I have purchased a sofa set 3+1+1 during 2017. Soon after that i noticed a stitching coming out between two seater of 3 seater sofa. I ignored it initially. Other i called their official service provider to get it repaired.

He had charged rs 400 just to take picture of the area. Later i received a quotation for rs 24000 + to repair the same.

My order [protected] is not getting delivered and the company has been providing conflicting information about the delivery date. Now they have stopped responding. I contacted online support, email, and customer support number which is unresponsive. They finally said i will get the order by 30th june and i haven't got it yet. Can someone advise how to resolve this? It's getting very inconvenient to manage my stuff in a small pg room and need...

Raised a service request for a godrej washing machine on 30th may 2020. After raising the request received a call from one of the executive for the visit.

I have been regular customer of intero however most of my purchase are in new delhi. Recently on 11th june2020 i purchased slimline wardrobe at my hometown katihar godrej interio showroom (Anand electronics).
Though nominal but they demanded and ihad to pay 2percent extra in the name of credit card.
I had never this type of experience in delhi.
I request you to maintain your trust with your customers this type of cheap...

Service man got money on may 15 but still he is ni providing any services and i don't get back money as well....

The product was ordered on may 16, 2020, with an order id [protected], however, even after a month of waiting the product is no where near being shipped. On contacting the company the standard reply is that they are unable to track the order because of some technical glitch....

Company gave me 15 year warranty on rusting as mentioned in the bill. My kitchen got rusted in 5 years and when i claimed replacement then they clearly denied. What kind of service they have? Why they gave 15 years warranty then? Is godrej really concerned about their customers?
Its been more than 6 months from the date of complaint and no resolution has been given till date....

Refrigerator not working in approx one month...

Dear sir/madam,

We have bought godrej wardrobe-h1 from authorised godrej interio authorised wholesale dealer, classic enterprises at ghatkoper (W.) mumbai. Invoice no. 2019/20/611 dated 12th november 2019.
After used of 5 months the wardrobe door is not opening and closing smoothly. We have to give little bit force to close the door.

Would you like to inform that your product quality is not good. Dry Motor Replace before 3 months by payment. Dry Motor is not working Mach End 2020. Lockdown didn't contact with you .

I am writing this complaint to bring to your information that we have 3 centurion almirahs. We had a recent theft in which we lost a very huge amount. All the doors of the almirahs were easily broken and the safe doors were removed. We were dependant on the security of the cupboards and the strength of the almirahs. But they were easily breakable.
Also we had godrej locks which were easily chopped off.
