I have booked multiple complaints for AC not cooling. Everytime engineer visits and checks and goes away. The gas needs to be refilled which is pending for nearly an year now. The AMC is done upto 2016 but even then there is no resolution for my AC problems. Godrej officials, Service officials donot even pickup the calls and if they do, give false assurances.
