I had bought a godrej split AC on 29th of may 2014 from seals india, ahmedabad, gujarat. Since that this AC heaving a problem with gas leakage. I complaint 3 time in last 5 months. But the issue is same, last complaint i made on 22nd of Oct. Your service engineer said that issue is same with gas problem, they took my AC for replacement of some parts. Today is 11th November and still my AC is with you people. Yesterday I call your service manager Mr Irfan and he give me answer that your AC is in spacial case so it will take 3 to 4 more days. They promise me that they will come and fit my AC last week on Wednesday. I had talk your both service manager in ahmedabad Mr irfan and Mr Mukesh both are lying to me. Yestarday I call to your customer care no which is[protected] for two time and your customer care exucative told me some will call me in 15 min to talk to me regarding this issue. But yet i have not receive any call from your side. Now i think to solve this issue i need to go for consumer court to get justice. Thank You

Dear Sir, my split ac is not working so registered my complaint on your toll free no on 7/3/15 but still my problem is not solve. Sir we parches some things for our comfort and when we are not getting its benefits then the irritation take place so it is my kind request to you solve my problem as early as possible

    I purchased Godrej eon washing machine 650 PF from M/s Jain traders on 12.10.2013. On 22.10.2013 Machine had drain problem. M/s Mansi Ent. attended the problem saying setting error. Same problem occurred on7.6.2013, 18.6.2013 & 21.6.2014. They replaced drain motor. On 1.10.2014 display of machine disappeared, they replaced PCB board. yesterday today i.e.8.11.2014 error E3 started appearing frequently & abnormal sound started while drying operation. Now they will replace mechanical assembly. I want to replace the faulty machine with new one as after two years of warranty period we cannot afford to pay for these major repairs.

    Change of washing machine

    My washing machine has not been repaired by your Technician Last 1 and half month. My complaint is still pending from 1 and half month.
    Your Product - Semi auto washing machine repairable within 2 and half years. This is not good for your company.
    Pls. do needfull and Change my Washing machine otherwise I'll go to consumer court.

      Sir/Madam, I had purchased one Microwave machine (Rs.10, 260) and fully automatic washing machine (Rs.15, 940) on 09.08.2014 through your salesman Mr.Bappa Dey (Code:2624 and Contact No.[protected]) vide order booking application no.1796525. At the time of booking order your saleman promised to give one Bajaj Iron and one Laundry bag as gift alongwith the delivery and the same was recorded on the order booking application. Both the Microwave machine and Washing machine was delivered on 11.08.2014 against cash payments. However, the gift items were never delivered. I requested your salesman Mr. Bappa Dey a number of times over phone and each time he assured to deliver the gift items very shortly.Since almost three months had already been passed away since the purchase of products, I request you to look into the matter to ensure that the gift items are delivered to me at the earliest without any further delay.         I'm Saket Shukla. I have purchased 2 Godrej Split ACs of 2.0 TON (3*) capacity from Sargam Electronics on and around April'14 . One of the Split AC is having issues (Not Cooling) from the day I purchased it and raised 5-6 complaints regarding the same, Every time technician comes and fill in the gas.It cools for 1 day to two and same problem comes again. I have raised the point that this is faulty product delivered to me and asked for replacement but Godrej service executive never gave any positive response. I wrote the same issue to Godrej around 2 months back about the ACs. On which I got assurance from Mr. Ravi Sethi (Area manager, Godrej) that if the issues occured again proper resolution will be done as I was insistng and telling him that the product is faulty and asked him for product replacement. Now The number provided by Mr Ravi sethi ([protected]) is itself not working. And its now clear that Godrej is planning to pass the time and wanted the warrenty period to be over so that no responsibility lie on their shoulder. I'm now totally frustrated with the Godrej product and even with the services Godrej has provided.

Before purchasing it I had quit good experience about godrej servicing.               I purchased (18th Oct 2014) "Godrej 20 litre GMX 20CA3MKZ Microwave Oven Convection Microwave OvenMetallic Silver" for which I have been requesting product demo (request : P[protected]) since (20th Oct 2014) last 7 days. We called godrej customer care case numerous times but each time they said technician will contact within 4 hours. 3-4 days they just fooled us. Later they gave us service station number from Pune city. Again, Local person/technician confirmed to send person same day. I insisted him to commit on exact time, he replied as if he is doing social service by sending person the same day and did not confirm time. And as usual no one turned. I re-dail the local number to check status but I found that local number was on switched-off mode in most of time during the working hour and when it ringed no one use to pick it up. Local service person did not have ethic on how to talk with lady. Godrej customer care really sucks. I really ashamed of buying godrej product. I advised not to buy godrej product at any cost. These people are unprofessional and tell lies. They wasted my entire diwali by keeping me busy and waiting with them. Worst purchase and experience of my life...! Never buy Godrej products...!

                  Dear Sir, I bought Godrej split AC in 2010, I face problem in the AC when this summer is started out I launched the complaint at least more then 20 times till now, there technician came and make the temporary arrangement & now at last they told to buy new indore unit as this one have problem and they are not able to sort out. I m really surprised to heare this thing frm them as the unit is only 3 year old. Is the Godrej using this much cheap quality stuff now, as we generaly buy the product to see the reputation of the company but heare I m really surprised to see too much bad quality of the unit & the response of the service center. The response is really very bad after so many reminder they send there person to attend the complaint. Can u please help me out to resolve my problem, as the problem is still going on.

                  I launch the complain on 22nd and frm that day no body is attend the call, only once I got a call that they will check and come back but till now no body contacted again after more then 2 week.

                  Is this the normal way of working for all Godrej service centers?... Not to attend a call for more then 2/3 week untill unless person not remined them several time?...

                  This is really very strange thing for this big Brand.
                  Nothing happen till now in this matter.
                  One more day is passed without any further action.
                  Still not recd any responce frm any where.
                  Any response is possible or not?...

                    MY name is DEEPAK VISHWAS MOHITE Ihad purchased Godrej fully automatic machine on 5/08/2012 from Kalyan Vijaysells Maharashtra with 2 yrs warranty but from the beginning machine was givingproblem due to major defect in product. Idid so many calls/compliants many times technician came and return back withoutsolving the problem & after long struggle company de sided togive me my refund money excluding vat tax Iagreed on that and company taken machine from my house and I was waiting forthe cheque but this timecompany play new policy against me that they purposefully given me wrong namecheque, my name is DEEPAK VISHWAS MOHITE they put my name DEEPAK VILAS MOHITE on cheque and refuse to give me correct cheque they told me in Invoice the name is like this that's why we made this and we unableto give new cheque but my question is this who makes Godrej invoice is thismade by customer or company I send my machinesale/purchaser copy, customer cash memo receipt, my id proof all are having my correct name on it and nowthey are not answering my calls, smart care only gives new compliant numberwithout solving the problems I send hard copy of all the mails with companyside reply to company address by post RD………. so is this companies new business policy to cheat the customer in thisway by sailing faulty product without refunding money ! Is company CEO also adopting this type o[censored]nnaturalbusiness polices thorough his staffs who is related to this/in this case?

                    Yesterday Godrej person comes to my house for collecting wrong check which I got from Godrej with supporting letter (related to wrong name on check)
                    but this time also he repeated the same mistake one more time in his letter he put wrong check number and try to convense me to sign the letter how can i sign on wrong letter.
                    That's why I put the word purposefully in my first comment and I am repeating the same word once again
                    my request to CEO and board of directors that what is your policy against warranty to give the trouble and harassment to consumer
                    In future while purchasing Godrej product even the Godrej soap I will think twice
                    what can i write more than this

                      Hello sir I purchased the GODREJ refrigerator in Chennai ( 26.06.2009 ). I face lot of problems, From purchased date to still now. Mainly I realize, the more Noise and ice forming from your refrigerator. Same problem occurs day by day. I had to complained more times to customer care. But there is NO RESPONSE. 3 years Before your executive came and check something, collect rs.800 from my side 15 days before the refrigerator is shutdown. .ITS UNUSUABLE. The same day I complained to customer care but they take my complaint after 5 days. I think your customer care is very busy to attend the complaints. Some executive came and tell, that is gas leakage problem, compressor problem .etc… They said compressor failed. Already they charged rs.250. again they want rs.5000. Now my fridge position is fully ‘DISMANDLING’ My mother is diabetes patient and she need to carry some medicine in fridge for cooling condition and my 3 months child has to be need carry some medicine and foods etc. Already I informed those problems to your CUSTOMER CARE lot of time but there is no response. The complaint number 1) C [protected] The complaint number 2) C[protected] Customer care give the number of your manager and executive and Personally I call to them. First time they attend the call and said ‘ I take action very soon ‘ like this….after there is no response from your side. ( particularly they are not attend my call ) Last 15 days I realize that I am mentally disturbed Last 8 years I am changing 2 GODREJ fridge. IS THIS YOUR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP?????? IS THIS YOUR QUALITY??? Are you looking only for MONEY?? Are You don’t want customer satisfaction ??? You know very well, In market we have new fridge available Rs.6000.                         I am Srinivasan, my mobile number is [protected]. I bought a RT EON 260 Godrej frost free fridge on[protected] from Viveks, north usman road, T nagar. Bill no is [protected]. It was working fine till 8 months, in the month of August, we noticed some change in the cooling, in the next couple of days, it completely stopped cooling. I made a first complaint on 13th August, call no is C[protected]. A technician called balaraman came and examined and said, the gas needs to be filled. Then another technician called Ganesh came and he filled the gas. It was working fine for 2 weeks, again i faced the same problem. I made second complaint on 8th September, call no is C[protected]. Again they re-filled the gas. it worked only for a week. On 18th September i made 3rd complaint, call no is C[protected], again balaraman technician came and he said some block was there and tomorrow they will fix it. Next Ganesh came, he said condenser has a problem and the company will call back. When i called the service company today ( [protected] ), he says that, he expected i will call him because condenser does not comes under warranty and it can be fixed only on Monday. I spent 21K to buy this Fridge, and now for the past 2 months, I am struggling with this Fridge, the technicians who attends the complaint are not technically stronger to identify the correct problem, and each time i had to wait at least a week to get is solved. After spending so much money, why should i be bothered with all these issues ? I am really frustrated and fed off with the godrej Fridge and the service provided. This is irritating me too much. I need a replacement, I hope at least i will get a proper response.

                          Dear Sir/Madam I have purched Godrej refrigrator on 30/08/2014, Your Staff Mr.Ramesh (Contact No.[protected]) promised to give the gift worth Rs.1000/- but I did not get sofar, I was mentioned the Tax invoice cum challan also. Regarding this I have many time contact your personnel but he did not given proper answer . I have exchanged old refrigrator In the application form the old refrigrator cost mentioned Rs.4, 220/- but Tax invoice cum challan mentioned Rs.800/- which one is correct. More over he said the new refrigrator contains tuffend glass door but no such a door available, regarding this I asked your Person (Mr.Ramesh) he is not answer properly.                             I ashok kumar kasera bought a godrej fridge on 05/09/2011 model description gfe25ac candy red..From jeevandeep building, exibition road, patna..I took an extra warranty service which was covered from 11/01/2014-10/01/2015.Contract no-e[protected].. Amount paid by me rs 1779/-.My fridge has stopped condensing ice...I called up service centre several times but they did not response for service .. I complined on 27/3/14, 21/4/14 25/4/14, so please quiery upon my report and solve the solution as soon as possible..Or in other case i may go to consuner forum in patna..

                              Dear sir, Myself A.Prathap, I have registered complaint for over heat produced at both the sides of refrigerator and the call (C[protected]) is attended by Mr. Naresh ([protected]), he stated that due to fluid blockage inside the panel heat is produced more, Gas leaked, and also limit switch automatic On / Off is not working are the problems he informed me orally. So he asked for Rs. 2660/-, he will be changing limit switch, Filling Gas and cleaning of fluid blockage and this will cover for one year of free warranty. We have paid the same. He changed only limit switch and stated that remaining work will be done after two weeks once I need to registered a complaint. I called after two weeks [protected] and I received a call (C[protected]) from Mr. Laxman ([protected]), he said heat produced is normal and it happens for all refrigerator and need not to worry. How Mr. Naresh charged Rs.2660 + 375 for not having any problem with the refrigerator (Gas leak and Fluid block) by giving the false information ? We have wasted our time and money. We are using repeated Godrej products for more than 25 years and this never happened. (for your information) Finally we are highly disaapointed with your service and loss of money. kindly take immediate necessary action for such kind of services by your Technician team.                                 I bought Godrej EON washing machine on 10th August'14 from Vijay Sales Indrapuram after confirming about the after sales service is good. But no one turned up for Demo service even after committed 24 hours norm.

                                I got a call twice from Godrej service center but both the time it was for the request to change the time. Last call I received your was from the phone no [protected] and this gentleman told me to do pour usual work and not to wait for the engineer, when I asked him to confirm one time. He confirmed me that the demo guy engineer will come at 7 PM and if he was not able to make it then this will be done the next day. Now PL advice, shall I stop going to my work and keep waiting for the demo guy to come.

                                This is highly unprofessional of your team to keep the customer waiting for one small and important piece. With this experience I will never ever recommend to buy your product to any one nor I will buy any Godrej product in my life.

                                  We have bought a Godrej Eon AC about 45 days old. From the day of installation the AC is consistent in not performing. The new Installation took two days to Install & which was ok but the Installation folks charged Installation charges & did not provide a bill. The AC was sold with the advertising of Free Installation. With in couple of days The Godrej Eon AC (Split) started to make annoying sound. To which we called the Customer care & the response time is 24 to 48 hrs. The repair man arrived on the 3rd or 4th day & Removed some parts from the exhaust which was making the sound. The parts could have been essential for the the Blower to work. But they were removed. The AC was not used for a week as we have two AC's in the hall. When tried to use the AC after aa week. This time the AC surprisingly blowing only Hot Air. Complained to Customer Care. The Repair man arrives & gives his opinion that the AC is not having any GAS. (A Brand New Unit) not even within the months of installation the AC is out of GAS. The response time to fill the Gas is 24 to 48 hrs again after the First Repair Man gave his expert opinion about the Gas was out. Now 6 days have passed no gas man. Next step called the Customer Care - Took the no of the service center -The service center people say that they are out of Gas - Next day called - this time they say it is raining (It rained in the morning) But these people have decided not to work the whole day. The Problem is still unsolved After 9 Days. (General turn around time is 24 to 48 Hrs) Should have thought 10 times before buying this product. which takes less current than an hair dryer? Really I dont think so.

                                    Hi, I had registered a complaint on 3rd of this month with Godrej regarding wash tub of my washing machine which I had purchased on 9th April 2014 from M/s Sadana Electricals, Purania Chauraha, Aliganj, Lucknow. The issue was that the wash tub of the washing machine was damaged. While registering the complaint I had clearly mentioned all issue. A technician Mr. Yaseen visited my home after two days of my complaint and taken two snaps of the damaged wash tub. After two days I phoned to your service centre and one of your customer care person say I have completely understood the problem and we will fix it soon, On 7th of July, I received a message that some Mr. Uma Shankar will attend me, and I am still waiting him. I followed up and they said that the wash tub could not be replaced as the wash tub is not available. Now it has been more than 9 days and I am waiting for your response. The service center people say that we will not be able to do the service because the company has not sent us the part yet.                                       Dear Team, This complaint is for Godrej Electronics. I have purchased the refrigerator in the month of February 2014 and from the same day, the refrigerator used to sound like hell in every half an hour. There were water droplets across the gasket and the freezer door was cracked internally. Freezing was completely abnormal. Even on zero level, ice deposition was abnormal. When I went on vacation, I defrosted the freeze and while cleaning the freezer, the entire freezer door came out and all cracks inside. When I registered the complaint, they sent their technician (Pramod) and he promised that the door will be replaced. All the problems were due to refrigerator main door which does not close properly – this was the manufacturing defect which was acknowledged by the technicain for which I am paying. It has been more than 20 days and no response yet. I am not ready to get the refrigerator repaired as this is a manufacturing defect and I need a replacement. This is not a wear and tear problem. The customer service manager (Prakash Gothankar - Mumbai) says that he will not do anything and asked me to do whatever I want. He also made sure that if drop an email to customer care, then he will not even repair the refrigerator. Complete blackmail. What should I do know? I am in hell.                                         My Ac was giving problem. After complaining to Service center in April 2014 the technician from authorized service center took the Ac PCB. He repaired the same and charged 2000 for Pcb+ 300 for servicing. The same part again started giving problem and the same was collected again this time with remote on 07 May. Till now i have not received the PCB. Complain No: 649672 and 654160 Thanks
