Hi,
I booked a godrej almirah from godrej interio, mp nagar bhopal on 22 jun and i was told by the executive (Priyanka) that the almirah will be installed within 15 to 20 days. And today is 2nd august and still the delivery of the product has not been made. I booked the almirah for my parents who are really old and cannot visit the showroom frequently. The reason for paying the premium amount which godrej charges was the ease of installation because my parents stay in rewa and are soon going to shift to bhopal. This was communicated to the godrej executive several times and she made a promise to us that the almirah will be installed before 15th july.

We have called up and followed up with the godrej executive hundred times and yesterday[protected] only few of the parts were delivered which are not enough for the product to be installed. This is something which i dont expect from such a reputable company. Godrej was a name which i could trust on until now and that's i reason i chose it. But now i'll not ever buy anything from godrej. My old parents are being made to visit store multiple times. They cannot travel to bhopal from rewa every day and follow up with the executive. This has caused my old parents who are senior citizen of the country a lot of physical and metal pain.

Can somebody please help me out here and get my almirah delivered and installed by tomorrow as my parents will be available in bhopal till tomorrow.
Otherwise i want my money back immediately!!

    Dear sir,

    1. I had purchased godrej gsc 12 fg 8 mog split ac 1 ton vide invoice number :28/sa/1718/04398 dated 30 jun 2017 from great eastern trading company, kharagpur which was delivered on 02 jul 2017 around 2100 hrs. During receipt of the ac, it was observed that the manufacturing date of ac was march 2015 and also the packing was in crambled state.

    2). On inquiring your representative, it was told that though ac manufacturing date was mar 2015 but the warranty starts from date of purchase//installation.

    3). Subsequently the installation was undertaken on 05 july 2017. The following observed:

    * lot of sound and vibration in the ac outdoor unit.

    *water leakage from the indoor ac cabinet.

    4) the company representative who installed ac was informed on same date and he assured that he would attend he issue the very next day. But he did not turn up inspite of repeated reminder.

    5). The same was then reported to customer care center mumbai, subsequent to which technician from local service center visited and attended the issue and it was observed that the "fan controller pcb panel was defective and not functioning"and was confirmed that th ac has to be replaced.

    6). The issue has been raised in all forums to m/s godrej for replacement. Every time i call up, it is told that approval for replacement has been done but every time the date for replacement changes. Firstly it was told that replacement will be done on 15 july, then it was 20m july, followed by 27 july and its 01 aug 17.

    7). Nil action has been taken on the issue raised by me till date, its almost 3 weeks now..

    8). The ac has been purchase viewing certain requirements and its been now almost 3 weeks that no action has been taken on the same for replacement of the same.

    9). Its highly disappointing to see such response from m/s godrej.
    Request look into the issue and resolve at the earliest.

      Dear sir,
      I am a customer of godrej washing machine and my machine give one problem sprin is working some time and some time not.

      We lunch a compline godrej help line after that they sent his technician in my home but your help line send my sms the technician did not found my home. How it is possible?.
      After that the technical person remove the pcb and take to repairing after seven days he call me it is not reparable kindly replace, i am agree to replace but when he replace than he did not back the old part.
      He charge me rs.3100. The part cost rs2800 but he did not give me the gst bill. He give a token attach here. This part is too costly and he did not say what is the part warranty.

        I bought godrej refrigerator and with in one year only problems like water leakage, cooling problem, door noise problems started.

        Even godrej's technician's are unable to short out problem of water leakage saying that it's common problem in monsoon. But my water leakage problem is for all 12 months & all sessions. My question is that only godrej have this problem of leakage in monsoon, why not other companies have.

        If godrej can't solve problem & then company has to replace the product.

        Please do the needful.

        I still have not received any status from goderaj. Since yesterday Water leakage problem has started again. i have attached photos for same.

        Technician Vimal Padhyar came to take photos but at that time water did not leaked. He was again saying that water leakage problem is common in monsoon.

        I also have forwarded this images to Mr.Satyam Rathod, he is head-service at goderaj.

        I am very fed up from goderaj refrigerator. Please do needful.

        really a worst product, worst service department, worst response from goderaj. even after complaining to this much timings. no solution.
        My complain no was A[protected]. My mobile no. is [protected]. Mr.Vimal padhiyar was a technician & his head Mr.Vijay Told me on phone that he had instruction from their Head office that in godrej's refrigerator, water leakage in monsoon is common & it can't be resolved.

        But when i purchased Godrej, I did not had any instruction regarding this from sales india or godrej.

        If company can not resolve this issue of monsoon water leakage then they have to replace me product.

          Cce mr mirda aman from customer care centre has attended my complain call no. K[protected] which was booked on 04-07-17 but not solved the trouble telling that the spare is not available with him and assured me to come with spare very shortly. After 10days of being passed no service is provided. On repeated call to him he answered same as before no spare is there.in this regard i have miss called to [protected] within seven days of my complain, no response from there. Again 16-07-17 i was calling customer care centre & talking with cce about my complain he has said that complain no k[protected] closed from service centre in case of pending work plz give a new complain & then again i was lodge a complaint, complain no k[protected]. After that 21-07-17 technician has but he can't solved the problem and he assured me he come with spare and solved the problem very shortly. 24-07-17 again he has come but not solved the issue. Last night again tecnician has come change the splare and solved the problem, but after few minute notice that the same problem. Notice that the customer satisfaction secret no was not given to the service attendant. Recently was talk to mr sudarshan shaw exsicutive head kolkata, after communicate with service centre he has said that they can't solved the problem so my amc amnt will be refund. I want to replace the purification that was created many more problems from beginning of purchase. Herewith i am appealing the authorities to look into the matter and maintain the name and fame of the godrej company.

            I have purchased new godrej air conditioner 5 star 1.5 ton split
            From dealer sony vision, visakhapatnam on 13th may 2017.

            Its having problem, we have raised complaint, service people attended and rectify the problem, but next day it self same problem occurred.
            Again we have raised complaint no.[protected] dt.29.06.2017, still no body attended, they simply saying a spare (Pcb) required, it is coming from delhi,
            Dragging time 15-jul-2017, 20-jul-2017, today 24.07.2017 and they have not any responding to our complaint.

            Almost one month period gone my ac not working. Hence you are requesting kindly provide service as early as possible.

              I bought godrej refrigerator 576 litres last year in may 2016. I'm very much upset with the service of the product as its not giving proper cooling on both the sides... Even freezer is useless.. U r selling huge almirah in the name of d refrigerator n that too at highest cost of about rs 70, 000.. I want to return this garbage to u or replace this piece of #. Otherwise i'll file complaint at consumer court against u people for looting d public.. Shame on u... U r doing nothing by selling this false product but only putting up astain on ur brand

                Hi,

                I have raised service request on[protected] regarding my first a/c service.
                The godrej customer care have accepted my request but failed to fulfill on time.

                The service boy has attended call on last week saturday i. E. On[protected].

                I got the call from customer care but asked them why such delay. After raising request you called my on after one month.

                I was surprised how your customer care team handles the customer. I think these guys have not aware about responsibility.

                My first experience with godrej is worst. The technician attended the call but when we ask him how to operate a/c. He was not aware!

                  I have many appliances of godrej one of the most reputed companies of india. But eon650 pfd 6.5 kg bought in october 2014 had problems from the starting. Lots of noise and shaking. Stopped working within a year. Servicing was done. Auto stop on lid opening stopped working. Still many times service person was called. Error at display used to stop the machine. Now machine body is poorly rusted and broken. We were however using the machine. Now machine is not working at all. This is not expected quality of product of a company like godrej. You are requested to look into the matter for us as well as for your goodwill. Do the justice to us.

                    Hi, I am Dr Om Prakash Prajapati, from Varanasi, UP. I have complained to toll free number about my washing machine which was shut down suddenly, a technician from Om Sai Electronic Sale and Services, an authorized Godrej service centre with address S- 8/109, B, M.A. Road, khajuri, varanasi, came to my home, checked the machine and told that transformer may be faulty. He take the machine to his service centre and told that it will take around 3-4 days. after 3-4 days when I'm contacted the service centre, they said the transformer is not available it has been ordered. finally after around 20 days they informed me that your machined has been repaired, you have to pay the bill and take it to home.
                    When I went to pay the bill, they said your transformer, intek wall and pipe was faulty. As the machine was suddenly shut down, transformer and intek wall may be faulty but how the Pipe may be broken. when I have argued for that they said the Pipe was broken and they showed me one pipe. after all I paid the bill including the Pipe and said that return the washing machine with all the three faulty items but they did not returned me the faulty items.
                    I have a strong suspicion that the Pipe was not broken and if it was broken why they have not returned it to me. Means they are cheating me and with broken pipe they will cheat others also with this pipe.
                    Kindly take it into your concern and deal accordingly with that service centre.

                        This is with reference to my request (102353) logged with godrej smartcare service team on[protected] and my issue still remains un-resolved.
                        I had given so many reminders to '[protected]@godrej.com' but got no response and the local service team is playing with the issue.
                        I want to describe my issue instances wise.
                        1. I had brought a split ac (Gsc 12 gig 5 dgog) on[protected].
                        After installation of the same, we are facing an issue which haven’t got resolved after 3 call logs with the toll free number ([protected]).
                        There is tremendous sound (With variable intensity) coming from the outdoor unit.
                        Initially, 2 times, the technician visited my place and did something with the fan assembly and the sound got minimised for a day or two, but the issue persists.
                        I logged another complaint (3rd time) with the toll free number. I received a call after this, stating that the technician will not able to visit my place before coming saturday[protected].
                        My family is not able to use the ac as we are getting complaint from neighbourhood, due to sound from the outdoor unit. The salesman assured me that it is the most silent machine you have ever seen.
                        2 a technician visited my place on[protected] and suggest me that the outdoor unit need to reinstalled in separate location outside my building as this might resolve the noise problem (Presently, it is installed beside the balcony grill and according to him this might be the reason behind the noise).
                        He asked me for a suitable time and i suggested anytime on[protected]Last sunday). He confirmed me that it will be done on that day.
                        No one attended on[protected] and the situation remained as it is.
                        3. A technician (Mr chandan banerjee) visited my place on[protected] and taken some pictures and asked me to talk to his senior mr kajol pal.
                        He confirmed me that the outdoor unit of my ac will be replaced in next 15 days. Hence, i am waiting for the replacement.
                        4. Finally today[protected], after getting no response after 22 days, i called mr. Kajol and surprising he had no update and asked me to call their office. I got a response stating that the new unit will be shipped after[protected] as the gst is getting imposed.
                        I dont expect such kind o[censored]n-professional behavior.

                        Please help me in resolving this long pending issue.

                          Purchased a godrej refrigerator on 02/10/16 at sono vision guntur and not working from 10/03/17. The service center people took that fridge on 20/3/17 and returned to us after 1month with out resolving the problem when we asked them they said they will replace it. But whenever we call for replacement they are telling that they are not having stock and will replace after a week or whenever stock is available

                            I purchased the above mentioned product in march. Right from the beginning the product has been giving me trouble. Saurabh gupta, a service man from godrej came and checked the machine and said the mother board is spoiklt. This gentleman came on a friday and then there were no updates from the service center till i called up the service centre and mr gupta. They said it is not is stock and they cannot help it. The dealer kartik electronics owner mr kartik was also absolurtely unresponsive in this whole situation. With senior citizens at home, how does a responsible company like godrej expect them to wash clothes for around a week's time?? How can mother boards not be in stock? The worst is the absolute callous attitude of the dealer!!.
                            Today the mother board has been changed but i seriously want a change of product and a replacement of the faulty product with a new washing machine.

                              We have godrej double door fridge which stopped cooling the lower part. We contacted southern agencies, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam. The godrej technician came, repaired it and charged rs. 800 for spare parts and service charge. The fridge started cooling both parts but next day water started coming out of the fridge. We called him again and again but he didn't turn out. He knew that he will be reprimanded for the damage caused. After that as we were going to usa, we switched off the fridge before going to usa. After coming from usa, we planned to shift to hyderabad so we postponed the repair as we're busy with the shifting. We also hoped the godrej service would be better in hyderabad than visakhapatnam.

                              After shifting to hyderabad, we contacted the tollfree godrej service center and they sent their technician. We were disheartened to know that there is a hole in the inside wall below the freezer and above the chiller which we believe was caused by the previous technician that is why even after so many requests he didn't turnout. The hyderabad technician said the hole cannot be repaired and we have to buy a new fridge. He repaired the hole with thermocol and glue after that the fridge stopped cooling completely. Now the fridge is running continuously and not at all cooling.

                              I request godrej to look into my problem and respond urgently in resolving the issue. My sincere advice to godrej is that they should seriously pay attention to the quality of the technicians they are employing. The technicians are more interested in selling the amc for approximately rs. 6000 than repairing the fridge and correct the problem. Hoping to get a quick response.

                                Had purchases an godrej microwave from vijay sales in 2014-15. Subsequently had taken an amc for one year with godrej, where there was one visit for repairs as per my complaint. Subsequenty in 2016, i had gone for an amc for two years and paid an amount of rs2000/- for the same. Now the amc is getting over, but depply regret that none of the servicemen had come for any preventive maintenance also. This is not expected from a company like godrej.

                                  Hi ravi\business head\higher management,

                                  I bought top loaded automated washing machine in last feb-16, since then there was an issue with machine which we are facing

                                  1. Gear box broken within 3-4 months,
                                  2. Start issue came within 7-8 months
                                  3. Pcb broken after 16months

                                  Every time i have to raise a complaint and wait for couple of days to resolve that issue. Prior to that i use to use samsung washing machine for 10 years but never faced any issue. I think you guys need to work more to improve your product quality.

                                  First time when i faced issue i asked to smart care person to replace this product since this issues came after 3-4 months but they said i will be getting only service, product will not replace at any cost.

                                  Now i am struggling to resolve current issue, i am getting the commitment from rohit\prashant since sunday issue will get resolve on monday and today is thursday. When i called to smart care service [protected]/[protected] no one is responding my call.

                                  I am not sure what is next level of escalation even i have posted this to twitter and facebook.

                                  Can you please take this priority and sorted out my issue or if component is not able to replacement please replace my product since issue started after 3-4 months only after buying.

                                    My godrej pentacool 220 ltr refrigerator was repaired for uneven cooling and water overflow from the bottom on 20/06/2017. The invoice says the programme timer, bimetal, p. T. C. Relay, o. L. P were changed. The service personnel did not have the price list of the parts changed nor were the parts packed in boxes with mrp on it. Two years ago the same timer was replaced for rs.800, whereas it has been charged rs.2150 now. Why isn't the service personnel carrying a parts price list with him? How is consumer supposed to know the actual price of the parts replaced? This is not service but daylight robbery...

                                        I am having 1.5 ton split ac which is under extended warranty up 2019. It is having no cooling problem since last 15 days and when we lodged complaint of it on 10/06/17 (B[protected]), till now it not resolved even after 10 days. This is totally disgusting and very poor services by godrej brand.
                                        I am making followups by so many calls to the toll free number but there is no proper response so far, even the engineers don't know the exact problem of it. On 12/06/17 one engineer (Kishan kumar) came and told us about gas, and ensured that tomorrow some body else will come and top up the gas, that's it. Till to day no body has come for gas top up and to day one engineer came for checking again and told us that compressor is hang leakage problem, that is after 10 days some body is coming and telling us that compressor is leakage. This is totally unacceptable and strange that your engineers are not having proper knowledge of the problem.
                                        How you people are giving services like this.
                                        Even after today's visit no action is taken by you, the engineer told me that this machine we have to take it our service center but till now no body has picked up, this is the quality you providing in your services. It is really bad and now going worst.
                                        Totally disappointed and unsatisfied with the service of godrej brand.
                                        If my problem is not resolved by tomorrow with repairing it and all, i will escalate it to the godrej ceo & md for senior management escalation team to show them the real picture and quality of services
