Till today product amount not refund
I request to you please look into the matter and do the needful

    Dear sir,

    Good morning.

    I am one of your ordinary customers (Said to be a valid customer during the purchase of your product) having a very good godrej table and chair bought 25 yrs ago and a fridge (Said to be good).

    This fridge was bought on 03.04.2015 at cochin, kerala while i was working there. After a few months i had some problems some four or five times during may, june, july, 2015. Only after several times of your technicians visit, it was told that the fridge had some manufacturing defect and it was replaced by a new one on 14.08.2015. Before getting this problem solved we were fed up very much. The purpose of buying a fridge was defeated, because of the fault and frequent contacts over phone and in person to rectify the same.

    Now we are at trivandrum, kerala.

    During march, 2017 we again started facing all sorts of problems a fridge can give to its users and your people at trivandrum came and started attending the same. The dates were 27.03.2017 (The date on which i took an amc for three years paying rs.2, 459/-), 17.05.2017, 22.05.2017, 02.06.2017, 14.06.2017, 07.09.2017 and 11.09.2017.

    (During 27.03.2017 to 07.09.2017 the technicians at trivandrum did wonderful help by refilling gas, replacing door, took the fridge to the their place and corrected a bend in the body through which air was coming inside through a very small gap between the body and rubber feeding in the door).

    When we felt partially happy, again the vegetables, milk and other products started decaying.

    We called tollefree people on 07.09.2017.

    On 11.09.2017 the technician came and we showed all the mobile shots of the decayed vegetables and flowers. He did something and it was ok for some days.

    On 20.09.2017 again the vegetables started decaying.

    Now today i thought of calling the tollfree number as usual. But something made me to put the grievances in your site, and hence this representation.

    I am very happy the trivandrum technicians responded very well to my complaints did the jobs well, but the purpose was not materialised.

    I don't want to complaint anybody.

    We are not fresh users of fridge, as we had used three types of various brands herebefore.

    Now i leave it to your goodselves, whether you will try to adhere to the happenings and make a remedy for the same.

    I am 101% sure that the present condition of the fridge will never change unless the correct fault is located and rectified.

    I have the least hope over godrej officials in giving me a permanent solution for my loving godrej fridge.

    I feel extremely sorry for putting the above bitter experience before you, but it is the truth.

    I would be the most happiest man in the world, if this letter is handled fruitfully.

      Under 2 yr warranty

      My machine is dead from last 5 days, hanging issue also
      We have not received any call from any service person.
      Nor
      Any one visited yet

      My queries are :
      Within one and half year, more than 5 times machine become dead, what action godrej company should take?
      Why no one visited on 16-7-17 and 18-7-17?
      Why no one call us, when service person will visit?
      What action you want to take against your service provider in ajmer, 305001 pincode?
      Is this type of service / problem, will we face again with service person in future also?
      After this incident, we started advising / sharing with friends not to take / buy godrej product in future.

        Godrej company is very much irresponsible about its costumers.
        I am facing this problem from last 25 days. Nobody is giving proper response.
        Very poor performance overall

        I am a regular customer of godrej since 1994 and have many products of godrej but now a days your service is very much poor.
        I bought a double door refrigerator on dated 27 oct 2015 but it's refrigerator part is not working from 14.08 2017 for which i complained so many times dated 25.08.17, 03.09.17, 05.09.17, 08.09.17, 11.9.17, 13.09.17 and today and call so many times to your toll free number, and to mr. Mehraj khan manager sen and to mr. Rahul kumar service center but nobody is replying properly to shortout my problem.
        I have given service charge 375/- rs and pay the part charge (Fan) 600/-rs to your company representative but till today my refrigerator is not in working.
        Pls shortout my problem within 24 hours otherwise i will take the help of consumer court.

          My name is Kamini Barua. I have purchased a refrigerator RT EON 350 P 3.4 silver 20.07.2017 from m/s Electronic city A unit of Shaloo Sales corporation, D-77 Malviya Nagar New Delhi 110017. After installation on 20.7.2017 a authorized person from your company came on 23/07/2017 for demo and he found that Gas Ket of the refrigerator is not working properly. He after taking photo of the same sent to the concern department of your company as said by him and also stated Gas Ket would be changed within 15 days,

          I have also lodged complaint to your company on 24/7/2017 for change of gasket. Thereafter I contacted shri Rakesh Godrej, Siddharth and Shri Dheeraj the concern persons of the company several times for gasket but all in vain. They only gave new date for visit of representative for change of gasket. Complaint No is 167725. It is regretted that no action has been taken in this regard. This spoils your brand image,

          Reference to my previous complaint dated 16/09/2017, your company has replaced with new refrigerator on 22/09/2017.On 23/09/2017 the person namely Mr. Samshad visited for demo and opened the packed refrigerator. During the demo it has been again noticed that the gas ket is not working properly and the parts of the refrigerator as mentioned below also found to be missing:-
          1, Brine pack
          2Chiller Tray assembly
          3Crisper cover assembly with quick access flap
          4Vegetable Tray assembly
          5, Store & serve bins assembly
          6 Poly bag holders
          Mr. Samshad after taking photo of the same sent to the concern department of your company. I also brought the above issue to the notice of Mr. Siddharth the concern person and also lodged complaint on customer care under the complaint no.209063.I further also kept on contacting the concern person Mr.Rakesh, Siddharth and Dheeraj to resolve the issue but all in vain. It is intimated me that the said issue have been updated by your team. It is beyond the scope of my understanding that how your team has updated you regarding resolving of the issue. I am very disappointed that my complaint is not being attended properly. This type of your attitude spoils brand image of your company. You are requested to resolve the issue immediately.

            I have registered complaint of no cooling of my equipment on 10 Sept 2017 on toll free no.The technician visited on 12 Sept 17 inspected the equipment & told to submit the problem to his senior, they will come & do the needful .
            Till that day nobody reverted from the AMC vedorside.I have resubmitted the complaint twice wherein the the telephone operator gave me no of Mr.Ashokkumar Nisad [protected] .I dailed his no 5 to 6 times, he never lift at any time, the i wrote SMS to the same no but no reply.
            This is the service We expect from the vendor or concerned team.I have taken AMC of my AC till the year 2019.

              Our godrej single door refrigerator is not working since 7-9-2017. We had requested to send somebody to repair the refrigerator. I received call no b[protected]. The problem is still not resolved. When contacted the area manager, mr. Ajay kumar -[protected], he assured that the work will be done on the same day & he promised to send somebody immediately with the part. Later, both these people stopped picking up our calls & haven't picked up the calls since.

              It is hard to believe that such huge company with so many service centers, & not one service center has a single electronic part in the entire mumbai. We have been a very loyal customer of godrej since 25 years. But we will have to rethink before buying any godrej products if the service given by the company is so poor & unprofessional.

              Please look into the matter as the machine is not working since 7th september & nobody is ready to take any responsibility for the matter.

                Sir/madam,
                I had registered a service on 26th of august 2017 in kollam kerala. A technician came two days later from godrej smart care service centre. He said ac board has certain problems and he took it back with him.. Two days later another technician came with new ac board and after certain time he said there is no problem with the board its gas leaking and he said he will send another technician next day.. He didnt even fit the parts of ac back into its origianl position.. After that nobody came for servicing and when i called to godrej service centre kollam they didnt take my call.. After that i called godrej call centre ernakukam and they said they will inform the technician... After waiting for certain days i made a complaint on 2nd september 2017.. After i registerd the complaint also there is no response from godrej service centre... Once they took the call and said there is no technician available.. So i forced to register a complaint against godrej in consumer court trivandrum.. The court will send the summons asap and will see then... Their is no need of any godrej service technicians anymore... I hired a local technician and repaired my airconditioner. I am also attaching the pics of ac that godrej technician left it like..

                  My name is pankaj gola i have purched godrej washing machine (Wt eon 650 pf) on the date of 07/11/2015 and you gave me a 2 year warranty on this product. And 3 month before from today (06/09/2017) i have complain my washing machine is not responding than after two day from when i complained than your technician visited and he said they will come again after two days than repair your machine but till now nobody visit for repair my washing machine and when i call customer care they always give me a new date.                   And he is going to attend my call on 10/09/2017 but i got new message again on the date of 07/09/2017 they will come on 20/09/2017 this is on record conversation they gives me a new date but they do not come and visit they think i am full apart of all this conversation i personally call on service center they do not respond me. And mr. Sunil rawat also not pick my call.

                  Please suggest me what i do my money and my time going to be waste and i am totally frustrated

                    Complaint no q[protected] unauthorised mechanic has broken my washing machine and godrej smart care service is just eyewash they are using duplicate spares and accessories and their unauthorised mechanics are exploiting the customers in the name of godrej. Shame on the part of godrej management they are allowing franchises to exploit the customers. I request that my washing machine be repaired

                      Dear sir,
                      My father-in - law mr. Amal roy of bolpur, shantiniketan, west bengal bought one godrej refrigerator on[protected] from m/s b. V enterprises,
                      Bolpur super market, shantiniketan road, bolpur, birbhum district, west bengal and gave me for my use at asansol. This refrigerator since then been installed in my flat
                      (Flat no. A9/6b, sugam park, south dhadka, kstp, asansol -7133021, west bengal) at asansol. I work as chief manager (Mining) in south eastern coalfields limited,
                      Bilaspur, chattisgarh and stay here. We used to visit our flat every 2-3 months interval and find that the refrigerator is not cooling down due to non-working of the fan motor
                      Inside the cooling section.
                      The service engg. Of godrej appliances was called immediately who came and replaced the fan motor for a cost of rs 600.00 plus his service charge. The refrigerator
                      Starts functioning properly. Again when we visit our flat, the same story is repeated due to non-functioning of the fan motor. Service engg. Came and collected the cost of the motor
                      And replace it. Refrigerator becomes ok. This thing repeated four times including the last one.
                      When asked to the service engg. Of why this thing is happening again and again they were no clue of the reason behind it. The refrigerators which were kept in the showrooms
                      Months after month without operation, starts its operation immediately as soon as it is installed. Moreover i have one samsung refrigerator in my ancestral home at katrasgarh, dhanbad,
                      Jharkhand which starts operating properly even after 3-4 months of non-use. It gave no problem to us till date although we use it after 3-4 months interval.
                      It is very unfortunate for your company that a service engg. Is only collecting money and not able to rectify the problem permanently, even have no idea of how it can be rectified.
                      I want a proper reply from your end of how this problem can be rectified permanently. I do not want to spend any more money for this problem of the refrigerator.in case if
                      You are also clueless of this problem then my kind request is to replace this refrigerator by a new one. I want a permanent solution of this problem.

                      We are going to asansol on 23rd sept'2017 and stay in our flat till 1st of oct'2017. If you serious regarding this problem, then please get it rectified within the time of our stay in the flat.
                      I will be extremely happy if you kindly respond to my above appeal so that this problem is solved.

                        I have purchased a refrigerator in may 2017.
                        Some defects found. Heavy water leakage, so i lodged a complaint 546777 on august 2017.
                        Customer care advised to local service centre for new replacement.
                        Now nobody response from godrej care.
                        Even orissa representative mr dalei also not responding my call.
                        We are suffering a lot due tothis defect product.

                          Dear sir / madam,

                          I premchand ram purchased air conditioner on 30/03/2017 from vijay sales and get installed in last week of april 2017. After installation of 2 or 3 day when we started ac the ac is not cooling at any stage. I had complaint in the customer care godrej. Technician attended the complaint and found there is a gas leakage and he refilled. From this month onwards again my ac is not cooling when i complaint the godrej. The technician visited to my home and found same problem of gas leakage, with in 2-4 month again and again gas leakage is coming. As per this report i got defective ac. I have already request you godrej and vijay sales to replace the, this defective ac. I don't want to repair again and again the ac. Kindly request please replace the ac. If the same will not done than i will go to the consumer court.

                          Still nobody taking seriously against my complaint. After a long follow up with all Senior ‘s of Godrej on his mobile but I am not getting permanent solution. Godrej is a big company a small customer can’t do anything of godrej, there for nobody is ready is solve the problem. Now I am decided to take a help of legal action.

                            Company fools us by taking amc of 6k and then if any problem occurs they just run away.. Wow!!

                            I bought 1.5 tons ac and within 1 years 2 months the ac stopped cooling. When the untrained so called moron engineer came he after doing fish bone anaylsis said that " saab bahar humidity jyada hai isiliye apke ac se pani girega" hahahah i felt down on my floor laughing!!

                            All i want to say that its been 15 days still problem not solved..

                            My recommendation - never ever.. Ever never.. Buy any godrej product..

                              My washing machine is under warranty and the warranty is getting over on 20th of sep. We have given a complain before 21st aug. This is the msg we got from you:

                              * godrej sms * technician - kolkata-sse-ashim kr mondal will be attending your call - k[protected] on 21/08/2017

                              The technician came once and said spares not available. It's been a more than 20days and such a service is not acceptable. I also work for a consumer durable brand in a senior position and if your spares are not available then you should arrange for replacing with a new machine.

                              We are continuously calling at [protected] but we are not getting a satisfied reply.in such case we will not be left with any other option but to complain in consumer court.

                              Pls suggest urgently.

                              I think Godrej has one of the most horriblr after sales service. I called at [protected] and[protected]. Both said we don't take complains within warranty and disconnected. I called up 3 to 4 times in each number and started my conversation with "Pls don't disconnect and let me know where to call for complain within warranty". I got a reply.."Pls Google and search for the service centre number".

                              This quality of service was never expected from Godrej. The service department needs to look into this immediately.
                              I have purchased this fridge on 21st jun-15 on 1st sept, 2017 it suddenly stopped working, may be there is a problem in compressor or fuse. Please send your engineer urgently.

                                We had entered into maintenance agreement for with godrej smart care for our windows ac from[protected].
                                We are entitled to 2 maintenance / yr, we have received only 1 visit on 9/9 16.
                                Since then we have been pursuing with constant reminders - we only get false dates from customer service centres.
                                I also personally spoke to mr ashish kumar - head service centre & pooja and explained the situation on 7/9 17. I was promised that a mechanic will visit our home on 8/9 17. Now the call service centre disconnects the phone when i call up
                                The matter still remains unresolved, it s sorry state of affairs from a reputed company like godrej,

                                  I had bought a washing machine in year 2016 and got entered into extended amc for 2 years. But from the day one it started giving problem in one way or other. Several times complaint are lodged and engineer come they do some jugglery and again it stats functioning only to go out of order in couple of months. Again complaint is lodged, their engineer come and follow the same path and this goes on likewise. But now a complaint was lodged with the call center on 1st sept and accordingly their engineer visited on the same day and reported that the machine needs a spare replacement and went off saying will come back the next day, but till date none turned up with the alleged spare part to replace the defective one. When enquired about the same very many versions are given such as the spare part is yet to reach them/the engineer will visit later in the day to the spare part is yet to be intended. This type of response is never expected from a multi ntional company like godrej. I would request the company to replace the entire unit

                                    I am using godrej dream washing machinefrom last 8 years. From last 3 months it is giving erratic sound and not sping. Yesterday i have given complaint and there represrntive has visited and said the operation board is not functiong and soft ware is not availble. Hence to be disposed and to purchase the new. His name is mr. Gautam of mysore, and charmed visiting charges of rs. 385.00.
                                    How come a companyof such great reputation, cannot provide a software of just few years. I am not happy with the answer of their service engineer. Since i am a retired person of 65 years, i am not in a position to purchasethe same at present. I hope the companymay provide reqired software and put the m/c in working condition.

                                      I have made various complaints at call centre but in vain. I had purchased the refrigerator in jan 17 ans after 3 months only the rubber of the door started coming out. Even cooling is not happening. I have been told that they are getting some parts from mumbai. I am not able to use this fridge.
                                      This is in warranty and i do not want this product now.
                                      Pls get it replaced immediately.
