This is the fifth time we are registering a complaint against a product which we have purchased _ months back. We find frost being accumulated in the lower compartment time and over, even post keeping the minimum temperature at considerable levels. We have told the service personnel repeatedly to check the issue at hand, however our complaint has been brushed aside stating that this happens due to "the slope at the area." we find the reasoning to be completely illogical. We believe that the defect lies in the product and post our repeated requests it has fallen on deaf ears.

We would request you to arrange for a replacement of the defected product or arrange for refund and take the product from our residence. We cannot afford to reiterate the same thing over and over again.

My refrigerator isn't cooling properly like it supposed to do. I have moved the cooling button to the coolest but there is no improvement in the functioning.

Please consider this at a high priority and solve this out ASAP.

    My one ton split a/c was not cooling and i made a complaint and one technician by name mr. Saravanan came to attend on 05/09/17. He told that circuit board is out and it will be rectified and fixed back. After one week when i contacter one miss. Mahalakhmi (Chennai) she told me that board is beyond repair and will be replaced with in a week, when i contacted again she answered me hat they have received a wrong board from mumbai. After a long time when i contacter her again she told me that board is of old type and it will take sometime to get. More than a month has passed and no solution is found. More over when i contact them the answer is evasive and irresponsible. Since i have trust in godrej all of my three a/c are are godrej make and fridge too. I have the feeling that the trust is being erroded slowly. Pl. Do the needful at he earliest.

      Hi my registered mobile is [protected].
      I had logged a compliant for my single door refrigerator which was not cooling.
      On 18th oct one technician came and told that its compressor problem other technician will come and look.
      He was not bother to tell when the other guy will come.
      I am taking follow-up from last week calling customer care and service center and they are just fooling me by telling technician will come asap,

      Customer care is telling that they can only forward my compliant and nothing else.
      Service center people are just give me dates on 18th oct when i call service center they give me next date 21st oct.
      Now on 21st they had given me 23rd i. E monday. Still they have not call me back that when the technician will arrive.
      The reasons for delay is given as it takes time for compressor to come from mumbai to kalyan.
      How much time does it take 4-5 days.? And even if it takes time who;s responsibility is it to inform me?

      Am i supposed to take followup from you guys every time.

        Dear sir - this is to inform you that i have bought godrej refrigrator on 1/04/2015 but after 2.5 years its cooling capacity getting slow and slow. I complaint it to your customer care. They gave my no. To service engineer incharge. He is saying that the gas is getting empty and you will have to refill it.
        How can it be happen in such a short time. Iam having another fridge of about 12 year ago and still working well. So kindly get corrected the matter

        Dear Sir Kindly Notice my problem sincerly as nobody is taking interest to solve the problem. My complaint is also closed now saying that door was closed when technician reached at home. But this is absolutely wrong nobody has come to vsit yet .They are just doing formalties. Is this the way to solve the problems that without visiting they have closed the complaint. Kindly tell me what should I do ? Will this problem be solved or not?

          I am from bangalore. I had given a complaint regarding non working of themachine and also the water draining out on16th october after a lot of repeated requests the technician came on17th afternoon and looked at the complaint. He said some wires have been cut and then he bound with a cello tape and said that i dont have spare part if pcb board has gone. I then told him that i had specifically mentioned the nature of complaint to the person whotook the complaint. Then he told within 5 minutes that the machine is working. Immediately within two minutes he took the signature i told him if there is repeated complaint or not working i shall call him. Immediately the machine stopped working i called him within two minutes and he said he is attending to another complaint and said that the panel might have gone i dont have spare part i shall see. Till now no response.
          This is not the first time this sort of attitude is shown to customers every time they take atleast two to three days to set right. Except one or two technicians who knows their job others are not that experienced.
          Wedo not understand as to why there should be a delay of two days to resole this complaint
          Secondly we are under amc by paying the amount and we expect a good service and response to be given
          Today i have given another complaint since ihave received a messagea saying that the complaint hasbeen closed.
          I amtrying to contact [protected] which has been given in message asking to give complaint within seven days if the problem is not solved

          This number gets immediately cut off

          I want an immediate responseto resolve this complaint andalso send some experienced technician who will come with the necessary spare parts basedon our complaint

              I am harshad complaining for wrong delivery done for our washing machine.
              Godrej sales executive mr amit chavan visited my home and suggested newly launched wt 650 cf fully automatic machine with digital meter so we booked and we made cheque payment but delivery done is different machine and now no one is responding to my call revart back asap. I had exchange my old godrej washing machine and he booked wt 650 cf new given wrong information and he done this sale this is not good your executive amit had done fraud with us given wrong delivery. Waiting for your positive reply or else i m going to laudge a police complaint against this fraud

                Reference to my previous complaint dated 16/09/2017, your company has replaced with new refrigerator on 22/09/2017. On 23/09/2017. The person namely mr. Samshad visited for demo and opened the packed refrigerator. During the demo it has been again noticed that the gas ket is not working properly and the parts of the refrigerator as mentioned below also found to be missing:-
                1, brine pack
                2chiller tray assembly
                3crisper cover assembly with quick access flap
                4vegetable tray assembly
                5, store & serve bins assembly
                6 poly bag holders
                Mr. Samshad after taking photo of the same sent to the concern department of your company. I also brought the above issue to the notice of mr. Siddharth the concern person and also lodged complaint on customer care under the complaint no.209063. I further also kept on contacting the concern person mr. Rakesh, siddharth and dheeraj to resolve the issue but all in vain. It is intimated me that the said issue have been updated by your team. It is beyond the scope of my understanding that how your team has updated you regarding resolving of the issue. I am very disappointed that my complaint is not being attended properly. This type of your attitude spoils brand image of your company. You are requested to resolve the issue immediately.

                  We brought a godrej refrigerator from flipkart on 7th september 2017. Our flipkart order id is od[protected]. Owner name sayantani dey. Our model number is rt eon 343sg2.4. It delivered on8th septemtember via cash on delivery mode. We received the refrigerator with a broken vegetable basket tray inside it. It was noticed by the service engineer mr. Sougata talukdar (Mobile:[protected]). He also complained in the customer care. The complain number is 3054807 on 9th september 2017. He told us this problem will be solved within 15 days. But still we do not get any response or reply from godrej. He also told that the complain will be handle by him. So that we donot complain on flipkart. Now he tell us that to inform u and requesting to take care of this matter. But there are few days over and nothing in our hand. We trust the engineer provide by you or godrej. But he doesn't give any response. (The complain launched by engineer sougata talukdar at the time of open the packaging and demonstration on 9th september 2017. Contact number [protected].                       I have been mailing godrej since one month regarding the problem i am facing with my recently purchased refrigerator (Godrej rf405sd)

                      U got one response initially where i was told to call there toll free number and book a service for my appliance.

                      Initially the person was not ready to accept that there was any fault with the fridge (The compressor was creating noise and even if we touch the top of the fridge u will feel electricity shock)

                      Then the second person came and fixed that issue.

                      Post that the lower box of the refrigerator (The ice box) is not opening because the ice freezes at the channel which is used to pull it out, making it difficult to open the ice box.

                      I have written multiple mails to the customer support but these people do not even respond.

                      I had the worst experience with them.

                      And will for sure never purchase any godrej product in future.

                      I do not need any assurance. The refrigerator I have purchased is on emi if the issue is not resolved by the end of this month I will stop paying further installments. You can visit out place and take that refrigerator back. We don't need it anymore.

                      A representative of yours came to our place 3 days back..after examining what ever he had to he said he will go back and revert us with report/ update after discussing about it internally. It's been three days and we have not heard from that person again.
                      We now want refund of the amount that we have paid as of now. We don't want to own a product of a company which is not interested to serve their customers or even revert them with a proper response. As i had mentioned above we will not pay any installment now. You can come and collect the refrigerator once you pay us the amount back that we have given till now. It's been three months that we are complaining we do not have any faith left in ur services and products. This is last time I am writing. You people treat your customers in the worst possible manner. I am highly dissatisfied and sure that godrej is worst company to trust on.

                      Shall i expect any response or is this matter closed form your side and i should now stop expecting any sort of help from the company?
                      Whether you are processing this complain or not still don't you think this is at least your responsibility to respond if a person is writing something to you.
                      Hope you guys bother to revert me with an update of what is the status of my complain and if it is ever going to get processed or not!!

                      For your reference i am attaching the bill of the refrigerator.

                      This is to bring to your notice that since i got no revert from your side and even no one from you customer support team has bothered so far to look into this matter.
                      Considering your negligence and careless behaviour i decided not to pay the emi.
                      So far you must have got the update that payment has not been processed and let me get this fact cleared for you people that i will not initiate any payment for this product now.
                      Also, i now want to get refund of the amount that i have paid so far and take this product back from us.

                          Your service technician is not known about how to use service kit, i have used a big service kit container for making cake in convection, the container melt and damaged totally, your service technician said that the service kit can be used in microwave / convection, he has not enough knowledge, please give proper training to your technician and one big container of service kit may please be provided to me at the earliest.

                            I would like to make some reference for your kind attention :
                            1) complaint registered on 16/09/2017 today's date 02/10/2017 almost 17 days
                            2) i have got message on 28/09/2017 that some technician are coming to visit, our home, my family postponed our religious function ceremony due to your message, but in vain no technician turnedup for any job work associated.
                            3) three times called to your toll free number for re complaining and want to know the status of your highly appreciable technician muharat to come at our small lower middle class person home.
                            4) as per your website your production for my split air conditioner is in continue and as no parts available for 20 days is illogical.
                            5) technician prior come for checking the status of my ac are not in good shape of knowledge of the product.
                            6) prior history you can check of my mobile number, you can come to know that for cancellation of second ac refund amount of rs.1000/ i have to move to consumer complain forum for the same and after 8 months i have got my money back without any interest or any compensation.
                            7) for this time i am giving 5 days from today, to ressolve my complaint no. B[protected], either i will forward this compalint and this email to consumer complaint forum for further discussion.
                            8) we lower middle class family having sleepless night in this humid and hot climate of mumbai from last 20 days, no amount will compensate for the same.

                            Awaiting positive reply from your corporate governance.

                            Today Godrej authorised M/S. TANISHKA AIRCON have taken my outer cabinet of split air conditioner for change condenser. But date mention 18/09/2017 on written note from technician. Might be old one.

                              Thanks for your response for my grievance made n 20.09.2017.

                              A senior technician named shri. Parameswaran came on 26.09.2017.

                              He looked into the fridge thoroughly and finally told that there was some problem in the freezer area.

                              To support this he fitted an apparatus (Godrej smart care/frost care) supporting frost/defrost functioning.

                              When i asked for the external fittings, he told that nowadays there were problems with single door fridges of all types of other brands also and it was common now using the external apparatus supporting the frost/defrost functioning.

                              He asked us to wait for a week to see the changes due to the fitting of the apparatus.

                              We half heartedly (However eagerly) accepted thinking that the problem would come to an end within a week.

                              But till 03.10.2017 the same problem continued (Ie. Ice formation in freezer and no melting effected at all).

                              I called him on 04.10.2017 (When he was out of station) and today on 05.10.2017 he came and inspected the freezer area whether it was functioning properly or not.

                              The freezer area was in the same condition on 05.10.2017 as it was on 26.09.2017.

                              He said the fridge seems to be in working condition. (We do not know on what basis he told like this).

                              I asked him about the ice formed in the freezer on 26.09.2017 and/or even before, was still there and not at all melted.

                              Then he took a photo of the freezer and the inner portion having tollfree number and your logo.

                              While asked for the inference about the present condition, he told that he would give a report to his higher ups and we would be receiving phone calls from cochin within two days based on his report.

                              This is the present position.

                                I had bought one godrej almirah/storewll from m/s wardhan corporaation, the mall, shimla, which was displayed at the showroom having a locker, shelves, hanging wardrobe space etc. But due to confusion they had assembled the godrej slimline 2sh almirah at my house, which has no locker etc. As shown in the showroom. While asking them to change the almirah the showroom clearly denied and said that the selected almirah from the company catalogue has been supplied since the almirah supplied is not so popular and it is difficult to sell it to other customers. Moreover assembled almira can not be changed.
                                Pursue this case and do the needful to change the same. The difference amount will be paid.

                                    With utmost regret, i am writing this to you after loosing faith in godrej. Please note, on 29/9/17 we have registered a complaint regarding my refrigerator godrej pentacool bearing complaint no. D[protected]. The fridge is not working & with zero effective cooling. Even after 5 days of continuous followups from your cre mr. Ajay, we have not received any satisfactory response. He gave contact details of the local service center head mr. Ravindra sharma who very rudly acknowledged the call saying that your fridge can not be operated without even sending any technician & disconnected the call. Such a behavior was not at all acceptable as we have taken an godrej amc which is valid till 05/03/2018 & are rightfully eligible for getting our complaints corrected & resolved.

                                    Today i. E on 03/10/17 again i registered a complaint bearing complaint no. D[protected], but the response was same as mentioned above.

                                    Would request you to urgently intervene your higher officials & get the trouble resolved.

                                    My 265 litres double door Godrej refrigerator installed at Asansol, West Bengal is not getting cooled. Technician may come and rectify the defect.

Sai service center in pune contacted me in pune & repaired the refrigerator on[protected] by changing timer & sensor. From 25th sept-17 refrigerator is getting switched off. After contacting sai service centre they are not responding till now. Now they are not answering the phone

                                        Bought washing machine wta eon 650 ci [6.5 kg] in exchange, 2 weeks back on 15th sept... It is not working properly having noise problem due to balancing ring. Raised complaint with godrej smartcare, service engineer has visited and advised change in balancing ring however later suggested that due to stock unavalability ring could not be changed in next 4-5 days... I am very disappointed with godrej.. Its very bad customer experience...
