I Purchased recliner from Godrej Interio, Pune, Nagar Road, on 1st Jan 2018. Within 6-7 months, the foam of the recliner got deformed. I had to raise complaint. Since product was in Warranty, complaint was acknowledged and the recliner was replaced. However I didn't knew that It was replaced by another faulty Recliner. With 3 months time the Recliner functionality of extending stopped working. I raised the complain again, but the recliner was out of warranty. I lodged the complain with customer care and service engineer was sent. When he inspect the recliner, it was found that the wood piece inside the recliner was broken. I was shocked to find the same as recliner functionality is sparingly used, hardly 10-15 times in 4-5 months. When I raise the same thing to engineer, he also agreed. Since Recliner was out of warranty by then, the gave a estimate of 14000/- for fixing the same. I spoke to Mr Abhey Ubey the Pune service incharge. He told me that case has been raised with Godrej and we will get back on the same. It's 3 months now, followup calls has not yielded any proper response. Want support on the same, how come 47000 recliner purchased from Godrej, becomes faulty twice with a years time.
