I went to your Godrej interio in the month of March for purchase of wardrobe and dinning table .I asked for quotation, So that I can submit the same to my office.Instead of quotation your sale person name Anjan Roy give me a Order confirmation letter and asking for 500 Rs for that. I am force to giveRs 500 to him. After that there was a lockdown and your showroom is closed, When I re-visited your showroom in the month of June and purchased a chair and asked him to adjust the money in that bill he refused to do so.
Even the manager of the madhyamgram West Bengal Godrej interio store didn’t do this. Kindly let me know the “IS GODEREJ ALWAYS TAKES MONEY TO GENERATE QUTATION AMOUNT” and how that money will be refunded to me.

    Delay in delivery - Poor customer satisfaction

    I purchased squadro king bed in the month of october 2019 from lifestyle donar darbhanga-846004. Within a year, the laminated layer o[censored]pper head board of bed started to detach from ply. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

      I have a purchased a chocolate queen bed on 22nd jan, 2020. Highly dissatisfied bcoz the poor quality of the bed. Today i found on some area of bed skin getting peel off within a period of 6 months. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

        Order ( Order id : [protected]) placed on 1st July 2020 for an almirah. Order id : [protected].

        Order still not delivered. Firstly i was told 28th July would be my delivery date. Later i'm told it will be delivered between 5-7th Aug. It was supposed to be delivered by today, latest by tomorrow. Now these ### are giving useless excuses that it will take another 10 days for delivery.

        I have followed up with CUSTOMER care, no one is responding to any calls.

        I wrote to them that if this product is not delivered within the next two days, I need my money refund. They are saying it is not possible as the order is already packed. There is no response on the CUSTOMER care numbers:[protected] / [protected] ?

          I placed the order on godrej interio for a recliner - where they mentioned the date of 3rd august., which was yesterday. Till date they have not delivered and no intimation also. Also in their website - on the tracking order - there is no update of packing and delivery status. Extremely poor customer service.

          Called customer service 2-3 times and they said that they will update, but till now no update.

          Looks like they don't care about customer service for online customers.

            Complaint made on 22nd JULY 2020. NO ACTION has been taken since I spoke to PAWANKUMAR onI 29TH JULY 2020.He cannot complete my complaint.contact number of MR Pawankumar 98734840429. I follwed up with him again on 1st aug 2020 then again on 10th aug2020 again on 21st aug 2020 that time he replied that he is not getting the response from the manager.

              I have purchased a sofa-cum bed in august 2018. The backrest has two knobs on the either side. One of the knob as come out. I have lodged a complain in customer care. The technician (Hyderabad) visited and said though he has never seen this product, we will take it to the workshop and get it done by third party.

              The owner of the service centre mr darius phone no, [protected] called up and said that including transportation (Hardly any distance) and the welding it will cost around rs 12302/- (Including gst). The breakup is also not mentioned. I have attached a copy. Is it a joke?
              He was very rude and said though we do not do sofa repairs we are obliging. Then the question is when godrej does not have service centre for sofa, why do they take the complain? Technician has taken rs 400 visiting charges for what?

              Please take it on priority.
              My house entire interiors is from godrej. Now i doubt that in future if i have any issue with any of my product, what will i do?

                      I have purchased a sofa set 3+1+1 during 2017. Soon after that i noticed a stitching coming out between two seater of 3 seater sofa. I ignored it initially. Other i called their official service provider to get it repaired.

                      He had charged rs 400 just to take picture of the area. Later i received a quotation for rs 24000 + to repair the same.

                      It is a manufacturing defect. Still godrej wants to rob money from their customers for small repairs by all means.

                      Only way i find now is to bring this type of malpractices by godrej interio to the knowledge of the public and prevent them buying such inferior items from godrej by paying huge amount

                        My order [protected] is not getting delivered and the company has been providing conflicting information about the delivery date. Now they have stopped responding. I contacted online support, email, and customer support number which is unresponsive. They finally said i will get the order by 30th june and i haven't got it yet. Can someone advise how to resolve this? It's getting very inconvenient to manage my stuff in a small pg room and need the item asap.

                            Raised a service request for a godrej washing machine on 30th may 2020. After raising the request received a call from one of the executive for the visit.
                            Executive name - rijvan khan
                            Contact no - [protected]

                            The executive arrived on 31st may 2020.
                            After the inspection of the washing machine it was found the sensor was out of order. He replaced the sensor and charged the below amount
                            1. Sensor - 4200
                            2. Service charge - 350

                            The amount was paid the executive. The executive informed will be receiving the detail along with the warranty copy for the sensor

                            However even after multiple follow-ups we did not received any bill or warranty copy.
                            Its almost a month and still we have not received

                                I made a computer table on godrej on 4th june. Order is not delivered and no status update on it. There is no good way to contact support and there is no order cancellation method available on the website.

                                Chat is the only way to contact and just to hear from them that my order cancellation request if forwarded to the department. It has been 5 days since i made this request and there is no cancellation confirmation call from their team.

                                I want to refund of my money at the earliest. I feel like looted now.

                                  The odu supplied to me along with the idu against the
                                  Invoice no: 10007di11151605 dtd:[protected] is delivered to me with out filling the refrigerant ie fluride r32.
                                  After using for a week i found the defect and become mad of the issue because i have spent a big amount.
                                  I have lodged a complaint also on the same at your head office.
                                  So i request you to kindly replace the useless odu with a power odu with the refrigerant duly filled at your works and deliver it to me at the earliest.

                                    I have been regular customer of intero however most of my purchase are in new delhi. Recently on 11th june2020 i purchased slimline wardrobe at my hometown katihar godrej interio showroom (Anand electronics).
                                    Though nominal but they demanded and ihad to pay 2percent extra in the name of credit card.
                                    I had never this type of experience in delhi.
                                    I request you to maintain your trust with your customers this type of cheap activity must be avoided.
