We purchased Godrej Eon A.C on 13th march2014, and it has started having gas leakage problems. when we first complained on 15th oct 2014 and then they send an engineer, who said the A.C is having gas problems, he will have to add a can of gas, but then does not bother to show up, again after a week we complained, the engineer came and told last time he had forgotten to fill up the gas can into the AC. and now again, we are having the same problem with it, we have complained on the 4th Nov 2014, still the problem is pending. What a third class product. We demand a replacement of the AC. as they have such low quality and worst service in all India. It seems no one is cared about Godrej's name value or so. Such disappointing service. on that they dont provide us with anyones number so as to we can complain a responsible person.
