I purchased a model 2 prince grey cupboard from godrej imperio opposite sector 14, gurgaon on 25 jul 19.
Firstly the cupboard was delivered late and the delivery boy said that a technician would come in the evening to unpack it as he was unauthorised to do so.
Today is 3 aug 19 and inspite of telephonic requests no technician has come till now.
I am a senior citizen and retired defence officer.
Never expected such poor service from a reputed company.

    We bought rhine recliner 3 str sofa from phoenix machines pvt. Ltd., durgapur on 13th dec, 2017. But within 1year the leather is getting damaged. We are very disappointed with the product quality. We did not expect so bad quality for such costly item.
    Price was 46600rs
    We want to replace the cover. We went to the store but they refused to take any action. They asked to pay more 20, 000 rs for sofa cover to them.
    This is so ridiculous behavior from a godrej store.
    You should understand we have faith on godrej brand that is why buy your product. You should pay the same respect to keep our faith.
    We want you to replace the cover.

      Now condition of leatherates is so poor that it is going to worn out itself.

        It's just one year now since i am using godrej interio modular kitchen and i have very bad experience. The laminate of the shutters have come out. I have spent 3.5 lacs for my kitchen and still such bad quality product were given. There are manufacturing defects, bad technicians and carpenters involved in the process and very poor customer service. I willl not recommend anyone to buy godrej interio modular kitchen.

          To whomsoever it may concern
          This is in reference to one of your showroom in Gurgaon sector 14.
          I Neelima Kukreja went with my mom Mrs Rita Kukreja to your showroom where i had purchased a aero wardrobe on which the showroom had mentioned the amount 96786 on which after a bargain Mr prasoon the area head of your company gave us a discount of 13 percent over the mrp so we decided to go for it.
          After a week when i received the wardrobe i saw the mrp mentioned on the wardrobe was much less which was 92178.
          After speaking to Mr prasoon regarding the same he has an explosive to it as they must have put the stuff in the old packing and we have the mail from companies of the new mrp.
          But if you have the mrp changed then you should have the same mrp which you send to the customer as customer pays according to the mrp mentioned on the box.
          I have the copy of the bill issued from your outlet and also the mrp on the wardrobe which has come to me and is installed.
          After all this I had a word with Mr prasoon saxena for which he agreed to difference amount to me as I have the recording of the same and when my person reached there to collect the same he refused and said if we could talk it over.
          I think it's real harrassment for a customer to get false info and then wasting our time on the same.
          Attaching below one the bill issues from your outlet and the mrp mentioned on the wardrobe.

          Kindly explain on the above and hopefully as a company you would understand that customer pays according to the mrp mentioned on the product received and not what is just mention on the outlet.

            I have purchased furniture from bhiwandi godrej interio on 22nd may, 2019. And mr. Sachin sonavane had attended us that time and was the main point of contact for us.

            I have purchased the following furniture:

            1. Sliding store wardrobe with mirror
            2. Zen queen bed
            3. Dual magic mattress and
            4. Shoe cabinet step

            It has been a pathetic experience in terms of the after sales service, even after buying products worth rs. 103488/-. We have received wardrobe, bed (With cracked top panel) and shoe cabinet by 29th may. Mr. Sachin had promised to deliver the mattress by 30th may, but after lot of coordination from our end we have received the delivery by 7thjune. And mirror was delivered on some different date. Sending bed without mattress doesn't make sense and we literally had to coordinate for each and everything as mr. Sachin who always promised to call back or update us on the status, failed to do the same and eventually we only had to call and coordinate for all the after-sale services (Delivery, installation, replacement of defective panel, arranging technician etc.). We regretted buying and spending our hard-earned money on godrej!!

            Same thing happened for the cracked top panel of bed which we were supposed to get within 1 week after delivery (29th may) we received it by 15th june and godrej didn’t bother to pick the defective panel from our house. Its still lying in our house from last 3 weeks now.

            It’s really a pathetic service!! It’s just a brand now with no service at all. And employee has very careless attitude towards their work. Last weekend only i had a call with mr. Sachin (Bhiwandi showroom) who were supposed to revert me on picking up the defective panel has not even bothered to call back till now!! Even after giving the warning of escalating this issue on godrej site and even on social media platform, it clearly shows that how godrej is least bother about the costumer after getting complete amount from them.

            It is a very unprofessional attitude of godrej and will post this even on social media, as nobody bother to check with us and mr. Sachin is still sleeping, so it’s time to wake godrej and aware people about their true brand image!!

              I had bought a wardrobe on 27th may... Got delivered on 28th may & the service man came to assemble the product on 29th may, but he found the right door of the wardrobe was damage, so he couldn’t fix the mirror, and lodged a complaint for the replacement, but it’s almost 40 days now & i am still waiting for the replacement, i called several time to the shop i bought from that is irony godrej interior, nagerbazar but they are giving me excuses every time. Such a pathetic service from company like godrej.

                I purchased Godrej Split Inverter AC on 2 Mar 19, which is not cooling. I Complained on 4 Jul 19, 3Technician visited but in vain. Part not replaced till today. Is it the best service provided by the company. Bad experience.

                  I, arun prasad, have bought a storwell on 25th june 2019 from interiors today, faizabad road, lucknow. I have been supplied defective piece and has been replaced twice but still main door lock is not working. The mechanic was not able to assemble the locker lock inside the storwell. After almost two hours some how the locker lock was made workable. But the mechanic could not resolve the issue of main door lock. I have complained to the dealer but his tone and tenor was not appreciable. The dealer has advised me to take back my money. Very very poor service. Find solution immediately. Such type of poor product and service can not be accepted from a big reputed organization like yours.

                    We have purchased around nine furniture items from godrej & boyce mfg. Co. Ltd. At asaf ali road, delhi - 110002.

                    On 16 june 2019 the problem arised when king size bed in our bedroom not fitted and we requested the company to change the bed alongwith mattress to queen size bed for which they agreed but tilld ate there is no response from them. We told them that the measurement was taken by their company man and therefore there is no fault of ours. They had advised us to repack the same. But now they refuse to exchange the same.

RICHA- OKHLA) that do not arrange part delivery after this part delivery done without my knowledge and at the time of part delivery the store team assured me that over head will be deliver with 4-5 days without fail but now no one even interested to take/attend at call to update delivery the product.

                        I Purchased recliner from Godrej Interio, Pune, Nagar Road, on 1st Jan 2018. Within 6-7 months, the foam of the recliner got deformed. I had to raise complaint. Since product was in Warranty, complaint was acknowledged and the recliner was replaced. However I didn't knew that It was replaced by another faulty Recliner. With 3 months time the Recliner functionality of extending stopped working. I raised the complain again, but the recliner was out of warranty. I lodged the complain with customer care and service engineer was sent. When he inspect the recliner, it was found that the wood piece inside the recliner was broken. I was shocked to find the same as recliner functionality is sparingly used, hardly 10-15 times in 4-5 months. When I raise the same thing to engineer, he also agreed. Since Recliner was out of warranty by then, the gave a estimate of 14000/- for fixing the same. I spoke to Mr Abhey Ubey the Pune service incharge. He told me that case has been raised with Godrej and we will get back on the same. It's 3 months now, followup calls has not yielded any proper response. Want support on the same, how come 47000 recliner purchased from Godrej, becomes faulty twice with a years time.

                          I would like to log a complaint against all the above employees of Gordrej as they have not provided the service appropriately.
                          Firstly Dipak didnot order the correct and required parts for my Kreation
                          Secondly there were 2 missing parts of the upper compartment
                          The Technician who was supposed to come in the morning for the setup, denied to come the same day, after alot of request he agreed and reached at 22:45 for the setup on the 3rd of June.
                          Then there was RH missing as the Technician said and told us that he would log the order and get it for us, therfore we waited, but we informed Dipak about it he said he will look into it.
                          On the 7th of June I called in the showroom that is When I came to know my order is not being logged and it was logged on the 7th itself. They told me you'll get a call in 2days.
                          After days I had to myself call Rohit and ask he kept on delaying
                          Atlast on the 20th June my missing part arrived and on 21th June the technician came for the setup and now this is the position of my cupboard mentioned bellow again a missing part
                          I want a valid and acceptable reason for this pathetic service.

                            We have order Godrej Cupboards, Safe and Addition Racks from Godrej Interio (Vashi Branch) on 1st June. Mr. Hussain is the sales person who attended us. The delivery of Cupboards & Safe was done on 12th June except the additional racks. During the installation of cupboards the technician had some query for which were calling Mr. Hussain on his cell. Almost 10-12 calls were made but he refused to attend the call, instead he immediately called the Technician immediately to check the status. Technician immediately informed me that Hussain had called to check about the status. After that I am constantly calling Mr. Hussain to check the delivery status of additional racks which is yet to be delivered. We are not satisfied and disappointed with this behaviour.

                            This kind of behaviour brings a bad reputation to the seller (Sales India) and also the brand in a way.

                              We have purchased 3 door slimline cupboard on 5th June n we have paid full amount on 7th June, 2019. After that only me n my husband was taking follow up for delivery, neither avdhoot nor Mr. Hussain shown interest for timely delivery. On 14th june i called Mr. Hussain but he has spoken in very rude tone n disconnect call directly. On 19th june we received call on 9 am from delivery person that they will deliver in 1 hour. Should we sit take unnecessary leave for unplanned timely delivery of Godrej. This was worst experience i had with Godrej. They should maintain customer relationship. I will never recommend anyone for Godrej.

                                Purchase made through flipkart Godrej 3 door almirah but not delivered after promise date. As per flipkart order will delivered by Godrej but no response my query and order not delivered. Godrej executive call me 5th June for delivery of the order and confirm order will deliver either today or tomorrow but same will not happen. Both flipkart and Godrej not help me when order will delivered.

                                  My complaint number D[protected] for repair of my window AC remained unattended for 2 weeks inspite of at least 50 reminders to various executives of Godrej without any result. They don't even pick up the phones. Now they have given me a new number D[protected] but have not received any visit schedule from their technician. Even WhatsApp messages are ignored completely. I have contacted their customer care service (not the service centers) several times on phone/ through email and all that they do is to remind their service center or give a few mobile numbers of their service center which remain switched off all the times

                                  I have purchased a godrej zurina king bed on dated24.05.2017.The same bed has been cracked on front side automatically within 1 year .I have also lodged a complaint to Raj furniture, Jajpur Town, Odisha on dated in april 2019 but no response has been given.

                                    I have purchased one complete set of Godrej made air conditioning machine vide invoice no. 02424/1819/08558 dated 19.03.2019. The machine carries an warranty for one year. The machine was installed on and around April 2019 by authorised technician of machine manufacturing co.

                                    i regret to inform you that the above machine gone out of order just after 2 days of date of installation. I have lodged complaint over telephone and i have given docket No. K[protected].

                                    till date no single action has been taken. Initially one man named abhishek sinha from your company told that compressure has to be changed. i was waiting for that. But 15 days he again told that the company will replace the the total machine. Again we were waiting for replacement. after laps of 15 days, the man from service centre again told me that the company will refund the price of machine. In this way your company is harassing me from last two months. even the person has taken out the AC from my house.

                                    I earnest request you to please look into the matter and take necessary action immediately.

                                      I had ordered a Kreation 5 door cupboard which got delivered on 24th May 2019. The hanging rod and a self in the middle cupboard was small so they said the will replace it within 1-2 weeks. Today even after 20 days of delivery there's no call or information about the replacement parts. When i spoke to a guy from service center, he said it will be shipped from Mumbai office on 20th june and will be reach to me by Next month. After a little arguments he said that if i call him again he will not replace anything. This is his phone no. [protected]. Is that what we can expect from a so called reputed company. Please resolve this issue within 2-3 days or please take the cupboard back and refund my money.

                                        I have purchased a Fully Automatic U-Sonic washing machine from Godrej in 2014 and took extended warranty up to 2018. During this period many times problems arised and subsequently technician visited and resolved the issues on the spot, now After 2018 when I did not took AMC for further period I had a very bad experience from the service side of Godrej where I lodged a complaint in Godrej customer care about water supply not coming to the machine, again the same technician who usually visits my place visited this time and told that your machine's Panel is not working and it should be replaced and will cost around 3000/- as you have not taken the AMC. I was really shocked and surprised that if we don't take AMC how Godrej people treat us. Their attitude was also not good and talk very rudely.
                                        really Hopeless service experience from Godrej. I will never recommend to any body for it.
