I am a user of your microwave oven for the last one year. Now it is not functioning. I contacted for repairing. No one attended my case. But a sms came to my mobile from [protected], that the problem is solved and an amount of rs. 335 is received from me as service charge. I haven't paid any amount and the oven is not repaired. Please inform me that from whom i can get the oven repaired.

    I have logged a ticket for my washing machine which is not under warranty. So one of the technician visited my home and he charged 600 rs/- and not even given receipt for it. And also which hurts me very badly is he is not even fixed the product. He said he can not fix the item in my home and he asked me to send the product to office.in that case why he charged for doing nothing. Is it fair to take someones money like this. If i send the product to their office also courier company will charge minimum 2000 rs for transportation.

      I would like to inform you that myself ram naresh verma made a purchase of fridge from your company i. E. Godrej on dated 18/8/2011 with 10 years warranty. From last few months, i have been observed some rusting on the door of aforesaid fridge. Other than rusting, there is no other problem/ issue with this fridge. I have lodge several complaints on the toll free number of godrej ([protected]) whose details are as follows:

      In every complaint, it has been noticed that the responses of your engineers were totally irresponsible / negligible and they were not taking any pain to resolve my grievance. Moreover, my entire complaints were dissolved without attending my aforesaid complaints and no any physical visits were made by your executive.
      Moreover, it is also necessary to brought in your knowledge that i have shared this incident with the consumer forum vide ref no 524573 dt 30/11/2017.
      The details of my purchased fridge are as follows:
      Model no : gfe32ty/2011
      Gross volume : 305 liter
      Net volume : 281 liter
      Purchase date : 18/8/2011
      Registered mobile no : [protected]
      Hence, it is requested you to please resolve my aforesaid grievance on immediate basis for being a regular customer to godrej and also for maintaining same faith on godrej products. If, i did not receive any positive response from your side then i would take appropriate legal steps against your company. I you’re your company will not disappoint me.

        Sir,
        I made one complaint to the company to provide one damaged knob of the godrej washing machine ws pds/8.0 kg semi auto wm-gold sprinkle, since it is under warranty period... But, the company could not be able to provide the same even after about one month of my request to the regional office at bhubaneswar, odisha.
        If it is the policy of the company towards the consumers in the city like bhubaneswar; what to expect from the company in the remote areas?

          I have bought godrej single door refrigerator on 2010, which is having a warranty of ten years. The door started rusting and it increases in other parts of refrigirator also.
          The details are as follows

          1-purchase date - 26/04/2010
          2- name - ambrish kumar singh
          3- product - ref-gde 19 c2 brushed steel (Godrej)
          4- mobile - [protected]

          The team has taken action but.. I am not satisfied with your team and there is no confirmation call or mail to me and you say that the problenm is resolved. My refrigerator's door rusted and its look vey bad. Please reopen my case and make further process urgently, and please dont told me the refund of 30% because my fridge model door is not available. You make me warrenty and if you dont fullfill your conditions then its not reasonable thing. Gordrej is a big brand name and these things make its shameful... I believe that you take action against it as soon as possible.

            I have been using godrej good knight active plus mosquito repellent for last few months. Recently i bought a new active plus cartridge for the same from a grocery store in pune. It was a sealed cartridge as usual.

            After about 2 - 3 days i realized that there was no more peculiar smell of repellent in the room and eventually i started noticing mosquitos trying to bite me at night.

            After that i was wondering what's wrong and closely inspected the cartridge just to find that it had too short wick. The wick did not extend up to the full bottom of the cartridge. This appears to be a manufacturing defect that went undetected in the quality check. See the attached photo. The wick is not of sufficient length to trigger the required capillary action to pull the liquid and vaporize the same in air. It does not extend upto the full length of the cartridge. The repellent has just been heating and may be overheating as a result of that without pulling the liquid from the cartridge.

            Unfortunately there's no way to inspect this product before purchase.

            Godrej did not revert back on this complaint. I have now decided that I shall open each and every refill pack before buying and inspect the cartridge for any possible defects.

              Sir i am compliant given to c/c no. They send one personae. He sed my fridge comprer is totally damage. Do you can change it or service cost almost rs 6000
              It well come sed and service cost rs 350 given. But i jest rs 450 only played now my fridge runing good.

                Hi,
                I purchased a godrej fridge 251 cts 5.2 (N orchid siler) on 1st of feb 2017 from shop
                Gupta enterprises 26/26 gali no 11 vishwas nagar, shahdara delhi-110032.
                Using of few days we found defrost was not working and black spot are all over in the fridge.
                We raised complaint regarding this to godrej. A technician visited to our home he told us fridge has defrost problem which is not working starting and some gas is leaking in the fridge which is very harmful for our health. When i told him to do something to fix the problem
                He misbehave me and told me i cannot do anything to fix the problem you clean the fridge
                Yourself or call godrej company. I felt very bad to hear this type of statement of godrej technician.

                After few days i again raised complaint to godrej regarding this black spots and defrost problem.
                Complaint no (D[protected]) date-10/11/2017. Their technician again visited to our home he saw my fridge and clicked pics of black spots and defrost problem but he is unable to understand the actual problem
                And told me he will submitted all pics to their senior and will gave you solution, also told me
                Godrej company will call you in 2-3 days. I was waiting to godrej company's ph call but company
                Didn't call me and closed my complaint without solution my problem. They are very bad of customer handling company.
                I called to godrej company and asked about my complaint and its solution their customer service
                Person told me we closed you complaint. I asked to her but technician told me company will call you for your solution of problem. I was shocked to hear to this about godrej company behavior.

                I again raised complaint regarding my fridge problem, complaint no (D[protected]).
                Date-18/11/2017. Same technician visited to my home he again did same clicked pics and etc. Now he told me that he cannot do anything thing company will do all. Company will replace the fridge or fix the problem.

                I make the call to godrej company and told my all problem they told me company will send
                Senior technician he will handle my problem. Complants no (D[protected]) date-21/11/2017. Their senior technician mr amit sharma mobile#[protected] visited our home and saw problem of my fridge he himself cleaned my fridge's black spot and told me his guarntee spots will not appear again if spots appear again call him he provide his mobile no to us. But 3-4 days black spots appear again. I called him agian he saw and clicked pics and told me company will provide you solution.

                I called to company he again send a technician and he told me he cannot do anything company
                Will provide you solution, but company did not provide me still any solution.
                I visited their franchisees which is located in m/s gunjan technologies pvt. Ltd. H. No, 62
                G/f vijay block laxmi nagar. Where i talked to mr. Aneesh mobile #91-[protected].
                I explained him to my problem regarding fridge, his answer was that company will provide you solution or will replace your fridge. And request me give me one day to solution our international
                Technician will saw your problem and we will give you replacement of fridge.
                Their sr. Technician visited our home and he opened the fridger and cleaned all fridge himself.
                But after 3-4 days problem occurred again.
                I am very fed off regarding my fridge and godrej company and their technician. I am shocked that their technician don't have any knowledge regarding problem and fridge. As per their statement they are making me fool and godrej company is not like that as i am seeing. They do not solving my problem. Gupta enterprises shop dealer is not supporting me. All are making me fool.
                Still i am facing problem. If this issue will not resolved, so i have to file this case in consumer court. I will also file 2nd case regarding this carban gass leaking in my fridge which is harmfull for my family members health. So request you to please do the needful
                As early as possible. Please understand my problem because you are also a customer of any other brand.

                In my complaints I copied all technician no. we made call to customer care they raised our complaints no. After raised complaint no Godrej company's technician visited our home but still they did not give me any solution where this type harmful gas is leaking. They are unable to find out the problem.Godrej company's technician only visited our home for solution they provide us customer care no and told to talk to company. They can not do anything. customer care no:011-42418891/92.

                I am still facing this problem of black spots and gas leaking problem . why Godrej company is not giving me solution and replacement of my fridge?. They are again & again giving me fake promises. Give me replacement of my fridge. I cant use this harmful fridge.

                  I have booked complained no. [protected] regarding fault in my fridge under warranty on 29/11/2017. On visit of technican, it is observed that panel of fridge is faulty and required to be replaced. But after lapse of ten days, no action has been taken so far to rectify the fault. On enquiry, the stereotype reply is received from service cente that we have demanded part and as and when received the same will be replaced. It is mentioned here that functioning of new fridge is not satisfactory as i have lodged nos. Of complaint regarding proper functioning of fridge. But no body listening as well as no number of higher officer is available, to whom i can talk except with service center.

But i am sorry to say the plastic material of the product is the worst n cleaning quality also not so good, i[censored] go for bucket wash then it is much better than the machine so i request through this platform not to purchase this at all.                         Dear sir, i hv purchased your 1 ton split ac model no. Gsc12fr3wnt, a c ser no. 1130253 from m/s. Samarth electronics dapoli dist. Ratnagiri, maharashtra on 25/06.2014 on 08/10.2017 a technucian from your chiplun ser centre came & inspected the indoor unit & informed me that two filters, display censor and a shaft are to be replaced. He had taken a mobile photo of the spares and sent to your chiplun ser centre on 24/10/2017 i was informed by mr. Vivek varma of your kolhapur br. Under which your chiplun ser centre is working, a technician would come @3.30 p. M. On 25/10/2017 & he will replaced the damaged spares and assured me that all the required spares would be delivered as per orderon 25/10.2017 a technician came sharp @3.30 p. M. And started working but only one filter was delivered and the other spares were not at all as per order. I was also informed that all the spares were ordered by chiplun ser centre to the corcerned dept in pune and here the let
                        Hargic scenario of your chiplun ser centre was opened. I today talked to mr. Vivek varma and asked him that as an executive he should confirm the order first with chiplun ser centre and the ask to delivred to the technician, but mr. Varma had also failed to do it.                             I'm sridhar.in my house godrej refrigerator got fire on 2/11/17 afternoon around 3.45 pm as my 3 year son and mother in law was inside bedroom. They woke-up by hearing some blowing sound, fire grew quickly and makes full home fill with black smoke. Within few seconds there was panic in my entire house and ours neighbors came and bring the situation under control. Both my son and mother in law was stand still and become more panic. Our entire village came to our house by sawing the smoke.
                            On the same same day person from tamil nadu electricity board came and checked and conformed no issues with electricity like overload or wiring problem. Even we had stabilizer for this fridge and its working fine.

                            We have called to toll free number and raised a complaint 2 days later once our house situation come to normal. Person from godrej visited our home 3 times and took poto and also enquired. The manager from godrej visited and mentioned that he will inform this to head office and will revert within a week. But still we didn't received any feedback from them. My son got panic and got fever a

                            Even after 20 days of incident we didn't get any proper reply from godrej. Take this as priority and revert us within a day. Or else we planned to file a case in consumer court.

                              Service contracts for my refrigerator has been deplorable.in my last contract signed about 3 years ago, no technician from your service department visited my residence to service my refrigerator. So for almost a year now i had refused your service contract.

                              Now about 20 days ago, my wife has been receiving endless calls from your service department to renew the service contract. They must have called about a dozen times just for the purpose of getting the contract. Even after my wife informed them about your service department making big promises but do not adhere to their commitments. They were even more persistent about the contract.
                              Eventually my wife gave in and asked them to physically show what all the contract covers.

                              She was informed that all moveable parts inside the refrigerator would be replaced if damaged. My wife then informed him that the glass tray, covering the veg rack was cracked for the last 3 years and has not been replaced. He said that too would be replaced and he would send a technician the very next day. It's 15 days now and nothing has been done inspite of making endless calls to your service department.

                              Now i've been told that the glass tray is not covered in the contract. Why do your sales executives make false promises. It looks like they are given a target and they don't care how they get it. Incidentally, as your sales executive left with the signed contract, another sales executive was requesting to come up to my apartment to sign a contract barely 10 minutes later.

                              I know want to revoke the contract and need the amount of rs 3631/- returned to my bank account.

                                Reference to my previous complaint dated 16/09/2017, your company has replaced with new refrigerator on 22/09/2017. On 23/09/2017. The person namely mr. Samshad visited for demo and opened the packed refrigerator. During the demo it has been again noticed that the gas ket is not working properly and the parts of the refrigerator as mentioned below also found to be missing:-
                                1, brine pack
                                2chiller tray assembly
                                3crisper cover assembly with quick access flap
                                4vegetable tray assembly
                                5, store & serve bins assembly
                                6 poly bag holders
                                Mr. Samshad after taking photo of the same sent to the concern department of your company. I also brought the above issue to the notice of mr. Siddharth the concern person and also lodged complaint on customer care under the complaint no.209063. I further also kept on contacting the concern person mr. Rakesh, siddharth and dheeraj to resolve the issue but all in vain. It is intimated me that the said issue have been updated by your team. It is beyond the scope of my understanding that how your team has updated you regarding resolving of the issue. I am very disappointed that my complaint is not being attended properly. This type of your attitude spoils brand image of your company. You are requested to resolve the issue immediately.

                                  Thanks for making fool around about your pathetic products and after sell service. Its been almost a 45 days about my air condition complain. Bogus company and bogus product sell by godrej. Top of that ur horrible terrifying customer service namely mr pawan.

                                  Does it takes 45 days to solve ac fault. Every day i have to follow up regarding me complain and mr pawan says today i will resolve it give me day time. 4th nov he promise to deliver the faulty ac motor replacement, still awaited. After today's call he need 1 more day as he only have 1 excuse.

                                  I feel like cheated by godrej team who least bothered for his customer. Only thing u guys do to sell a faulty product to customer and make profit.

                                  No body is bother to reply on my mails and its your responsibility to do follow up because u have purchased the bogus godrej products.

                                  The only option left for me is a consumer court and you will have to answer them.

                                    I have baught a godrej refrigerator last year in 2016. From may 2018 it stopped working all of sudden. I made complain in godrej helpline. Godrej sent mechanic. They tried but it didn't get recover. Then godrej responded me for refund in october 2017. After that one month has been passed but godrej does not refund me till now. Godrej just passing the time day by day and postpone my refund. Godrej is a big brand but it is not showing their responsibility. I am really upset with godrej.

                                    Because of the technician's mistake, PCB dameged.
                                    For repair, they are demanding cost of PCB Rs.5200.

                                        I am amandeep raheja from delhi and would like share my experience with you on registering a repair request of godrej eon refrigerator purchased in 2012.

                                        Sunday - 5 nov 2017
                                        I made a call to[protected] to register a service request for my refrigerator. The customer care executive assured me that the engineer would come to my address by end of the day.
                                        I got the call from executive and was told that he shall be coming to my place after 2 hours. I called the executive after 4.30pm and was told that godrej representative would come on monday.
                                        Since it was sunday and whole day was almost over i did not raise any concern though company officials were giving false information from day 1. Also i wanted things should be resolved amicably.

                                        Monday - 6 nov 2017
                                        The executive named ajay calls me at 11 am and tells me we would reach in hours time to my house. At 1.45pm i called him to find his location and confirmed him the address and location again.
                                        Ajay reached at my home at 2.40pm informed that the motor-fan (Part) is exhausted and needs to be replaced. The cost of new motor-fan is inr 4635. Ajay takes the part from my refrigerator and assures to be back by 45 min.
                                        However, on his return the new motor-fan he was carrying was not new at all. It was the same motor-fan he took from my refrigerator and was claiming to be the new and fresh part.
                                        My wife took some picture of the motor-fan before ajay left my house to godrej service centre. All the serial number and marking were exactly same on the part what he took from my house and what he got back.
                                        Now, ajay was caught red handed so he came up with a story that "the service centre executive gave him wrong part and he didn’t check”. I asked him if you got this new part from your service centre there must be some receipt or challan on which you have been issued the part from your company. After all the arguments ajay also said this part is not working so you are right it is the old part what i took.
                                        Ajay then again left my house after assuring to be back with new part by 2 hours.
                                        I then called ajay at 6pm to find his location as i was also traveling back to home. Ajay refused to come to my home and said i am attending a pending call i can’t leave it. I asked him isn’t my call is pending for you. Helplessly i agreed to ajay that he would complete my repair work on tuesday.
                                        I was not happy with the experience so i decided to call customer care at 6.20pm. This time the call was diverted to one of the executives mobile. His name was mr. Bansal. He was kind enough to listen to my concern and empathised me.
                                        Also ensured me that i will get service from another executive and would arrange a feedback call. So i relaxed thinking by tomorrow i refrigerator would be working.

                                        Tuesday - 7 nov 2017
                                        I did not get any feedback call till 1pm and no executive called me. I made a call to[protected] to know my service status. I was addressed that they have a update that i have told service engineer to come my house after 3pm and ajay will not come other guy will come as i had some issue with him.
                                        However, i had no such conversation with anyone and same i informed to that customer service executive.
                                        At 2.45 i get a from awadesh kumar call that he would reach my place by 5-6pm. I called awadesh kumar (Engineer) at 6.30pm to find how long will he take. And was informed that today this complained can’t be closed i would come tomorrow. After this i called to customer care no that may get to talk mr. Bansal who understood my concern yesterday. But surprisingly, bansal did not answer any of the calls i made.

                                        I request and demand the resolution to my complain at the earliest.
