I am bharat from 10, sindhuwadi ghatkoper, i have repair my washing by authorize service center, the person come from yours side said 3 parts have to change then its works properly. I clearly asked that men if there is more amount i have to pay then have to go for new machine he said no that a finely amount its works rs. 3720 after paying within a 4 days some problem, again he say now pay approx 3500 more for other part,...

Called godrej customer care aug 10 to order 2 a/c remotes. Rep came 2 check remote, placed order, said would be delivered in 2-3 days.

Collected visit (Not requested by me, was forced upon me) charge of rs 400. Initially asked rs.800 because i asked for 2 remotes.

Haven't received remotes till date. Followed up twice. It is over 1½ months now....

Dated 12.05.2017 buy a refrigerator 185 invoice no-80i/93234255, now it
Is damage found,
Your technician send report dated 13.05.2017, now i received a call
([protected]) and told me 10-15 days need to replace it, it is not
Acceptable, also refund application hard copy submit godraj salt lake office but 1month later
Till today product amount not refund
