Hi, I am getting very fed up with my AC which I purchased 3 years back, since it installed it started discovering so many technical issues and every now and then I had to chase Godrej Service center guys and every time they had taken more than 3 days for just an initial visit. I had get my AC Gas filled by Godrej but it got drained up in one month and after calling them again they said it'll now be on chargeable basis which is due to expire in warranty, we had to pay the money for Gas filling and after that every year we are facing this Gas issue and paying handsome amount for maintaining this piece of junk. This year, we came to know that it's compressor got some issue and need immediate replacement which is under 5 year warranty, now Godrej guys are telling me that I have to pay 2600 for gas filling as compressor will out of gas once replaced, now my question is - 1) How can they ask for money for Gas as this is a part of compressor only and due to fault in compressor the Gas will be draining up. 2) If I want it to be replaced without Gas, what the problem in this ?. This is my product, I have paid for this purchase and now wanted it to be replaced without any consumable item. (In this case Gas is became a consumable item for me which is shouldn't as this is the only thing which differ AC from normal Fan, but due to technical issue with the product, I am forced to get it filled every year and spending more than 2k) I also would like to let all of you aware - 1) I had already paid more than 8 thousand to multiple AC vendors for Gas filling. Even I paid 2000 a week ago to another AC vendor for Gas filling. 2)Godrej people and technician was not able to install it properly and after assurance still my gas is getting leaked again and again. 3) This is really very pathetic, firstly we are purchasing a product with the name of Godrej as Godrej was a market leader and famous for good performance. After selling low quality and earning their profit, they still like to keep earning with this type of tacts. 4)If someone from Godrej is reading this - please stop selling cheap and low quality product, you were great in past but now you are just making fool of your customers by degrading the quality. 5) Technical staff is also not competent and made so many mistakes in my case. 6) Short of manpower.     Hi, we have purchased TWO - Godrej GSC 12 MINV WOM 1.05 Ton Inverter AC from Girias, Malleshwaram, Bangalore on 21-April-2015, Bill Number: FS/MSM/142. As part of purchase, free standard installation is promised by Godrej. We have called Godrej via girias for installation, with call number: N[protected]. Today (30-April-2015), Installation person (Technician) has come for installation and started putting hole into room wall, with hammer and some sort of iron rod, which in turn created a hole on wall which is very uneven and not in proper round shape. They did not use or placed Plastic Wall PIPE and CAP provided with the AC Set BOX, They Installed the copper pipes and cables on the bare chipped wall hole. They did not even cover the hole with the wall cap provided with the box. when we asked them to cover the cables with the encapsulation tap, they rejected to do the same and later did after arguments and he did not even cover the hole with while cement provided in the AC set box. They did only one AC installation and went, they keep telling that is not possible this is not possible. Technician called his boss over phone and gave to me, that person told to put proper round hole on brick wall it cost extra 2500/- rupees and he is not giving proper tools to technicians. We are very much unsatisfied with the installation and very disappointed on the our decision to go with Godrej :( Requesting Godrej to send Technicians with proper required tools and should do proper hole in the wall, else it looks very bad and ugly, again we need to search for Cement work people and close the holes in the wall. Installation in pending for one more AC, which needs additional Copper cables, for that Technician told which cost 750/- Rupees per meter, its too much, why is this so costly?? and installation stand used costed 900/- why is so costly??       Recently purchased and AC directly from godrej. Got the AC but no one came for 3 consecutive days for Installation.After Talking to Salil(Mumbai head) that person sent an guy and after installation we noticed the AC is defective and not cooling at all So we asked for replacement but this Culprit peoples are not refunding money neither replacing and the sale guy who came to door Mr Girish is not receiving my call. Don't buy anything from Godrej they are fraud.Instead go for LG they provide better Service.

        I had purchased a Ultraviolet water purifier on 09th April 2015, show room sales man (National radio electronics co. Kannur) confirmed that Godrej technician will install the same within two days. However when called on 11th they informed that technician will come on next day. This process repeated till 18th April 2015. Also I received call from Godrej call center on 18th asked the secret number, which was sent as SMS to my mobile to inform the technician once satisfactorily installed. However I didnt inform that number to the caller. Then i called Godrej customercare number [protected] and asked about the installation of the equipment. However they informed that even if the customer is purchsed the equipment on 9th April, they are not aware of that and a complaint can be registered. They didnt confrim when the equipment is going to be installed. So called manager of the call center was talking irresponsibly like the is giving the product free of cost with their kindness. This attitude of the manager of the Goderej company is not acceptable.Product of the godrej purchased by me is not with the kindness of godrej company or with the kindness of the irresponsible manager of the company. Hense I request the company to decently install the Godrej product purchased by me or take it back immediatly. I am writting this With all unhappiness and dissatisfaction and I dont want any kindness of the Godrej company or Godrej call center manager.

          Hi Sir I am really apologetic for bringing to your kind attention the service level of the Field staff and the Service Centre handling the same. In the Initial instance I was informed that the call shall be attended within 24 hrs of placing the reuqest I have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator on 18th Oct 2009.Being more than 5 years, I have applied for an AMC {Annual Maintenance} which is in force until 14th Nov 2015. At present since Monday 13th Apr, there is no cooling effect. Not sure of the Fault within and so all the things kept inside have got spoilt. I have raised a call with Godrej Customer Care[protected] on 15th April 2015 @ 8:30 am. The call was then diverted to the Technical Service Centre responsible for attending our area. The competency of the guys hired by Godrej for Servicing is seriously questionable Due to Power Maintenance in our area yesterday, where the Current supply is cut from 9 am to 5 pm, my father (being generous enough not to have your technician waste his time unnecessarily in traveling ) called back to the Customer care and informed them to send a Technician to attend the Refrigerator by Morning today. I received a call from Service Centre +[protected] and the staff informed that a person will be attending. She also inquired if any SMS has been sent with the CRN number and a 3 digit number, that needs to be shown to the Technicial staff. Until now (16th Apr, 8:30 pm) there is no SMS that has been received on +[protected] Call reference raised via Online :C[protected] I called up the Service Centre at 9:45 am today @ 66619989 and the person attending the call informed that the Area technician in not well and hence another technician, who was looking at Kelambakkam area shall be sent by evening or else as first on Friday . To make sure I insisted her to send by today evening lest to avoid any further delay. The Service Centre person called and informed y Father on +[protected] that a technician will be calling and attending.Since there was no call until 7:15 today I made a follow up call and asked the current status. I was informed that the Field staff shall be attending only tomorrow.Since I have official commitments, it shall be good if I can have the technician attend before 10 am on 17th Apr 2015. I am afraid if the technician takas so much time even to check and confirm what is the issue, not sure how much time it shall take thereafter for rectification.

            I have raised a complaint on 25-Mar-2015, the technician visited after 2 days and told that Gas need to be filled and the concern person will visit you tomorrow. But till today no one has visit for gas filling. We have taken your AMC and you are treating your customers like this. Again on 6-Apr-2015 I have raised the concern but no response. Waiting for the resolution ASAP.

              I had purchased a double door refrigerator . The door handle was broken a year back launched the complaint but issue was not resolved. Last month again I contacted the customer care and launched the complaint . Till date I contacted them almost 10-15 times but they have not replaced the handle yet.

              Till date the issue has not been resolved

              The last complaint that I have launched (The complaint No. is 790231).
              Last Time the customer care people gave me the area heads No. Mr. Ashish Ratan. He assured me that within couple of days he will make sure that the new handle will be put in place or if required they will change the door.I contacted him 3-4 times But, till date the issue is not been resolved.

              Today when I contacted him he said He left the Job.

              Again I contacted the customer care. Now they are saying the product is out of warranty.

              I have already paid the visiting charges to the technician in the month of March, but issue was not resolved. Now the customer care people are saying I have to launch a new complaint as it is more then a month and again I have to pay the visiting charges to the Technician.If the issue has not been resolved why I'll pay charges again and again.

              They Have not given me the new Complaint No. and said they will come back in half an hour and will contact me

I am a customer of godrej company all my home appliances from godrej compnay only, but from past four months onwads my lcd tv remote not working, regarding this i spoken to godrej customercare executive with [protected]. But he simply registered a query and told me that we will send our technician to u r home. But till now any one of godrej technician not yet visited my address and which i have been submitted to customer care. As a godrej customer i am expecting call from godrej to my [protected] number.

                  sir, Godrej Applince hasnot given diwali offer gift {jmg maharaja} by lucknow office as per written commitment after purchase of fridge.After lodging complaint [protected]@godrej.com replied through email on 19th Nov.2014 on my request no.29957 and Ms. Subia Momin replied through request no.29958 that they are working on my complaint and forwarded my complaint to Lucknow office to Mr. M.J.Rafat, Associate Manager Direct Sales Appliance Divison-LUCKNOW, which is creating this problem.Mr. Rafat told me through email that JMG are in transit and it receive by 8th December2014 and he will deliver it as soon as he receive it.But that day colud not come till today.About this problem I have send two letters to mumbai office and Lucknow office on 3-3-2015 through registered post no.A RU[protected]IN and Speed Post No.EU[protected]IN.I have not receive any positive responce from Both Offices of Godrej.How this company is tolerating this type of Associate Manager Direct Sales Appliance Divison-LUCKNOW which has no responsibility of his comany's reputation and consumers are facing this type of superficial problems.

                    Fantastic sales pitch: "You will be drinking purified water from tomorrow" After booking it on the same day.It took 8(6 working) days to process the order. Wrong installation: The competency of the guys hired by Godrej for installation is seriously questionable. First the guy asked us to get a "T" installed on the tap for water purifier. Which we did.Turns out the product came with the "T" itself. So he replaced the previously installed "T". And bravo it started leaking. The previous installation didn't had any leaking problem (since we were using the tap water while the guy came around for installation 4 days from date of invoice ). Faulty Product:I am not sure if the product is faulty or its installation mistake but the water purifier works even when there is no power supply. Water simply flows through the water purifier when there is no power supply. On queried about the functioning of the product the guy didn't answer any queries. Bitterly disappointed in the service offered by Godrej. Having previously used Godrej washing machine and Refrigerator went with the same brand name. But it turned out to be a mistake.

                      sir, i had booked a washing machine from ur sales person. After delivery of product they assured me to send the service engg. next day, they took my old washing machine as a exchange on 17/03/2015. but till date no service engg. has came for installation & 2 days dirty clothes are laying as it is. i call ur persons to take care of it, but nobody came till date. kindly send the service engg asearly as possible.

                        This is Shubham Kumar Jayswal. I have taken Microwave Oven from Godrej which turn s out to be biggest mistake of my life. The Oven is rarely used but every 2 months it has to be repaired. One fine day my oven stopped working. I gave a complaint when I was in RT nagar and Jakkur Layout. Twice in two different places and spoke to many people but the issue was never. People from Ganga Nagar Service center came and told me that the PCB is not working. However, I was 100% sure that it was an issue with Magnatron was not working as it was not heating anything. It has been 2 or more than 2 years but the issue was not fixed. I even spoke to some manager but as usual I got stupid service. Here are the detail of the people I spoke to in Ganga Nagar Service Center: Gopal: [protected]Godrej Service Center: [protected]Sudeesh: [protected]Kailash: [protected] Later, I gave a complaint again when I was in Jakkur Layout and somebody came and told me that PCB is gone. I decided to get this checked by some one else as I was sure it was magantron problem. I got it checked by my brother who owns a Electronics showroom and Service Center. He confirmed that the issue is with Magnatron. I again gave a complaint and he told some one called Vasu: [protected]. He replace the PCB but it did not work. He replaced Magnarton and still it did not work. Now the condition was more worst as it was giving short circuit int the Oven. He left stating that he will send someone else. I spoke to your call center people and they kept telling me that they will arrange a call back but that never happened. I kept calling to your call center and spoke to many managers but none of them arranged a call back number. Few of them gave me Contact number of manager of Service center MR Ramesh: [protected]. I called on this number and one lady picked the call. She told that she will check with tech and call me but that never happened. I kept calling on this number but they kept disconnecting the call. I even called the customer service again and they gave me another number which is : [protected]. I called them and they sent a technician after so much of request. Ramchandra Reddy: [protected] came to replace the magnatron. I was ready to pay the service charge but not the magnatron. I called your customer service again and spoke to the same lady supervisor who hung up the call on my face. The technician did not replace the parts as he was not informed about it. I am left out with no where to go. I am sick and tired of it. I am taking this complaint to consumer court for sure now. Thank you for the service you have given. I again got few numbers mentioned below. Vijay/Mohan: [protected]/72 (Its of no use)Arun Kannan: [protected] (He no longer works there) Dinesh Supervisor who told me to call Arun who is no longer working with Godrej. I again called on [protected] and spoke to some lady. She told that she will check and let me know but that also did not happen. She hung up the call. Priya was the person I spoke to. She said that she cannot give me service center manager number.

                              Sir, I have a four years service contract (w.e.f. 29/12/2011 to 28/12/2015) (CONTRACT APPLICATION No.1364644 -  Dated: 12/02/2011, APPLIANCE SERIAL NO. [protected]) with you for my Godrej Refrigerator. In this connection I have received three (03) “Godrej SMS” on 07/08/2014, that Mr. ADITYA KUMAR will be attending my calls (D[protected]) second SMS received on 07/08/2014 that Mr. ANKUSH JAIN will be attending my call (D[protected]) and third SMS received on 29/12/2014, that Mr. RAJEEV KUMAR will attending my call (D[protected], but till date no one has bothered to visit my residence to attend the call. This is the working condition of your prestigious company. Collect money from the customer in the name of AMC and forget your obligation. Kindly attend the call before expire the AMC. I have another AMC for my Gogrej Washing Machine (w.e.f. from 07/08/2013 to 06/08/2016) (Contract Application Form No.1644410 dt. 06/05/2013, APPLIANCE SERIAL NO.[protected].                                 I Vijay Kumar Gupta, bought a refrigerator of your company on 10th March 2015 from Kapila electronics, janakpuri. As mentioned to me your company personnel had promised to come next day for the installation but did not do so. When I called on customer care number for the enquiry they replied that I misbehaved with him. I am highly disappointed with your service. I am mentally upset. Please solve this matter as soon as possible otherwise i'll move to consumer court against your attitude towards your customers. Thank you

                                  Registered complaint on 22nd Jan 2015 with complaint no.N[protected]. It was attended only on 24thFeb after several complaints to the call centre, shut down service centres, case getting transferred to a different service centre. Microwave still not working, registered another complaint no N[protected] on the 25th. The service personal said by telephone that the part has to come from Mumbai and will come within 10 days. Still not fixed. Call centre people give Area Manager's and Regional Manager's phone numbers and they do not attend the calls. This service is really bad. I am just running in circles trying to get this product fixed and I have come to a stage where I will never buy any "GODREJ" product in my life and will post my experience in all social websites.

                                    Dear Customer Care, Following up on this complaint # [protected] for more than two weeks now. Every day we are being given false promises that it will be attended to and we wait the whole day at our home and no one turns up. A local service contact has been provided, but they have not been behaving trustworthy at all. They do not even have the courtesy to speak properly over the phone.                                       I purchased RT EON 3.3 thru Godrej Direct assuming that as it is coming straight from Godrej being a premier model and is not available in retail(as per claim by the sales guy).

                                      I received the model today and when i checked the same, the internal cabinet were missing compared to what was shown to me in the catalogue or what was listed in product manual which came with the product. Attached images for your review.

                                      Freezer : Dry Fruit Bin
                                      Refrigerator Unit: Tilted Can Unit.

                                      When i tried inquiring about it, the sales guy "Praveen[protected]" dint even bothered to respond back. When i called the customer care a confirmation was given on the demo though i clearly shared that arrange for the demo only if the guy comes with missing components.

                                      Can i expect a revert here on prioirty. I am rechable at [protected]

                                      As shared, i have already raised a complaint cum a demo request for above query. I clearly shared in my call with customer care that i would like to have a demo only if the above query is resolved.

                                      The Complaint No. is F [protected].

                                      In addition, i contacted sales guy who delivered the refrigerator. Basis his version, this model doesn't really have the shared units. My question is - if the model doesn't really have those units, than why it was shown to me in catalog while selling, and why the product manual of the product have them as listed (refer. manual point 12 & 16). Its quite sad the sellers using such mediums from Godrej Direct. After which the seller dont even pick up customers call...is that what you guys call customer centricity??

                                      I would want the complete set which was shown to me and that is what i have paid for...
                                      Awaiting revert here...
                                      How can the complaint be resolved without a solution...its been over a month now and i have not recieved any resolution or revert from Godrej. Never expected that a brand like Godrej can be a part of such fardulent activities and also employ such sales person who over commits.

                                        In spite of a manufacturing defect in the product, it is surprising how non-cooperative the service team can be at Godrej. I had bought a sofa (Model: Nuo, Bill Number: 324284) on 23.09.2014. There was a manufacturing defect in the sofa and I had lodged a complaint number in January, complaint number: K[protected]. I had to call the customer care number several times before the technician actually came for inspection. However, on inspection, the technician redirected it to a service person. He was unable to repair the sofa and said that the damage is irreparable. We requested for replacement and finally it got approved by the authority. Within a period of 3 months there were damages in the sofa. So we want to opt for a better and higher range sofa from Godrej. It's strange that the consumer is willing to pay a higher price for a better model, but the authority is creating a fuss about it. It is annoying. We are a regular customer and have been buying products on a regular basis from Godrej for the past couple of years. Including a king size bed (Magnus), mattress for the same, sofa (Rio), bean bag, three-door wardrobe, etc. But the customer care and after-sales service is so pathetic. It's such a shame!
