I bought a RT EON 260 Godrej frost free fridge on[protected] from Viveks, north usman road, T nagar. Bill no is [protected].
It was working fine till 8 months, in the month of August, we noticed some change in the cooling, in the next couple of days, it completely stopped cooling.
I made a first complaint on 13th August, call no is C[protected]. A technician called balaraman came and examined and said, the gas needs to be filled.
Then another technician called Ganesh came and he filled the gas.
It was working fine for 2 weeks, again i faced the same problem. I made second complaint on 8th September, call no is C[protected]. Again they re-filled the gas.
it worked only for a week.
On 18th September i made 3rd complaint, call no is C[protected], again balaraman technician came and he said some block was there and tomorrow they will fix it. Next Ganesh came, he said condenser has a problem and the company will call back.
When i called the service company today ( [protected] ), he says that, he expected i will call him because condenser does not comes under warranty and it can be fixed only on Monday.
I spent 21K to buy this Fridge, and now for the past 2 months, I am struggling with this Fridge, the technicians who attends the complaint are not technically stronger to identify the correct problem, and each time i had to wait at least a week to get is solved.
After spending so much money, why should i be bothered with all these issues ? I am really frustrated and fed off with the godrej Fridge and the service provided.
This is irritating me too much.
I need a replacement, I hope at least i will get a proper response.
