I have purchase godrej single door refrigerator model 240 pds 5.2 on 21.01.2016. I have face continus problem of water accumulatuon at upper side of door and water leakage after defrost. Proble not solved after many time complaints. Service eng. Came many time but problem was not solved by them. Also not getting satisfactory answer from customer care.

I have purchased a triple doors almirah on 12/08/2016 and it will delivered on 26/08/2016 and very next day when your employee fitted it we saw that all the doors are defective.They assure that they will replace it as soon as possible.After that me and my wife calling many times but till date it will not replace.
We are filling very inconvenience.
Please do the needful as early as possible....

I have purchased godrej split ac 1.5 ton in may 2014. Ihave made comprehensive service contract with godrej smart care in 2015. Inspite of it my ac is not working for 200days out of 365 days. The toll free number is also useless. They keep you on hold for n number of times for 20 or 30 mins and finally disconnect the call from their end.
I recommend not to purchase any godrej product....

not cooling, touch is not working.
I registered a complaint 7 days back but no one is responding
this refrigerator has one year manufacture warranty for all components and 5 years of compressor warranty.

Godrej giving me a worst service.
I am calling regularly for my money which have spent for use less product.
