Sir I have purchased Godrej refrigerator 18 June 2016 but next day after installation my fridge was not cooling so I complained to shopkeeper he said that technician will fix the problem and problem was fixed I thought that may be this would be a normal problem. But after some time again same problem came so I again complained to godrej and shopkeeper both and asked for replacement but they just made repair and assured that problem will not come again and it is just minor problem but till now many times same problem appeared and this time again I complained on 15 feb 2017 technician of godrej named Rajkumar arrived and without making repair he went by assuring that he will return and repair it but he closed the complaint without notifying me and without any repair l. Meanwhile this I mailed to godrej for repair and described the problem but they replied me and showed me that I am satisfied and repair is done .After this I replied them and told that still no repair is made and I have not shared the satisfaction code then on 17 th again new complain was registered but no one came for repair but instead they called from different number and forced to give that satisfaction code. Even today sometimes refrigerator cools and sometimes not it is just a box of godrej sold to me instead of refrigerator. I complained on few news channel online forum but when I didn't got any response I approached this portal. May be I can get defect free Refrigerator in replacement because I have paid full for new and defects free Refrigerator.

My complain no is "L[protected]" mobile no is [protected] but please call me between 10 am to 5 pm any day. Still my refrigerator is not cooling sir it is just like a box for me

    My new freeze 290 liters double door bought form Vijay sales just 4 month, suddenly today it is not working i called Vijay sales they say call Godrej customer care i do last 4 hour, try to send online request there also they have sent OTP number to go next menu but last 1 hour trying my mobile number [protected] it never came even one OTP.

    i would i trust Godrej company for any product which is not working and i could not register even complain to solved it is not long.

        I had purchased a Godrej Eon double doir refrigerator in the year 2010. Without fail every year in summer the fridge breaks down. And we have to contact your customer care. And after a wait of about 2 days your technician.come and repair. We had to take extended warranty every time, every year. And this year without fail again the fridge has broken down. Im really end of my patience. Much as I had trust in your products, does this say much of the quality of your products. Not to say about the spoilt goods we had to tthrow away.

Gordrej is a big brand name and these things make its shameful...i believe that you take action against it as soon as possible.

            My machine suddenly went through a problem, on calling the authorised service center of Godrej, my machine gets serviced where a part is changed for which I have paid the asked amount as my machine wasn't in warranty. After 4 days my machine goes through the same problem, and on being serviced by the mechanic from the authorised service center (ASC) another part gets changed and I'm charged on it again . Yet again within a weeks time the problem arises and the ASC repeats the same story . Thats when as per the company claims a Senior technician comes in to visit and asks me to change another part which will cost me another Rs 4000/- approx. In total I have already paid Rs 4000/-, and now they asking for Rs 4000/- to replace other part that too with no assurance . in total an expenditure of Rs 8000/- is coming up which I would be half the amount of a new machine .On top of this amount every visit I am charged a Visiting Charge amount which is just another expenditure as my machine just doesn't get repaired . On speaking to the authority of Godrej Complain Center Mr. Neelkanth and telling him that we would complain about this in the consumer court, he in return asks us to go ahead and file a complain . Later we get a call from Mr. Subrata SenGupta senior of Mr. Neelkanth asking us why are we wanting to complain in the consumer forum as he is present to resolve issues on behalf of godrej and asking us to purchase another machine from a retailer or his suggested retail store VIJAY SALES and he shall provide us a discount of over and above of what we getting from the store. On visiting the store to purchase another machine we get to know that an amount of Rs.1250/- shall be deducted from the total bill. Thats the amount offered to us as a further discount .

              I am writing to escalate the matter of fraudulent attempt with us on the subjected complaint number raised on 29/01/17
              The Engineer visited our home and inspected the Microwave. After careful inspection he suggested that the Magnetron (used for heating) will be replaced as the existing one is not working. The suggested part was not handy with the technician so we asked him to bring it the next day for replacement.
              Next day I received a call from the service center that Magnetron will cost me Rs. 2150 and that will come loose, without godrej packing. This is something which was not acceptable for me and I was not ready for this deal and denied replacement of the part without packing.
              Another day passed and surprisingly I received another call from the same number that the part is available in Godrej packing.
              when the technician got the part, it was a Magnetron from a different company (Galanz) forcefully packed in a Godrej box.
              I have the pictures of the box and the Magnetron.
              Please stop fooling the customers with such attempts and deliver the service which you are supposed to deliver.

                Hi,
                I had purchased a Godrej Fully Automatic washing machine on 15/11/2015. from Jan 2016, its intake valve has gone faulty 5-6 time & this has been the only problem with the washing machine, but very frequently. I am afraid that after the warranty gets over I will have to pay for a part that is going faulty because of the faulty product.
                So I request Godrej to resolve this issue on permanent basis.

                  We have godrej microwave model number GMC30E09SLHM from 8 years and the microwave plate broke in the microwave and we want that part. We even registered a complaint and didn't get any response. So we decided to call the nearest godrej service centre and they have been cutting all our calls. I am really dissapointed.                     I have purchased double door refrigerator of Godrej, capacity 310 litres from Ahmedabad, Isckon temple branch. Since last 10 days there is no proper cooling in freezer compartment. Godrej service engineers were sent by you on my telephonic complaint on your customer care number. They have attended my complaint on 4-5 times and have charged Rs. 3800/- towards repairing cost and service charge, but they are not been able to rectify my problem. Please find some solution regarding this problem to rectify it at the earliest.

                      The spin motor stopped working nd service was given after 4"days(which must be otherwise given within 24 hrs)of complain.For one month four days it worked and then stopped working further...and after we complained nd asked them what can be done as we have just paid the sum of Rs 2200 for the same machine...So if company would find a solution but they said no...u 've to pay for it.we understood it aS a rule nd agreed but they have turned there deaf ears to our repeated calls ..just asking again nd again that will we pay the sum...answering them yes.
                      Today on 20th after my complain on 3rd Dec I got the service nd refused to pay..So..I will also pay after the same delayed time..

                        We bought a Godrej Fridge on the 2nd Jan 2016.A technician from Perfect Engineering, Coimbatore came to install. He also told that AMC can be done on payment of Rs 2935 for five years which will comprise of once in six months a free check up and parts replacement if needed.We took the AMC contract and paid by cheque the amount.So far we have not received any receipt.
                        In July 2016 we contacted the above agency to whom you have outsourced.After a number of phone calls one Mr Senthinathan came and spent hardly ten minutes.Again on the 2nd Jan 2017 we contacted the agency for the once in six months maintenance.So far even after 16 days no one has come in spite of talking to one Mr Vikram Askok who said that he will send some body by name Muthu Prakash who has not turned up upto now.We again contacted Mr Vikram Ashok but nothing has happened.
                        We are quite dissatisfied with the service of M/s Perfect Engineering.We want the return of our payment.

                              Hi Team,

                              This compliant is in regards to the fully automatic washing machine which was purchased from Godrej in the Month of March'16. This is the Sixth time I am complaining about the machine with the same concern, from the time of purchase its acting weird. Whenever it starts the drier it makes loud noise and the whole machine vibrates...There are totally Five complaints registered from the time of purchase (complaint numbers are mentioned below for reference)...The first technician who came to check the compliant adjusted the bottom sheet saying that it was not done properly while installation. Second technician just opened the cap and checked with the drum inside and said that there is no fault identified...Third tech adjusted lid sensor and said the issue is fixed but it not...Fourth technician opened the drum inside and replaced some strings inside after which it worked fine for few weeks... Fifth Technician didn't even touched the machine and heard about the compliant and asked us to change the placement of the machine. On my fifth compliant I spoke to Godrej service customer care team supervisor and asked to raise a request for replacement of the machine and not to send a technician for servicing for which he said "Yes" and gave me the compliant number (Note: I have the complete call recording of the conversation with supervisor as an evidence that he promised for replacement). This is the first time I am purchasing Godrej products and this would be my last time too. Waste of time, money and completely dissatisfied with the service and product...I am totally fed up with this machine and I immediately want a replacement or else I won't hesitate to file a complaint in consumer court. What if I am running out of my warranty? Should I need to pay every month for servicing after my warranty??? And what type of warranty is it, 5 complaints in 9 Months. Kindly do the needful.

                              I got a technician from Godrej servicing center on 31st Dec'16 and the same story was repeated. He suggested us pause the machine soon the sound comes and take out the clothes with highest weight out of machine (Ex: Jeans, towels, bed sheets..). If it is so what is the use of the machine? Is that the solution/workaround they just provided me? Is this the complete support that I could receive? This means that I have to stop all my work stand next to my washing machine, keep listening to the noise all the time. Other company machines in laundry shops are working better than this. I don’t think they segregate the clothes according to the weight. Totally its complete waste of money. Product not worthless!!!

                                I purchased my full automatic front loading washing machine 23/01/2016 from great eastern appliances ltd. Kolkata
                                I have lodged my complain when my appliance failed on december month. My complain was on 3/12/16 call no.K[protected] Technician came on 6th and said there is a motor failure and needs to be changed. He will make the replacement of motor within 3days.But to no avail and no communication after that.
                                I again made the complain on 20/12/16 with complain no.K[protected] . There is a visit of technician on 23/12/16. He again said the same thing and assured that the parts would arrive in from HO within 3-4 days and would be resolved.
                                Till date there is no feedback and I am still suffering without any resolution.Every time I call up the technicians they are giving strange excuses and mentioned that when it would be resolved they cannot give me any time and it can take indefinite time and could be even month.
                                Is this the consumer expect or should expect when they purchase their products?

                                  At the outset I must introduce myself to you. I am Shivani and I buyied a godrej single door refrigerator(Godrej edge 179 lt) on 7th august 2016.
                                  I have 5 issues in my fridge that need to be resolved.(i) Defrosted water leaks into the fridge and does not flows into the back water trey, (ii) Uneven freezing in the freezer, (iii) Fridge lock not working, (iv) leg of the fridge is not staright and needs replacement, (v) a sensor hanging below the freezer in chiller trey is obstructing smooth movement of the chiller trey.
                                  At first i made a complaint about all this in the first week of december. The technician without talking or informing me came to my place and called me. He should have informed me about his coming a day earlier. Nevertheless, i requested him to wait 15minutes for me there but he refused and said he has to attend another query at RK Puram and told me to cal him in evening to fix a time. I called him and he said he will come around 6pm evening. Then i told him that it is no official time to address my complaint and i asked him to come the next day in official meeting hours. Days past by and that man repeatedly kept on breaking said promises and my grievances remained unattended. Then i again filed a complaint on 26th december and a technician came on 28th dec. The man had meagre knowledge of fridge repairing. He was trying all kinds of jugaads to solve my problems which offcourse didnt work and could not resolve any of my problems. Then he told me that another technician would come the next day to resolve issues.

                                  I am a phd scholar and i took a half day to get my fridge repaired but that turned into a full day leave and now i have to take another day off to get my fridge repaired without knowing if it will be even done this time or not.
                                  I cannot take a months leave to get the above 5 issues with my fridge resolved.

                                  I trusted this brand called Godrej and some people are trying to tarnish its image. Please help me consolidate my faith in your brand once again.

                                      I had purchased a Godrej Washing Machine WT 620CFS on 17 Jan 2016 with billed name Mr. Rahul my brother.

                                      On 12 Dec 2016 I had ‎registered a complaint on your toll free number With service number D[protected].

                                      But on 12 and 13 Dec nobody visits my place to resolve this. Then on 14 Dec some technician came and gone without solving the issue. And again on 15 Dec some other person come and gone without solving the issue. And both the technician are saying that ‎there is no such issue with the machine that i am reporting.

                                      And at last on yesterday morning 16 Dec I got the information from your side regarding the service call is completed ( ‎* Godrej SMS * Your Service Call D[protected] is completed THANK YOU for ur payment of Rs.NIL to our auth.).And when I again call to your customer care on yesterday evening, even then they don't help me in proper manner for this issue.

                                      My problem with this machine are :-
                                      ‎1. Water leakage while washing the cloths.
                                      2. Inner tub is not rotating.
                                      3. ‎Not drying the cloths.
                                      4. ‎Not cleaning the cloths properly.
                                      ‎5. Bad services from your side.

                                      It's a kind request to resolve my issue on priority. As It's already more then 5 days over I had raised this issue. And in I am not able to wash my cloths from last 5 days. And give proper information till when you can resolve this issue & till that time provide me some other machine.

                                        I Have Bought New Godrej Ac Last Year . Just After An Year Its Gas Leaked. I Gave The Ac To Service Center. The Manger Of The Sector 62 Service Center Took 2 Days To Detect The Problem And Asked Me To Changed The Whole Coil Of The Ac.
                                        I Told Him That Its Just An Year Old Ac With Copper Coils As Per Company, So How Is The Whole Coil Gets Damaged Just In An Year.
                                        They Told Me That They Cannot Do Anything And Told Me That The Change Of Whole Coil Will Cost Me 5000/- And Gas Filling Charges 2000 Extra.

                                        I Thing I Have Cheated By Godrej That In Just An Year The New Ac With Copper Coils Gets Rusted.

                                        I Complained In The Godrej Co. But No One Is Listing To Me.
