Sir, in reference to the subject cited above I am very much annoyed with the service of one of your senior sales man of Godrej Smart Care of Sales man code "12843" of name "Nath".
Sir, I got a survey call from Godrej Smart Care for some product advertisement. As per that my family was willing to purchase a Micro-Wave.
We even chose one of your product, and told the above mentioned Executive to provide me a installment scheme to purchase the same. The sales man told me to boom the same with a token money of Rs 500/-. With an assurance the we will buy the product only, and only if GODREJ SMART CARE provides us with the facility of bank instalment. The booking was done under Application No.- 1792211. (dated - 7/02/2015, territory: E1, APPLIANCE SALE). With a promise that if the above condition of bank instalment is not fulfilled, we have the right to cancel the product with booking money return guarantee.
But the fact here is that I had cancelled the product the very next day, as the company executives had informed me of no Bank Installment facility.
But the above mentioned Sales man now does not attend our phone calls after several attempts ([protected]- Nath, Sales Man).
This is purely a Fraud Attempt of your employees towards your customer, as he promises and fails. And now he does not attend the calls.
IT SEEMS AS IF HE IS NOT IN A MOTIVE TO RETURN THE MONEY.
Please treat the matter as urgent.
