Respected sir,
I had taken amc of my godrej refrigerator. As per provisions, service of the refrigerator is to be done once in a year but it has never been done since amc.
During last one year, i got at least 04 sms in my phone no [protected], motioning that the person will attend the refrigerator for service and every time after 2-3 days of sms, other sms were received that the appliance have been attended but in fact it is regret to submit that, no one came to my home. It seems that the person appointed for this job are showing their fake visits and submitting false and fake claims in the company.
On 31/08/2018, a similar sms was received and on 03/09/2018, other sms was received that some mr mohit saini has attended the appliance.
Therefore, i called on toll free number [protected] on 05/09/2018 and the technician mr rishabh jain presented himself at home but no service was done. He returned saying that the refrigerator is working properly.
It is to be noted that no complaint of non-working/functioning of refrigerator was made to you.
Kindly look in to the matter and take necessary steps.

This is highly disappointing and miserable to experience such a worst service from godrej.

I have booked and paid for my modular kitchen @ east boring canal road branch, patna (Pic-mr. Ashok kumar / [protected] /[protected] on 15th december 2017.
In spite of numerous phone calls and verbal commitment from godrej, till my modular kitchen not been installed fully and the people associated with the job had fooled us and taken signature onto feedback card wrongly.

It’s been 9 months and still my modular kitchen for which whole amount been paid long before not been installed fully.

Last time the person associated with the job have installed the unit partially and taken signature onto feedback form by fooling us that the rest would be done soon.

But it’s a matter of shame for such a big brand who recruited so unprofessionals who commits false promises and fools the customer, put the brand name onto stake.

At last i have raised my complain through this email when there is no more responses onto phone.

Also want a positive and earliest response onto this matter and full installation of my modular kitchen without any delay.

After this experience, i might dare to believe onto godrej products in future onwards.

My name is Rohit. I have taken AMC (Application # 9/6267) from Godrej Services for my Godrej Spilt AC. Recently AC stopped working so I called up at customer care on 26/08/18. A technician came after 2 days who told that there is Gas leakage and went off stating that this issue does not come under him. I called up customer care center again and another technician came after 2 days who told that there is problem in the pipe which has to be replaced but that is not available in store. It will take 2 more days to get the pipe delivered and then my problem can be sorted out. After 3 days when no one came, I called up supervisor Mr. Neeraj ([protected]) who promised that issue will be sorted out same day but again no one came. I called his supervisor Mr. Vipul ([protected]) and he too assured but again no one came. Yesterday again I called up customer care number, Mr. Amit and Mr. Vipul and again I was assured that person will be reaching out but no one came. Till this time my problem has not been sorted out
This is height of poor service, false promises. I would like to have my complete money back (no pro-rata deduction of amount) as I am not at all happy with the service.

This is a mail being written with great respect for godrej product but with a pathetic, painful and highly unprofessional and irresponsible service staff at your bilaspur and raipur office.

I am in pune and my old aged parents (Father 82 yrs and mother 76 yrs) are staying alone at bilaspur.

Our washing machine went un-serviceable two days back and so sitting at pune a lodged a complaint at bilapsur[protected] and requested them to send a representative on priority.

This was 28 aug 18 at 1100 hrs. They promised me and somebody ([protected]) called my father immediately and said he will be there. He never turned up and not even received any calls. This is absurd.

On 29 aug, i again called your service center and complained, she again said she is sending somebody immediately/. Somebody rang up ([protected]) and said he is coming in 10 mins but never turned up.

Today i complained to your raipur office ([protected] ms heena gore). She said she will give a feedback within 30 mins, but no response. But ths time somebodt went home at 0720 hrs in the evening, he went back saying he is coming in 10 mins and never turned back, when my father contcted him he said, he is coming.

Its beyond understanding how can a godrej staff be so irresponsible, unprofessional and most important are irresponsible. It is really frustrating. Imagine my aged parents they are more frustrated because of the nuisance they are creating. All that was needed was to change the knob which was told to them previously. It is a mental harassment for them literally.

I request you to take the staff at bilaspur for a task and they should not do this any customers especially aged people. Godrej is an organisation known for its csr activities apart from good products, and few people like these spoil the name.
I hope action will be taken to get the machine repaired and relieve the tension of senior citizens.

I had purchased godrej slumber sofa cum bed in the month of september, 2017 with a cost of rs. 55000/-+ from their branch at behala chowrastha, kolkata. West bengal. It was stated by the branch that the slumber sofa cum bed is the best quality sofa cum bed prepared by godrej. But within less than a year of purchase, the foam of the sofa gets pressed and the skeliton under the foam is providing discomfort. It is surprising that how a renowned company like godrej is selling such a bad sofa cum bed costing more than rs. 55000

I have renewed my contract for 3 years starting from 07/09/2017 to 06/09/2020. My complaint for fault is also registered (B[protected] dt.26/08/2018). I am told to pay visit charges. But in contract, it say' 50% will be charged for any complaint not covered under the plan.
But my complaint is covered under the plan.
How fair is it?

In this regard, i rabindra nath ghosh complained and booked service help through godrej as regarding above mentioned subject where i got a service no. K[protected] on 17/07/18 but no action taken on. The person name ms. Sujata mobile no. ([protected]) who replied me many times that the product is on the way, but till today i did not receive. I need a strong action in this matter and want to get the mentioned product.

I purchased a godrej fridge from vasanth and co pattukkottai branch with one year warranty. After around 8 months fridge didn't work & it failed before the expiry of warranty period.
Even after continuous & rigorous follow ups with vasanth & co and godrej branch manager for about 2 months, the fridge is not replaced. I am suffering by there poor service. The managers are giving one or the other false promises daily when i call them daily. Need immediate resolution from their superiors & godrej company.

I have ordered a Refrigerator of Godrej EON 290 PC 3.4 on 15th August'18 in Great Eastern Appliance Shop, Rajdanga, Kolkata-700042 and it is delivered on 16th August'18. During Demonstration by Godrej Service man, it was found that 3 shelf guards(attached to body of the Refrigerator ) are broken and Customer Care team of Godrej has informed that Godrej will replace the Refrigerator within 8 days. Please let me know the current Status of the case. Godrej Complaint number is : 430073

My self amit shrivastava having godrej washing machine and having problem form last 2month and discussed with local service centre rakesh and service head tushar anchan they pickup washing machine from my home 1montj back and confirm they will deliver with resolution with in 3to4 days, boththe same was delivered after 1month after follow-up 50 to 60timea but the problem are as it is there is and i already shared issue with tushar but he is responding

With reference to the above subject i would like to bring to your notice about the worst service of the technician.

I have purchased a single doar fridge 3 months ago.. Now now the doar is closing properly. so i have complained and
On 17/08/2018 the technician arrived and suddenly removed the gas cut washer and applies fast gum to that fixed it. and the complaint was also not cleared.
When i asked with technician about why he was applying gum. He replied that was informed by the godrej company itself to apply gum for such complaints.

Now i cant understand why these peoples are doing like this..
I have not experienced such kind of service repair in any other refrigerator companies...

Please solve this issue.. or else i'm moving for the further things.. and will not refer any one to buy godrej company products as your service is worst

But still he is not delivered. He is not responding my call. Is this type of service your people are providing.

Your executive mr. Narayan khuntia #.[protected] visited me and taken order for 2 nos of 6.2 kg godrej washing machine model no. Wt620cds.. Under exchange of old washing machine. I was committed for delivery on 4th august. I had also paid them advance in cash as requested to process order. Since 4th august i am not getting proper response from them. Couple of times they have extended the delivery dates citing some vague reasons even till date i am yet to get delivery. Even mr. Satyatamjan das # [protected], manager of your local unit hidden & boyce mfg.co. Ltd is not responding and refused to return my advance in cash instead keeps on extending delivery dates.
Now both the persons are avoiding to pick telephone calls too. This makes me suspicious that your company have engaged these fraud category of people and they may be busy in selling old wine in new bottle.
I have no other choice other than to lodge a case in consumer forum. Which will bring disrepute to your company.

I bought a godrej refrigerator in december 2016.in may 2018, it's compressor stopped working. I complained and got it replaced. Since it was under warranty period, i only had to pay for the gas and the service. But two months later, again compressor stopped working. Again i registered a complaint but it has been like 10 days since then, no proper action has been taken on your part. I registered complaint again, the call number this time being l[protected]. Nobody has contacted me yet. I only keep getting messages that the call will be attended on 12, 13 and 18 august. I got three msgs in two days informing me about these dates. I don't understand why godrej is demonstrating such substandard service. This way you only compel your users to never buy anything with godrej label on it in future because i have decided to do the same.

My refrigerator stopped cooling due to gas leakage technician mr shiv kr gupta mobile no. [protected] from godrej care visited and checked. He told to replace freezer and gas refilling on next day on dated[protected]... And also took rs 500 with the commitment to repair the fridge.. But next day service centre called us talked rudely with my old parents and refused to come to repair the fridge due to some nonsense issue of moisture in air... And also talked in abusive language to us like 'behes mat karo aaj nahi ho payega bas'... This sort of pathetic service was not expected at all from godrej care... I have never faced such service issues from any company... Is this the way godrej treats its customers?

I have purchased the godrej eon 650 model before 2 years. From the date of purchase i am facing hell of problems by this machine. Often getting repaired due to some reasons. The reason for purchasing this machine by investing a huge amount of money is that godrej is an indian company. But it is not fair that the performance level is not at all to the extent. I purchased it for 24000 inspite of getting better machines from other manufacturers in the cost of 15000 to 17000. Kindly resolve with me in this case and give me a proper remedy.

I have purchased the above refrigerator from national radio electronics kannur under the invoioce number knr/g13212 dated 8 july 2018.
We started the refrigerator after one week of delivery. We found that the refrigerator was getting heated from outside and the cooling was low. Eventually it stopped working. We called your technical people and they came and confirmed that the compressor is damaged and they...

Dear customer service manager,
I am writing this letter of complaint after numerous unsuccessful attempts to resolve a problem with my godrej refrigerator. I bought a godrej manufactured refrigerator model no. Rs eon 603 sg on 23-dec-2015 from m/s. Girias, mangalore branch. Since april 2018 the refrigerator is having problem with the cooling system.
I have raised a complaint with the m/s. Girias and godrej service centre, mangalore (Complain no. N[protected]) on 21-apr-2018. A technician was sent to solve the problem, unfortunately they were not able to rectify anything but they defrost the cooling system and said the issue is resolved and took the service charges from me. It worked normally for 4 days and then the same cooling problem occurred. Numerous parts were changed since april 2018 and even after multiple attempts, technicians were unable to resolve this issue.
After numerous complaints finally, the service center forwarded the issue to godrej engineers in bangalore. The engineers visited and checked the refrigerator and told that the motherboard is not working properly and need to be changed. We agreed to their advice and the new motherboard took 12 days to arrive. The problem still existed even after changing the motherboard. The following technicians and engineers have visited my place.

Finally, mr. Ashwin (Godrej engineer) took the copy of purchased bill from me to check if i can get a refund or replacement of the refrigerator. He contacted me with a proposal of 55% of cashback. Fyi, the compressor is under warranty for 10 years.
This agony has been continuing for almost 4 months now as your technicians and engineers have completely failed to solve this problem. I trust that this is not the way to treat with your valued customer. I’m really disappointed by the after sales service provided by m/s. Godrej and m/s. Girias with whom i’ve purchased many producsts. Unfortunately, your product has not performed well, so i would like to get a replacement or refund amount for my refrigerator.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until a week time before seeking help from filing a complaint with the consumer court.
