Godrej Interio are cheats and frauds. Do not go for Godrej Interio Modular Kitchen at all from Axis Mall store. We spent more than 3 lakhs on our modular kitchen, with Marine Plywood(their highest range variant), within few months the entire setup puffed up and started to disintegrate. The nails got rusted, the drawers came off and the handles are all loose and rusty. Even after 7 months of continuous calling and going to their store for literally begging to rectify and mend the things, there has been no response. The sales executive who cheated us is Mr Satyajit Mondal, now after our complaints he just refuses to pick up our calls. Can you imagine spending 3 lakhs and getting absolute trash? Local brands are much better than Godrej Interio. DON'T TRUST THEM. WE WILL TAKE STRONG LEGAL ACTION AGAINST GODREJ INTERIO FOR THE CONTINUOUS HARASSMENT WE HAD TO FACE.

        We were harassed very badly because of the worst service of Godrej Interio . The service call number k[protected] dated 13/07/2021 was told as completed without even attending our problem. I am also attaching the screenshot of SMS we received.
        The behaviour of the technical team was pathetic and very unprofessional.
        Please solve our replacement issue as soon as possible.

            I have purchased one sofa sets(3+1+1) make-Godrej and model-Rio from the local dealer -Radiant Agencies, Dist-Angul, State -Odisha on dt-22/10/2019 with total cost of Rs.55, 500.00.since month of January 2021, the sofa sets started tearing, cracking and also damaging the stitching areas of the seating location .Day by day the damaging areas are increasing and now looks very ugly and damaged. Many of the times I had tried to contact the dealer's shop but found closed due to lock down. I had also informed over telephone to the dealing person of the shop. Till day no action has been taken.
            I had purchased the material from a reputed brand like Godrej but now I am distressed and so unhappy due to such types of low quality materials.
            Therefore it is requested to replace the material or make necessary repairing on free of cost in an early days.

            With reference to my previous complaint regarding RIO sofa sets(3+1+1), Till date no suitable action has been taken by your organization/company. If such types of negligence will happen under such a big named and famed company-Godrej .Then, how a customer like me will believe to purchase different product from your company ? Is it understood that the life period of rio sofa set is only one and half years with purchase cost of Rs 55000.00.Is it justified ? Is this your product quality ? Kindly make a great concern about my problem and solve in a quick days. Think about your product quality as well as customer satisfaction.

              I purchased godrej slimline almirah on 13th jan 2021 and within 5 months its door lock stops functioning . I submit service request on 22nd june 2021 and after several requests, Technician called me on 8th july, after waiting for whole day he doesn't came and promise to come next day on 9th july and again didn't came.

              GODREJ sold me defective piece because from first day it was creating problem and there is no after sales support and there technicians just give time and never come

                We have ordered kitchen interior, thinking that the granite slab will be removed by them, as they have not clearly and distinctly mentioned that the slab removal labour needs to be arranged by us and then additional charged needs to be paid as well. Complete fault from the side of godrej, Mysuru located in Kuvempu nagar. They made us think that the quoted price is the final price including the labour for slab removal as well. Now, we wish to cancel our order since we feel cheated and highly disappointed.

                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                  I paid Rs 17800/-through net banking on 22.04.2021 to your Godrej Interio shop located at Kazhakoottam, details of which as shown hereunder.

                  Date pf Payment 22.04.2021
                  Mode of payment Net Banking - SBI
                  IMPS no.[protected]
                  Product ordered : Godrej Interio Slimline wardrobe 2 door without mirror.
                  Acknowledgement of receipt of payment received on my mobile phone on 23.04.2021 from your franchisee's official phone no.91-[protected].,

                  The product is not delivered to me till date despite my repeated requests and reminders. Your franchisee is totally indifferent to my pleas to deliver
                  the product and he has been giving me false promises of immediate delivery since the 2nd week of May. Of late he is not attending my calls and I had to use another phone to get in touch with him last on Monday (05.07.2021).He cites reasons for no delivery on all occasions as covid related problem, which I consider as a lame excuse and I suspect some foul play.

                  Incidentally, in the last week of April I requested the shop owner to defer delivery for two weeks, due a personal reason. But I have been requesting him delivery of the product urgently since second week of May.

                  In this circumstance You may kindly intervene and advise your Kazhakoottam Franchisee to urgently deliver the product to me. I also request you that you may kindly take up the matter with your franchisee and advise him to be more sensitive to customer concerns and to desist from such unethical practices as cited above to the detriment your reputation as a very highly valued and trusted brand/ organisation.

                  I do not have any hard copies of proof of payment/ order as the payment was made on-line to the credit of the franchisee's account.

                    I would like to register complaint against one of dealer based in Solapur for Godrej interio.

                    This dealer is giving me very hard time and pathetic service. Let me give the background, I had order table and chair through this dealer in March’21 who committed that table would be delivered to me by 20th April but due to lockdown, it didn’t happen but still he had enough time to get the goods delivered but he didn’t take any initiative.

                    Secondly, post lockdown I am chasing him to get the status of goods but no update is provided by him or partial information is provided with different timeline every time. At times, he is not even picking up my phone calls.

                    Request to take off these kind of dealers from your list as they are impacting your services and Godrej goodwill in the market.

                    Please look into this so that other customers won’t be impacted and Godrej name is not spoiled.

                      Hello,

                      We buy Godrej products because of trust but now they have crooked people in the team, Because people at Godrej are making fools of customers.

                      Awful product, Awful services and Awful problem solving.

                      Buy godrej interio if you want to waste your money.

                      It is very shameful for the Godrej interio team that a customer has to write about his problem online as no one is interested in solving the customers problem.

                      1. 22 June 2021 : I bought a godrej interio almirah
                      ( Auraline : 30161803SD00847) from godrej interio store from fateh nagar, jail road, near tilak nagar metro station, new delhi 11008 .The sales executive was Mr Abhinav .

                      2. 22 June 2021 : I paid Rs 34316, They promised to deliver the almirah in 2 days from some warehouse in delhi.

                      3. 23 June 2021 : On the next day they delivered the almirah and charged Rs1500 for lifting the almirah to the 2nd floor and even asked me to help them in lifting it up and pulling the ropes.

                      4. 24 June 2021 : After one day two Technicians came for unpacking and installation, One of them was Mr. Vaibhav .They were poorly trained and taught about the product they took almost 4 hours to setup after taking to their senior Mr. Indresh .

                      *both of them were not following covid safety protocols, not covering their faces no sanitization i asked them many times to cover their faces.

                      5. 24 June 2021 : While installation technicians found that the main locker of the almirah is not working, the locker is not functioning and the key is mismatched. So I requested them to change the locker or repair it, as I cannot accept the damage or faulty product.

                      6. 24 June 2021: On which Mr Indresh Said it will take 10-15 days to replace the locker . so my question is why would i accept a damaged product, when i have paid the whole amount.
                      either replace the locker or change the almirah, on which he said we cannot do it now we don't have the spares with us we will do it soon and both the technicians moved out by making false commitments .

                      I also called the sales person Mr. Abhinav. He also refused to help and made a false promise to rectify the problem soon.

                      7. 26 June 2021: I called Mr. Indresh to know the status, to my surprise he don't even had any clue about the promise he made, he said we have mailed you the status, i never gave any email id to them, then to whom they mailed and what status are they talking about . Again he said we will do it soon .I am also called Mr Abhinav. He also made false promises .

                      8. 29 June 2021: I called again to Mr Indresh and he still didn't have any concrete solution .I called Mr Abhinav and he said Mr. Indresh will be taking care of the matter .

                      Now My question is why am I suffering because a faulty product is delivered to me . Either repair it by 30-06-21 or give me a new product .

                      where Godrej interio is lacking:
                      1.Lacking in product quality checks before delivery
                      2.Poor training of manpower
                      3.False commitments and poor communications
                      4.Zero problem solving
                      5.Zero accountability

                      I think they don't even report these problems to factory or seniors at the design team. This product has many flaws to list down . sales executive was very lucky he fooled me and am sure many other customers like me.

                          Hi, my wardrobes were to be delivered at 6am today...the delivery guy called at 5.45am saying that he will be reaching by 6.30am...still not reached...now saying will come at 10am...i am working in the hospital n have to reach by 8am...thats why i had asked for morning delivery...very unhappy with godrej

                              I purchased this products on 14.05.2021. But due to lock down installer attend to install today dated - 01.06.2021 but at the time of install we found the parts of the products is mismatched and 3 big scratches found in the door which is really very disappointing for a international company like godrej.                                 The leatherette upholstery of the new Rio 3 seater sofa delivered on 26.03.21 has torn out along the stitching of one seat (of about 2 inch and gradually increasing) .

                                It is beyond our expectation that such a problem may arise only after two months of purchasing !

                                Else other wise I am satisfied with the other aspects of the sofa.

                                Photo and invoice containing Biller and my address along with contact number is attached herewith.
                                Request exchange with a similar one or suitably repairing of the same may be done on urgent basis.

                                    We have purchased a king size bed around October.

                                        Bought the mattress on 14 April 2021, however later after started using, it has problem like some treads are coming our from several places and even it is tearing from the between.
                                        I really feeling sorry to buy this though I had bought it because Godrej is a good brand. please take the the mattress and return the amount which I paid. because this seems do not deserve 11000/- cost of the mattress considering the quality.
