It is very unfortunate that the concerned person in Kharagpur region Mr Dipak Ghosh is not helping us. I have bought a fully automatic washing machine two years back and it is not working now. I have registered complaint on 9th May, 2015. Till date the technician has not come. On Sunday, 10th May I received a message that the technician is unable to locate the address. But before that I did not receive any call from him to locate the address.Moreover, I stay in IIT kharagpur campus which everyone in Kharagpur knows. So it is clear that the representative had not arrived at all. I immediately complained again in the toll-free number and also spoke to Mr. Dipak Ghosh and everyone confimed on 11th atleast the machine would be repaired. But till now, neither I have received any call from them, neither got the service.
