Dear sir,
Thanks for your response for my grievance made n 20.09.2017.
A senior technician named shri. Parameswaran came on 26.09.2017.
He looked into the fridge thoroughly and finally told that there was some problem in the freezer area.
To support this he fitted an apparatus (Godrej smart care/frost care) supporting frost/defrost functioning.
When i asked for the external fittings, he told that nowadays there were problems with single door fridges of all types of other brands also and it was common now using the external apparatus supporting the frost/defrost functioning.
He asked us to wait for a week to see the changes due to the fitting of the apparatus.
We half heartedly (However eagerly) accepted thinking that the problem would come to an end within a week.
But till 03.10.2017 the same problem continued (Ie. Ice formation in freezer and no melting effected at all).
I called him on 04.10.2017 (When he was out of station) and today on 05.10.2017 he came and inspected the freezer area whether it was functioning properly or not.
The freezer area was in the same condition on 05.10.2017 as it was on 26.09.2017.
He said the fridge seems to be in working condition. (We do not know on what basis he told like this).
I asked him about the ice formed in the freezer on 26.09.2017 and/or even before, was still there and not at all melted.
Then he took a photo of the freezer and the inner portion having tollfree number and your logo.
While asked for the inference about the present condition, he told that he would give a report to his higher ups and we would be receiving phone calls from cochin within two days based on his report.
This is the present position.
