg co. Ltd).

                              (5) Also advise you to improve the after sale services for prompt action to all kinds of Sales issues. Otherwise Godrej will not be able to compete with Korean, Chinese, Taiwan etc Products in near future.

                              (6) Pl treat the matter as most urgent.

Evening me godrej service se repairman aaya usne oven khola aur ulti wiring kr ke ekh blast kr diya oven me toh is oven ko pura sahi krne k service center... Fridge start ho gya.
                                But do din me oven use krne k liye on kiya toh pura blast ho gya aur oven band ho gya.

                                    My ac exhanust fan motor is not working and i am unable to get it repaired or get a new one of godrej in my area. I have tried to get a new one but i am not able to get the godrej original motor. I want you to get me a new ac motor or else get the previous one repaired. I want to get it fixed asap.

                                      Hi team,
                                      I purchased a godrej air conditioner 1 ton from one of the agencies (Pittapalli) on 22 nd march and it was delivered on 23rd march and i got a call from godrej stating that the technician would come and fix it on the same day. I had to take an off from my office on that day and waited the whole day for the technician to come. Finally by evening around 5.00pm i contacted godrej again and they said it will not happen that day will try to come by next day.
                                      I just wanted to ask godrej that after spending money for an item i still don't get the good service. How do you expect people to take items from you when this is the kind of pathetic service you provide.
                                      I am going to return the item now back to the agency and get another brand who cares their customers.
                                      Let me also remind you that you are not the only one in the market, you have better companies and brands than yours.

                                      I have brought Godrej fridge one year back, withine a year compressor become faulty, it was replaced in warranty, after 5-6 month compressor has issue so raised complaint, 2 person came to check the issue and today got msg that complaint has been resolved as therw is no any issue.

                                        refrigerator duplicate bill

                                        I bought godrej refrigerator 1 year before from bajaj electronics and it is not working now. This is not expected from godrej products. I lost my bill copy, can someone send me duplicate bill to claim warranty. It worked only 11 months.
