Hello There, I have purchased a fully automatic washing machine (Godrej) (bill # 24804 ) from Vasanth and CO on June 13th 2015 and they said that the technicians from Godrej would arrive the next day, but they haven't come yet. In-spite of many reminders to Vasanth & CO and to the Godrej service center there were no proper response from either side. I might have called Vasanth & CO for at-least 10 times and the Godrej office for 10 times, but vain. We both are working couple, we both put permission in the office till 2pm and waited the whole week for the technicians to come provide a Demo. We heard great about Vasanth & CO and Godrej, however, the experience was just opposite. I really regret this and never recommend the above said companies to any of my friends or family.     some reference number of complaint---z[protected], z[protected], Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have purchased the product (Godrej Edge digi 241 pds refrigerator) on 18th may 2015. when i set the refrigerator then it was a defected piece of refrigerator. then i put the first complaint, but didn't get any solution again put the complaint due to many problem in refrigerator and i was saying regularly to replace this refrigerator.. bcoz i am getting the problem from 3rd day of purchasing date.. i made many complaint. but till now not getting any solution..and I talked to many senior authority first bareilly service center head (vivek chouhan), then bareilly Area manager (nagendra) then alok and then senior department deputy manager ghaziabad (prabhat). from starting i am getting cooling problem and parts damaged but till now neither parts are replaced nor getting better solution for cooling. first time vivek changed pcu board and then service engineer changed overload changes but again getting same problem sometimes randomly my refrigerator's cooling has been finished suddenly and all the ice melted down and Bareilly Area manager (Nagendra -[protected]) is not providing better services and i want to replace my refrigerator and saying that you can take any action...so sir plz guide what to do for replacing my refrigerator. contact person of godrej- Bareilly service center head --vivek chouhan--[protected] Bareilly Area Manager -- Nagendra --[protected] Godrej ALok ghaziabad --Alok --[protected] Senior Department Deputy Manager --[protected] I want replacement because from first day I am getting problem..and firstly talk to Nagendra Area manager..and any how i want replacement bcoz till now one month not completed and getting many problem from first day of purchased and parts also damaged one month is going to completed but till now parts also has not been changed.       washing machine has NOT been WORKING PROPERLY since the DAY WE PURCHASED it. everytime we COMPLAIN they send people to repair it, who open it, does something in it and say we will fix it the NEXT DAY. then they MESSAGE us the next day saying that the PROBLEM has been FIXED. we have to REOPEN IT AGAIN. it has been 6 MONTHS and they have send four people now.

      the technician did arrive. he told us that it was the problem with flowrate to the washing machine. but problem still occurs when the flow rate is high. so what now?

          06/11/2015 Hi All, This is to inform you that I have purchased an AC from Sham Lal & Company, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi 110010 on 19th Apr 2015 Inv. No. SLC/2015-16/RI-279. Since then I am facing issues with the product, initially when they delivered the AC, after installation it was creating a weird sound, which after diagnostic found that the fan inside it was broken and after 2 days of struggle it was replaced by the company representative. Sooner as I started using the product, I started suffering with another defect; the water was splashing out from the back, even after proper water outlet and setup was done by the Godrej technician itself. I complained it to the concerned dept. They send another technician, who informed me that it is a product defect and it is designed in such a way that water splashing would give extra cooling to the temp inside room. (Seems like an escape route for him as he was unable to find a solution for this problem). Now it has become a pain for me, I am living on the 1st floor and my neighbors living downstairs started complaining about the water draining in their front yard. The water flow is so high that now they are complaining to the resident authorities. This purchase has become a new burden for me. Even after paying 25k for the AC, I am feeling cheated and no-one in the company is providing any solution to my problem. I had talked to Godrej Technician named “Arun”, who told me that this is the way product has been designed and he can’t do anything, advised me to purchase a tray from a local market as a work around. Later I discussed with Godrej Customer care, who provided me the number for Mr. Sanjay Rawat (Delhi head.), who said he is only looking for south Delhi and can’t help it. He gave me another number for Mr. Vishakh (Manager – North zone), who said he has many other customers to talk. He has more than[protected] customers and he cannot listen to me. He gave me his email id and said will get back to me, which he never did. In the overall scenario, I would blame the product, the staff (Technician and Managers), company and retailer who didn’t explained me this added feature of extra cooling. I am done with all these follow ups now and finally I think I should seek any legal advice, Thus I am writing this with a hope for assistance from you!             Fridge Gas Leak: Faulty pipe line

            I have two a door Godrej BIOS fridge bought 21/2 years back. Last week the fridge stopped cooling. I logged a complaint on the 24 Hr help line and a technician visited us the next day. He ascertained that the gas has leaked out. The fridge had been standing on the same spot for two years, so it was difficult to believe it. Any case the visiting charge of Rs375 was paid and the the next day another technician came and charged the gas for Rs900/-....

            Godrej 12FG6 1Ton 5 star Rating AC bad product and service There is no cooling on above 40 degree after take 1 hour time for normal cooling. I was purchase ac on 3 march 2015 I am using 45 day 1) after 45 day water LEAKAGE problem . water fall on my bed . 2)customer care also great there is no response from 48 hour . 48 hour is max response time 3)Amir khar also great which make advertisement for him(worst actor) 4)ac take less voltage but less cooling 5) u irritate from that ac so bad response form new ac as well as customer care Do't go for it take only LG, Volta and other brand ac.

              Hi Sir/Madam, We bought Godrej Eon 300 Litres refrigerator in 2009. We are facing trouble 5-6 times when it is not working.                 Dear Sir, My name is Rabin Krishna Ghosal, Santoshpur, Kolkata 75, I'm booked one number 240ltr RT EON 240P 2.3 refrigerator (carbon leaf - under bajaj finance emi scheme) and one number water purifier GP 200 (cash on delivery scheme) dated 2nd june 2015 on free godrej camp. Your sales representative Mr Amar Ch Bhunia and Mr Arindam Mondal booking and receive rs 2000 by cheque for advance payement terms andcommitted that product is delivery within 7days. Bajaj finance approved my loan on 6th june 2015. I am informed your senior sales executive Mr Arun Mahapatra for the same and he assured us that those products will deliver on 9th june 2015. But after 9th june he told us that the carbon.leaf color not available and he again sent his junior Mr Arindam Mondal to my house for changes the booklet, and again he confirm us that the delivery will come on 12th june 2015. Now the most horrible thing is today your delivery man come to my house only refrigerator and claim full amount . When I telling the why I am pay the full amount because this product book by bajaj finance emi scheme those delivery people also surprised. They talk to Mr Mondal and Mr Mahapatra and they return new refrigerator again. So I am really hopeless for this type of service. I WANT TO CANCEL ALL ORDER. So please advice and help for the same.                   We have a refrigerator, 25 years old which was repaired last year and compressor was changed. And now it is not working again from last 8 days and compressor is within warranty period. I have booked a complain with your company on 10th June, 2015 and complain no.is F[protected]. Service provider came and said that compressor will be changed and gas will be refilled and charges will have to be paid for gas refilling. Charges told by them is very high. Last year Rs. 700 were charged and now they are telling Rs.1200 will be charged. technician told Rs.1125 will be charged including service charges and their head told Rs.1200 will be charged excluding service charges. And when we told him that technician told different charges, he replied so rudely. And they also told that warranty period for Gas will be provided for 3 months only. Complaint is still pending and service provider has charged visiting charges from us also. And we have received a message also that "complaint is completed", but it is still pending.                         I had purchased your product STORWEL MODEL -2, from your franchisee - godrej interior in thousand lights, chennai on 4th June 2015. On purchasing I had paid an additional 300 rs for the storwel legs. This was promised to be sent with my wardrobe on the day on delivery (6/6/15). On receiving the wardrobe, the delivery person informs me that he was not aware of the billing of the legs and as such it should have been provided to me on the day of purchase. I immediately called to the shop just to receive a very rude and irresponsible from the sales executive Ms. Ranjeetha. I was very unhappy with her response and at a loss of 300 rs. The wardrobe is very heavy and I cannot fix it by myself. I hope you take this complaint seriously and do the needful

                          Dear sir, I bought 1.5 ton airconditioner from bajaj elctronics on June 02, 2015. I was promised by the sale executive Irfan mobile number-[protected] that they would get my ac installed by June 03, 2015.i bought this Airconditioner for senior citizen at my home who is unable to bear this June heat. I have trying to call Irfan for last 2 days but he is not picking up the call. last evening i called up the customer service and registered a request for AC installation. I was again promised by the Executive that My AC would be installed by 11AM today. Again the technician who called up last night and committed to come by 11AM today is not picking up the call. Kindly arrange to get this resolved at the earliest or i would like to return this AC and get my payment back.

                            S V service center complaint no 34134 technician Nawaz This is my worst experience with this service technician person after taking the money and replacing the part the fridge is even gone to more worst condition. When contacted on phone he gives surety he will be coming to my place again and check it again to which he is not turning up at all, Very first time when he replaced the damaged part the connections were not given properly and my fridge got completely damaged and stopped working The parts which he has replaced are non standard and has charged me 3000 rupees.

                              Dear Sir, I am writing this mail though I am hopeless about receiving a fruitful response. I registered a service request for my Godrej window AC on 19th May 2015. Call no. L[protected]. I received the SMS informing the expected time of service engineer to contact me. Unfortunately no one called me after 24 hours. I called back and then someone called me and fixed an appointment. The engineer came late and checked the machine. He told me that the gas had been leaked and it had to be recharged in workshop for which the machine should be transported to their place. He gave me estimate and assured that the machine will be delivered within next two days positively. He charged 300 Rs. as visiting charge and did not give me any receipt for this as he was not carrying any job sheet with him. Late night some trolley puller contacted me on phone and came to take the AC and he was also not carrying any receiving or order sheet for the same. on 22nd May I contacted the workshop and asked about the delivery of my machine. The man told me that machine had been repaired and was on trial before delivery so it might took some more time before delivery. In the evening someone called me from workshop informing that the cooling coli was also defected and needed replacement. He took my consent for replacement and assured me the prompt delivery of machine within one or two days. on 24th May when I asked again about the time of delivery he told that the cooling coli is not available to them and they are arranging it from their head office and it will be delivered soon and they will inform me within next few hours about the exact time of delivery. I waited for their phone for a long time but had not received any call. I worked Godrej customer care number again and registered my grievances to the senior authorities and received only verbal assurance that the matter would be resolved very fast. No one contacted me for next one day. On 23 I registered my complaint again to the authorities and I was given number of some Mr Ajay of Lucknow. I called him and asked the situation. He told me that it would take 4 more days for delivery of machine. Meanwhile I had a hot talk to him so he assured me a standby machine till then. on 25th May some Mr David called me and informed that they had arranged a standby AC and it would be fitted till 10 am on 26th May. I had to go for an urgent meeting but I left it as someone had to come to fit the AC. No one came. In evening at 6 pm I received a call again from Mr David and he said that it would be sent by 7.30 pm positively. Unfortunately no one came again. After wait of 5 days I called customer care again and explained the whole story and got one more verbal assurance only. Now it has been 12 days and I have to tolerate the scorching heat without any AC. I am very sorry to receive the help from Godrej. I have been a very old customer of Godrej appliances but now I am very much disapointed by the service and attitude of its personnel. I request you to kindly return my AC without repair with anote that you and your company is not able to repair a product of your company even after 2 weeks. I am very much sorry to buy a Godrej product and more sorry to trust the service from Godrej. Now I am so hopeless about the services and response of the company that I am going to start a campaign on social media against Godrej and smartcare very soon making people aware of the poorest service of company.                                     I have bought a godrej 1.5 ton ac from bajaj electronics at panjagutta in hyderabad..this is my second purchase of a godrej ac from them.i was surprised how under the grade service godrej offers.customer care reps who never stand up to their installation commitment..who never come on the date promised to the customer, who never pick calls when called back and use such a horrible tone when responding to the customers.i received a call from number [protected] regarding my ac installation and the person committed to me that the ac installation would be done before evening that day, but i never received any call from them nor did anyone turnup at my doorstep till late evening..when i tried to contact the same num from where i got a call from.nobody picked up my call..after several attempts a customer care representative received my call and when asked that nobody turned up to install my new ac..he vaguely replied saying that my residence dosen't come under his area and he transferred my call to another rep of a different area.when I asked him then how he called me and committed me the time..he simply said "we just said, it isnt possible, so just wait for another day for installation or ure wish" I was shocked to hear such an answer from the person..If Godrej dosent even bother about their commitments or even their customer care reps arent trained to even talk properly to their customers.I really wonder whether anybody else would even look at at buying godrej products in near future.

                                      I shankar b sawant take a refrigrator on5/8/10from vimal enterprises parly having 1+4 year warrenty, on23/5/14 my refrigrator can not works I call to customer care technician comes take 1500 rupees and replace compressor after that on 3/4/15 my refrigrator works poorly very low cooling, I call to customer care technician comes and said it require 2600 rupees he take 275 and went, my refrigrator can not works please help me .my cell no [protected] .
