This is Shubham Kumar Jayswal. I have taken Microwave Oven from Godrej which turn s out to be biggest mistake of my life. The Oven is rarely used but every 2 months it has to be repaired. One fine day my oven stopped working. I gave a complaint when I was in RT nagar and Jakkur Layout. Twice in two different places and spoke to many people but the issue was never. People from Ganga Nagar Service center came and told me that the PCB is not working. However, I was 100% sure that it was an issue with Magnatron was not working as it was not heating anything. It has been 2 or more than 2 years but the issue was not fixed. I even spoke to some manager but as usual I got stupid service. Here are the detail of the people I spoke to in Ganga Nagar Service Center: Gopal: [protected]Godrej Service Center: [protected]Sudeesh: [protected]Kailash: [protected] Later, I gave a complaint again when I was in Jakkur Layout and somebody came and told me that PCB is gone. I decided to get this checked by some one else as I was sure it was magantron problem. I got it checked by my brother who owns a Electronics showroom and Service Center. He confirmed that the issue is with Magnatron. I again gave a complaint and he told some one called Vasu: [protected]. He replace the PCB but it did not work. He replaced Magnarton and still it did not work. Now the condition was more worst as it was giving short circuit int the Oven. He left stating that he will send someone else. I spoke to your call center people and they kept telling me that they will arrange a call back but that never happened. I kept calling to your call center and spoke to many managers but none of them arranged a call back number. Few of them gave me Contact number of manager of Service center MR Ramesh: [protected]. I called on this number and one lady picked the call. She told that she will check with tech and call me but that never happened. I kept calling on this number but they kept disconnecting the call. I even called the customer service again and they gave me another number which is : [protected]. I called them and they sent a technician after so much of request. Ramchandra Reddy: [protected] came to replace the magnetron. I was ready to pay the service charge but not the magnetron. I called your customer service again and spoke to the same lady supervisor who hung up the call on my face. The technician did not replace the parts as he was not informed about it. I am left out with no where to go. I am sick and tired of it. I am taking this complaint to consumer court for sure now. Thank you for the service you have given. I again got few numbers mentioned below. Vijay/Mohan: [protected]/72 (Its of no use)Arun Kannan: [protected] (He no longer works there) Dinesh Supervisor who told me to call Arun who is no longer working with Godrej. I again called on [protected] and spoke to some lady. She told that she will check and let me know but that also did not happen. She hung up the call. Priya was the person I spoke to. She said that she cannot give me service center manager number.

    I have many time complaint about my refrigerator and I have to pay charges of technician of godrej and said to me within one month any problem then call me and my technician visit without any cost .I have complaint within one month but no technician will be visited and automatic my complaint will be closed several time

      Sir, I have a four years service contract (w.e.f. 29/12/2011 to 28/12/2015) (CONTRACT APPLICATION No.1364644 -  Dated: 12/02/2011, APPLIANCE SERIAL NO. [protected]) with you for my Godrej Refrigerator. In this connection I have received three (03) “Godrej SMS” on 07/08/2014, that Mr. ADITYA KUMAR will be attending my calls (D[protected]) second SMS received on 07/08/2014 that Mr. ANKUSH JAIN will be attending my call (D[protected]) and third SMS received on 29/12/2014, that Mr. RAJEEV KUMAR will attending my call (D[protected], but till date no one has bothered to visit my residence to attend the call. This is the working condition of your prestigious company. Collect money from the customer in the name of AMC and forget your obligation. Kindly attend the call before expire the AMC. I have another AMC for my Gogrej Washing Machine (w.e.f. from 07/08/2013 to 06/08/2016) (Contract Application Form No.1644410 dt. 06/05/2013, APPLIANCE SERIAL NO.[protected].         I Vijay Kumar Gupta, bought a refrigerator of your company on 10th March 2015 from Kapila electronics, janakpuri. As mentioned to me your company personnel had promised to come next day for the installation but did not do so. When I called on customer care number for the enquiry they replied that I misbehaved with him. I am highly disappointed with your service. I am mentally upset. Please solve this matter as soon as possible otherwise i'll move to consumer court against your attitude towards your customers. Thank you

          Registered complaint on 22nd Jan 2015 with complaint no.N[protected]. It was attended only on 24thFeb after several complaints to the call centre, shut down service centres, case getting transferred to a different service centre. Microwave still not working, registered another complaint no N[protected] on the 25th. The service personal said by telephone that the part has to come from Mumbai and will come within 10 days. Still not fixed. Call centre people give Area Manager's and Regional Manager's phone numbers and they do not attend the calls. This service is really bad. I am just running in circles trying to get this product fixed and I have come to a stage where I will never buy any "GODREJ" product in my life and will post my experience in all social websites.

            Dear Customer Care, Following up on this complaint # [protected] for more than two weeks now. Every day we are being given false promises that it will be attended to and we wait the whole day at our home and no one turns up. A local service contact has been provided, but they have not been behaving trustworthy at all. They do not even have the courtesy to speak properly over the phone. Kindly provide a means to help and have the appliance repaired on priority. Thanks in Advance Binson

              I purchased RT EON 3.3 thru Godrej Direct assuming that as it is coming straight from Godrej being a premier model and is not available in retail(as per claim by the sales guy).

              I received the model today and when i checked the same, the internal cabinet were missing compared to what was shown to me in the catalogue or what was listed in product manual which came with the product. Attached images for your review.

              Items found Missing
              Freezer : Dry Fruit Bin
              Refrigerator Unit: Tilted Can Unit.

              When i tried inquiring about it, the sales guy "Praveen[protected]" dint even bothered to respond back. When i called the customer care a confirmation was given on the demo though i clearly shared that arrange for the demo only if the guy comes with missing components.

              Can i expect a revert here on prioirty. I am rechable at [protected]

              As shared, i have already raised a complaint cum a demo request for above query. I clearly shared in my call with customer care that i would like to have a demo only if the above query is resolved.

              The Complaint No. is F [protected].

              In addition, i contacted sales guy who delivered the refrigerator. Basis his version, this model doesn't really have the shared units. My question is - if the model doesn't really have those units, than why it was shown to me in catalog while selling, and why the product manual of the product have them as listed (refer. manual point 12 & 16). Its quite sad the sellers using such mediums from Godrej Direct. After which the seller dont even pick up customers call...is that what you guys call customer centricity??

              I would want the complete set which was shown to me and that is what i have paid for...
              Awaiting revert here...
              How can the complaint be resolved without a solution...its been over a month now and i have not recieved any resolution or revert from Godrej. Never expected that a brand like Godrej can be a part of such fardulent activities and also employ such sales person who over commits.

                In spite of a manufacturing defect in the product, it is surprising how non-cooperative the service team can be at Godrej. I had bought a sofa (Model: Nuo, Bill Number: 324284) on 23.09.2014. There was a manufacturing defect in the sofa and I had lodged a complaint number in January, complaint number: K[protected]. I had to call the customer care number several times before the technician actually came for inspection. However, on inspection, the technician redirected it to a service person. He was unable to repair the sofa and said that the damage is irreparable. We requested for replacement and finally it got approved by the authority. Within a period of 3 months there were damages in the sofa. So we want to opt for a better and higher range sofa from Godrej. It's strange that the consumer is willing to pay a higher price for a better model, but the authority is creating a fuss about it. It is annoying. We are a regular customer and have been buying products on a regular basis from Godrej for the past couple of years. Including a king size bed (Magnus), mattress for the same, sofa (Rio), bean bag, three-door wardrobe, etc. But the customer care and after-sales service is so pathetic. It's such a shame!

                  Registered a complaint with the godrej customer care on the 30th of December 2014 for a one year old 34 ltr microwave. The machine just stopped working. We have recieved over 10 calls and numerous messages with complaint number, the name of the representative etc.. But there has been no solution to the situation. Wanted to try this platform before registering a complaint with consumer court.

                    The service providers of Godrej smart care are horrible. I Raised a service request on 1st Jan 2015 for attending our washing machine on 3rd Jan. Filled all details in the online service request mentioning the date and time when I will be available. Got a call on 1st itself saying that they will send person. As I was busy that day, it was not possible for me that day. I again requested them on call for service on 3rd. On 3rd morning I got a call saying that they will be sending the technician by 1.30 pm. I agreed to them. But even when no one came or called, I called the service care number. They gave me one technician no. and the technician said he has not got my service request. Then after waiting for the whole day at home no one from Godrej called or turned up. On 4th I got a call from another technician asking me that he is coming. At that point of time I was around 30KM away from home and busy with some personal work. So my question is why in online service request the point is mentioned "the day and time for the technician to come". I have Appliance Protection Plan form Godrej, but when there is no proper response then what I have to do with "Appliance Protection Plan". So its my humble request to Godrej that kindly return my money which has been taken for "Appliance Protection Plan". And the worst part is I am facing the same situation for the second time.

                      Hello Team, I purchased Godrej res your help to Refrigerator on 4th Jan, 2014. For some time it worked fine Few days back i am getting problem about the door not getting completely closed due to no proper gripping. i lodged the complaint on Godrej customer care. the person visited and told that it is the issue of gripping and it will be not covered under warranty. I told why it will not be covered as it is not damaged, rotten or any other issue. Akosha Team, requires your help to resolve the issue as without gripping the refrigerator is of no use.

The technician name is "GOREGAON_ADITYA ELE-MOHD YUSUF KHAN". I want to say that the my complaint is till open and i will go to consumer forum with this if it will not be resolved immidiately.

                        I lodged a complaint, for washing Machine which is under warranty, with all relevant details at Godrej Service Centre -Jammu on Phone No. [protected] on 17/12/2014. Next day a technician was came at my home but he behaved in a very absurd manner in-lieu-of repeated requests. He was alleging me that i) why you have not given information about defect? ii) you haven't given proper address etc.etc. It was very unfortunate matter for me, in-stead, I have given all such information at the time of registering my complaint. Futher, he has handled machine very carelessly which is not good for a Company Technician. Therefore, Its my humble to avoid such type of silly technician for field service.

                          I bought a fully auto-matic washing machine from godrej company via snapdeal.com and it was not working properly since the day it got installed. I made regular complaints to the company and their technicians came to attend the calls but even after identifying the defect they did not had any action . Instead they till now keep saying we'll see to it, we'll try our best to do something, we have made reminder mail, and all. i am too fed up now. half of their technicians say your complaint s invalid, half say ya you are right we"ll see to it. yet no action has been taken. so i need your help. pleaseseek into the matter. my recent complaint no. is D[protected].

I purchased new washing machine holding model :GWF650FC, product code : 4G15M2, Serial No : [protected] on 20th Sep 2014 . I really felt bad with continuous inlet problem in the machine.                                 Worst technician service Refrigetar not cooling Dear Sir/Maam, I am one of your customers of your Godrej products, Mr. Imran Pathan from Daund dist: Pune. My registered mobile # with you is: [protected] I am your esteemed customer since years and i always wanted to be, and i was very much satisfied with all your products till my recent purchase of godrej refrigerator abt. 18-20 months ago. However iam suffering a very bad to worst technical service since then. My Refrigerator was 1st. repaired by condenser replacement by your service technician for Rs. 2800, however it worked only for 2 days, and again i suffered the same issue. I then called up your service center people, they tried to repair it thrice or four times however they were not able to fix it permantly. Now my fridge is damaged by your incompitent service technicians to such an extent that it is out of repairs, so now i want a replacement for my fridge. Therefore I am requesting you to consider this as an hot issue and solve my concern asap. before i work my case either ways!                                   I purchased GFE25T2 model on 31/1/11 I have been receiving consistent problem as it was under warrantee I would complain when the fridge stopped working they would rectify, but after warrantee period I was forced to enter AMC as it used to stop all of a sudden, I havethedatei. Details... Every time tis happens I have to find new hours help to store my food items, which is really causing agony. I need permanent solution very year when this happens the technician change the timer. I need permanent solution. This time in a year two timer has been changed... After paying for the machine, and for tha AMC too, why should I bear the brunt of handling tis defective fridge. Pl. send an technician to solve the matter permanantly

                                    I bought Godrej EON PF650 washing machine from M/s Jain Traders - Thane on 20.10.2013. On 26.10.2013 It had drain problem, attended by technician. Again on 6th & 18th June 2014 drain problem occurred. On 21st June 2014 they replaced drain motor. On 30 Sept 2014 display disappeared, they replaced PCB board. On 7th November abnormal sound started while spin operation. Now they advised for replacement of Drum assembly. I had argument with service provider for replacement of faulty machine, they advised to lodge complaint to smartcare website. I lodged complaint on 8th November to Godrej smart care through e-mail. Till now nobody has responded. The noise problem is also unattended. I want replacement or refund fro faulty machine as after two year of warranty period we cannot afford the cost of replacement of major parts. Nitin Hule

                                    I am fed up with the washing machine. Yesterday i.e. on 17.11.2014 gear box was replaced for noise problem. Today Spin operation is not

                                    taking place & washing is unidirectional. THIS IS WORST PRODUCT EVER MANUFACTURED / INVENTED BY GODREJ. I want replacement

                                    of the machine or my money back. I am also aware that this is computer generated mail & nobody is bothered to take note of my complaint. As

                                    advised by service provider when I contacted Mr. Yagnesh Panchal - ( Service manager) his mobile was switched off as expected.

                                    I will not recommend this product to anybody in fact I am sorry to say that I will warn my friends & replatives not to buy any product from

                                    GODREJ.

                                      We purchased Godrej Eon A.C on 13th march2014, and it has started having gas leakage problems. when we first complained on 15th oct 2014 and then they send an engineer, who said the A.C is having gas problems, he will have to add a can of gas, but then does not bother to show up, again after a week we complained, the engineer came and told last time he had forgotten to fill up the gas can into the AC. and now again, we are having the same problem with it, we have complained on the 4th Nov 2014, still the problem is pending. What a third class product. We demand a replacement of the AC. as they have such low quality and worst service in all India. It seems no one is cared about Godrej's name value or so. Such disappointing service. on that they dont provide us with anyones number so as to we can complain a responsible person.
