I had purchased Godrej Eon Split AC from Sargam Electronics, MG Road Gurgaon on 19th April 2016 vide Invoice no.SPLAZA-0415.The AC suddenly stopped cooling on 15th April2017, which was complained to the customer care.The techncian visited and informed us that coolant gas needs to be filled and it will be under warranty.The AC's functions were restored.After, a couple of days, again the AC stopped cooling.The problem was reported to Godrej customer care, the technician visited and took away some parts for replacement and the AC was restarted after 4-5 days.
In continuation to the problems as mentioned above, on 28th May'2017, the dispaly of AC suddenly blanked, which was complained to the Godrej customer care and it was repaired by the technician on 29th May 2017.As the technicians of Godrej are not competent enough to resolve the AC problems permanently, the problems are repeatedly faced.It is a clear case of supplying faulty product to me.
Today., i.e.29th may I got a call from Godrej customer care that I nned to pay for the technician visit charges, which I am not ready to pay, as the problem of AC, which is faced repeatedly, is not solved by them and as such warranty clause should be extendedly applied in my case.The customer care officials threatended me that now onwards they will not provide any service to me, if I dont pay charges.
First you supply faulty product to the customer and which your own so called techinicans are not able to sort out, then you threaten the customer that it is out of warranty, as one year alreay passed, we will not provide you any service It is a case of supplying faulty product to the customer and threatening no to provide any service.
It is therefore advised that my product be repalced with a new one or else my payment amount be refunded to me in lieu of this fradulent deal, as Godrej is a big name but try to deceive the custoemers by playing tricks.

On getting the repeated issues in the AC, I had advised the customer care that the problem which has been faced is conituing from the period when the AC was under warranty, hence the service charge will not be paid by me.But they spoke to me rudely and threatened me that they are going to close the complain (on[protected] and challenged me that I will never get any services from Godrej in future, as I have not made the payment.
Is it the way the customer of So called big company GODREJ are dealt with?You want to pass on the message through your customer care centre that we have made a big blunder by purchasing a Godrej product??
Pls. be advised that I have already got my problem repaired now.Check at your end as to why faulty product has been given to me??
Also, I want revert on the response and behaviour of your customer service centre>

    We purchase freeze on 14 feb 2017, but frrezer was not working. So we done the complaint. After that service man came and replace the kit and taking charges rs3000. So i want to know what is warranty period about frreze?

      Last year was renovating my apartment. Saw advertisements regarding 5 star a/c of godrej. Believed it to be true. Energy efficient, modern technology and what not. I bought 4 units. 1.5 ton 5 star a/cs. At first the a/c was delivered and full money taken by the local distributer. Then came the istaller. Trivandrum one matrix people. Installed it bad! Improper installation made a/c not work from day one. Then after complaing cthey sent another person [ this time a real technitian, last time it was some makeshift guy as i was told later.]

      Then started my ordeals. Every time the a/c gave new new problems, service was horrible, but i was busy so did not go to consumer court.

      Before 1 year ended they wanted me to take their 4 year amc. Took that too for all 4 units.

      The a/c still five problems and amc is not useful as they never respond to complaints on time.

        I am using good knight mosquito repellent as the godrej claims mosquito will be ridden of after 9mins which is false claim, no mosquitoes does because of this repellent... Company is ruining the money of poor people.in what ideal conditions the company claims that in 9mins mosquito's are ridden, crores of people are cheated due to advertisement. Plsease look into the matter seriously since people are buying the product to get rid of mosquitoes and protect themselves from dengue and malaria, but product is not worth enough to move on..

          I purchased Godrej 1.5 ton ac on 25th April and my product was defective. Since I purchased a new product, I asked for complete replacement. Since dealer Great Eastern Trading in garia, Kolkata did not had the product, He sent me showroom display product and lied to me that the product is completely new. Now when i have switched company, they are not uninstalling the product even after 6 days of purchase. I have called numerous times to dealer and godrej service partner, but they are not listening to my request .I called customer care on 18th May, but my complaint was not registered by executive. Please help me from this unethical thieves.

            I have purchased one fridge 2 years ago and at present need to spares : one is deep freeze door and another is self.
            When i asking to local customer care they told me need to complain in toll free number [protected], when i talked to toll free customer care regarding requirement of two spares they told me i have to book a complain after then one service engineer visit to my location and i have to give him visit charge rs. 350/- then he order for spares then i will get.
            Its surprising that when i describe that i need two perticular spares then why need service engineer to visit and why have to pay rs. 350/- service charge.
            Am i asking for any service??? Just asking for two spares.
            Need solution or have to take help of consumer forum.

            i had visited local customer care but they don't have stock of perticular spares, i do not asking for any service and just told them that take order for spares and inform me when arrive i will collect from your centre.
            but they refused and told me that i have to book complain and must have to pay visit charge.
            WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO SERVICE CHARGE ??????

              7 days before i launched a complain regarding no cooling problem from my a. C.. After launching complain a service man came and examine the a. C accoording to him after checking all the thing there was no gas in the a. C compressor due to which my a. C. Was not able to cool the room. I asked him wether i have to again call the toll free no to register a new complain regarding no cooling he said there is no need i will do the need full from your side and the gas will be refill with in 24 hours.
              I waited but no one came as the service engineer of godrej comes from metro office i call on the land line in my first attempt of calling the call rang but no one answer second time operator on ivr said no is invalid so i again call godrej (C. S) and they gave me the contact no of manager... When one of my family member call on his cell no he just simply reciving the call and not answering to phone.. I call him from outside p. C. O.. The manager said the person who is responsible or does the job of gas refill in a. C's compressor will come tomorrow
              I waited for the next day but again no one came... I want to know what are you people doing.. Now it has been 7 day or more and no one has come for the gas refill... Because of that i can not go anywhere because what if the technician comes and find the door lock... But no one has come... Earlier when i purchased the a. C the room get's to cool with in 20 min now it takes more than 1 hour for cooling
              I need my answer as why there is a long delay just to refill the gas in compressor..

                We bought a new Godrej double door Eon model from Harsha, Mangaluru but just after completion of 1 year it became dead all of a sudden. Engineer who visited, even without checking, said that control knob is to be replaced and it is a common complaint with the model. In that case, why Godrej is not recalling the product line car companies do. Why should I spend Rs 1500+ for their fault.
                * Godrej SMS * Technician - HARSHITH ?? will be attending your call - N[protected] on 17/02/2018 is the message I received after the engineer left to bring the part.
                Hope the replacement at least would be durable

                  Dear Mr. Ravi Bhat,

                  One bitter experience just shatters the trust build over decades. Since generations we have been using Godrej appliances and strongly recommend to the like minds around.

                  I brought 2 Godrej ACs of 1.5 ton capacity last April from a leading dealer in Hyderabad. At the time of purchase, I was promised that we will be provided with 2 free servicing in a year. Inspite of walking down to the dealer, no service engineer had ever visited my place. I did not get any calls inquiring for the service or complaints. Today when I called up the Godrej Toll Free Customer Care to find out why no servicing was provided as promised, I was asked to call the Lead Technician as appointed by Godrej for Hyderabad. His name is Mohammed Anwar and his contact number is [protected].

                  To my extreme disappointment, when I called up Mr. Anwar to find a reason for not providing the service on time, I was amazed to listen to his arrogance. Everytime he has been changing his answers stating "Called but no response", "No one was at home", etc. This is the last excuse which could be given for someone's carelessness and ignorance. How can one cover up its own mistakes/slippages by giving such weird reasons?

                  By any change, if the customer could not answer the call at that time, is it not the duty of the person responsible for a follow up call? How acceptable could this reason be that the Team of Technicians/Service Engineers could not find enough time to follow up with the customer ONCE in ONE FULL YEAR? I am extremely disappointed by the way these guys manage a long term customer leaving no choice but a bad mouth arising from nasty experiences like these.

                  Who is keeping a track of these service slippage and what is the governance in place to ensure that these uncontrolled virus do not infect the wider pool of happy customers? I would like to get an answer why there was no tracking done for the service slippage and how can it be compensated?

                  I would expect a responsible person to answer me.

                    Last year I purchased Godrej AC (Godrej 1.5 Ton 5 Star GSC 18) and till now I am facing problems related to Cooling, Gas leakage, ice forming, condenser etc.

                    I logged complaint related to No cooling on 15-April-2017 (Call No: D[protected]) and nobody from service department came. Finally on 25-April, a technician came and filled the Gas without even checking the AC;
                    although the problem was related with condenser.

                    On 26-April, AC again started forming ice, no cooling, then I complained(D[protected]) again then Technician came
                    and said that the problem is with the condenser so he took that part along with him and now its been 1 week
                    and no response from service department.

                    Finally its 22 days and no resolution so far.

                    Very disappointed with Godrej Appliances, ACI Godrej Agrovet Private Limited, Godrej eon ac. If this gonna keeping on happening like this then the day is not far; Godrej may
                    have to shut down their AC manufacturing Unit.

                    Poor service and Unskilled Technicians!

                      This mail is regarding un profise way that the team godrej has shown to us.
                      Myself mr. Sachin verma i am an user of fridge that belongs to your term company that model designs with double door. What i am facing is the loop on top freezer is not getting cool up as if in this demise hot hard to get ice cubes and cold water.

                      Many of my friends i will recommend now not to go with any kind of commodities that your company supply. On prior base the high negative aspect that came out is with your customer service department never answers call in point time and if so answered give fake remedies many times i got the message the complaint is been solved. As per my and your complaint records you can check within three months there were more than 30 complaints with my registered number ([protected]) too and all for these premise complaints were all fake commit core.

                      But on many point i found not a single executive visit our door step or other side if visit too then the technician says we need to fill it up with gas or when the agent comes to fill up the gas he says there is no need to fill the gas.

                      This hampered way happen two times and i don't understand how it is possible the un patch management that godrej team is having. Iam on with my personal side is not happy with the process there that coordinates in miss formation way. What kind of pathetic management you guys are holding up just feel shame on the brand too.

                        I have lodged several complaints of godrej refrigerator (Product no. 2d 7ssw, model no. Gfe 36 dz, sl no. [protected]) on different dates through your customer care number. The list of complaints is given as under-

                        Told that he had already placed
                        The order of fresh handle of
                        The door which will be replaced
                        Within a short period.

                        Chandra will be attending
                        Your call on 22.04.2017. But,
                        Nobody attended the call
                        3. L[protected] 26.04.2017 at 14:28 mesage received as mohd
                        Saddam will be attending your
                        Call on 26.04.2017. But,
                        Nobody attended the call
                        4. L[protected] 26.04.2017 at 22:39 yet to be attended

                        No action has been taken till date. The handle of the main door of the refrigerator has been broken which needs to be replaced.

                        It is requested to kindly send your service engineer for rectification of the above defect without further delay.

                          I had purchased Godreh washing machine WT 600c fully automatic on 10th May, 2016. Its not been a year and machine has given many issues till date.
                          The latest complaint I had registered was on 21st April, 2017 and there has been no service from Godrej till now.
                          I have faced many issues till date such as 1. Technician showing at my place as late as 10.30pm
                          2. Technician charging moneg for service
                          3. Technician not coming to my place even after customer care promising that he would show up
                          4. Godrej not responding to my mails
                          5. No response for escalation mails written

                          Its been more than a month after registering the complaint and Godrej has failed to service for my product.

                          The issue is getting out of hand and now I want full refund for the product.

                          Posting query here as there is no reply fron Godrej on mails, escalations.

                            Last year I purchased Godrej Split Air Conditioner dated 6th May 2016. I was regularly getting problem from my product and every time a technician has to visit. On 15th of April 2017 I started using the product again as it was getting hot. Then product was not functioning properly so I registered a complaint on to which a technician visited and said that gas charging need to be done. I have been calling the customer care service for the past 5 days and getting no response as my warranty is going to expire. They are giving me phone numbers of technicians which are not responding. If possible please replace the product with new one or compensate me with an amount of Rs 34, 000.

                              Dear Sir, This is to inform you that i have requested for installation of my split ac through Godrej customer care & today one of your customer executive came to our home for installation while doing drilling he broke our house pipe, he had used extra copper wire for ac installation he charged us for that but he has not given any bill to us, he also have not given any kind of bill related to ac installation which is not at all acceptable.The major issue comes when he has given surprise to us saying that there is no gas in the ac... how this thing can be possible when we bought the ac the ac installation is done by godrej company & 1st time when we request for dis-mental or DE-installation of ac we have done through Godrej customer care and now when your people are saying that there is no gas in the ac this is something terrible.I have Made a complaint on godrej customer care they have shared couple of no. with me but no one is answering i dont know what to do i have already paid 2300 to your customer executive and i am help less.One more thing which i would like to share regarding the executive of your who came for installation he told us that i will fill-up the gas in discounted price because of this behavior i am sure whatever the mess happen its just because of him.Request you to please look into this matter urgently and please do the needful as soon as possible Regards, Prateek Gaur [protected]...

                              i dont think so that you people are thing about the complaint which i have made i just got a call day before yesterday from your side and the your representative was saying that the technician will visit your house on 19th but no one turn up the call which i got from i will share with you also because calling on the same no. thousand times but no one reply's to me the no is [protected].

                              I have heard lots of good thing about godrej company thats why i buyed such an expensive A/C but this kind of poor service from godrej was not expected i am sorry to say that ...I am again requesting to you please solve my a/c problem otherwise i have to take this forward to your corporate.

                                I have this purchased this product through your Sales Agent and have paid cash on delivery. on 16March2017 (Sales Executive Code 4765, Territory M-9 have assured that the product will reliable and not to worry about the genuineness.
                                But would like to mention that the subject product came without the information sticker and half box open, the sticker of godrej stating the toll free is also torn. I cannot accept the product like this would request you to please the exchange the same.
                                The Engineer who came to give the demo also felt the difficulty in giving the demo.
                                Is this the way Godrej such reputed company gives the product and the service.

                                    I registered a request for service of my air conditioner on a call with the customer care on 09th April. I received a message stating a technician visit on the 10th with the name of the technician and the secret code. There no calls or messages on the 10th. Nothing on the 11th. I made a call 12th again asking for an update. I was given the number of the service center from where the technician had to visit. I called them and i was informed that there is some delay and the technician visit would occur in the next 2-3 days. I again called after around 2 days asking for an update. The customer care executive then informed that the technician visit would occur in 24-48 hrs. I have not hear since. It is almost 10 days with 0 response from Godrej's end. Please let me know if the service would be done or not. I was informed by the second and the third executive on call that they would escalate this via an email. Even this has not been done. Yesterday (17th April), I escalated my complaint via webpage to their national Head Ravi Bhat, but still no response.Pathetic service.

                                      My Refrigerator was working perfectly working.
                                      Thy called me for P M and scheduled.
                                      Technician did nothing much (as per checklist)
                                      But he recommended to put EOP for power saving and installed t the same.
                                      Later I realised he removed the working part and put new and charged me to bill more .
                                      He did not give me any document.
                                      While leaving I called him and requested.
                                      He wrote in service record paper and not proper bill.
                                      I have to pay Rs. 880 for a working fridge.
                                      I feel Godrej / Service partner taking customer for a ride.
