I had asked for repairing my godrej ac from godrej on apr 5th. Call no k[protected]. On first check, the technician identified a problem with the transformer which needs replacement. However, even after repeated asks, nothing has been done yet. I have been given varied reasons extending from "it will be fixed today" to "out of stock" to "defective stocks". It is said even after 10 days in scorching heat, nothing is being done....
