Machine has purchased & delivered on 06 Mar 15 on full cash payment.
Since than machine has having technical problem(not working) frquently. During Mar to Apr 15, I called up Mr. Kaiser (Technician) who come for demonstration 2-3 times.
My wife undergone 'Bye-pass surgery, during 16 Apr 15 - 21 May 15, I was not here.
After May 21, the machine is not working (Second time in washing mode not taking water and gets off auto.). 3-4 times I complaint it on customer care, technician comes 2 times front panel changed but no use.
Therefore, I requested Service centre as well as Customer care to replace the machine. I have to keep servant for washing the clothes, sometimes I wash clothes in the night.
Very poor response from Service centre, Customer care. I came to know one of your techinician that he suspect the machine sell to me is faulty itself from the sales men (Mr. Sunil - 17024, Mr. Vilas Patade )
I request herewith replace the machine immeditely by the next 7 days from the receipt of this mail otherwise I have to file complaint in consumer court against Godrej Company.
