I tultul chakraborty, here by launching complain against godrej service procedure. They are ridiculously careless. I bought an air condition 1ton inverter split machine; model no gic 12 tinv 3 rwqh indoor[protected]sa00657 & gic 12 tinv 3 rwqh[protected]sa00749 along with split ac braket k[protected] on 17 th june 2018 from khosla electronics dunlop b. T road branch. They delivered the product at 21st june but still doesn't install it. The godrej service provider call me to know detail of the delivery adress and told that he is available for our service and we can call him for any service regarding help. The no of that person is [protected]. But allas still now no one is came up to my home to install the ac as well the service provider not answering the call nd not pick up my phone. What has to be done right now? Is this the srvice provision of godrej here?

      I have brought a wardrobe which is damaged and the salesman of the showroom from where it is brought is denying to help. The lock is not opening and the door is not properly fitted. Moreover one shelf is also not fitted and coming out. There is a dispute in the the outpart of the wardrobe. The salesman misguided us too at the time of purchase regarding some important information.

        We have booked new refrigerator via application form no.[protected] dated 30th May 2018. Person from services centre has visited our office, filled application form & collected HDFC chq. no. 003904 dt. 30.05.2018 amounting to Rs. 23500/- only. We are following up with prabhadevi centre for delivery of new refrigerator but till date, we have not got the delivery.
        We at Tarla Dalal research on food and need this refrigerator badly. PLEASE GOT OUR REFRIGERATOR DELIVER TO OUR LOWER PAREL OFFICE ASAP. THANK YOU.

          Hi,
          I regret to inform you that I have purchased 235 liter refrigerator from
          5th june 2015 but currently its not working i cheked from technician he advised me for new compressor i file complaint to Godrej Customercare on 17th june 2018 Complaint no L[protected] but after two days not resolve my issue so i call again then she registered another complaint L[protected] but still my issue has not resolved Ballia weather is 45° due to this issue i am facing much mental and physical problems.
          Another issue is Compressor guarantee due to guarantee period of 5 years of compressor i can not pay for technician charge but technician told me for 475 for visit charge.
          So i request to concern person take action and order regarding this issue.

          As per conversation with customercare she provide me service center no of Godrej Refrigerator but they can not reply to any no
          Next day i talked to customercare she provide me another no of Godrej Service center but all no not working.
          Godrej doing cheat to innocent people.
          Due to this issue i am facing problems in this very hot summer day.
          So i request to concern person take action and order regarding this issue as well as ballia Godrej Service center the cant pick any complaint no.

          This is the charges of replacement of compressor only could you clarify about charges if my compressor in warranty why i have to pay gas charge and service charge also.

            I have purchase an automatic washing machine from your godrej sales man mr. Debi prasad mishra and received a new automatic machine on 06.06.2018.in the same day your company demo people came and open the sealed package. After opening the packet one big damage line was found out in the front as well as in the back side of the washing machine. The demo people took some photographs and sent to their higher authority via whatsapp in our presence on 06.06.2018 and told that it is replaced within a short period.in this duration i talk to the sales representative mr. Debi prasad mishra and he told that it requires seven days or otherwise you change the model those are available. I denied and told that i require the same model and wait for seven days. On 13.06.2018, i call to mr. Debi prasad mishra and know the status of our washing machine. He told that i do not know the status and told that you ask to servicing station. Again i booked a toll free complain on 13.06.2018. After that the service people came out on 13.06.2018 and again took the photographs and sent to their higher authority. Till date nothing happens and i did not have a call from service people. Again i booked a complain today i. E on 15.06.018. When i register a complain on the toll free no., after that i got a call from service people. It is very embarrassing situation for me and my wife. It was very difficult for my wife mrs. Snehalata choudhury as we had exchange the old washing machine to your company and she used for washing the clothes in hand. Hence kindly return my old washing machine with the amount i have spent so that i will purchase a new one i. E samsung, lg etc. It is a very hard to say that your service was so poor and only some work may be done only due to tool free no. I had call to mr. Debi prasad mishra several times in a day and he did not receive the call. Hence kindly advise me what to do in this situation. If only one way is open for me i. E the consumer forum. If you did not help me in this matter, i will definitely go for a consumer help. I am attached here with the bill and photographs for your kind reference. A acknowledgment letter with proper action is high appreciated.

                I have an issue regarding the service provided by godrej as i have booked complaint for my water purifier servicing so me days back and have received no input from godrej i have called customer care multiple times but everytime they are just saying like we are looking after your complaint technician will message you but we have got no message after seeing all this it's totally raising our trust from godrej consumer service whenever our amc is about to expire they will call frequently to renew it but when the consumer is in trouble /problem and wants help from companyou in this case the servicing he paid for he is not getting that and being fooled, just want godrej technicians to visit our house and see the purifier issue.

                  I would like to inform you about my experience and problem I am facing and request you to do the needful as soon as possible.
                  I have bought one washing machine of Godrej from Great Eastern (Uttarpara) on 5th of May, 2018 which got delivered on 7th May, 2018. On 8th may, a person came to install the matching but at time we found that the body of washing machine is full of scratches. So we refused to accept the same. The installation man (service provider : M/S K P COOL POINT) recorded our complaints and assured me to replace it with the new one within 3-4 days. But till now I have not received any information from yours side.

                  I request you to do the needful as soon as possible and get it replaced with the new machine.

                  Thanks for the action which you have taken.
                  Sir I bought a new godrej split AC from digital world Agra. Now it is At Ajitmal District Auraiya UP 206121.
                  After 3 or 4 day it cooling is not cooling any more. It seems a normally fan only.

                    I have given my ac for repair in march 10th 2018. The service centre took indoor & outdoor units for observation. They took rs.3500/- for service charge and filling gas etc. Again the units were giving frequent problem. One of the godrej mech. Attend for my complaint. Now they are telling mother board is not working. I have all bills which paid. Kindly tell me what they observed in 10 days. Without proper checking they sent the units.

                      We are facing the below mentioned problems from godrej home appliances for which we've already placed the complaint & though it's been 7-8days, but still there's no respond neither from the company complaint cell nor from the service cell. So kindly request you to take a positive step as the earliest to sort out the problems. Appliances are within the warranty period.
                      Problems :
                      1) ac - water leaking & dripping frequently
                      2) microwave - on/off switch is getting stuck, so not responding properly
                      3) washing machine - filter needed to be fixed

                        One of the worst kind of service i had ever seen. As the refrigerator was not cooling properly and water was not evaporating from the back tray, i had raised a request regarding service for the same on 16th february 2018, but till date none of the service center guy visited my place. On 2nd june 2018, i called customer service center 4 times and received 4 different number of 4 different service center guys but all the numbers were either ringing or switched off. Fully frustrated, today is 3rd june i am filling up this from. I unable to use the refrigerator for last 4 months. Whenever you call customer care they will say that within 4 hours you will receive a call from service team but all these are nonsense talk.

                          We installed a new ac latest model of godrej recently and were expecting it to run smoothly.
                          We didn’t use it for long hours enough so realised that it’s not working fine. We were waiting today for someone to respond from godrej, customer care mentioned that someone will come today itself.
                          It’s not acceptable with a brand new product i am expecting this to be taken care in the morning. Please take this on priority as we cannot wait longer before i escalate the matter to higher management. It’s a new product and so better service is expected too

                            *please read this before you buy a godrej ac *

                            I have lost all my trust in godrej product after having a bad experience with their ac.
                            I purchased a godrej ac around 2.5 years back. I have been having some issues with it since last month, cooling was not proper and there was ice formation on the coils.
                            I complaint regarding this via godrej customer care. A
                            Service engineer came and said that only cleaning needed and checked gas level and confirmed no need to top up. Chaged us 500 for basic service.

                            The problem was not rectified and again lodged a complaint after 3 days. Service engineer came tested and said gas must be low. He left the work uncompleted, as he do not have gas cylinder.

                            Next day new service engineer came after so many calls and toped up gas, paid 800rs to do it. Still the problem was not rectified and got worse. There is continuous water dripping from indoor unit.

                            After providing review in fb, they came again and said outdoor copper line need to be changed. Result - no change.

                            *now it's been a month, after so many visits, they found the issue, that it is a gas leak*
                            Such a long time to identify the issue.

                            They took indoor and outdoor unit to their place and after two days they said solved the issue but nothing been done, still we have the same problem. At least they have accepted that gas leak is still there.

                            Now they want to change copper coil. And the funny thing is they do not have stock for that.. Wating for stock to arrive from last week.

                            Spent almost 1month in this hot summer with out ac.

                            Hope the company will improve the customer support and service team.

Eventhough one service person came and inspected and found that board of system damaged., but not repaired so far eventhogh several times contacted but alwayas getting reply that board is not available. Do the needful immediately.

                              I lodge a complain for my fridge on 25 may 18. A technician visited on 26 may 18 and said compressor needs replacement and ask for rs 3000 as advance. Today is 31 may and he didn't turned back even after taking adv of rs 3000/-.
                              I tried several times to customer care and service center but could not get any reply.
                              This is the way company is bluffing customer. I have sent a mail to godrej smart care yesterday but nothing has happened

                              Our refrigerator can not work properly..it will stop automatically at night time daily.Already we had given a complaint to your local service providers by a call.but they are not responded.please respond as soon as possible & rectify our refrigerator's problem.Thanking youyenu

                                My fridge was not working since 15th of may. Godrej employee of trade max regrigeration came to attend the complaint they told the gas is leaked took 1700 rs and after that they came 5-6 times but could not diagnosed the problem. Then after complaining on toll free no. [protected] mr. Shiv kr. Gupta came and told it will be repaired by 8.00 pm on 30.05.18 he gave us his contact number [protected] but he did not turned up and now he has stopped taking calls.
                                This is the kind of customer service is given by company people then how can we keep trust on brands like godrej.
                                I want a permanent solution to the problem or else il raise my voice to some other platform.
                                Really dissapointed with the service will never suggest godrej to anyone in future.

                                  Hi this reference to Air conditioner service which was done yesterday (28/05/18) I raised an complaint Via Customer care twice complaint no. is B[protected] for Repairing of air conditioner ( AC was not cooling). Technician was visited to my place and started repairing ( he just clean AC) nothing he as done and told me to make the payment (580rs).
                                  I told him after cleaning AC was not cooling he told me that the temperature is very high hence its not cooling and he told me that it will cooled in evening /Night. I said its ok.
                                  Even the AC was not working properly at night.
                                  I logged a complaint once again to customer care complaint department they told we will get touch in 4 hour. however I have not receive any Call, so I called on yesterday technician no. and inform about the scenario he told me that will not able come at he busy today.
                                  Then I told him that I will escalate to senior management he saying do whatever u want to do we don't care and there are lot complaint is pending from godrej department.

                                  Its a request to you if cannot provide the service then please do not sale the product.

                                    We need new glass tray as the plastic one is not required and vegetable bucket cracked due to some reason we need to replace it with new one. And we also need to service our refrigrator and please let us know the charges for which we need to replace ie glass try and vegetable bucket.
                                    The glass tray should be of good quality or non breakable as the plastic one is not so good.

                                      I had purchased an ac on 11/12/2017. Since it was winter during installation i hadn't used much in month march i stared using it and out door unit is making huge noise. I had raised a issue about this and a technician visited he fitted some screws which was success for 1-2 hr. Again the noise stared for which the complaint was raised, now senior tech visited gave some wood piece to out door unit which was success for 1-2 hr. Now if i raise complaint no one is responsive even for telephone call or for an email complaint. I even forwarded the mail "vivek. [protected]@godrejinds.com" who seems coo and useless guys who don't have courtesy to respond to a customer.

                                        I called for service for my godrej refrigerator as it was cooling continuously without cutoff. Technician changed the cutoff switch and charged rs 400 for that.
                                        After a day i got sms from godrej smart care that thankyou for paying rs 100. That means technician cheated me rs 300.

                                        I just need to know the whole thing clealy form service incharge or return my rs 300 back.

                                        Due to the faulty design of the freezer door it is the SECOND time i got to replace the same in the first 6 months of purchase. If it goes the same way, i may require 50 nos of freezer doors for the life time use of my refridgerator.
                                        I request that my freezer door may be replaced free of cost since i m not responsible for the faulty design.
