    Have purchased Godrej Almirah from your Andheri Mumbai store and below are the events which occurred during my purchase.
    1. We visited your store and enquired about the Almirah and even during at store your sales person was not at its best and as we came for Godrej we expected a better sales experience. But that somehow is understandable considering Godrej Interio's name.
    2. Accordingly, we ordered 2 Almirah from Godrej store on 4th of oCtober and advised the Sales Person to ensure delivery and installation on the weekend and same he mentioned on the initial receipt.
    3. Post 2 days we paid the full amount and accordingly Mr Himanshu confirmed that Almirah will come on Saturday and will be installed accordingly.
    4. On Friday we enquired about the timings and Mr Himanshu confirmed that it is not possible on Saturday and only possible on Sunday.
    5. On Sunday, Almirah got delivered but no once communicated it to us that the installation team will be separate and they will come some other time.
    6. We enquired the same with Mr Himanshu and once we raised our grievance, he said that it will be done today...whereas from the start we are continuously emphasizing that we both are working and do all the work on Saturday.
    7. Around 6:30 PM technician came after multiple followups and now to our surprise 1 critical HARDWARE part is missing in complete set.
    8. We again enquired with Mr Himanshu and he was clueless ( that i think is still understandable) but on enquiring regarding when can we get the part he said that I have no idea.
    9. I always thought that Godrej is a professional company managed well but this is beyond my belief and the kind of answer we are getting with zero commitment truly astonished me.
    10. This might seem a trivial issue. But based on your commitment, we have already emptied two almirahs which were for exchange and all our stuff was lying in the house. We have a small baby of 1 yr old and we can't take leave also due to our prior commitments at work (which obviously is not part of your working culture). Even if we plan of taking a DAY OFF, YOUR TEAM IS NOT ABLE TO COMMIT A DATE BY WHICH THAt part will be available.Can you think of your house with a small baby in house with all your stuff on your rooms and the best part is so called best brand for Home Furniture is not able to give commitments to its customer and even L1 escalation is not answering the phone calls.
    11. This is the worst experience I have with Godrej and definitely not what I expected and further when we asked multiple times related to delivery..no one is having an answer.

      The furniture mentioned above(sales order no/Pos/Seq:WON036025/40/0), delivered on 30/07/2020 had manufacturing defects and the technicians were aware of that from the first day. But still on 9/10/2020, I didn't receive any return or replacement . For about 2 months, I contacted them several times but they didn't care to provide me with the information regarding the replacement. From such a big company, I never expected this kind of after sale services. The company shouldn't only be concerned about taking money they should provide proper customer service. I never complain but it crossed my limit and i don't think that I will buy anymore. If godrej finds out my complaint then i really request them to contact me @[protected] or [protected] or email me jayeeta.[protected]@gmail.com

        I had ordered chair from godrej interio online portal on 31st aug, with a the delivery date of 02 oct 2020, i had contacted customer care and posted it on twitter. They informed that someone from godrej will contact you, but
        However till now no one had contacted me. I am still surprised godrej being one of the top company of india, their service is worst.

        I had placed order No.[protected] for Prime High Back Chair on 31st Aug and paid the amount through online Godrej Interio. It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd October. However, since then I had contacted your customer care through chat and sent couple of reminders on Twitter. No one had contacted me, confirming about the order. As I was suffering from pain while using non ergonimic chair and this delay is impacting my. Hence I want to claim the Delay charges, and also any further delay, I may go for the Consumer Court to claim my medical and the trauma faced due to the delay.

          Hi Team,
          I would like to inform that i ordered furniture from godrej interio but when we received the items they were damaged and thereby we raised a complaint, so i got a call from godrej office Kolkata on 9 august 2019 for the delivery of the furniture with call number 453593 but i couldn't receive the items because i got a heart attack and i was hospitalized and undergone surgery, thereby i couldn't travel after that, so i called godrej office before coming to Kolkata to receive the delivery of the items, then godrej office staff said the items will be delivered within 10 days once you will be in Kolkata, so I booked my tickets asap and came to Kolkata so that i can receive the items, we tried calling the staff so many times but firstly they don't answer to calls, then i tried with different number and they picked up the call and now they say that they have booked for table top but the other items have not been booked, kindly help me with this issue as the customer care picks up the call and disconnect so couldn't get any help from customer care, a girl named Tanya is picking up the call and saying hello and disconnecting, so this is not done, once we purchase the after sales services are so bad. Kindly help me with same and resolve this issue asap.

            We have installed Godrej kitchen in the year 2018 from Thane office
            Below is personal contact no :[protected]
            He is not receiving the call. It's been 3 years we have not provided warrenty certificate which is for 10 years
            Now one of the door do not have hinges so it's open. We are very unsatisfied with instlation and after sell service. Looking after Godrej brand we have installed this kitchen worth rs 2 lakhs which seems to be waste of money. At the time of installation provider did not had few parts which he said he will provide later but it's now 2 years he did not provided it. Kindly look into this as matter o[censored]rgency

                Hi I am Mahesh Kochar from bhopal. I had purchased several furniture items from godrej interio bhopal worth more than Rs 2 lacs. I was confident of brand godrej but to my utter dismay the quality of material is so bad that it started deteriorating within 2 years of purchase. My double bed costing55000 started pealing of sunmica. The same is centre table. Nuts of corner table have broken .Dining table chairs are in bad shape. Despite lodging complaint no action I am surprised because I keep godrej company in ahigh esteem. It is a ethical company I believe.local furniture are far better and easy to repair. I don't no where to complaint .Although I got call that complaint has been registered and somebody will visit but I am still waiting for last 4 days.

                  I placed an order on godrej interio for a chair on 3rd sept 20.
                  But till date they have not delivered and no update about the current status..
                  Website status shows packed from the day i booked. Customer care has no idea neither they try to get the current status. Always get the same answer that website has issue can't get the current status.
                  Extremely poor customer service.

                  Called customer service 10 times and they said that they will update, but till now no update.

                  Looks like they don't care about customer service for online customers.
                  Pathetic service. Will never buy anything online from godrej interio.

An executive called and informed that it will be delivered by first week of october. It has been end of second week of october and there is no update from them and i have requested for cancellation through both mail and calling representative, they have not yet cancelled the order.

                      This is coming from your dedicated customer and a doctor (Gynaecologist).. I have purchased many things from godrej company since many years.
                      But over a period of time i realized that the quality of your furniture has deteriorated too much... So much that the high prices now seem like being robbed!!
                      I bought one of your beds for my daughter 3 years back... The whole ply/vinyl coving has peeled off..60, 000/- bucks wasted..
                      Also bought a dining table set of 8, nearly 7 years back... The glass come off and the legs gave way. Whole dining table came down.. Thankfully the glass survived.. Could you plz tell how long you people think the furniture should last.. Then why should i pay you thousands again for repair... Too sad affairs! Me and my doctor kids will never buy from godrej again!!!

                          The stitching in one portion of the seat in 3 seater sofa has been damaged due to opening or cutting of threads. Although complaint was lodged to customer care & escalated vide call no-D[protected] Dt.30/07/2020 to Delhi centre & inspected by the technician, no development has been intimated to me so far.I tried to contact your servicing Manager Mr Anil but could not contact as it is showing out of net work.In view of this I request your good office to please look into the matter for necessary repairing of the damage occurred in sofa.

                          The EURO PRO 3 seaterin syn lth coffee brown was purchased along with other item vide consignee No-97724 & tax invoice dt.18.09.2019.The stitching in one portion of the seat in 3 seater sofa has been damaged due to opening or cutting of threads. Although complaint was lodged to customer care & escalated vide call no-D[protected] Dt.30/07/2020 to Delhi centre & inspected by the technician, no development was intimated from your end.The response given by customer care on each contact was that "our product technician will contact you".However after many follow up made with your service center at Delhi, It was informed by them that mtaerials etc required for repairing of sofa shall be sent shortly and would be delivered in your address. After a long wait, finally the repairing material for 3 seater sofa was delivered vide challan No-G20018271 dated 18.09.2020. It is a matter o[censored]tter surprise that the complaint is dealt in a very frivolous manner and yet to be redressed.How long one customer will chase and wait for his legitimate rights. In the mean time defect liability period of one year is over and complaint has not been attended so far. In view of this I request your good office to please look into the matter for giving necessary instructions to the concerned servicing center to attend the complaint immediately so that the damage occurred in sofa is rectified without causing further delay and harassment.

                            Based on the review of the chair over the portal, i have purchassed the product but it gives me zero comfort and back pain and stress . i felt totally disappointed with the chair for plucked my earned 10K, horrible to use the chair .when delivery itself getting disappointed by the godrej delivery person who makes the purple mixing white colored chair into dust shaded chair . we never expected from the reputed godrej interio.and also spoke with customer care about the discomfort of the chair they simply said it was upto to you, product is like that only we cannot do anything .

                              We have placed order on modular kitchens on godrej interio through their franchise at gachbowli on 12th march 2020 after payment of advance rs 150000/- (Order nos won 017590 & won o17857) and assurance given delivery and installation will be completed by april end/may 1st week. Due to covid 19, godrej could not deliver the item and promised by july 3rd week. Even july 3rd week also they could not meet and again assured that delivery will be by 10th august 2020. Even 10th august 2020 also did not meet and on 25th august 2020 godrej informed that kitchen items arrived at hyderabad and pay full balance amount then only material can be released. We said that complete delivery and installation and payment will done accordingly. Due to godrej delay we incurred a heavy loss and paying emi to hdfc ltd rs 95000since may 2020 onwards. This has been informed to godrej marketing mumbai and hyderabad.in this regard godrej has to pay the loss incurred since july 2020 i. E. 190, 000 plus interest on the advance paid.

                              Mr. Anil Kumar Verma, Executive director and President should intervene, as customer support is ineffective. also had Correspondence with Their Marketing Chief Mr. Pracheta Vats, SumanthV and Satish, Gladwin Pereira. Mr Sumanth V Hyderabad division insigating the Franchaise for full payment and he is the guy who mislead the TOP. So Mr. Anil Verma intervention is essential.

                                  I bought a wardrobe few months back from Godrej interio store at Lullanagar few months back and is still in warranty period, the right door of the wardrobe doesn't close properly, upper corner of the door get stuck out Everytime.                                     I went to your Godrej interio in the month of March for purchase of wardrobe and dinning table .I asked for quotation, So that I can submit the same to my office.Instead of quotation your sale person name Anjan Roy give me a Order confirmation letter and asking for 500 Rs for that. I am force to giveRs 500 to him. After that there was a lockdown and your showroom is closed, When I re-visited your showroom in the month of June and purchased a chair and asked him to adjust the money in that bill he refused to do so.
                                    Even the manager of the madhyamgram West Bengal Godrej interio store didn’t do this. Kindly let me know the “IS GODEREJ ALWAYS TAKES MONEY TO GENERATE QUTATION AMOUNT” and how that money will be refunded to me.

                                      I purchased squadro king bed in the month of october 2019 from lifestyle donar darbhanga-846004. Within a year, the laminated layer o[censored]pper head board of bed started to detach from ply. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
