I have purchased new godrej air conditioner 5 star 1.5 ton split
From dealer sony vision, visakhapatnam on 13th may 2017.
Its having problem, we have raised complaint, service people attended and rectify the problem, but next day it self same problem occurred.
Again we have raised complaint no.[protected] dt.29.06.2017, still no body attended, they simply saying a spare (Pcb) required, it is coming from delhi,
Dragging time 15-jul-2017, 20-jul-2017, today 24.07.2017 and they have not any responding to our complaint.
Almost one month period gone my ac not working. Hence you are requesting kindly provide service as early as possible.
