We purchased a new Sliding Door Almirah in the name of Sujit Bhattacharjee for marriage purpose.After the item was delivered, the technicians arrived and assembled the product.However after that they found the LOCKER was defective.The technician told that it will take atleast a month to replace it.It has been delivered in my In laws House, and is defective.I found it extremely humiliating and service from Showroom and service centre pathetic I want a full refund with interest or a proper resolution within 07days.
If not complied I would be forced to move Consumer forum.

    We had purchased Rhine sofa set recliner one. Within two years its leather skin started peeling off. then we logged complaint and godrej changed the cover with minimum cost. we requested godrej that u can take material cost if they want to but the material should last for long time. But godrej assured that this is a sturdy material and it is better than the earlier one. But within no time the skin of new cover again started peeling off.
    it is really frustrating when u pour so much of money and buy product from a renowned company and it didn't perform as per the expectations.

      I am Sameer Mittal and i visited godrej interio store at Faridabad on 23rd October 2021.
      Godrej Interio Faridabad FSO
      OM Plaza, opposite Puri Pranayam
      Mr Hariom +[protected], attended us and showed us the dining table on brochure, which was Jack Dining table 6 seater and shared the technical specs with us since it was not available in the store. We were told the size of table is 5 ft 3 inch. Hence we concluded the deal in Rs 42000 and paid the full amount via UPI. He promised the delivery on 26th October in first half by 11 am.

      On 26th October, We looked at the actual specs of table on website and found it was only 4 ft 9 inch long table. Which hariom confirmed it later on too.

      After following up with him multiple times, he informed that Dining table that came from bombay to sonipat was found defective in PDI. So the delivery will be delayed by 2 days and will be delivered on 28th Oct.

      Looking at the false technical information shared by your executive and delay in delivery. We have decided to cancel this order and asking for full refund since the false information was shared on size with us, and doesnt meet our requirement.

      I spoke with Hariom but dont see any positive response on refund.

        I have ordered the Godrej Chair as part of company offering with some co-pay. I received the chair on September 16 and the next day the installation person came and said the back part of the chair is defective and need to be replaced. He placed a request for replacement and said it may take 10-15 days to get the product but I received it on October 22nd, that too a small part. Today i.e., on October 26th, the installation person came again and said that he can't fix as what we received was just the small part not the full back seat and he is not sure of when do we get the product. Completely disguisting experience!!! It has been more than 45 days that I placed the order and till now, I didn't get any. Can you team, take care of this issue and solve it at the earliest possible.

              I had purchased a 5 seater sofa Ariostrocrat Model Godrej during 2018.presently the wooden part of said sofa set particularly legs got damaged . Required repairing .please send a representative for inspection and further suggestions.

                Sir, I bought helix coffee table from Chandrahas Enterprises, Vijayawada on April 5, 2018. After one year, one of the glue joints was failed along with hinged joint. I put a complaint then to Godrej customer support. They came then and repaired collecting respective charges from me. Again after six months, the joints were failed. I kept it a side and preserved carefully. At present, the helix coffee table is not working. I request you to take it back and return the money. Thanking you.

                  I had booked Godrej Interio Sliding almirah online. Received my order earlier than the committed date ( Commendable indeed !) The problem starts now. Product lying packed in my house for last 4 days. No call received for installation. Customer care number is unresponsive and after umpteen attempts i was able to reach out to call centre and i was told that i had to register installation after online purchase. That's ridiculous purchase is followed by installation. What will i do with packed product parked in my home, such is not case with in store purchase and if, registering installation is a part of your policy then i should have got a pop up on screen to register installation.
                  E mail id's provided for logging complaint also donot care to read mails and perhaps all complaints are by default in the SPAM .

                  I am still waiting for some one from services team to call back on my registration request for installation.

                    Dear Sir/Madam:

                    I would like to bring to your notice that I had visited the nearby Godrej Interio Shop at Sodepur, West Bengal on probably 29th September 2021 (Franchise: National Furniture) and met with Mr. Sudipta, who has shown us materials and subsequently we purchased a few materials (please refer the attachment).
                    It was delivered to our residence on 02nd October and subsequently installed on 04th October.

                    However, in my utter surprise I found that ONE PART of Wardrobe was not GIVEN during delivery (out of Three parts: One double door and two single door, ONE SINGLE DOOR was not provided).

                    I have brought the same to the notice of the concerned of Sodepur National Furniture, their meek response with an attitude of no accountability surprised me More. The concerned person of Franchise (received calls after several times of calling; as if I have done a crime by purchasing materials not in the name of National Furniture But ON ACCOUNT OF THE BRAND NAME - Godrej Interio) has advised me to provide some time and may respond on and after 16th October, 2021.

                    Now my surprise turns into bewildering notion, are we living in right place and Should we NOT BELIEVE EVEN BRAND GODREJ!!!

                    In this context, please help me to keep trust at least in BRAND GODREJ by doing the needful urgently.

                          I bought King size bed on 30th Sep, ’20 from Kalyani Agency, Muzaffarpur. Bed got damaged in May, ’21 and when complaint was raised to Godrej from registered mobile number, representative from Kalyani Agency came to visit in June, ’21 and confirmed that bed is damaged.
                          But after that time no one from agency is not taking my calls and also there is no update from Kalyani agency on the next steps.

                          Please register complaint for this and do the needful.

                                I bought an Amirah from Godrej Interio, Newtown Kolkata on 16th Sep 21. The colour was Navy blue but the sales person did not mention that colour is only on front and rest is white . I could see that only when the Almirah was uncovered by fitting enginners. The Almirahs are also displayed in a fashion that white colour is hidden as shown in the photograph . Customer like me will feel cheated as shop is also not willing to change the Almirah as I could have taken all white if I had known it while purchasing.

                                  I am facing issue from day 1 when i have purchased the refrigerator. First Compressor was faulty. It was not getting proper cooling. As of now it is not getting cold same problems. This refrigerator is under warranty. It is not completed more the 6 months and getting problems. I have called so many times to customer care and raised the complaints for same but no one called me for replacement. I request you please take proper action against godrej and replace my refrigerator.

                                      Money finding myself helpless as the work is still pending.Details are as under.

                                        I have purchased a almirah model no: slide and store 1350w from gudrej battala (Agartala, Tripura) showroom.
                                        They could not set up the almirah at my room. There are so many gap in the door when it close. Cockroaches entered in almira through the gaps of door.

                                        Kindly send the knowledgable man to set the almirah again or change the same.
