I bought split ac on 1 april 2017. Godrej split ac for which they promised two free service in a year. No body called for the service till february 2018. I called customer care and complaint for low cooling in ac for which technician visited at home and filled gas in ac. Than on the same day again i faced the same problem as the technician has not worked properly the gas again leaked and i called on the very next day 3 march 2018. From 3 march godrej consumer service is promising me that they will send some technician to resolve my complaint but it is 15 days since than they are not sending anyone. Also i called service centre four times they always says tht technician will come today but they dont send anyone. My registered number - [protected]- anil kotwani

    Fridge has been damaged about 90 days before but response frm service after calling so mANY TIMEs...as if they r paying my bill.. no body is.damn care of what it is happening before buying u have THE BEST service after buying worst service i think this is last investment of any buying any godrej appliance...what the hell service centre doing when u r writing all this ### who have tym for all this stupid things

      It's a astonished that after mailing several times still there is no action taken from godrej customer care service support neither anyone is bothered to inform me the replacement date.

      It's been more than a week after lodging a complaint against my cracked & broken ac
      Delivery.

      But yet no action has been taken against it.

      Please update me the date by which my brand new broken & cracked ac will be replaced.

        My a/c was working totally fine but when i called the company for service they send their workers at my place to check it and clean it up but what the hell did they did they just brook the wings of my air conditioner which was working properly and they told me that they will come back tomorrow and repair it but it's been two days they didn't return... Is this the kind of service you guys provide???

          This is to bring your kind notice that, my godrej refrigerator is being repaired repetedly by your service people located at cuttack. Every year, 2-3 times service personnel are coming taking money and temporarily repaired and goning back. Same problem has been observed repeatedly.

          I dont understand, service people are technically incompetent or working on behalf of godrej to collect money is not clear.

            Dear sir,

            I have purchased godrej microwave oven (20 ltr) model gmc 32a.

            I need it's training. Nobody from the company had given the training of it's operation. As of now it is just like a hot case for us without training. I tried a lot to operate it but some combined functions are not working properly. I am not able to get its all benefits as my other friends are getting.

            So requesting you to please send any of your person to provide the training.

              Purchased a s a w m on 17/02/2018 and the same was delivered on 18/02/2018. Ients

              After purchase i received 3 messages related to demonstration of vm

              I waited for 2 days, but no body came to demonstrate. Why?

              I am a health care provider, i have to see my patients at home, but because of this washing machine i missed my patients care, and also my earnings
              .
              Should i loose my earnings just because i purchased a godrej wm?.

              Is it that the godrej staff know how to send messages without even thinking about their responsibilities? This is customer friendly?

              When i was abroad also i purchased and used godrej fridge. But now i am really reluctant to recommend my friends to go for godrej appliances.

                    They promised me free installation, They said that they need copper pipe I bought the copper pipe and Ac Stand and gave them. They charged me for welding Rs. 500/ft and Rs. 500 for stand fitting.Is this how a free installation works.Please get in touch with me...

                      Yesterday, i purchased a refrigerator (Model: rd edge pro 210 ds 3.2/2017) from local camp of the company. The sales man, mr. M. Ali described all details of the show piece model and told that they'ld deliver another seal pack model. When the model came, its back side cover clip was found loose. But salesman said, "within 04 hrs a technician will visit and will replace the clip." but when technician came, he didn't replaced it rather than just repaired it. The new product is looking like odd for this fault. Yesterday night refrigerator running time suddenly identified cold air leakage from below side corner. The door gasket is not being closed at that corner. Today morning called toll free number. They replied, "server is down. Please call later." then called the technician again and again. But he disconnected the call each time. Then contacted with the salesman, and his reply was also so dissapointing that please contact service centre. Now i'm very very upset with this faulty product. Please take some action or suggest me what to do.

                        I complained about malfunctioning of my washing machine knob on 17 th december. The man sandip tripathi came and repaired it on the 19th december 2017. The same switch malfunctioned. Again in january 17th 2018, the same switch malfunctioned. And a complaint was lodged. Now the mechanic demanded 1550/- to replace the knob. This is pure cheating.

                        It it were to be replaced, why harass the customer???. How can a mechanical switch cost so much??

                        I was happy with samsung but some one insisted on godrej. I regret my decision.

                          I am malay ghosh residing at, 233, pratapgarh new road, kolkata - 700049, wb. I purchased a refrigerator model no. Godrej rt 241pd 3.4 silver on 25/04/2017 from great eastern trading co. At 277/2/1 b. T. Road, sinthimore, kolkata - 700 036 (Invoice no. 13/sa/1718/02158). I am facing problem with this refrigerator and i informed godrej customer care department over phone several times, godrej representative / service engineer (From mondal refrigerator co., kolkata) came to my house but our problem not yet not solved.
                          For your easy reference i am mentioning the complain details :-
                          (1.) k[protected]st june 2017 (2.) k[protected]th june 2017 (3.) k[protected]rd july 2017 (4.) k[protected]th july 2017 (5.) k[protected]nd july 2017

                          Godrej customer care representative informed me that my complain is open so it is not required to complain again, they will inform the service center. After that godrej senior technician mr. S. N. Adhikari, with his assistant, visited our house to find the problem, but problem was not solved. Again i informed godrej customer care and mr. S. N. Adhikari as well, they told me that my refrigerator will be replaced shortly. After that on 06th september 2017 your delivery person came to replace the refrigerator but i found that the new refrigerator was of another model and lower grade also, so i refused the replacement.
                          In this situation i mailed [protected]@godrej.com on 1st november 2017 and informed godrej service center. Currently due to your defective refrigerator me and my family is facing problem continuously till date. I do not got any response from godrej end. Then wrote 04 letter godrej mumbay office, godrej kolkata office, great eastern trading sinthimore and godrej service center m/s mondal refg. Kolkata. I express my letter if they don't take action within seven days from the date of receiving this letter, i will go to consumer court with all relevant documents. After that they call me over telephone and said they will repay/refund the actual value (Without any compensations) even i have got email from they are end i reply to them over mail if they are able to refund the money writhen seven days and according to they are guide line i attach my aadhaar card and pan card in spite of that they do not reply.

                          So in this circumstances my family continuously facing problem damage of store materials, like vagitables, fishes, met etc. As a result of our financial loss encoring day to day. I / our family need your kind co operation and proper justices.

                          So i hope that you will take necessary action as early as possible concerning my problem.

                            Dear sir,
                            Myself a psu employee since 2004, please note that i had booked for purchasing the new washing machine of godrej (Modle no.651 phu red metalic colured) on 04.12.2017. For this, executive of godrej mr. Sayed (Mobile no.[protected]) has colleceted the cash of rs.500/- (Receipt enclosed) from me. He assured to delivery the product by two days. However, they could not delivery the product till date. I contacted them at several times they informed that the delivery is getting delayed due to non availibility of product and trying insisted to take the another available product which i have already refused to purchase. Yesterday, they called me informed that the product is now received and will delivery on the same day. I wait to receive the product whole day. However, it is unfortunate that neither they deliver the product nor they did not receive the call.

                            In view of the above, i humbly requested you to solve the matter at the earliest or return the advanced amount with interest to me.

                              On 20/9/2017 mr subir das, sales executive from godrej appliances, salt lake visited and got application form signed and took a sbi-cheque of rs.500 assuring delivery of 290ltrs refrigerator on exchange sale by 22/9/2017. It was neither delivered nor my advanced rs, 500 refunded till date. My several reports to mr. Bhargav, became futile. No reply, no refund

                                My semi auto washing machine ws 800pds/ 8.0 k. G. - gold sprinkle purchased on 10.08.2016 vide invoice no. Bbs/sa/1617/04225 dt 10.8.16, needs immediate replacement of the knob... Which i had reported to the service centre/ company executive and to the head office...
                                About one dozen mails were given/ about 50/60 telephonic reminders were sent...
                                But no response till today even after elapse of about two months...
                                If this is the response to the complaint during the warranty period; what to expect beyond the service period from the company?

                                After series of repeated requests, the company sent one service person who came and replaced the KNOB of the washing machine...but charged Rs.50/ from me and issued one receipt for the same...
                                But, as per the SMS received by the company it is only 25/...
                                Then why this difference and what about the double charge?

                                  I have bought godrej single door refrigerator on 2010, which is having a warranty of ten years. The door started rusting and it increases in other parts of refrigirator also.
                                  The details are as follows

                                  1-purchase date - 26/04/2010
                                  2- name - ambrish kumar singh
                                  3- product - ref-gde 19 c2 brushed steel (Godrej)
                                  4- mobile - [protected]

                                  The team has taken action but.. I am not satisfied with your team and there is no confirmation call or mail to me and you say that the problenm is resolved. My refrigerator's door rusted and its look vey bad. Please reopen my case and make further process urgently, and please dont told me the refund of 30% because my fridge model door is not available. You make me warrenty and if you dont fullfill your conditions then its not reasonable thing. Gordrej is a big brand name and these things make its shameful... I believe that you take action against it as soon as possible.

                                    Hi i am mustufa gari here. I have bought a refrigarator on 22mar2017. The model no. Is godrej ref rteon290sd4.4s. I stay in vasai and there is frequent problem of power failure but as i have noticed that the fridge i bought is stabilizer free and now a days all fridges comes with a stabilizer inbuilt.in just two months the fridge stopped working and i called the customer care. The engineer checked and told that the electrical circuit have failed and he installed a new circuit. As instructed by the engineer and for a safe side we also installed a godrej stabilizer which costed me 2300 rs. But again during new year same problem occurred. The electical circuit failed and fridge stopped working. This time the engineer again installed a new one but the fridge was still not working. The next day senior engineer visited and told that the new circuit installed was defective and again he installed new one and now the fridge is working. But i am not satisfied with this at all. Its a new fridge and it stoopped working twice in just a year. The electrical circuit costs 3900 rs and i am not sure if the new circuit will work for another 6 months also. I want godrej to give a new fridge as a replacement of this one and i fully deserve the same. My current complaint no. Is b[protected].

                                        Please be informed that the godrej service centre nearest to my house has not attended my repair request for my microwave oven and has reduced me to a state of a begger. Please follow the course of events below.

                                        1. 20/12 repair registered through call centre for repair of microwave oven (Outside warranty) which was not working (Smoke and burnt smell was felt when switched on and bulb was not glowing)

                                        2. 21/12 technician visited
                                        Service charge of rs. 355 was paid.

                                        3. 22/12 technician came and replaced a transformer. Still the smoke was seen when switched on. No repair work done.

                                        4. 23/12 - 27/12 i was out of station. The technician had requested me to call him when i return.

                                        5. 28/12 i called the technician but my time did not suit his. Repair work not attended.

                                        6. 29/12 when i called the service centre and reminded them that i had already paid the service charge and am ready to pay for the charge of the parts they insisted that i have to pay it once more. I receive an sms that the repair will not be done as i have refused to pay.

                                        I regret buying a godrej product now since i am used to getting seamless serivice for my appliances of other make.

                                        I need also to spread word about the dismal service of godrej at least in howrah.

                                        Address: 297 Downing Hall Quarters, IIEST Campus (Formerly BE College), Pin 711103.
                                        and the previous complaint no was K[protected] (ON 28.12.2017).
                                        According to your advice I booked a new complaint today (4.1.18) through the link provided by you and the new complaint no is K[protected]on 4.1.18)

                                        But the issue is that SINCE I HAVE ALREADY PAID A SEVICE CHARGE OF RS. 355 ON 21.12.2017 THE SERVICE CENTRE SHOULD NOT CLAIM ANY SERVICE CHARGE NOW. Please assure this and oblige. If it is treated as a new complaint will I be waived of the service charge?

                                        My machine is out of operation since 20.12.2017 creating na upheaval at home. I pledge not to buy ANY GODREJ PRODUCT IN FUTURE but kindly bail me out of this mess now.
