I have double door refrigerator which is giving me problems every 6 months.
This time the technician Mr. Raj Kumar Yadav couldn't detect problem so he was suppose to send another technician. Mr. Yadav charged is advance Rs 1750/-
Another technician Mr. Faizan Sheikh visits and says coil needs to be changed at ur own risk at Rs 1500/-which will be deducted from advance payment.
Now he replaces coil and tells us to pay more Rs 1460/-for which we ask the reason and he answers "u should use ur common sense " that gas filling I did.
N that ' can't u see I was filling gas " ?
My complaint is this the way to speak to a customer.
I[censored] have to fill the gas isn't it ur duty to inform the customer??
Isn't it ur duty to let the customer know separate charges for coil replacement and gas filling total will be 2960/-??
N how can a person... A technician talk to a customer like this..such harshly.
Use ur common sense.
If I knew this was the way a gas is filled.. I would have done it myself.. Why will I call a fridge technician from GODREJ??
After hearing to all this I lodge a complaint with customer care.. Mr. Shubham provides me senior supervisor Mr. A. k Guptas number when I contact him, I come to know Mr. Gupta has left Godrej company.
Then they make me talk to another senior executive Mr. Ankit Mahajan who makes me talk further to senior most Mr. Hiralal
who is more bothered about his technician rather than the customer.
This technician warns me that no Godrej technician will come to solve the problem anytime.
If this is the service I better not buy only any Godrej product nor recommend to anybody.

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    This is to inform you that, I have logged a complaint on 04th Oct'18 regarding AC not cooling Issue. Technician has visited & said faulty part need to replace but since then i have not get any call from Service center when faulty part get replace. Every time Customer care representative saying that we have escalated issue to higher authority & thereafter disconnecting the call.

    I'am very much disappointed regarding Service & will suggest all my Friend don't Purchase product because of poor quality of Service.

      Sir,
      We had leakages from fridge and called service man from godrej service centre, pune. He came and changed parts and gave bill (Old bill of another person with correction, said right now i don't hv new bill n my centre is very far) of 2150 rs. After 8 days again problem came, i called him more than 10 times he never came.
      Service centre name is samarth services karve nagar pune ph no. [protected], [protected] and person name is sandeep ph no. [protected].
      Please don't use this service centre and never buy godrej products as they don't have good services.

        My dual washing machine was not working working properly due to the belt that had become loose. Technician came and said belt needs replacing and it will cost rs260 when in actual fact the belt costs rs50-60. The service centre in nanded maharashtra and the so called technicians are taking excessive money for parts. I called godrej main customer service number and even they too conceal information on how much parts cost. It's a shame i already have a godrej machine otherwise i would never have brought it knowing what you people are like, money greedy people, try doing an honest days work rather than stealing from customers!
        Disgraceful company should be shut down!!!

          I had called godrej customer care on 17th oct for service as my fridge did not cool properly. The customer care person registered and said i will get call back within 4 hours and technician would attend on the same day.
          I called at 8 am, however i did not get any call from technician the whole day and i called them 4 times. Finally i was told that at 630pm the technician would arrive.
          Unfortunately no one arrived, when i called they gave me a number of one manager called mr. Ravi shankar, when contacted he said the whole team is going for a toour and won't attend for the next 3 days till saturday.
          I again got a number of mr. Sivaram, he said the franchise which does sercice for omr road is entirely out due to tour and difficult to make service. He offered to help by checking other franchise and today being 18th no response so far.
          This is one of the worst experience i face from godrej, is customer least priority for you, only tour is important, how awful it is for you to ask customer wait for 3 days and saying such a reason?
          I have paid amc and it is valid till 2019, i am planning to go to consumer court if you don't attend service today.

            I suspect that the good knight silver mats are now no longer effective. I have the electric mat unit with silver mats from good knight.

            Despite i smell the fragrance of the repellent in the air, i still find mosquitoes trying to bite me.

            I think mosquitoes have now developed some sort of resistance towards these repellents and these products fail to hide you.

            Godrej industries should take this feedback seriously and try to improve their product.

              I am a 78 old senior citzen- D. Suryuanarayana, 33 BHEL Enclace, Tadbund Secunderabad. Mobile [protected].
              When my Godrej Refrigerator was not functioning OK, I rang up Godrej service cente Secunderabd, around 25th July. Technician came after two days, made a perfunctory examination, pocketed Rs 300/- fee & said compressor needs replacement. I agreed for replacement.. Man for replacement came on 3-8-18, nearly 4 days after. He di'nt give bill, although I paid full amount of Rs 5600/-. Compressor worked with high noise and stopped dead after few hours. When I rang up Raju, technician who replaced, he says it is not his duty & suggested that I contact service center . When I contacted them on 4/8, they did not send anybody till 5-8-18. I had to leave for USA on 5-8-18, but my housekeeper was available. A technician came around 8-8-18, and did some work and compressor started working without control, continuously. When my housekeeper again contacted him, he came and said thermostat needs replacent. He refused to replace thermostat unless she paid Rs 1960 down payment. She did not have such large sum.
              Refrigerator was was working 24x7, witout control till I reached India on 3-10-18. I made frantic calls, but the technician came on 7-10-18 and replaced the thermostat. On 7-10-18 only I got receipts for Compressor ( backdated) and thermostat. He charged me Rs[protected]+ service charge).Three main issues that stand-out are-
              1. An incompetent man comes and makes perfunctory exam for 5 minutes. He is more interested in pocketing service charge than making a thorough exam. If he had told me Compressor and thermostat need replacement and it would cost me Rs 7500/- I would have opted fot a new refregerator.
              2. After noticing compressor is working without control& not replacing thermostat, shows that the service center and its sub-contactors, dont care a hoot what happens to customer's equipment. They are more interested in money. I retired as a General Manager in BHEL till 1999. Our motto was service first.
              3. Godrej need to critically examine the criminal behaviour of their subcontractors and their service staff. These people do not attend compaints thoroghly and quickly.Their paperwork is shoddy. Their behaviour is attraciuos
              I have receipts for all the work done so far and I am sending scans.

                Fed-up of my ac's not working upto the mark and fed up of the pathetic customer customer service provided by the godrej team.

                This is the second time i am lodging a complaint for my ac's not working upto the mark.

                I have recently bought a flat with nl aryavarta in dahisar east.. And have received 2 ac's as a complimentary thing/offer fitted in my bedrooms.

                Now both the ac in the bedroom are not working upto the mark. One in the master bedroom is not cooling at all.

                The problem is i don't have a registered number or a registered email id since the ac's have been fitted by the builder.

                I have also attached the product details for both the ac's in this email for your reference.

                  I am godrej's consumer since last 15years & i was satisfied with working of washing machine, refrigerator & many other appliances. But this year i have bought new fully automatic godrej washing machine & it is continuously showing various faults in working such as faulty control panel, continous noise, cracks in switches one by one along with time. I have complained thrice to the local service provider but didn't get satisfied response now it's about to complete my warranty period.

                  I booked service request for over cooling. The service is very bad. Even after 15 days are over, they are unable to fix the problem. There is a problem in PCB. Every time a new technician comes with PCB and does experiment on AC without success. Don't go for Godrej AC, the product and services are very very bad...

                    Dear customer care officer,
                    I bought an aircon godrej 1 ton 5 star (2017) split ac (Copper, gsc 12 sfzh 5 rwph, white) from amaon. Order #[protected].

                    The installation tech saying the indoor unit is eligible for free installation because it is 5 star. But the out door is not because it is 410 gas instead of 290 gas. So, pay installation charges r.1800.

                    Please tell me what should i do now?

                      I have purchased an almira (Steel) from your dakshinapan showroom, 2 no gariahat road kolkata sales man_ riddhiman banerjee 901044. On 12.08.2018rec no-137623. Till date the almira has not been installed. Materials have been delivered in four (4) phases. Technicians came for four times but installation not being possible as materials supplied are not sufficient for the same. Your sales man know nothing about delivery and installation. Rather he list bother regarding this matter. Whenever i contact him he replied that materials are in transit he has nothing to do. His behaviour is not satisfactory and not at all fit with the goodwill of godrej co.
                      As a customer am i wrong to expect delevery and installation of an almira within two months of purchase.
                      I am totally dissatisfied with your service. Ihave never seen this kind of service in my life.
                      Now i have decided not to install the same in my house. You are requested not to disturb me (Harrash) any more. Please arrange to pick up the goods already delivered by you. Don't make my house your godrej store room.

                        This is regarding the very poor and non-reliable services being provided by service engineer rajsamand, udaipur (Rajasthan).
                        I have purchased model wt eon 650 phu fully automatic washing machine around 4 yrs back during the sell excebition held in hindustan zinc ltd, dariba township, rajsamand, rajasthan.
                        Since last around 4 months i have started facing problem in the machine with some error e -04 and machine was not taking water. I immediately contacted kankroli (Rajsamand) representative, and provided all the details related to problem. After many follow up he visited and confirmed that there is some problem with main controller pcb and recommeded to change the same.
                        I asked him whether it has to locked with official helpline center? He confirmed that it is already locked by him since calling him is also as good as reporting officially.
                        After around 20-25 days he replaced the entire controller costing around rs 6500 /- which was the huge amount.
                        From the next day (From july 2nd week) machine started doing abrupt behaviour. Like -
                        1- e -04 error comes any time.
                        2.- cloth load is not coming or it is coming with abrupt value.
                        3 - most of the time spinning is not happening (At around 10% time it is happening).
                        4 - some time whenever the spinning is happening, it is for more than 3-4 times (Higher number of time what we select).

                        Due to above problems i am not able to use the machine since last 2-3 months after spending 6500 /- rs. The same was reported to godrej rajsamand, godrej udaipur representatives but they are not resolving the issue. Now they have stopped lifting the phone also.
                        The behaviour by these representative is pathetic and ruining the name of godrej.
                        Cosidering the godrej as very reputated company i preferred to purchase the machine but now it is becoming useless for me due to poor service by the concern persons even after spending a lot of money.
                        Would request to immediately refund my rs 6500 /- or change the controller again and resovlve the problems completely.

                          Hello sir/madam,
                          Its been a high time that i had to lastly write to u to solve our problem.. We had purchased godrej edge machine in march 2018 from rahul electronics in borivali east. Within one month only we had an issue with the motor, which was not expected but we thought that may be one in hundred, there can be a defected piece.. But within 6 months we again faced the motor problem..
                          I want you to let know that we are a joint family of 10 members and you can understand how much badly we need a washing machine.. Here we lodged the complaint with the service center hoping to get resolved within 2-3 days. But with repeated calls to the service center the technician came on the next day telling us that the motor is not working and it has to be changed..
                          After 4-5 days and our repeated calls the technician came and told us that the motor did not fitted properly and so it would take some more time. We accepted that but as the days passed and we didn't got any updates.. We got only one answer that the part which is needed is not available.. We are totally fed of listening the same answer again and again.. It has been 15 days and now it looks like the problem cannot be solved in near future..
                          This kind of treatment is not expected from a big and trustworthy company like godrej.. We are mentally tortured because of such a behaviour and response from the service center, and hence we want you to look in this matter and get our machine replaced as we cannot bear this problem again and again..

                            We had purchase this refrigerator on 12/5/2016 from kohinoor since 2017 we are facing the issue with refrigerator
                            In december 2017 we had issue with the door noise
                            Then within few day we had issue with door cascade
                            Then we had issue of sensor which we got it replaced
                            Then we had motor issue which was resolved and again we had cooling issue so we were told to change motor
                            So we got it changed, now again we are facing the motor issue so one of the technician told us to change pcb board and the motor both
                            I want to clarify that we have already spent more than 5000 rupees on top of that mr. Ankit mahajan whonis area head is suggesting us to take amc for 7 year for 8000/-
                            Actual cost of refrigerator is 26000
                            Instead of giving me solution he is prolonging the issue which is not justify to us
                            Now ankit mahajan who is area head of godrej is refusing to take the complaint and not sending the technician at our residence and even not replying back we are facing this issue and my mother and father who are senior citizen are facing lots of issue
                            Kindly get the matter cleared at earliest so we dont have to go to consumer forum for the justice

                              Rajiv kumar palai a consumer of your products and it's very disgusting to say that my family has feded with the service given by the godrej service centre given us. I purchased a refrigerator of godrej eon double door from your authorised dealer m/s sai baba balugaon branch khurda odisha pin 752030 on the month of april 2017. From the very first month it's start continuous peep sound of air leakage when we switch on the system. Four times we complaint to the dealer and through them your service provider of khurda branch mechanic sri balaji maharana came and went by saying i can't find any problems. The same air leakage sound even till date coming. Due to prolonged problem the refrigerator now not cooling
                              Now the refrigerator not under the period of free service. Now they are charging a lot for the same. Due to negligence of the mechanic or faulty product we suffer a lot from the past 1 year.
                              Today i made complaint again reading the same with complaint no w[protected].
                              This time i need your help and support to make my life better

                                I had problem with my refrigerator. I called customer care number from google[protected]. Which claimed to be authorised service centre. When the technician arrived he said he needs to change a part which will cost rs 2850 and installation charge of 300. I agreed to pay and they gave me receipt of the same. After sometime i went to the local market and found that cost of product was 550. I called them up and asked for explanation they said it was cost of service centre. I agreed. Later that day the refrigerator stopped working again and when i called they were very rude and said technician will arrive tomorrow morning. Next day morning i called them and asked them when will the technician arrive he said within 2 hrs. When i called them after 2 hours they said technician is on leave will not be able to come. And disconnected the call and is answering the call. And they have issued a fake bill without gst.

                                      I had taken amc of my godrej refrigerator. As per provisions, service of the refrigerator is to be done once in a year but it has never been done since amc.
                                      During last one year, i got at least 04 sms in my phone no [protected], motioning that the person will attend the refrigerator for service and every time after 2-3 days of sms, other sms were received that the appliance have been attended but in fact it is regret to submit that, no one came to my home. It seems that the person appointed for this job are showing their fake visits and submitting false and fake claims in the company.
                                      On 31/08/2018, a similar sms was received and on 03/09/2018, other sms was received that some mr mohit saini has attended the appliance.
                                      Therefore, i called on toll free number [protected] on 05/09/2018 and the technician mr rishabh jain presented himself at home but no service was done. He returned saying that the refrigerator is working properly.
                                      It is to be noted that no complaint of non-working/functioning of refrigerator was made to you.
                                      Kindly look in to the matter and take necessary steps.

                                        This is highly disappointing and miserable to experience such a worst service from godrej.

                                        I have booked and paid for my modular kitchen @ east boring canal road branch, patna (Pic-mr. Ashok kumar / [protected] /[protected] on 15th december 2017.
                                        In spite of numerous phone calls and verbal commitment from godrej, till my modular kitchen not been installed fully and the people associated with the job had fooled us and taken signature onto feedback card wrongly.

                                        It’s been 9 months and still my modular kitchen for which whole amount been paid long before not been installed fully.

                                        Last time the person associated with the job have installed the unit partially and taken signature onto feedback form by fooling us that the rest would be done soon.

                                        But it’s a matter of shame for such a big brand who recruited so unprofessionals who commits false promises and fools the customer, put the brand name onto stake.

                                        At last i have raised my complain through this email when there is no more responses onto phone.

                                        Also want a positive and earliest response onto this matter and full installation of my modular kitchen without any delay.

                                        After this experience, i might dare to believe onto godrej products in future onwards.
