Godrej Appliances ( Refrigerator) — Worst experience with Godrej Refrigerator

My Name is Tushar chavda from Rajkot( Gujarat) my cell # [protected]. I have purchase Godrej Refrigerator from their Rajkot delar M/s. K.S Desai & co. On Feb 2014. Since from the 1st day complains were started and until it has been continued to month of June. We have requested and placed our couple of complains in Godrej customer care as well as to the dealer but no one want to accept their fault. the biggest issue we are facing in this refrigerator is no cooling comes in Door item. If you put water bottle in door after one or two days it wouldn't get any cooling in it. after couple of time visited by their svc adviser they do not want to accept the practical things. finally we have raise case again Godrej company in consumer forum and waiting for your reply. But I would like to request all my friends and dearest that please do not purchase any product from this dealer. When we visited his shop to explain our complain, he was come out to bit us. he is very dishonest person. if you want to talk to me then kindly call me on my given cell # Thanks Tushar Chavda

There are list of complains raise since Feb 2014 to June 2014.

if you are really think about your reputation then kindly get back this product and return our money.

We do not have time to spend behind your technician's fraud arguments. They are the biggest lyier.

we are belongs to middle class family and after long time suffer we decided to purchase this.

but since from the 1st day we experience very much worst service.

so please we request you, Kindly help to get return our money back.
