We have been facing water drain issue since we bought this Godrej Watching machine. Waster drains out itself though washing machine is to washing mode. Every time technician comes and provide a temporary fix.But issue persists again after every few weeks. We do complaint again and technician provides the same temporary fix(adjust the water drain spring which I can do as well). Technicians have visited three or four time for the same issue. But no one could be able to fix this issue. I called up customer care department on Sunday Sept 20th 2015 and made a complaint again. I was assured a resolution by Monday and provided a complaint number D[protected]. But the funny part is no one have turned up yet with resolution. A lady called from [protected] number Monday morning and said a technician will visit and fix the problem. I waited for him entire day but no one comes then I called the lady back on the same number. She promised me call with detailed information. But she did not. Kindly go through my complaint history, you might have. Please provide me a better resolution.Please find the copy of bill in the attachment.

    My Godrej A/c is not working since after the few weeks of installation. It's just been 3 months that I got it for Rs. 27900, and its not cooling from the last one an a half month. So, I lodge the complaint several times i.e. D[protected], D[protected] and D[protected] against it on 27th Aug'15 and after that too, technicians came 3 times but it is not yet not repaired. Its totally the company's fault. They company do not provide any services. I even went to the dealer but no severe action was taken.

      Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I Kishan Kumar Ganeriwal is a consumer of godrej company had purchased a fully automatic washing machine from godrej company on 31/01/2015. The model no as mentioned in invoice is: 4G15M2 GWF650FC 6.5KG CAR. The Invoice no as mentioned in the bill is: 80I/93192751. The Invoice is generated or made on :31/01/2015. The above mentioned product is defective or a seconds product which is delivered to me at my door and being serviced 8 times in seven and a half months and the parts are being changed 3-4 times during the period. Currently the product contains one year warranty out of which already seven and a half months passed and the problem is again and again repeating. After taking the product when the use started within few days it is noted that the machine or product started giving troubles, noting first three problems within three months we understood that the product is defective so we started calling up the service assistance cell of godrej company several times to replace the machine but again and again the representatives of call center tells that your complaint is registered and the technician will visit you within 24 hours and will do the formalities for change of machine but when the technician visits my place he only service the machine or change the part required to change and he says your machine is ok and need not to be replaced for new machine. we r constantly complaining the costumer service cell or assistance cell but repetitively the same thing is been done, now we are frustrated with the product and calling them but again they are passing the time so that to take the product out of the warranty and they need not take any action for this because it is just the headache of the customer to take care of product and pay for repairs or amc after wards. It is my hard earned money which i invested for my comfort and need but dint expected that i need to burn my blood for a product which is of a reputed brand and make. i am in a huge pain with the product and is unable to bear the pain of the said same defective machine which company provided me and not replacing the same.i am in a suicidal position with the product. kindly look into the matter and get the company change the product. As mentioned above i several times called up the service cell for replacement of product but as said it is not done. reather we have mailed the same thing to Mr.Rajiv Bhat National head- Consumer cell but till now dint got any response from him too. attaching the copies of all relevent documents.         This is Ashish Tiwari from New Delhi, I would like to raise a complaint against godrej. I have purchased a GODREJ SPLIT AC GSC 18MINV WOM INVERTER A.C ON[protected]. ON[protected], I called in godrej customer care because swing machine in that particular a.c is not working and till now date i called approx 30 times but my problem is still unsolved. Complaint no.           After several time doing follow up and calling I still not receiving any installation and demo of my newly buyed Godrej fully automatic washing machine .One of worst customer care service of all large appliance company in India.Every time I call them they are saying technician will contact, I have not received any call.             I purchased washing machine no GWT 6510 WEV in the name of my wife Atreyee Dasgupta Bera .After changing PCB on 20.5.2015 the door started disturbing and ultimately it got locked. Smartcare mechanic prescribed changing lock. My complain reference no is K[protected] dated 09.7.2015. Lock is yet to be replaced. I cannot use the machine for such a long period and have suffered a lot. Is it a blunder to repose faith on godrej ? Should I go for godrej home appliances next time ?

I had also made Annual maintenance contract on March 22nd, at amount Rs 2850/. Recently, I booked a complaint on 23rd July'15.Today it is 14th August 15.Complaint number is K[protected]. Tehnician visited my place and advised us for the change of PVC board. Every week I used to call them for the action but they used to say that the part is not available.I have made a complaint to customer care for many times for this issue.But no action taken from them. I have not seen such a worst company before. The company provides us with lower quality goods and the people working there are most irresponsible. Inspite of having my AMC, they didn't bother to turn up. So, I want to know when my issue will get resolved and get proper functioning washing Machine.I have already waited for almost 3 weeks with no solution. The members of the Kolkata team didnot bother to response. I have called Mr. Swarup Bhattacharya([protected]) repeatedly but he didnot entertain us. They should atleast affirm whether they can take any action or else I want my AMC amount along with the cost of washing machine i.e. 16000/ return back.                   I purchased a godrej single door 241 lts refrigerator on 28th July in TIRUPUR MGB show room. When i opened in my house i found the fruit tray is broken & the lamp is not working. I complained with MGB but still both problems are not rectified. Due to the service complaint, We have to make a bad opinion about the brand.

                    I am Sandeep from Ludhiana (m:[protected] purcahsed a double door godrej fridge which was claimed to be frost free.

                    Within 6 months it stopped functioning as ice got stuck in the back panel.

                    Upon repeated mechanic visits, they changed the PCB Thrice.

                    And finally the fridge was replaced with a new one, which after 3 years, i.e. now has again developed the same snag.

                    now the fridge is not cooling as it can't melt the ice stuck in its back panel

                    i have contacted the nearest service center with mr sunil and mr sahil and th chandigarh office headed by mr awasthi.

                    UNFORTUNATELY they haven't been able to come up with a proper solution.

                    they give me 2 options

                    1) MANUAL FROST FREE DEVICE TO BE FITTED AT A COST OF 2200.

                    2) REPLACE THE FRIDGE WITH A REDUCTION OF 40% DEPRECIATION.

                    Godrej has reduced its quality and services to such a grade that they want the customer to pay for using its applaiances.

                    WHY SHOULD I BE PAYING OUT IN ANY SENSE FOR A TECHNICAL FAULT WHICH IS ACTUALLY THE CHARACTERISTIC OF GODREJ FRIDGES NOW?

                    WHY GODREJ HAS TO HARASS ITS CUSTOMERS FOR SERVICES AND REPLACEMENTS

                    CUSTOMERS WHO HAD A BELIEF IN THEIR PRODUCT ARE BEING BLUFFED WITH SUCH MALFUNCTIONING PRODUCTS

                    WHY CAN'T GODREJ BEHAVE LIKE SOME DECENT AUTOMOBILE COMPANIES WHO ACTUALLY TAKE BACK CARS ON FINDING A DEFECT?

                    I HAD AN OPTION AMONG SAMSUNG LG WHIRLPOOL AND GODREJ,

                    MY EARLIER FRIDGE WAS A GODREJ WHICH HAD BEEN WORKING FOR 23 YEARS,

                    I WAS MISTAKEN TO MAK THE CHOICE GODREJ AGAIN.

                    NOW GODREJ HAS TO PAY THE PRICE, , NOT ME.

                      You buy an amc and then start your sorrows, before i took the amc the technicians would always arrive the next day for solving the issue, but now the seem too have an issue locating the house it takes them a week to respond to a complaint.                         Hi i had an issue with my Ac which i bought, its registered on Name " Sheetal Rathod ". I registered a compliant on 13th of july 2015, a technician came to solve the issue. He said the issue wont raise again. He went and the next day the issue came up again. As the previous complaint was closed i opened a new compliant for the same issue on 15th of July. For this compliant i was told that an technician would come on 15th with the name NIHAL SIDDIQUE. but he did not come so i have been calling the customer care for the issue but they are just saying that they are forwarding it to high priority but till now no one has arrived at my home. Below is the SMS i recieved from Godrej for this compliant. * Godrej SMS * Technician - MUMBAI-NIHAL SIDDIQUE will be attending your call - B[protected] on 15/07/2015. Today on 21st when i called the customer care again they said that "We are doing our work, contact local service centre if the issue is not addressed". I don't understand why should i call the local support its there look out whom they hire and how to get work done from the hired people. I did not expect this from Godrej, i have been using its products for years. Godrej should not take care of this. Please help me solve the issue thanks in advance Compliant no. B[protected]

                        I recieved an SMS today as * Godrej SMS * Your Service Call B[protected] is completed THANK YOU for ur payment of Rs.NIL to our auth. Service provider, ref Godrej Helpline [protected]...I don't know on what basis they have closed the compliant. The issue was not at all addressed, no one visited my home to repair it.

                          our washing machine has a spin problem to which the problem was attended to on 22-05-15 by Vasu Appliance Services located at Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The washing machine worked for a few days and then again it went out of order. Despite several calls to the Toll free service centre numbers no one is bothered to attend my problem except reassurance is been given since then.                             Within usage of nearly 2years, we have to call for service nearly 12-15times in which AC Gas refilling has been done for nearly 4 times. So is it justified?? And now when it has been sent to workshop for repair due to ac gas leakage, they are estimating its cost around 10000 as repair charges. Which is totally unjustified.

                              Sir, i have godrej fridge of 350 ltrs. double door whish is having rust problem in one door and fridge under the warranty but co. refusing to change the door they offered me take old fridge otherwise take 40% compensation and refund the fridge. both option are unacceptable for me what should i do Thanks vinay sarin [protected]

                                Machine has purchased & delivered on 06 Mar 15 on full cash payment. Since than machine has having technical problem(not working) frquently. During Mar to Apr 15, I called up Mr. Kaiser (Technician) who come for demonstration 2-3 times. My wife undergone 'Bye-pass surgery, during 16 Apr 15 - 21 May 15, I was not here. After May 21, the machine is not working (Second time in washing mode not taking water and gets off auto.). 3-4 times I complaint it on customer care, technician comes 2 times front panel changed but no use. Therefore, I requested Service centre as well as Customer care to replace the machine. I have to keep servant for washing the clothes, sometimes I wash clothes in the night. Very poor response from Service centre, Customer care. I came to know one of your techinician that he suspect the machine sell to me is faulty itself from the sales men (Mr. Sunil - 17024, Mr. Vilas Patade ) I request herewith replace the machine immeditely by the next 7 days from the receipt of this mail otherwise I have to file complaint in consumer court against Godrej Company.                                   I am suffering after buying godrej split ac.

                                  1. When the sales person wanted to book order, he wanted to confirm order then and there. Did not give us time to consider other options.
                                  2. Promised services are not provided. I had booked first mandatory service on 1st of april. Till 15th april there was no follow up, no call, no service. The call centre support is horrible. All they say is "the complaint is about a different department. We will arrange a callback." the callback never happens. It was only after spending hours calling for support and being tossed around to different executives did i get the mandatory dry service after abt 20 days.
                                  3. The products are sub standard. The remote control for ac stopped working within 6 months with very minimal use. It was not dropped or had any external damage. It just stopped working on its own and i had to buy a new one.
                                  4. The call centre support is horrible. When the remote went bad i tried calling the toll free number. For 1 hr 02 seconds i was holding the call just listening to the tape "your call is important to us. Our executive will attend you shortly."!!
                                  5. Their sales team is a pain in the neck! They will harass you to the limit to buy extended service warranty. In spite of telling them that i am already frustrated with the godrej service and i dont want to buy any extended service, they keep calling again and again!!

                                  Bottomline... Godrej is a pain in the neck. Never ever buy any godrej appliances

                                    I bought a washing machine from next store, near b barooah college, Guwahati, on 25 th June2015, they have iimmediately delivered the washing machine at my house within 3/4 hours, but the issue is that the person who all are supposed to give me the demo from the company till now have not come to my house for the demo, they rang me 3/4 times making excuses regarding their problem, sometimes say could not get you on phone, sometimes house could not be found, etc etc, but my house is in such a place that a blind person can easily found my house, and I have given my address properly, now I have decided to return the washing machine to the shop, and would buy another washing machine of some other company, I just wrote this complain just for yours knowledge, If you think you require the details of the washing machine receipt etc etc, you can mail me at- [protected]@ymail. com

                                      I bought and aircondition of godrej from vijay sales and the installation is notdone properly, technician who had done the installation had done a hole and connected the wire pipes from indoor to outdoor and the hole is not covered properly and from that hole all the rainy season water is coming inside and falling on my bed and mattress, need immediate attention to close this.

                                        I bought 190 ltr godrej refrigerator with stabilizer free operation labelled on it. Recently i had a problem with fridge and was serviced free of cost(1yr warranty period). service engineer told the problem was due to not using the stabilizer and insisted to use it. Then they companies stick labels claiming stabilizer free operation. can we claim warranty from godrej or not

                                        i too got the same problem from the service people i used with out stabilizer but its stabilizer free fridge just 1 year before i brought it now its not work service person came and said i[censored] not use stabilizer this fridge will not work more then 1 year. Its really this godrej will not work with out the stabilizer then y u telling your fridge is stabilizer free

                                        I have bought same stabilizer free refrigerator.but, after reading above all these comments, I'm going to confuse that do I buy a stabilizer for my refrigerator or not? please tell me.

                                        You should use stabilizer if power fluctuations are there. Recently we had power fluctuations in my apartments and my fridge pcb gone. Technician suggested me to use stabilizer and also informed three more issues came from my apartments related to Godrej fridge and all related to PCB with that power fluctuations. This is common issue with godrej, they should have removed that stabilizer free sticker from fridge which mis communicating users not to use stabilizer.
                                        Last year i bough godrej single door fridge with stabilizer free sticker on it.. I didn't use stabilizer till now, few days warranty expired and cooling is not happening. Technician visited and told PCB gone and I should have used stabilizer to avoid this kind of problems.. He told cost would be 3k for pcb including labor charges.
