Dear Sir,

I have purchased 2 Nos of chairs from your showroom.
Of these, one of the chairs is giving problems with regards to the forward and backward movement.
Also, the seat of this chair looks a little bulged.
Kindly arrange to depute an engineer to address this concern.

    This is to inform you that, I have purchased a Kalista Wardrobe from Godrej Interio showroom in Thakurpukur Joka on 02/10/2020. After the delivery and fitment was done, the door on the right hand side was found defective i.e. the door doesn't close properly.
    The complaint was raised by me, and the technician assigned on the case came on 22/12/2020 and took a look at the door and told it needs to be replaced. The paper work was done by the concerned person and a receipt was provided to me on the same date 22/12/2020. I was informed by the technician, that it will be replaced within 3-4 weeks. He asked for the all the bills and also took a picture of the defective wardrobe door and the bills and told that he will share it with the company.
    After 2-3 weeks when I got in touch with the Support Center of Godrej Interio, they informed that they haven't received any documents from my end so the replacement was not initiated from their end. The information was not shared from their end, which if provided I would have sent the pictures of the bill my self on the WhatsApp no or Email. On constant calling and nagging with them, they again sent a technician who repeated the process as the previous one on the first week of February. On asking a receipt for the same, they said it is not needed as we will share it with the company and the replacement will be done in 3-4 weeks.
    The request was raised from their end on 18th Feb 2021 [as shared by the Support Team]. After constant nagging and talking with the Support Group, they said we have raised the request and it will take time of 3-4 Weeks. Now on constant calling them, on 15th or 16th March 2021, they said the wardrobe door will be delivered. The person sharing the information, told me that the defective door will be picked up from your door step and the new door will be delivered on the next day. Due to the previous conflict that has happened, I asked them to deliver the door first and then they can take the defective door with themselves.
    But then, the person who called returned the door to the warehouse and the replacement stands cancelled again. The information was again not shared with me and nor an SMS/Mail was sent from their end.
    Today i.e. 22/03/2021on calling the Godrej Support, they again said that the replacement order has been cancelled, and it will again take 3-4 weeks of time.

      The cost indicated is exhaubarantly extremely high. Even though you use good quality items the cost is tremendous around 6L.
      The civil cost itself amount to 94000+...

      All these are not in budget range of middle class family.

      Is Godrej inertio REALLY WANT TO GROW IN THIS SEGMENT OR THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH PRICING STRUCTURE.

            The bed was installed today see attached advice but the lights on both sides are missing. The product being new launch the installer doesn't know about it.

            Can you raise a complaint and get the lights delivered and I stalled at the earliest.

              I bought a 2 + 3 olive recliner from Godrej interior, Vashi on 29/12/2020. The product delivery was late than the committed time but we were patient to wait for our product.

              When the product arrived on 19th Feb 2021, the Center seat of the 3 seater recliner was broken, which we told the technician who came to essemble it. There was a sketch pen mark on the 2 seater but they said that it will be taken care of & we were assured that the entire 3 seater will be replaced. The people who came to essemble it were only bothered about getting our signature on the delivery challan.

              It is 12th of March and we have been trying to call and reach the showroom but our calls are not answered and Mr Avdoot Mane is not even calling us back.

              I am attaching the invoice copy & the confirmation form from Godrej interior, Vashi & we had made full payment in advance as desired.

              We bought the sofa from Godrej assuming that we will get an A class service for the money we are spending here as we really expected great service from your end. It is extremely disappointing and we feel cheated. I want my money back and do not want to further deal with Godrej interior due to their callous attitude.

                I ordered a modular steel kitchen which was supposed to reach on 1st march but I got it on 8th march. They promised to install next day but technician did not turn up saying some parts r missing. Very non professional team spoiling the brand . Waiting for installation tomorrow but there approach is very lazy I doubt there caliber.

                    The chair was bought on 2nd November 2018 for 19, 000 rupees and when I am ready to bear the cost of repairs why can't the same be repaired with a guarantee or replaced as it was very sparingly used. It is found to be a factory design defect. You can't expect me to dump it as scrap! There may be some solution for your branded, valuable chair.
                    The chair will suddenly slip by half an inch backwards and if a cup of hot tea is held that is it with my legs on the air if not prepared and holding support.

                      I purchased one 3 door almirah on 14 th January 2021. Delivered on 21st January 2021. After rectifying my first complaint about different colour one door, it is found handle lock spring action is failed and door is not closing fully. Hence it is requested to rectify immediately. Further 2 doors sealed boxes and one box of replaced door is kept in my house.

                          Wife and I have browsed through Godrej Interio online store to pick out some living room / lounge furniture. Liked a couple of items from the Broadway collection and we wanted to see a physical sample before placing order. We live in Andheri so went to the Amboli store. Salesperson there guided us to pay a visit to Vikhroli store as it is their largest flagship stor and would have the models we were interested in, on display. So we committed to spending 3 hours on a work day to visiting the Vikhroli store - expecting to get a glimpse of the item we wanted.
                          The store sales staff were the laziest bunch of people I have ever come across. After 15 mins of walking around the lower floor showroom, not a single salesperson approached us. One of them was outside on a personal cal and the others were sitting comfortably probably hoping I would not trouble them. A couple of worker types were also comfortably napping on the display sofas.
                          Finally one of the sales guys came and when we asked for the model he says they have packed it up and is no longer on display because the upper floor showroom was being remodeled. Rather than trying to work with us on showing equivalent pieces and catalog information to help close the deal, he seemed comfortable in letting us know that we might need to visit the Thane store or then wait for another 3 months when they put the item back on display. Zero interest in trying to help the customer. Really deplorable. While I was favourably impressed with the quality and finish of some of the furniture items, the poor customer service of sale staff has made me want to look elsewhere for our requirement.
                          On my way out I decided to use the loo which seems to be for customer use. One of the security guards was walking out of the loo which in itself is fine but when I went in - there was water splashed all over the toilet seat and not a tissue or TP of any kind to be seen. I doubt this is what the management intended for the toilets. It just rounded off the experience for me and convinced me that this is a terribly run / managed store

                            Dear Concern Team,

                            We had purchased Bed, Dressing, Sofa and almirah in the year Dec-2017, but we are not at all satisfy with the quality of Bed and Dressing table. The plywood of the aforesaid furniture has pathetically come off which is not expected from Godrej Interio. On the contrary the other old furnitures from other brands which we have and are in a fine condition.
                            So, let us know if the warranty stands for a year and Godrej team has no concern about their products after a year. We humbly request quick replacement.
                            Immediately waiting for a response.

                              Dear Sir/ Mam,

                              I had ordered a modular kitchen from one of your registered dealers (Home Xpressions, located at Nandankanan Road, Patia, Bhubaneswar).
                              This is to bring to your notice that, I would like register a complaint against the dealer.

                              The dealer has misguided us and taken wrong measurements. We had requested at that point of time, that there will be a space crunch, which he assured us that it will be as per the space because he is an authorized interior too.

                              At the time of installation when it was identified that, the unit was huge and could fit the place, he returned back, assuring, since it is his mistake, he will make necessary refunds.
                              Post that it's been 3 months, we have been following him up, but there is no response, instead he tried to misbehave with my aging parents
                              We have not yet given any completions
                              Certificate to the dealer
                              Requesting to kindly look into this

                                I have lodged a service request for assembling my Chocolate Wallnut bed and steel cupboard st Siliguri as these were dismantled due to my shifting from Kolkata to Siliguri. The service request number was unilaterally closed without attending to the same. The service request number is K[protected]. On my again contacting the customer care I was told that the request is being forwarded to a local dealer in Siliguri. However no fresh service request number was provided to me. This shows the extreme apathy on the part of Godrej towards its customers. It appears that your people believe in sell it and forget it principle. Pls therefore look into the matter and immediately depute some technician to assemble the product.

                                  Pathetic Customer care service, worst company experience

                                  My Godrej bed is hardly 1.5yrs old and already the stickers are coming out of wood from several places of the Bed.
                                  Contacted CUSTOMER care and told about the situation. At that time they didn't mention anything to send a photo/video of the issue with bed and have to request a service visit. Next day, 2 guys came from Godrej, they just took a photo of the stickers coming out and asked for a 400 visiting charge. No solution, what...

                                  I had purchased a three door Godrej Interior Steel Almirah in Nov. 2019 from the showroom of Lalpur, Ranchi, Jharkhand. It was assembled at my residence and now that I am shifting into my new flat I requested this Lalpur showroom on 11.02.21 to get my Almirah shifted to new place by dissembling it and again assemble the same. I was given a technician's no. to talk about the timing and rate. His name is Amresh Sharma probably. This man is absolutely unprofessional with a very rude way of talking. He sent two technicians to dissemble the Almirah yesterday and said another set of persons will come and assemble the Almirah. He sent the two technicians again came and assembled it but in the process push lock was damaged. This lock might have been damaged by the technicians who dissembled it or may be by the persons who assembled which is not sure. When I contacted the person who had sent them for the job (Mr Amresh Sharma), he replied in a very rude manner that it was already damaged and I required to buy it for approximately Rs. 1600/-.Question is that If it was damaged, then why the technicians did not point it out while dissembling. Let me tell you that it was properly functioning till it was dissembled. If such cheats work in Godrej Interio, people will stop buying products. After sale service is such an important part that an established company like Godrej can not ignore. My Almirah is still not completed and hope to get it assembled tomorrow with push lock replacement by technicians. Point of concern and complain is that this Amresh Sharma is absolutely rude and at the same time Lalpur shop should have been guided me to complain through customer care no. which they did not inform while discussing my issue and rather they gave me no. of this man. Request t I take appropriate action.

                                    I placed an order vide order no.303 dt.21.11.2020 at Godrej Interio Store, Adi Furnishers, sector-16, Noida for 2 Almirah. Salesmen was Mr. Vinay-[protected].

                                    out of total ordered materials follow items not yet delivered whereas bill No.330 generated on[protected] for full amount...such as
                                    a) Mirror and
                                    b) Top of the almirah (loft/storage)

                                    Mr. Vinay not responding to our calls. have visited twice personally but every time he has given the excuse of Kishan Andolan for the delay. Is it justifiable? How long a customer should wait?

                                    if materials were not ready then why bill raised for full ordered value worth Rs.72K? its pure un-professional and un-ethical practice adopted by this store. Isnt it cheating with me?

                                    therefore, either deliver the leftover items by this weekend or refund my money along with interest. Else situation will force me to appraoch Consumer Court.

                                    As a genune customer giving this final opportunity to settle this issue, else necessary legal action will be taken and cost of such litigation and mental agony needs to be borne by Godrej Interio/Adi Furnishers.

                                      I bought furnitures from its office at AC7, Mohini Palace, VIP Rd, Jyangra, Kolkata, West Bengal 700102. The have overcharged me in order but later I see in invoice the price is less by Rs 1000. Now they are harassing me on the refund.
                                      The date of purchase was 31/10/2020 and the invoice receipt no is 56358.
