With due respect i beg to inform you that on 4th october 2015 we have purchased a fully automatic washing machine of godrej eon on rs 23, 490. It is under two years warranty on inner part and motor is of 10years warranty. But we are facing a terrible noise problem in our washing machine. I bought a godrej eon refrigerator on 28/08/2016. It was not functioning. Therefore, i registered a complaint on 6th august vide call no k[protected]. The technician checked it on 7th august and pointed out that p. C. B to be changed. But till date nothing happened. From customer care centre one lady (Phone no. [protected]) informed us that there is no stock of spare parts. It will take 10 days to complete the job. Even after 10 days they failed...

We noticed the hair line crack on left wall after one month of purchase while we were cleaning the fridge from inside.
