Dear sir, I bought 1.5 ton airconditioner from bajaj elctronics on June 02, 2015. I was promised by the sale executive Irfan mobile number-[protected] that they would get my ac installed by June 03, 2015.i bought this Airconditioner for senior citizen at my home who is unable to bear this June heat. I have trying to call Irfan for last 2 days but he is not picking up the call. last evening i called up the customer service and registered a request for AC installation. I was again promised by the Executive that My AC would be installed by 11AM today. Again the technician who called up last night and committed to come by 11AM today is not picking up the call. Kindly arrange to get this resolved at the earliest or i would like to return this AC and get my payment back.

    S V service center complaint no 34134 technician Nawaz This is my worst experience with this service technician person after taking the money and replacing the part the fridge is even gone to more worst condition. When contacted on phone he gives surety he will be coming to my place again and check it again to which he is not turning up at all, Very first time when he replaced the damaged part the connections were not given properly and my fridge got completely damaged and stopped working The parts which he has replaced are non standard and has charged me 3000 rupees.

      Dear Sir, I am writing this mail though I am hopeless about receiving a fruitful response. I registered a service request for my Godrej window AC on 19th May 2015. Call no. L[protected]. I received the SMS informing the expected time of service engineer to contact me. Unfortunately no one called me after 24 hours. I called back and then someone called me and fixed an appointment. The engineer came late and checked the machine. He told me that the gas had been leaked and it had to be recharged in workshop for which the machine should be transported to their place. He gave me estimate and assured that the machine will be delivered within next two days positively. He charged 300 Rs. as visiting charge and did not give me any receipt for this as he was not carrying any job sheet with him. Late night some trolley puller contacted me on phone and came to take the AC and he was also not carrying any receiving or order sheet for the same. on 22nd May I contacted the workshop and asked about the delivery of my machine. The man told me that machine had been repaired and was on trial before delivery so it might took some more time before delivery. In the evening someone called me from workshop informing that the cooling coli was also defected and needed replacement. He took my consent for replacement and assured me the prompt delivery of machine within one or two days. on 24th May when I asked again about the time of delivery he told that the cooling coli is not available to them and they are arranging it from their head office and it will be delivered soon and they will inform me within next few hours about the exact time of delivery. I waited for their phone for a long time but had not received any call. I worked Godrej customer care number again and registered my grievances to the senior authorities and received only verbal assurance that the matter would be resolved very fast. No one contacted me for next one day. On 23 I registered my complaint again to the authorities and I was given number of some Mr Ajay of Lucknow. I called him and asked the situation. He told me that it would take 4 more days for delivery of machine. Meanwhile I had a hot talk to him so he assured me a standby machine till then. on 25th May some Mr David called me and informed that they had arranged a standby AC and it would be fitted till 10 am on 26th May. I had to go for an urgent meeting but I left it as someone had to come to fit the AC. No one came. In evening at 6 pm I received a call again from Mr David and he said that it would be sent by 7.30 pm positively. Unfortunately no one came again. After wait of 5 days I called customer care again and explained the whole story and got one more verbal assurance only. Now it has been 12 days and I have to tolerate the scorching heat without any AC. I am very sorry to receive the help from Godrej. I have been a very old customer of Godrej appliances but now I am very much disapointed by the service and attitude of its personnel. I request you to kindly return my AC without repair with anote that you and your company is not able to repair a product of your company even after 2 weeks. I am very much sorry to buy a Godrej product and more sorry to trust the service from Godrej. Now I am so hopeless about the services and response of the company that I am going to start a campaign on social media against Godrej and smartcare very soon making people aware of the poorest service of company.             I have bought a godrej 1.5 ton ac from bajaj electronics at panjagutta in hyderabad..this is my second purchase of a godrej ac from them.i was surprised how under the grade service godrej offers.customer care reps who never stand up to their installation commitment..who never come on the date promised to the customer, who never pick calls when called back and use such a horrible tone when responding to the customers.i received a call from number [protected] regarding my ac installation and the person committed to me that the ac installation would be done before evening that day, but i never received any call from them nor did anyone turnup at my doorstep till late evening..when i tried to contact the same num from where i got a call from.nobody picked up my call..after several attempts a customer care representative received my call and when asked that nobody turned up to install my new ac..he vaguely replied saying that my residence dosen't come under his area and he transferred my call to another rep of a different area.when I asked him then how he called me and committed me the time..he simply said "we just said, it isnt possible, so just wait for another day for installation or ure wish" I was shocked to hear such an answer from the person..If Godrej dosent even bother about their commitments or even their customer care reps arent trained to even talk properly to their customers.I really wonder whether anybody else would even look at at buying godrej products in near future.

              I shankar b sawant take a refrigrator on5/8/10from vimal enterprises parly having 1+4 year warrenty, on23/5/14 my refrigrator can not works I call to customer care technician comes take 1500 rupees and replace compressor after that on 3/4/15 my refrigrator works poorly very low cooling, I call to customer care technician comes and said it require 2600 rupees he take 275 and went, my refrigrator can not works please help me .my cell no [protected] .

                  I had purchase godrej split AC on 13/5 and had called service centre approximately 15 times most of the time they don't attend my call and if so, they tell lie that technician will visit tomorrow- and then afternoon and then at 6-30pm after then they said that technician will just visit you and will call you for address... yet no technician visit as today is 22/5

                    I HAVE BOOKED A SPLIT AC ON 30/4 DIRECT TO THE CO AND THEY PROMISED ME TO INSTALL AC ON OR BEFORE 8/5 BUT TILL 14/5 NOBODY IN GODREJ RESPONDED MY CALL AND ON 14/5 THEY PRESSED ME THE CHANGE THE MODEL AND WHEN I AGREE TO AGAIN TILL 19TH THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE CO AND EVEN NOBODY IN THE CO IS ATTENDING MY CALL AND SERVICE CENTRE AND TOLL FREE CALL CENTRE EVEN DENYING ME THAT THEY HAVE NO CONTACT NO OF GODREJ APPLICANCES. IT IS MY WONDER THAT GODREJ BRAND IS SO POOR AND DEEF DUMB AND BLIND THAT A CUSTOMER VOICE IS NOT LISTENING TODAY OR EVEN FOR 20 DAYS. MY APPLICATION NO IS 1039129, PAYMENT MADE THROUGH THE CHE AND CLEARED IN CLEARING ON 7/5/ VERY VERY POOR COMPANY AND VERY BAD EXPERIANCE, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE THE GODREJ PRODUCT

                      I have booked multiple complaints for AC not cooling. Everytime engineer visits and checks and goes away. The gas needs to be refilled which is pending for nearly an year now. The AMC is done upto 2016 but even then there is no resolution for my AC problems. Godrej officials, Service officials donot even pickup the calls and if they do, give false assurances. I want to get this problem fixed or else I want to get compensated for my money of AMC and mental harassment I faced due to non-functionality of the AC.

                        It is very unfortunate that the concerned person in Kharagpur region Mr Dipak Ghosh is not helping us. I have bought a fully automatic washing machine two years back and it is not working now. I have registered complaint on 9th May, 2015. Till date the technician has not come. On Sunday, 10th May I received a message that the technician is unable to locate the address. But before that I did not receive any call from him to locate the address.Moreover, I stay in IIT kharagpur campus which everyone in Kharagpur knows. So it is clear that the representative had not arrived at all. I immediately complained again in the toll-free number and also spoke to Mr. Dipak Ghosh and everyone confimed on 11th atleast the machine would be repaired.                           I bought a godrej refrigerator around fourth month of 2013 and suddenly around a month later it set on fire due to which i had to loss my expensive things which were in that room because the fire went viral and spread everywhere.I had done like four complaints the numbers of those complaints are 116368, 471623, 4782272, 430058 after complaining so many times i got a call from Mr Sandeep and Mr Alok, They told me that they will exchange my refrigerator with new one and they will even pay me for the loss but that never happened they asked me for the new refrigerator but i declined the offer but now i want either the money of refrigerator or a brand new refrigerator.

                            Dear SIr, Kindly note I Mr Monoj Sarker had purchased a fully automatic Godrej EON washing machine model no. WT EON 650 PFD on 19.01.2014. At the fag end of the year of purchase the machine started giving trouble and a complaint was lodged.On 16.03.2015 the service engineer reported that the gear is defective and it needs to be replaced.The service engineer was unable to replace the gear on 24.03.2015, hence the machine was taken to the workshop on 09.04.2014 and returned on 11.04.2015 But the machine still found non functional even after the gear replacement. Again a complaint was lodged vide Call no.K[protected] on 11.04.2015.A Service Engineer was sent on 14.04.2015 .This time a fault was found with the Pulsator. We were told that the Pulsator will be replaced.But till date even after repeated reminders no action has been taken to replace the same. Hereby I request the company to take immediate action and do the needful at the earliest.                                 Hi, I am getting very fed up with my AC which I purchased 3 years back, since it installed it started discovering so many technical issues and every now and then I had to chase Godrej Service center guys and every time they had taken more than 3 days for just an initial visit. I had get my AC Gas filled by Godrej but it got drained up in one month and after calling them again they said it'll now be on chargeable basis which is due to expire in warranty, we had to pay the money for Gas filling and after that every year we are facing this Gas issue and paying handsome amount for maintaining this piece of junk. This year, we came to know that it's compressor got some issue and need immediate replacement which is under 5 year warranty, now Godrej guys are telling me that I have to pay 2600 for gas filling as compressor will out of gas once replaced, now my question is - 1) How can they ask for money for Gas as this is a part of compressor only and due to fault in compressor the Gas will be draining up. 2) If I want it to be replaced without Gas, what the problem in this ?. This is my product, I have paid for this purchase and now wanted it to be replaced without any consumable item. (In this case Gas is became a consumable item for me which is shouldn't as this is the only thing which differ AC from normal Fan, but due to technical issue with the product, I am forced to get it filled every year and spending more than 2k) I also would like to let all of you aware - 1) I had already paid more than 8 thousand to multiple AC vendors for Gas filling. Even I paid 2000 a week ago to another AC vendor for Gas filling. 2)Godrej people and technician was not able to install it properly and after assurance still my gas is getting leaked again and again. 3) This is really very pathetic, firstly we are purchasing a product with the name of Godrej as Godrej was a market leader and famous for good performance. After selling low quality and earning their profit, they still like to keep earning with this type of tacts. 4)If someone from Godrej is reading this - please stop selling cheap and low quality product, you were great in past but now you are just making fool of your customers by degrading the quality. 5) Technical staff is also not competent and made so many mistakes in my case. 6) Short of manpower.                                   Hi, we have purchased TWO - Godrej GSC 12 MINV WOM 1.05 Ton Inverter AC from Girias, Malleshwaram, Bangalore on 21-April-2015, Bill Number: FS/MSM/142. As part of purchase, free standard installation is promised by Godrej. We have called Godrej via girias for installation, with call number: N[protected]. Today (30-April-2015), Installation person (Technician) has come for installation and started putting hole into room wall, with hammer and some sort of iron rod, which in turn created a hole on wall which is very uneven and not in proper round shape. They did not use or placed Plastic Wall PIPE and CAP provided with the AC Set BOX, They Installed the copper pipes and cables on the bare chipped wall hole. They did not even cover the hole with the wall cap provided with the box. when we asked them to cover the cables with the encapsulation tap, they rejected to do the same and later did after arguments and he did not even cover the hole with while cement provided in the AC set box. They did only one AC installation and went, they keep telling that is not possible this is not possible. Technician called his boss over phone and gave to me, that person told to put proper round hole on brick wall it cost extra 2500/- rupees and he is not giving proper tools to technicians. We are very much unsatisfied with the installation and very disappointed on the our decision to go with Godrej :( Requesting Godrej to send Technicians with proper required tools and should do proper hole in the wall, else it looks very bad and ugly, again we need to search for Cement work people and close the holes in the wall. Installation in pending for one more AC, which needs additional Copper cables, for that Technician told which cost 750/- Rupees per meter, its too much, why is this so costly?? and installation stand used costed 900/- why is so costly??                                     Recently purchased and AC directly from godrej. Got the AC but no one came for 3 consecutive days for Installation.After Talking to Salil(Mumbai head) that person sent an guy and after installation we noticed the AC is defective and not cooling at all So we asked for replacement but this Culprit peoples are not refunding money neither replacing and the sale guy who came to door Mr Girish is not receiving my call. Don't buy anything from Godrej they are fraud.Instead go for LG they provide better Service.

                                      I had purchased a Ultraviolet water purifier on 09th April 2015, show room sales man (National radio electronics co. Kannur) confirmed that Godrej technician will install the same within two days. However when called on 11th they informed that technician will come on next day. This process repeated till 18th April 2015. Also I received call from Godrej call center on 18th asked the secret number, which was sent as SMS to my mobile to inform the technician once satisfactorily installed. However I didnt inform that number to the caller. Then i called Godrej customercare number [protected] and asked about the installation of the equipment. However they informed that even if the customer is purchsed the equipment on 9th April, they are not aware of that and a complaint can be registered. They didnt confrim when the equipment is going to be installed. So called manager of the call center was talking irresponsibly like the is giving the product free of cost with their kindness. This attitude of the manager of the Goderej company is not acceptable.Product of the godrej purchased by me is not with the kindness of godrej company or with the kindness of the irresponsible manager of the company. Hense I request the company to decently install the Godrej product purchased by me or take it back immediatly. I am writting this With all unhappiness and dissatisfaction and I dont want any kindness of the Godrej company or Godrej call center manager.

                                        Hi Sir I am really apologetic for bringing to your kind attention the service level of the Field staff and the Service Centre handling the same. In the Initial instance I was informed that the call shall be attended within 24 hrs of placing the reuqest I have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator on 18th Oct 2009.Being more than 5 years, I have applied for an AMC {Annual Maintenance} which is in force until 14th Nov 2015. At present since Monday 13th Apr, there is no cooling effect. Not sure of the Fault within and so all the things kept inside have got spoilt. I have raised a call with Godrej Customer Care[protected] on 15th April 2015 @ 8:30 am. The call was then diverted to the Technical Service Centre responsible for attending our area. The competency of the guys hired by Godrej for Servicing is seriously questionable Due to Power Maintenance in our area yesterday, where the Current supply is cut from 9 am to 5 pm, my father (being generous enough not to have your technician waste his time unnecessarily in traveling ) called back to the Customer care and informed them to send a Technician to attend the Refrigerator by Morning today. I received a call from Service Centre +[protected] and the staff informed that a person will be attending. She also inquired if any SMS has been sent with the CRN number and a 3 digit number, that needs to be shown to the Technicial staff. Until now (16th Apr, 8:30 pm) there is no SMS that has been received on +[protected] Call reference raised via Online :C[protected] I called up the Service Centre at 9:45 am today @ 66619989 and the person attending the call informed that the Area technician in not well and hence another technician, who was looking at Kelambakkam area shall be sent by evening or else as first on Friday . To make sure I insisted her to send by today evening lest to avoid any further delay. The Service Centre person called and informed y Father on +[protected] that a technician will be calling and attending.Since there was no call until 7:15 today I made a follow up call and asked the current status. I was informed that the Field staff shall be attending only tomorrow.Since I have official commitments, it shall be good if I can have the technician attend before 10 am on 17th Apr 2015. I am afraid if the technician takas so much time even to check and confirm what is the issue, not sure how much time it shall take thereafter for rectification.
