I refer to my request no 613079. I had placed a request for installation of 1 ton split ac model No Godrej 12FN3WOU-3* to be installed on mOnday i.e. 2.11.15. However the lackadaisical approach of the service centre and customer care ensured that the timely installation got delayed. None of the Godrej guys have the slightest amount of decency or professionalism to even update me about the status. i have been repeatedly following up but i am given random numbers to contact but alas! There is no response. I am now unsure if it was a correct decision to purchase godrej ac . I never knew i had to pay for being a Godrej patron. Such careless people who deceive the brand and customers.!! I shall now seek legal options. Being tolerant is a curse

Respected Sir, I puechased a split AC of your company from M/S Sonu Electronics Ferozpur City Punjab.Within the warranty period I loadged a complaint of ice forming and M/S Sonu Electronics send a service man .He did the first free service.I again inform the dealer after finding that the problem was not solved.After loadging complaint three four times your company send a service man from M/S Kabir Elec.your service provider in Ferozepur.But the problem was not solved and I noticed by your SMS that my complaint was closed by you.Then I registered my complaint at your helpline on [protected].But surprisingly it was also closed with the remarks that I have said that there is no problem.So I please request you to solve my complaint Hoping you would do the best . Sir,

I have purchased washing machine but after passing three months this machine was not workd properly and breakdown and also not fulfill the requirement as represented by the authorised representative.


It has various complaints like spin basket, timer switch, drain switch, drain pipe, water pipie, gear box, belt, inner lid, loose switches, breakage wash tub, breakage of spin tub, dryer system, low quality of machine body etc.

it these circumstances there is manufacturing defects in this machine therefore it is requested that kindly replace the machine or refund the cost of machine.

This is in regard to that I have purchased washing machine in last year December which is not working properly since it's purchase and I have repeatedly complaints for its various defects because some of parts have already been changed in this year but still defective.

Sir I am using godrej appliances since last 11 years and recently purchased new refrigerator and this washing machine but this machine fails to our satisfied us and may loosing one of the customer.

It is my last request kindly replace the machine or refund the paid amount.

In these circumstances I am not able suggest any person to buy godrej appliances.


Pls do something.

I had purchased godrej EON washing machine on 01.10.2009. I had been delivered a faulty product. Since the time I bought it there were many complaints regarding this machine. In fear of no replacement of this product I decided to extend the warranty of this washing machine every two years which costed me approx. 3200 each. Now there is some fault again with the machine. The complaint has been booked on 14.10.2015, it has been 12 days now the issue hasnt been fixed. Godrej claims the part that has been the problem isnt available in the service centre. After a number of calls to godrej, They give me a number of their senior executive Ankit Mahajan - [protected] whose cell I have been trying since morning which is switched off.(A false number given by Godrej). They apparently have no solution to this problem. If they had the issue would have been resolved long time ago. The only thing bothering me is...the resale value of this product is Zero plus I have spend around Rs. 6000+ in extending warranty of this machine whose cost price was Rs. 13000. Now all I want is to get amount of the extended warranty which was extended on 01.10.2015 as there is no point in wasting money on this machine.

Hi. We had purchased a Godrej Fridge 27-july 2015 from Vijay Sales thane. After 1 months’ time we have been constantly facing issue of food getting spoilt. if we reduce the temperature of fridge then ice gets deposited on vegetables which in turn result in spoiling of vegetables. As we were told by Service center person that the model which we purchased is faulty. Arrange to replace the fridge with other model.As Fridge is under warranty. My name is mariadoss velangani from a.j. mills colony, warangal. i have purchased one godrej automaic washing m/c on 18th may 2012. from southern agencies, m.g. road, warangal. the model no; GWF 620 FSX[protected]. i regret to say that i have chosen your company brand to purchase. for the past one year its going on giving lots of problems. in december 2014 the belt in the motor has gone, we have replaced it. after 2 months the m/c stopped. when i called the machanic from southern agency one sadanandam came, checked and told me that the gear box was not working. then we have replaced. one month back again m/c stopped and the same machanic told me that the motor was not working. he has indented for a new motor but for the past one month he was telling the motor has not come, the motor is in the transport and this and that but sofar the motor has not come. he is not at all responding to my call even the agency staff telling some escuses every day but the result is my washing m/c is stopped for more than one month. if thisis the way of attending customer care your company name will be tarnished. so please instruct the concerned to attend my washing m/c immrdiately.

Purchased godrej edge refrigerator on[protected] from pittappillil agencies, pala, kottayam-dt, kerala with 10 year warranty for whole body .Unfortunately rust attacked the door . Complainte registered on[protected].With smart care service. On[protected] they replaced a differant coloured door before talked me over phone no [protected] that the same body coloured door is going to replace. I said ok. I sampath booked refrigerator on 10.10.2015 with your representative mr. Sakthivel and paid rs 500 advance. Delivery date is 12.10.2015. Still this no response has come. Manager lokesh is not attending my calls for the last 3 days. What can do for this

From starting the lower door can't open by single hand, same has informed to dealer as well as your service center/costumer care they have visited so many time to rectified but not successed. Hi, I purchase two A.C's 3 months back in Agra. The A.C's are working well but there was a part missing from both of them. The nozzle that throws the water outside is missing from both of them. After continuously following up with customer care there has been no solution yet. Every time I get to hear that the execute will be coming today or tomorrow. This is totally disappointing service from a big name like Godrej. I kindly request...

I am Beniwal my Service Call no J[protected] .Last month I faced the problem in Washing machine of not working.I am continuing facing the problem but from your side no response.As per your record on 18 /9/15 techanition visit but actually no body visit on 18/9/2015.Today I received SMS from your side is your problem solved but actually problem not solved. Godraj cheating with customer its not good. So please take action immediately.

I have UV Water purifire 3 stage-Godrej which is not working from 25/08/2015. I have logged complaint in 26/08/2015. They send Technician immediatly, but he was failed to resolve problem. I have made a call thrice on toll free no [protected] and they told me that within 4 to 5 days they will solve my purifire problem. Till the date they even dont have a spare parts of purifire. This is my second complaint which take a long time to solve . Kindly interfare in this matter.

We have been facing water drain issue since we bought this Godrej Watching machine. Waster drains out itself though washing machine is to washing mode. Every time technician comes and provide a temporary fix.But issue persists again after every few weeks. We do complaint again and technician provides the same temporary fix(adjust the water drain spring which I can do as well). Technicians have visited three or four time for the same issue. But no one could be able to fix this issue. I called up customer care department on Sunday Sept 20th 2015 and made a complaint again. I was assured a resolution by Monday and provided a complaint number D[protected]. But the funny part is no one have turned up yet with resolution. A lady called from [protected] number Monday morning and said a technician will visit and fix the problem. I waited for him entire day but no one comes then I called the lady back on the same number. She promised me call with detailed information. But she did not. Kindly go through my complaint history, you might have. Please provide me a better resolution.Please find the copy of bill in the attachment.

My Godrej A/c is not working since after the few weeks of installation. It's just been 3 months that I got it for Rs. 27900, and its not cooling from the last one an a half month. So, I lodge the complaint several times i.e. D[protected], D[protected] and D[protected] against it on 27th Aug'15 and after that too, technicians came 3 times but it is not yet not repaired. Its totally the company's fault. They company do not provide any services. I even went to the dealer but no severe action was taken.

Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I Kishan Kumar Ganeriwal is a consumer of godrej company had purchased a fully automatic washing machine from godrej company on 31/01/2015. The model no as mentioned in invoice is: 4G15M2 GWF650FC 6.5KG CAR. The Invoice no as mentioned in the bill is: 80I/93192751. The Invoice is generated or made on :31/01/2015. The above mentioned product is defective or a seconds product which is delivered to me at my door and being serviced 8 times in seven and a half months and the parts are being changed 3-4 times during the period. Currently the product contains one year warranty out of which already seven and a half months passed and the problem is again and again repeating. After taking the product when the use started within few days it is noted that the machine or product started giving troubles, noting first three problems within three months we understood that the product is defective so we started calling up the service assistance cell of godrej company several times to replace the machine but again and again the representatives of call center tells that your complaint is registered and the technician will visit you within 24 hours and will do the formalities for change of machine but when the technician visits my place he only service the machine or change the part required to change and he says your machine is ok and need not to be replaced for new machine. we r constantly complaining the costumer service cell or assistance cell but repetitively the same thing is been done, now we are frustrated with the product and calling them but again they are passing the time so that to take the product out of the warranty and they need not take any action for this because it is just the headache of the customer to take care of product and pay for repairs or amc after wards. It is my hard earned money which i invested for my comfort and need but dint expected that i need to burn my blood for a product which is of a reputed brand and make. i am in a huge pain with the product and is unable to bear the pain of the said same defective machine which company provided me and not replacing the same.i am in a suicidal position with the product. kindly look into the matter and get the company change the product. This is Ashish Tiwari from New Delhi, I would like to raise a complaint against godrej. I have purchased a GODREJ SPLIT AC GSC 18MINV WOM INVERTER A.C ON[protected]. ON[protected], I called in godrej customer care because swing machine in that particular a.c is not working and till now date i called approx 30 times but my problem is still unsolved. Complaint no. I purchased washing machine no GWT 6510 WEV in the name of my wife Atreyee Dasgupta Bera .After changing PCB on 20.5.2015 the door started disturbing and ultimately it got locked. Smartcare mechanic prescribed changing lock. My complain reference no is K[protected] dated 09.7.2015. Lock is yet to be replaced. I cannot use the machine for such a long period and have suffered a lot. Is it a blunder to repose faith on godrej ? Should I go for godrej home appliances next time ?

Every week I used to call them for the action but they used to say that the part is not available.I have made a complaint to customer care for many times for this issue.But no action taken from them. I have not seen such a worst company before. The company provides us with lower quality goods and the people working there are most irresponsible. Inspite of having my AMC, they didn't bother to turn up. So, I want to know when my issue will get resolved and get proper functioning washing Machine.I have already waited for almost 3 weeks with no solution. The members of the Kolkata team didnot bother to response. I have called Mr. Swarup Bhattacharya([protected]) repeatedly but he didnot entertain us. They should atleast affirm whether they can take any action or else I want my AMC amount along with the cost of washing machine i.e. 16000/ return back.
