Hi godrej

I got the double door fridge in my marriage. When i unbox the friedge a after couple of days i found that upper door were damage then i book a complaint (D[protected]) then your engineer (Sharma ji) visit at my place and took picture and said door will be replaced free of cost. After a week

I got a call ([protected]) that you have to pay for door but i explain that your (Engineer (Sharma ji) said to me it will be replace free of cost).
The lady was very clever she took 3digit pin code from me. She said sir plz give me 3 digit pin code we are closing this complaint and we will book your new complaint.

Today i call on call centre i found out that previous complaint were closed and there is no new complaint book.

I tried to call on ([protected]) this number the pick the call then i explain as soon she reconised me she cut the phone after she is not picking my phone. After i called call centre book my complaint (D[protected]) they give me delhi service center number ([protected]). On this number gentleman pick the phone i explain whole story.

Note: i found out that your delhi service centre they are making a fool of customer which is i think they are spoiling godrej goodwill.
Which such a unhappy customer service. They are telling a lie with customer.

I looking forward to resolve my problem and action on that lady who took my 3 digit pin code with very clever story.

    This is regarding the non compliance of services as provided under an amc contract. I own a godrej refrigerator rb eon nxw 380 sd 2.4. We have been facing certain problem related to the temperature setting of the refrigerator and leaking water from the bottom mounted freezer. The product is still under the period of 3 year amc as documented in the contract which is from 06/06/2017 to 05/05/2020. After repeated calls to the concerned authorities and with no satisfactory response, i've been compelled to take this action and register a complaint against the company in the consumer complaints forum.

      I made one complain during the month of march for my ac which was not giving cool air.

      1) 1st day the came and said gas was not there as its getting leaked and fill the gas and i paid rs 2300 to them.

      2) after 4 days againg the same problem happen. I again complain them. They said that gas is getting leaked and did the same process.

      3) again after 4 days same prob
      Lem happened they said they will now take the ac in there station and check they opended the ac and kept in my palce only for 7 days and didnt came to collect the ac to take in there warehouse. After frequent call and fight tgey came and took it. Which they said that will return with after 3 days but they took nearly 15 days to give back the ac.
      When the ac was brought back i checked it whereas cooling was happening but some sort of sound started to came out from the ac. I immediately said them whats wrong with the ca and whats that sound they said that they will rectify it again. I said you kept my ac for 15 days but still you have not resolved my problem moreover u have added one more problem. They said that very soon they will send someone to rectify it. I said them if due to this sound issue if my ac gets more damage then they will be responsible then the service center manager said yes he will take the responsibility.

      4) i called them to inform that they have not send anyone to rectify the ac sound till now. And asusual they said they will be coming 2moro. But there 2moro never comes.

      5) on 8th june i call the service center again as now my ac is not working only. If we on the ac it suddenly gets off by itself only. The service center manager said that no need to call the godrej call center they will resolve by them self but till date no one has turn out.

      6) so on 10th june i have call the call center for the issue. After few min i got a call from the service center and said our technician is will come by 12 or 1 pm. When i said them are they really gonna come then the girl says cant be sure as the technician are very busy.

      Now my question is if there technician are so busy then why cant they hire more. Or why not the company transfer my complain to one of your best service center. As this lal ganesh service center when they cant resolved the issue moreover creates somemore other issue to rectify the old issue. Then whats the use of waiting for such long period and end up with some other major problem of the ac. Its better not to take godrej company ac only. When this people cant rectify the problem moreover creates more other major problem to damage the ac. Are we customers sitting here to complain godrej company every day leaving out all work esp when we buy ac to get comfort during the hot season. But here all opposit.

      I made one complain during the month of March for my ac which was not giving cool air.

      1) 1st day the came and said gas was not there as its getting leaked and fill the gas and i paid Rs 2300 to them.

      5) On 8th June i call the service center again as now my Ac is not working only. If we on the Ac it suddenly gets off by itself only. The service center manager said that no need to call the Godrej Call Center they will resolve by them self but till date no one has turn out.

      6) So on 10th June i have call the call center for the issue . After few min i got a call from the service center and said our technician is will come by 12 or 1 pm. When i said them are they really gonna come then the girl says cant be sure as the technician are very busy.

      Now my question is if there technician are so busy then why cant they hire more. Or why not the company transfer my complain to one of your best Service center. As this Lal Ganesh service center when they cant resolved the issue moreover creates somemore other issue to rectify the old issue . Then whats the use of waiting for such long period and end up with some other major problem of the Ac. Its better not to take Godrej Company Ac only. When this people cant rectify the problem moreover creates more other major problem to damage the Ac. Are we customers sitting here to complain Godrej Company every day leaving out all work esp when we buy Ac to get comfort during the hot season. But here all opposit.

        *their workers lack ethics how to talk to a customer on phone

          My refrigerator is not cooking, raised a complaint with godrej smartcare on may/29 complaint no. D[protected].
          The engineer changed the di - timer and asked for rs. 1200 for a part whose printed mrp was 600/. The fridge has stopped cooling in 2 days after the repair, we have been following up and calling the service center since jun/1 they keep saying the complaint will be attended but no one comes they charged 460 for the service with...

          I have complained regarding non function of Godrej Split AC on 19/5/2017 (Call No.J[protected]), on 20th a technician came and observes disfunction and without testing anything he predicts that the gas has to be refilled in order to regulate the AC, he filled gas despite of my saying that it needs to be checked by some instrument for the pressure and takes away 1200/- RS without giving any bill.
          I called him around 5 days and he said that he will come and he never came, on 27/5/2017 I filed another complaint of same issue(Call No.J[protected]), on 30th another technician came and observes the AC and said that your capacitor needs a replacement, and on 31st he replaced capacitor and checked the gas pressure which was more due to overfill by the technician who came on 20th may and he removes the overfilled gas.
          Certainly AC runs one day after it and again on 2nd june it was not working as in the past.
          I again filed complaint on 3/06/2017 call no.J[protected] and the technician came and said that by checking stabilizer that your stabilizer is not working properly it needs to be repair. I have taken it to shop and it was working well.
          After all this #### from past 13 - 14 days I'hv decided to call a GOOD SERVICE engineer on my own, he came and checked all the things very well and said 'The Voltage is not that sufficient in your line to regulate the AC, just ask Electricity Board Staff to fix it' and I was like what the #### did the godrej technicians were trying to do by filling the gas or changing the capacitors or questioning about the stabilizer.
          I have spent 1200 on first visit and 875 for the capacitors and other service charge on second visit of technicians.
          And there is no any such problem in AC !!
          Revert me back my money !!

            First of all i want to tell you that i believe in indian brands, that's why i always give preference to select indian brand. But this time, one of the best name godrej down my belief.

            I bought godrej refrigerator model no. Rd edge chtm 185 ltr 5* rating as per description and price shown by the dealer m/s shushma forms & agencies, jyoti nagar, chitilapakkam, chennai on 29 may 17 through csd.

            On 04 jun 17 i got the refrigerator at my place. I was very happy to see the fridge of my choice with 5* rating but when i closely saw the model description on the package, it was not that which i have been ordered. I got the model no. Rd edge ct 2.2 185 ltr 2* rating. I thought the dealer has done a mistake. So i called the dealer many a time but he didn't pick up the call.

            Then i decided to go to chennai and directly talked to dealer. On 06 jun means today i went to chennai and met the dealer. Mr. Dinesh was there. He told me that he has delivered the correct model. I shown him the photographs of the package which i got at my home. They were surely not the one of the fridge which i ordered.

            Mr. Dinesh called the godrej rep mr. Arun. Mr. Arun talked to me and try to justify the mistake by stating that he has delivered a upper model than that of i ordered. I told him i don't want that, i want the model for which i have paid. Then he said that model has been discontinued by godrej. I asked if that so, why the dealer shown me the broucher of csd price list with 5* rating fridge. Mr. Arun said he has given a letter of model changing at same price and index no. To csd depot six month earlier but it's the fault of csd that they have not change it in thier file.

            So i went to csd area manager and his rep shown me the price list of godrej appliances which was received by the csd from godrej company directly. There is nothing like this that model has been changed.

            It means the reputated brand godrej cheating the defence personnel. By showing the other item and deliver the different item. This policy is not good. If i want the upper model or good model i will select it then it has to be delivered to me.

            I want the same model for which i have paid and ordered.

            Kindly look into this matter and solve it at the earliest.

                This is Regarding godrej A/C I have purchased two months back,

                Hello,

                I (Vishwarup Sonawane) purchased a Godrej A/c, 1 Ton, 3 Star on 25th March 2017 from Bajaj Electronics Kondapur Hyderabad.
                After few days on 20th April I observed one issue, where A/C stopped working, stucked at one position and not responding to remote, and started back after some time automatically.
                I immediately complained about it to customer service. One technician came check and said I don't see any issue, and went of without doing anything.

                After few days same thing happened and also got access electricity bill of around 4000 rs for around 35 days o[censored]se, even after using it not more than 4-5 hours a day, which usually come 300-400 without use of A/C. which is not normal for these range of A/C.
                I complained about it, a technician came, checked and detached the A/C from stabilizer stating it is the issue with stabilizer and went.

                After few days same issue occurred and it started coming so oftenly that there was no use of purchasing the A/C in this hot season as it was getting stucked all the time.
                This time I recorded the Video of it in my mobile phone, logged complaint showed it to technician and he escalated the issue further.

                It has been more than a Month, I still did not get any acknowledgement from Godrej side, Few people called me and while I was explaining the issue to them they only started getting hyper on me raised voice and used bad words.

                This is the worst service I got from Godrej, very unprofessional behavior. It is a total loss of time money and efforts.

                I request you to look into this matter, and refund my money for the A/C, access electric bill and compensation for loss of time money and efforts.
                I am attaching electric Bills as the proof, Kindly proceed further as soon as possible.

                  Hi, i have no complaint with godrej company but with vijay sales rohini delhi which is take distributorship of yours. They introduced me a split ac (Gsc18upx5wqr 5 star) as said that its has copper coil and i purchased it but when i search in ur side its shows it has aluminum coil. When i asked about it they said it is copper coil ac (Model no. Gsc18upx5wqr 5 star) but when i show them in ur side then they told me that you take some other brand. I also told them that godrej z series has copper coil but they refused. I want only your product because its reasonable and durable. Kindly do some action against them. I have all proof like bill, voice recording etc. So pls help me out.

                    I had purchased Godrej Eon Split AC from Sargam Electronics, MG Road Gurgaon on 19th April 2016 vide Invoice no.SPLAZA-0415.The AC suddenly stopped cooling on 15th April2017, which was complained to the customer care.The techncian visited and informed us that coolant gas needs to be filled and it will be under warranty.The AC's functions were restored.After, a couple of days, again the AC stopped cooling.The problem was reported to Godrej customer care, the technician visited and took away some parts for replacement and the AC was restarted after 4-5 days.
                    In continuation to the problems as mentioned above, on 28th May'2017, the dispaly of AC suddenly blanked, which was complained to the Godrej customer care and it was repaired by the technician on 29th May 2017.As the technicians of Godrej are not competent enough to resolve the AC problems permanently, the problems are repeatedly faced.It is a clear case of supplying faulty product to me.
                    Today., i.e.29th may I got a call from Godrej customer care that I nned to pay for the technician visit charges, which I am not ready to pay, as the problem of AC, which is faced repeatedly, is not solved by them and as such warranty clause should be extendedly applied in my case.The customer care officials threatended me that now onwards they will not provide any service to me, if I dont pay charges.
                    First you supply faulty product to the customer and which your own so called techinicans are not able to sort out, then you threaten the customer that it is out of warranty, as one year alreay passed, we will not provide you any service It is a case of supplying faulty product to the customer and threatening no to provide any service.
                    It is therefore advised that my product be repalced with a new one or else my payment amount be refunded to me in lieu of this fradulent deal, as Godrej is a big name but try to deceive the custoemers by playing tricks.

                    On getting the repeated issues in the AC, I had advised the customer care that the problem which has been faced is conituing from the period when the AC was under warranty, hence the service charge will not be paid by me.But they spoke to me rudely and threatened me that they are going to close the complain (on[protected] and challenged me that I will never get any services from Godrej in future, as I have not made the payment.
                    Is it the way the customer of So called big company GODREJ are dealt with?You want to pass on the message through your customer care centre that we have made a big blunder by purchasing a Godrej product??
                    Pls. be advised that I have already got my problem repaired now.Check at your end as to why faulty product has been given to me??
                    Also, I want revert on the response and behaviour of your customer service centre>

                        Last year was renovating my apartment. Saw advertisements regarding 5 star a/c of godrej. Believed it to be true. Energy efficient, modern technology and what not. I bought 4 units. 1.5 ton 5 star a/cs. At first the a/c was delivered and full money taken by the local distributer. Then came the istaller. Trivandrum one matrix people. Installed it bad! Improper installation made a/c not work from day one. Then after complaing cthey sent another person [ this time a real technitian, last time it was some makeshift guy as i was told later.]

                        Then started my ordeals. Every time the a/c gave new new problems, service was horrible, but i was busy so did not go to consumer court.

                        Before 1 year ended they wanted me to take their 4 year amc. Took that too for all 4 units.

                        The a/c still five problems and amc is not useful as they never respond to complaints on time.

                          I am using good knight mosquito repellent as the godrej claims mosquito will be ridden of after 9mins which is false claim, no mosquitoes does because of this repellent... Company is ruining the money of poor people.in what ideal conditions the company claims that in 9mins mosquito's are ridden, crores of people are cheated due to advertisement. Plsease look into the matter seriously since people are buying the product to get rid of mosquitoes and protect themselves from dengue and malaria, but product is not worth enough to move on..

                            I purchased Godrej 1.5 ton ac on 25th April and my product was defective. Since I purchased a new product, I asked for complete replacement. Since dealer Great Eastern Trading in garia, Kolkata did not had the product, He sent me showroom display product and lied to me that the product is completely new. Now when i have switched company, they are not uninstalling the product even after 6 days of purchase. I have called numerous times to dealer and godrej service partner, but they are not listening to my request .I called customer care on 18th May, but my complaint was not registered by executive. Please help me from this unethical thieves.

                              I have purchased one fridge 2 years ago and at present need to spares : one is deep freeze door and another is self.
                              When i asking to local customer care they told me need to complain in toll free number [protected], when i talked to toll free customer care regarding requirement of two spares they told me i have to book a complain after then one service engineer visit to my location and i have to give him visit charge rs. 350/- then he order for spares then i will get.
                              Its surprising that when i describe that i need two perticular spares then why need service engineer to visit and why have to pay rs. 350/- service charge.
                              Am i asking for any service??? Just asking for two spares.

                              but they refused and told me that i have to book complain and must have to pay visit charge.

                                7 days before i launched a complain regarding no cooling problem from my a. C.. After launching complain a service man came and examine the a. C accoording to him after checking all the thing there was no gas in the a. C compressor due to which my a. C. Was not able to cool the room. I asked him wether i have to again call the toll free no to register a new complain regarding no cooling he said there is no need i will do the need full from your side and the gas will be refill with in 24 hours.
                                I waited but no one came as the service engineer of godrej comes from metro office i call on the land line in my first attempt of calling the call rang but no one answer second time operator on ivr said no is invalid so i again call godrej (C. S) and they gave me the contact no of manager... When one of my family member call on his cell no he just simply reciving the call and not answering to phone.. I call him from outside p. C. O.. The manager said the person who is responsible or does the job of gas refill in a. C's compressor will come tomorrow
                                I waited for the next day but again no one came... I want to know what are you people doing.. Now it has been 7 day or more and no one has come for the gas refill... Because of that i can not go anywhere because what if the technician comes and find the door lock... But no one has come... Earlier when i purchased the a. C the room get's to cool with in 20 min now it takes more than 1 hour for cooling
                                I need my answer as why there is a long delay just to refill the gas in compressor..

                                  We bought a new Godrej double door Eon model from Harsha, Mangaluru but just after completion of 1 year it became dead all of a sudden. Engineer who visited, even without checking, said that control knob is to be replaced and it is a common complaint with the model. In that case, why Godrej is not recalling the product line car companies do. Why should I spend Rs 1500+ for their fault.

                                    Dear Mr. Ravi Bhat,

                                    One bitter experience just shatters the trust build over decades. Since generations we have been using Godrej appliances and strongly recommend to the like minds around.

                                    I brought 2 Godrej ACs of 1.5 ton capacity last April from a leading dealer in Hyderabad. At the time of purchase, I was promised that we will be provided with 2 free servicing in a year. Inspite of walking down to the dealer, no service engineer had ever visited my place. I did not get any calls inquiring for the service or complaints. Today when I called up the Godrej Toll Free Customer Care to find out why no servicing was provided as promised, I was asked to call the Lead Technician as appointed by Godrej for Hyderabad. His name is Mohammed Anwar and his contact number is [protected].

                                    To my extreme disappointment, when I called up Mr. Anwar to find a reason for not providing the service on time, I was amazed to listen to his arrogance. Everytime he has been changing his answers stating "Called but no response", "No one was at home", etc. This is the last excuse which could be given for someone's carelessness and ignorance. How can one cover up its own mistakes/slippages by giving such weird reasons?

                                    By any change, if the customer could not answer the call at that time, is it not the duty of the person responsible for a follow up call? How acceptable could this reason be that the Team of Technicians/Service Engineers could not find enough time to follow up with the customer ONCE in ONE FULL YEAR? I am extremely disappointed by the way these guys manage a long term customer leaving no choice but a bad mouth arising from nasty experiences like these.

                                    Who is keeping a track of these service slippage and what is the governance in place to ensure that these uncontrolled virus do not infect the wider pool of happy customers? I would like to get an answer why there was no tracking done for the service slippage and how can it be compensated?

                                      Last year I purchased Godrej AC (Godrej 1.5 Ton 5 Star GSC 18) and till now I am facing problems related to Cooling, Gas leakage, ice forming, condenser etc.

                                      I logged complaint related to No cooling on 15-April-2017 (Call No: D[protected]) and nobody from service department came. Finally on 25-April, a technician came and filled the Gas without even checking the AC;
                                      although the problem was related with condenser.

                                      On 26-April, AC again started forming ice, no cooling, then I complained(D[protected]) again then Technician came
                                      and said that the problem is with the condenser so he took that part along with him and now its been 1 week
                                      and no response from service department.

                                      Finally its 22 days and no resolution so far.

                                      Very disappointed with Godrej Appliances, ACI Godrej Agrovet Private Limited, Godrej eon ac. If this gonna keeping on happening like this then the day is not far; Godrej may
                                      have to shut down their AC manufacturing Unit.
