Hi concerned,

I have logged complaint for my refrigerator on 4th aug till now no support is being provided by the supplier or vendor and now they want time to replace the part till sep. Which is quite sad tp believe as the service agent company is saying that the faulty part is not coming due to gst... Seriously which means earlier the part of godrej was coming unofficially.
Looking forward to support semd some one to visit

    Greetings,
    I have purchased a refrigerator from godrej which had some cooling issues after the visit from the technician i refused to give him the security code for being fully satisfied from the services as the issue remains the same and after a 2 days i have received a call from godrej [protected] asking for the code and when i refused to give the satisfaction code the people has started to treaten us. They are saying 'we will not spare you if you dont give us the code and you have to call us only for your complaints and technical issues'. It puts a question mark on the level of services offered by godrej and how safe are the technician sent by godrej as they are more of illetrate and misbehaving staff. Moreover if the technician starts to threaten us on the phone how safe it would be for us to allow them inside our premises for a demo of product/technical issue? There is no formal complaint godrej customer care instead routed to area manager kuldeep singh. Waiting for the complaint to be resolved and corrective action towards the bad attitude of the misbehaving technician.

      I bought a godrej double door fridge from pulpally allwyn stores at 2016 may 5. After one year frdge is not working properly. 2017 may i registered a complaint, after that company service boys came several times but they are not able to clear the complaint. At last service manager came and told is not able to repair it.. I informed the company but till now no reply from the company. I purchased the fridge paying rs.21800/ and we were able to use it only for one year. I request to you sir please take necessary action for reimbursement.

      Worst service... No proper reply from service center nd even coustmr care ...
      Complain 3 tm in just 6 month. And i pay 3tm service charge in just 6 month... And again some problm in my freeze. They person not give good quality service...

        I purchased a godrej made washing machine from snehanjali electronics & trading co – nallasopara west on 2-8-2017. At the time of demo i abserved a different sound, the technician checked and found the main portion on which the drum hangs in a broken condition.
        I approched snehanjali to replace, they directed to godrej and after running post to post both refused to give replacement and agreed only to repair.

        Date of demo :[protected] incomplete demo – just opened the box switch on, explained verbally, c laimed the secret code and left away. Person name: Mr. Rahul; cell no. [protected]
        Date of first operation by customer:[protected] heard a strange noise coming(attaching the record) called immediately the technician, he reached in a couple of hour and he too understood something is wrong, he opened and found a part in a broken condition (photo attached)
        Technician who visited out place name & cell no. Mr. Rahul Cell no. [protected]
        I Rushed to Snehanjali with the bill and explained the situation and asked for replacement, but nobody responded, simply took the complaint and said now godrej will take care about your problem.
        I called the customer care no.[protected] of godrej several times explained my situation and asked for replacement, they too refused, and finally the service centre head Mr.Pawan Rane cell no. [protected] said that Godrej don’t have policy of replacement, but they will order the part and repair and give.

        This is totally a cheating by Snehanjali, they sold a defective machine Godrej must take action over snehanjali.

          Dear sir,

          I bought godrej 6 star ac on date:15 april, 2016. On date:24/05/2017 ac gas was refilled with 6 months warranty. On date:7 aug, 2017 i registered a complaint that ac is not working & zero cooling.
          After calling 3-4 times your executive visit my place on date:14 aug, 2017. He inspected and told me that gas needs to be refilled. He charged me rs.500/- for inspection, i amazed why godrej is charging even if this thing is under warranty. I paid him rs.500/-

          From that day onward i am regularly calling on mobile:[protected]/[protected] talked to mr. Ameer, mr. Amit, ms. Komal and received same reply that we can not get it done today, will get it done tomm. I am still waiting for this tomm.

          Sir, i am writing this to you to bring this matter in your kind notice this is a pure customer fraud. Godrej service center is making fun of customer money and time. Kindly look into this matter seriously.

            I have purchased a window air conditioner model no. Gwc 18gh 3 wjm/2010 (3 star) in the year 2010 from your authorized dealer parida brothers, sundargarh, odisha. The remote type r09d/bgce whose image is enclosed herewith has gone out of order from a fortnight and i have booked a complain with the authorised dealer for a service requirement. Today service engineer md. Istiyar attended the call with a old blemish unpacked remote and marked with screw driver opening on the body whose cost reported to be rs.1000/- and show me the ac is running. But the remote was partially working. I denied to accept this remote which might be second hand.

            Please make arrangement for it's service.

              I have purchase godrej split air conditioner in august 2016.
              On 1st august 2017, i called to godrej customer care (Godrej customer care head mr. Deepak-[protected]) for service.

              Today 21st august 2017, nobody comes for service till date. Even i call near about 50 times, but nobody cares.

              Also i called godrej service center (Said name-asmita-[protected]).
              These all peoples always give me date and time for service, but nobody comes till date.

              Today also asmita mdam gives me service person no. Mr. Bahaddur ([protected]). I called him 2-3 times, but he also decline to comes.

              Now i conclude to do not purchase any godrej appliences in future.
              My all dear indians, please dont purchase any godrej appliences or any service amc.

              They claims 3 services after purchasing new product, but not able to give single service in year.
              Very disappointed incident. Not accepted from godrej such memory.

                I purchased a godrej fridge from alam power solution jamia nagar on 12.09.2017. The company is not attending and not repairing my fridge. My complaint no is 168616 dated 22.7.2017. Entire summer season has expired and i have suffered a lot for the lethargy of the company. A service engineer came and reported that spare is not available. Please get a solution.                   With due respect i beg to inform you that on 4th october 2015 we have purchased a fully automatic washing machine of godrej eon on rs 23, 490. It is under two years warranty on inner part and motor is of 10years warranty. But we are facing a terrible noise problem in our washing machine. We always kept in touch with godrej technician but still they fail to solve the problem. The problem is there after one month of purchasing.

                  We want to replace the washing machine but their technician are telling to pay rs 24000 for replacement. Since we are under warranty so it is difficult for us to pay rs 24000 once. Since we have purchased from flipkart godrej marketing executives are telling that there might be manufacture problem. Since we have purchased from flipkart (Via third party according to them) so nothing to do with this machine.

                  So i request you to kindly see this matter and take necessary steps on this matter.

                    Attached is the call summary and each message i received. Everyday the technician used to call but never showed up in communicated time. The call centre was of no help and even after several follow-up s they just asked me to wait. Finally i got a closure message without resolving the issue. This is pathetic service and i am planing to file a case in consumer court. Please take this note as an intimation and take immediate action.

                      I bought a godrej eon refrigerator on 28/08/2016. It was not functioning. Therefore, i registered a complaint on 6th august vide call no k[protected]. The technician checked it on 7th august and pointed out that p. C. B to be changed. But till date nothing happened. From customer care centre one lady (Phone no. [protected]) informed us that there is no stock of spare parts. It will take 10 days to complete the job. Even after 10 days they failed to replace the same and i contacted mr. A. Bhattacharya (Phone no. [protected]) on 17 th august as the lady mentioned above send me the no. Through sms. He said the problem will be solved by saturday. On saturday myself and my wife tried repeatedly to contact mr. Bhattacharya as noone visited our place to solve the problem nor any one ontacted us, on the same no. But noone replied our calls.
                      Now we feel that we have done a terrible mistake by choosong your product. I don't even expect that the problem will be solved very soon. I also don't expect that company will take any action against the staff who caused so much suffering of their customer.
                      May i hope that necessary action will be taken immediately.

                        I have made several complaint on my refrigerator that the lock isn't working and i have an issue with the door also...
                        But after making several complaints and waiting for a month i finally got my door replaced and am not happy for that
                        This time the lock seems to work properly but the door doesn't work fine.
                        Every time i open the door i get this odd sound which makes me scare that it gonna fall apart and it doesn't even fit inside the fridge
                        I made a complaint again with the customer care thrice but no one seems to have a look at that
                        Its been 15days since i gave complaints to the customer care but no one is ready to solve my issue

                        Now as am very serious i want the whole fridge to get replaced and i cannot wait more for it

                        If this is still gonna continue i will be taking a serious action towards it

                        I dont want a new door anyway instead replace the goddamn fridge

                          We went to buy an ac of daikin but a person from godrej told us about godrej ac and he gave us false hope and told us this is one of the best ac so we trusted him and bought this ac but we are highly dissapointed with your service and your product. It has not been month but there is a severe leakege problem in your ac it has been repaired twice but we are stil facing the same issue. Please help us or change our product we will never recommend any one to buy from your company no one is listening

                            We have an amc contract for our washing machine our washing machine is damanged since[protected]. We had requested to send somebody to repair the machine. The person who had come to repair the machine told us that some rubber part of the machine is damaged & that the new part will be chargeable (Rs. 850). Next day when he came to repair the machine, he told us that some electronic part is also damaged (Which is the part included in the amc contract, so we would not be charged for the same) and that he will bring that part & will return on tuesday i. E[protected]. On tuesday we were been told by mr. Gautam - [protected] that the part is not available in the market. When contacted the branch manager, mr. Ajay kumar - [protected], he assured that the work will be done on the same day & he promised to send somebody immediately with the part. Later, both these people stopped picking up our calls & haven't picked up the calls since.

                            It is hard to believe that such huge company with so many service centers, & not one service center has a single electronic part in the entire mumbai. We have been a very loyal customer of godrej since 25 years. But we will have to rethink before buying any godrej products if the service given by the company is so poor & unprofessional.

                            Please look into the matter as the machine is damaged since 10th august & nobody is ready to take any responsibility for the matter.

                            While making the amc contract we were been told that since we are paying for the service our problems would be treated on a priority but it doesn't seem to happening like we had expected.

                            Kindly treat this as priority otherwise we would have to take help of consumer court to get justice.

                              I have logged my complaint with godrej customer care dated 14th jul'17, complaint no. Dl[protected] for freezer door locking issue which was delivered faulty, technician (Sunil kumar verma) visited home on 15th jul'17 and said that it was broken while usage where as it was delivered faulty at the time of delivery. First off all i was not agreed that it was damaged lock was not good quality for it is not getting properly locked cause icing outside compartment area which is not allowing to lock the door but as i am not subject matter expert i agreed with engineer and he informed that it has to replace the (Entire door) and charge for that need to paid in advance inr 500+ i argued with him to installed first then ask for payment instead of asking for advance which he rejected and asked to paid in advance so to solve my problem i have paid money in advance, complaint was suppose to get closed in 1 week time, since then i called godrej number of time and every time i called they says that engineer will visit soon. It is not more than 1 month + but no one visited to replace the door. Today after 1 month of continues followup i have requested them to refund the money for which godrej customer care executive is asking me to discuss the same with services center instead of asking them for refund i argued with them that i complained godrej not to any services center for which he said can only send mail to them and cant do any thing else.

                                I bought godrej refrigerator inv. No 801/93226410 dated 10/12/2016 & found problem like water logging & overflowing at defrost tray.

                                Even after 3 visit godrej's technician's are unable to short out problem of water logging & overflowing saying that it's common problem in monsoon. But my water logging & overflowing problem is for all 12 months & all sessions. Even they are asking the secret code from me without solving the problem in a manipulative way. One of your staff / franchisee staff (Ms mithu saha phone no [protected]at nearly 5.45 pm) called me & behaved rudely & abusing me to disclose the secret code which suppose to deliver only after satisfactory reparing.

                                If godrej can't solve problem & then company has to replace the product. Please let me know the action you have taken against rude behavior.

                                Please do the needful & revert back. I am still believe on the brand godrej & waiting for justice.

                                  The letter addressed to the mentioned company is as follows:
                                  D/Sir/Madam,
                                  I am your client since last 35 years. I received several calls from your call centre regarding purchase of Godrej Appliances. Finally your sales representative
                                  visited me on 30th june and I placed an order for a microwave on exchange of an old functional microwave. I have issued a cheque of Rs.5, 620/- Ch no.193838 of Bank of Maharashtra dated 30.6.17. Mr Suresh Pal (Sales Rep.) had promised to deliver the said product by 15th July. It was not delivered neither any communication was made from company. After the due date I had called Mr. Suresh, he promised me I will get the delivery soon. But that day never came. I kept on calling. He stopped receiving mobile phone. All phone nos he has given are non functional. Very surprisingly there is no communication from the company till date. It is really not desirable from a reputed company like yours. Sending you a copy of the order. If I donot receive any communication from you, I may have to take necessary action.

                                      We have registered a request for non functioning of our Microwave Oven on 12th July 2017.

                                      15TH JULY : Your Technician visited and said the timer units need to be changed.
                                      Till to date it has not been replaced.
                                      We have contacted your service center here in hyderabad, your customer care executives on your number [protected] and some of your senior exectives based at Mumbai but nothing has been done so far. Infact they have stopped taking our calls.
                                      Such is the poor after sales service you have.
                                      How can one trust on your products.
                                      This is non professional attitude from you who hardly cares for the customers!!!
                                      We can only pray that our problem is sorted out ? When !!! is a big question mark!!!
                                      An appeal to all customers like me to stop using any of Godrej products!!!

                                        This is to inform you that I had purchased the above mentioned Refrigerator from Maneesha Electronics vide Bill No. 9138 dt 31.08.15. Since the day the Refrigerator had come to my residence address Benson Town, Bangalore has been giving constant problem.

                                        Ample of complaints had been given to your technical representative, they could not rectify the problems in two years. As I feel that they themselves have no knowledge about it.

                                        Following are the problems :

                                        1. As each shelf has a separate control system we have been keeping the vegetables as instructed, they are freezing and becoming ice and we are unable to use them. We were told to keep them away from the wall of the fridge which did not solve the problem. As a result we had always less place to keep our things because we had to keep the things in the middle of the shelf. Keeping the vegetables in the middle of the shelf it still becomes ice and we had to throw the vegetables. We have lost the money by throwing the vegetables.

                                        2. The Fridge had some water leaking problem ... there would be water from some pipe outside the fridge which would keep leaking. Your techician rectified it and now the water collects in the freezer. It fills up the whole freezer and the whole freezer is filled up with one block of ice and we are unable to open it because it is jammed. Then it is inconvenient to put off the fridge till the ice melts. I cannot understand from where the water comes nor your technician. Kindly help and solve us from this problem.

                                        We are fed up of giving complaints and still it is not rectified as it is troubled us more than a new born baby.

                                        WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE BACK THIS SPECIAL FRIDGE AND REPLACE IT IN WITHIN A WEEK BECAUSE IT HAS CAUSED US MONETARY LOSS.
