Model number godrej rd edge zx 5.1 wine harmony. Refrigerator is not cooling. Compressor issues may be. Geting cut off before start cooling. Sometimes get start also. But after one hour or two hour stopped cooling.

Your service technician is not known about how to use service kit, i have used a big service kit container for making cake in convection, the container melt and damaged totally, your service technician said that the service kit can be used in microwave / convection, he has not enough knowledge, please give proper training to your technician and one big container of service kit may please be provided to me at the earliest.

With utmost regret, i am writing this to you after loosing faith in godrej. Please note, on 29/9/17 we have registered a complaint regarding my refrigerator godrej pentacool bearing complaint no. From 25th sept-17 refrigerator is getting switched off. After contacting sai service centre they are not responding till now. Now they are not answering the phone...

Refrigerator motor is working and no cooling effect. Please do needful. Invoice no : nna 5833 dtd : 31 jan 2012. It was working smooth till 27 sep 2017. The house was locked for 3 days as none was available at home.
