    Compressor of the refrigerator is not working and i had been complaining about the same over the period of time but there is no response from the company . Presently the compressor is under warranty but as the warranty period will get over soon so the company is trying to delay in providing service so that i am forced to pay on replacement or repair of the same

    The registered mobile number with Godrej is [protected] and the complaint number is Z[protected] and had received a message that the door was locked. Its what company is fooling around as I am running my office on the ground floor of my residence so there is no question of door locked . Secondly my mother had a fracture and she is at home only and cant leave the house. Thus the intention of the company is quite clear. Its a fake way of not attending the complaint. I had personally called at local office in bareilly mobile number [protected] and asked them to visit regarding the above complaint on 29/06/2016 but till date it is unattended

      I have purchased godrej edge pro refrigerator in the last week of may-16, within a week, cracks start come in the internal parts of refrigerator such as partition tray, vegetables holding box, I have complained for this to a shop from I purchased the refrigerator. After 2-3 weeks two people come and check the said complain, but no action had been taking till now

        I bought a refrigirator 9 months back which has 10 years warranty for its compressor and door. all of sudden it stopped working and i called customer care. technician has come and told some compressor problem and we will replace. after 23 days still no body came. in these days i called customer care every day. every day they says that they will send technician and repair it. still iam crying...
        Godrej Appliances customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I have purchased recently a new refrigerator and its totally faluty there is a door problem which is big problem so I can not satisfied ur service and product I want to replace my fridge otherwise I complaint in consumer foram against your company.there is also chiller trey is break and door is very hard to open. Its totally faulty.

          Hi Team,

          This is to inform you that I bought a Godrej refirgerator (Model- Godrej Ref RTEON 290 P 3.4 Denim Petals) around 2 months back on dated 12-Apr-2016 from Vijay Sales, Indirapuram, UP-201014.
          Refrigerator has stopped cooling 3 days back. Immediately we called a customer care number and filed a complaint against this.
          2 days back, Rahul Singh (a godrej representative) came to our house. After investigations, he informed us that thermal fuse is not working and he will come tomorrow to fix this issue.
          Then yesterday some Rajeev Kumar came to our house and he did again some investigations. He told us that PCB assembly is not working that has happened due to voltage fluctuation and he will fix it today. I seriously couldn't understand the fact that our refrigerator is stabilzer free and on top of that we have installed one more godrej stabilizer that was advised only by a godrej representative Rajeev Kumar at the time if refrigerator installation.

          Concerns :
          1. one representative is saying something else and second representative is saying something else. Who to believe ?
          Why Godrej like reputed company keeps such incompetent technicians ?

          2. It has been only couple of months buying this refrigerator a nd such a big fault has been incurred. Is this refrigerator model manufactured faulty from company itself?

          3. I don't want to keep this fridge. How to replace this.

          Request you to please take an immediate action as we are suffering from last 3 days.

            Bought this single door refrigerator on 24-Mar-2015 from Sargam Electronics, Ghaziabad with 2 years extended warranty. Even after using 'Frost Free Mode' (supposedly USP of this model), after every 2-3 months, the freezer gets filled with ice which does not melt by any button on the refrigerator. Only way to defrost is switching off the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
            Registered complaint 3-4 times about this (latest complaint number mentioned above) in last 1 year. Every time the technician comes and says this model is like this only. They have changed some IC/PLC twice but the problem is still there.
            Above service call was registered on 27-May-16 requesting visit on 28th which was confirmed by sms. The technician called on 29th saying he will visit on 04th June (after I said I will not be available this week) and requested not to register another complaint. On 3rd June I received sms saying call has been closed as I refused to pay. Crazy !
            My only concern right now (leave aside your frost free mode not working and your poor post sale service) is someone tell me how to defrost the refrigerator without swithichg it off !!

            Godrej edge digi refrigerator defrost system not working.
            The freezer gets filled with ice which does not melt by any button on the refrigerator. Only way to defrost is switching off the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
            I am also facing the same issue. Even after pressing the Defrost button, it never breaks the ice until I turn off the whole power socket.
            I also facing the same problem. All the things kept in the refrigerator got friged. Defrost mode is not working.
            I am facing same issue since last 6 months. All the items get freezed. They have changed the board once but to no use. Problem persists. Godrej please do some thing about this.

              Hello Sir/Madam,

              On 03rd May 2016 the chotukool portable refrigerator I had bought online, stopped working. The fans were working but nothing inside was getting cooled. On 04th May 2016 I called up your 27x7 service helpline number provided in the "User manual and Warranty card". The number I called was[protected]. The agent at the other end told me that there is a different number for chotukool and asked me to call[protected]. No one picked it up the first time I called the number. In the second attempt, I was successful. I explained the issue to him, and he said he would raise a ticket and the agent would contact me. He also said that I would get an sms once the ticket was raised. I did get the sms, after more than 1 hour. Afer which nothing happened. No calls, no sms, nothing!!
              I told about this to one of my friends working in godrej, who forwarded the ticket to the service manager on Friday 10th May 2016.
              Today morning I get a call from Hubli saying that my ticket had gone to their service centre by mistake and the Bangalore service centre will take care of it today. He also asked me to contact the service manager and gave me his number.
              At 10.30 am today (11th May 2016) morning, I got a call from a lady saying she was from the service centre and a technician would come over to fix the defect. When I asked her when he would coming over, she was not sure, may be after 12. (I have to spend the whole day waiting for your technician!!)
              When I asked the lady why it took them 1 week to respond, she was offended and angrily responded that it was not their fault and the other service centre messed it up.

              Here is what I think of godrej's service.
              1. You give the wrong service contact number in your User manual.
              2. The trouble ticketing system is slow that it takes more than an hour to log a ticket.
              3. No one bothers if ticket raised has been actioned or not, until someone within godrej reports it to the concerned department.
              4. The service agents don't own up the responsibility of the delay. They sound as though it was my fault when I filed the complaint.
              5. In a world where the turnaround time is less than 1 hour for a trouble ticket, godrej is still using postal mail service to send service tickets to service centres.

              One thing is for sure. I am not buying another godrej product. With this kind of PATHETIC service, I would not recommend godrej to anyone I know.

              I am planning to put this story on social media, just that I am waiting to see what the service guy has to tell.

              Thank you for a PATHETIC and SUPER SLOW service. Indian companies will learn or change!!!

                Chain of events which led me to launch complaint in district consumer form

                1. Technician visited my place the same day and registered that gas has to be refilled. I had prior knowledge that gas was refilled around the month of march thus that might not be the case and ask the technician to check for further issue too. Technician confirmed that the compressor was running low on gas and made me a bill of rupees 1700/-, and promised that the gas will be refilled in first half of the next day that is on 5th june, 2016
                2. Next day, new technician visited to refill the gas, (Reached at 6 pm). He again examined the refrigerator and determined that the gas was okay but there was a problem in compressor and the compressor have to be changed.
                3. I called gunjan technologies private limited, new delhi which was the company providing me with the service and technician. I told my problem to them over phone after listening to my problem they put my call on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnected my call, i again called that number and they told me the technician will reach my place on or before at 12 noon. When i further wanted to make a complaint regarding the poor service that they have provided me with, my call was again put on hold and then disconnected.


                What facts left me with no other option but to launch complain in district consumer form

                1. 1st technician that visited my place the first day didn't check properly even after i told him that refilling of gas might not be a problem (Bill stating this fact)
                2. 2nd technician that was suppose to visit me next day in the morning visited me on 6 pm
                3. 2nd technician came and determined the problem that with was entirely different from what was determined by 1st technician.
                4. 2nd technician said the 1st technician could never have determined this problem as he is not equipped well enough, (If he wasn't equipped with appropriate checking equipment then was he sent in the first place),
                5. I called gunjan technologies private limited, new delhi your outsourced customer support to make a small complaint so that this thing is not repeated in future. They listened to my problem and instead of a sorry or anything like that they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnect my call, not once but twice

                As the month of rahmadan started today our refrigerator was fully stocked as cooking while fasting is very difficult task and also we expected the complaint to be resolved in 1 or 2 days i. E. Day before i started cooking or the day on which i cooked and purchased all the frozen food.
                Cooked food on 6th june’16 and frozen food purchased on 6th june’16 were around worth rupees 20, 000/- is now stale and not in eatable condition.

                What i actually need, either cancellation of license of gunjan technologies private limited, new delhi form outsourcing service of godrej appliance or refund of all my losses and charges payed to the service technician for repairs.

                  I bought godrej refrigerator and the same, fridger frame was broken... I filed compliant on 07/05/2016. And frequently followed service center also.. Still problem not clear.. No response came... This worsted service and company...
                  I have warranty of this product.. They never responded and hurts lot.. I m so much fed up with their services... Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                    Referring to request no. 69276 for pcb panel replacement since 1 year and followed up regularly with godrej local service center (M: [protected] & [protected]) has not been attended. Both mobile numbers of service centre also switched off from long time.

                    Even though, charges for replacement has been paid but the same has not been replaced and complaint has not been attend.

                    It is disappointing that the panel has not been replaced even after regular follow ups and complaint lodged to godrej appliances consumer forum.

                      I have purchased Godrej Refrigerator RB EON NXW 380 SD 2.4 INOX on dated : 03-May-2016, which was actually my biggest mistake choosing Godrej over LG.

                      Spent over 42, 500 INR from Vijay Sales Showroom Lajpat Nagar.

                      The day I made the purchase I was quite sure on picking up LG 420 Ltr Refrigerator, but the extreme Marketing executive skill of the lady at Vijay Sales made me purchase Godrej.

                      I was made sure of making the right decision as the quality and stability of Godrej is quite good.

                      A week back we observed the cooling of the refrigerator is not that effective so we manually increased the same but still it was not up to the mark.

                      Just to confirm we placed a bowl filled with water in the freezer and waited it to cool down to ice, after almost 16 hours of the observation we find out the ice formed in the bowl still not hard enough and it still holds water in it.

                      We made the complaint to Godrej with reference number D[protected], Dated : 30-May-2016.

                      After few hours the same guy who has made his visit at the time of installation came and after checking the freezer he updated "The issue may be because the refrigerator might have gone to the defrost mode Automatically".

                      After hearing his silly response we asked him is it possible that after 16 hours a freezer is unable to convert water in to ICE, is it normal.

                      He was quite nervous by his statement and promised that some Sr.Engineer will visit us in next 2 days.

                      After 2 days on 1-June-2016 some Engineer Irshad mobile number ([protected]) made his visit after observing he says in the night please turn off this Refrigerator and Turn it on in the morning, he does not sound logical but we said ok as he promised to get it fixed ASAP and want us to inform him about the observation.

                      After doing the same since Yesterday morning we have called him 3 times he kept on promising will be reaching at our place in short time, but there is no sign of him.

                      Request you to please help me in getting Return of my Money, as I am no more intrusted to use your Product.

                        Dear Mr. Rohit,
                        You rightly said - Defective machine. Let me extend this to defective company, it's products, it's services and it's processes.
                        Whole of your system is defective.
                        When your representative came to do AMC, he had visited my home to verify if machine was working. I got it repaired from local market.
                        He had clearly informed me next steps that some of our representatives will come again in next few days and after verification only, your money would be deducted. And it got deducted on 17th May.
                        Anyway, you only looked at complaint of 29Apr. I had complained for this machine 15-20 times in 2year warranty and had been asking for replacement. Because it was a o cost to Godrej, no one did that and service center every time kept saying - we have made it OK and nothing will happen in future. That future lasted not more than average of 2months.
                        That's how I described this company"Godrej" as defective, "Smart care" service as defective and "AMC process" as defective, where one day come, sees product working and makes contract, service center asks for money not honoring AMC. And finally SERVICE Center head declares contract "wrong" because fault lies with Sales team.
                        You reminded me concept of LIC, where company always think that guy should keep paying premium and nothing should happen to the guy. In case, something happen in very early stage, try to look for some clause so that amount does not reach the guy.
                        Although, I thought of going service center way using AMC, but as I got it repaired locally last time, I'll manage it from local market now onwards.
                        REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR CONCERN AND ACTION.
                        THANKS AGAIN FOR MAKING ME BELIEVE THAT GODREJ SHOULD NOT BE THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR ANY PRODUCT AND SERVICE.
                        Anyway, all said and done, please refund my money. I know I am wasting my and your time.

                        As per details it is out of warranty washing machine having functional defect. The machine was first inspected on 29th April’16 and an estimate of repair was given to you which did not get approved. Contract of this defective machine was taken in May (first week) from our canvasser of direct channel.

                        As per company norms this contract is not valid and we have already instructed Direct sales team to get process refund of the contract amount.

                            I got amc of my semi automatic washing machine done for 3 years one month back, but m/s sai service center, gurgaon is not honoring the same and not sending technician for repair. Service center supervisor is saying godrej amc does not support complaints less than 3 months old, which is no where mentioned in the contract documents given to me along with amc. Money has been deducted from my account about 3 weeks back.

                            This washing machine had more than 20 complaints in 2 year time frame, that was under warranty.In feb 2016, warranty was getting expired and i pushed hard godrej to fix the issues of my machine permanently. But all in vain. They even took my machine to their service center and when it came back, it started giving problem of sucking cloths. Engineer came next day after i complained and told us that someone had put extra washers, which was like shocking to us in terms of quality of godrej service center and capability of teams working there.

                            Considering the experience for this washing machine, i went ahead for amc for 3 years. I purposely did not for amc for other two washing machines that my brothers have bought during same time. May be we are too hopeful of godrej quality, as one of my relative convinced us for godrej quality and service. Out of these two one more is at same address.

                            All said and done, now i am left stranded because i guess godrej has only one service center for washing machines in gurgaon and they have stupid set of people.

                            I have not hope in Godrej system. Rohit BHat (National Head - Services) has replied to me saying that wrong contract was booked due to non working machine without validating the details that Godrej guy has collected money after validating the status of working machine.

                            I got the same repaired last time through local market at 1/3 rd the cost that was given by customer care team. And even now I have followed the route of local market.

                            Godrej is hopeless company to me in terms of product and services. See my mail response to Rohit. Not sure if you guys have any control over individuals spoiling the Godrej brand. You have denied service to a customer who has 3nos. of 8.5kg washing machines and 1 no. of 315ltr refrigerator. And now I hate this brand to an extent that I won't reach out to Godrej for any products and Services.

                            You rightly said - Defective machine. Let me extend this to defective company, it's products, it's services and it's processes.
                            Whole of your system is defective.
                            When your representative came to do AMC, he had visited my home to verify if machine was working. I got it repaired from local market.
                            He had clearly informed me next steps that some of our representatives will come again in next few days and after verification only, your money would be deducted. And it got deducted on 17th May.
                            Anyway, you only looked at complaint of 29Apr. I had complained for this machine 15-20 times in 2year warranty and had been asking for replacement. Because it was a o cost to Godrej, no one did that and service center every time kept saying - we have made it OK and nothing will happen in future. That future lasted not more than average of 2months.
                            That's how I described this company"Godrej" as defective, "Smart care" service as defective and "AMC process" as defective, where one day come, sees product working and makes contract, service center asks for money not honoring AMC. And finally SERVICE Center head declares contract "wrong" because fault lies with Sales team.
                            You reminded me concept of LIC, where company always think that guy should keep paying premium and nothing should happen to the guy. In case, something happen in very early stage, try to look for some clause so that amount does not reach the guy.
                            Although, I thought of going service center way using AMC, but as I got it repaired locally last time, I'll manage it from local market now onwards.
                            REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR CONCERN AND ACTION.
                            THANKS AGAIN FOR MAKING ME BELIEVE THAT GODREJ SHOULD NOT BE THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR ANY PRODUCT AND SERVICE.
                            Anyway, all said and done, please refund my money. I know I am wasting my and your time.

                              I buy a godraj split ac from raj elctronic. The item was delivered on28 april and the installation was carried out after two days.

                              During installation, it was not cooling and i found the water coms out from indoor. I was informed by the godraj technicians that there is a leakage in pipeline. I communicated the same to dealr and requested a refund/replacement the product if a product is found to be defective during installation, it can be replace. But after 1 month no action was taken by delar nor by the godraj for the return of the product even after multiple calls the customer service.

                              I do not understand the logic of forcing me to use a repaired product when the product was defaulted at the time of installation.Instead of repacing/refunding, i am asked to keep waiting for the repair technicians from godraj.

                              I want the product to be replaced or refunded as soon as possible. I want godraj to take the issue seriously and follow up with the replace.

                                  Dear, i had purchased a godrej washing machine to our support country brand. I have chosen godrej out other indian brand due little more faith on quality. But godrej has proved me completely wrong on selection of godrej appliance. I have done a very big mistake to trust on godrej quality. From date of purchase to till date it has been repaired more than 4 times. Such a poor quality & substandard product made by godrej. Its not only quality of product your service system is pathetic too. Recently my washing machine dryer is not working, i have tried to book complaint but no response on toll free number. I had also sent message to register complaint, now its 20 days but no response. (Pfa) such a pathetic service. Immediate attention is require on product quality & service. Now its 20days, still no desired resolution from godrej. I have been mentally harassed by godrej. I am lot of money for laundry. Even they have taken original invoice from my parents in absence of mine.

                                    I have purchased one godrej split ac model no: gsc 12 tpx 5 rwpt from rahul electronics, dahisar east, mumbai-400068.

                                    As per promise the delivery of the product was done in time and company technician mr. Ranjan nayak visited my home to install the product.

                                    At the same time my daughter was present there and installation was done successfully. When i went home i found the copper pipes provided by the company along with product was missing. Which cost approximate rs.1500/-

                                    I called mr. Ranjan nayak in this regard and he told me to return the same on the next morning. He also charged rs.900/- for bracket and labour charges. Saying that this is out of the standard installation so company will charge separately.

                                    I have called several time to mr. Ranjan nayak (The technician) but he is not returning the same coper pipe to me. Which cost approximate rs.1500/-

                                      I had bought godrej split ac from the singhal shopee mathura on dated 04.05.16 it is stop working only after the 20 days and i had complaint about the matter to customer care over telephone on dated 22.05.2016 the complaint no is 306639 but they had not solved my complaint then i again call to customer care on dated 23.05.16 then they told it is resolved today and given the number [protected], 01, 09, 14 to resolve the complaint but neither resolved my complaint when i call to that given numbers they are not given satisfactory answer and also not picked up my phone while i had tried lots of time
                                      After that i had call to customer care third time on dated 24.05.2016 and they had generate new complaint number 306907 but till now they are not resolved my complaint and asking the complaint should be resolved tomorrow.
                                      The company is too harassed me about the complaint so it is requested to please be resolved he issue and take some strict action about the matter.

                                        I have purchased one split ac model no gsc18fg6rog from pawan ‘s onida arcade, tilak maidan road, muzaffarpur vide bill no 275 dt 12.04.2016.
                                        The installation was carried out through the dealer by godrej representative. As i recall the technician who first came for installation was not properly trained and did not install the indoor unit in proper alignment. His job was not at all satisfactory. Subsequently another technician came and completed the job to our satisfaction.
                                        Soon after the ac started developing signs of trouble. Within a fortnight of installation, one night suddenly water started dripping out of the indoor unit. Complaint (Ref no x [protected]) for the same was lodged and technician visited, however could not find the exact reason for such malfunction as at the time of visit of technician the ac behaved normally.
                                        Though the above problem was not repeated again but the performance of the ac deteriorated slowly and was not cooling to desired level. Complaint (Ref no x[protected]) was again lodged on and technician visited after a delay of 5-6 days. After examining he opined that the gas is low. Presently the ac is not even taking start. I am following up with the dealer and the technician, but all in vain.
                                        You are requested to pl look into the case as such why there is deficiency in the product quality and services from godrej company in timely resolving the issue of customer.
                                        Hope the matter would be taken seriously and resolved promptly.
