As shared, i have already raised a complaint cum a demo request for above query. I clearly shared in my call with customer care that i would like to have a demo only if the above query is resolved.

In addition, i contacted sales guy who delivered the refrigerator. Basis his version, this model doesn't really have the shared units. My question is - if the model doesn't really have those units, than why it was shown to me in catalog while selling, and why the product manual of the product have them as listed (refer. manual point 12 & 16). Its quite sad the sellers using such mediums from Godrej Direct. After which the seller dont even pick up customers call...is that what you guys call customer centricity??
I would want the complete set which was shown to me and that is what i have paid for...

How can the complaint be resolved without a solution...its been over a month now and i have not recieved any resolution or revert from Godrej. Never expected that a brand like Godrej can be a part of such fardulent activities and also employ such sales person who over commits.
