We purchased shoe cabinet in sep with full advance payment to get our product delivered in 3 weeks, as we called after 3 weeks the manager is clue less and forgot to order our product which he says has to be imported and would take another month and he would provide a scrtach card along with the delivery as a token of apology for bad experience. Again we called back after a month he is again cluekess of the product and was insisting to take display piece if ineef or some other color. When i agreed to take another product and asked if he is going to send the scratch card as promised he is balantly denying that he even mentioned about the scratch card. Disgusting!!! Unethical liars. I need the refund and more intrested to get harassed by this store manager

    I had purchased one recliner sofa rhine on 21.04.18. From patra interior cuttack-. During use, right side back support is pushed inside. I lodged complain no. [protected] on 26.09.18. It was attended once by your technician from bhubanewar office and twice by everyour dealer. On 27.10.18 back support was replaced by dealer wchich looks like used one having same defect. Which looks clearly. I again called your call center. Who has told me that my complain will be attended by 31.10.18. It is my earnest request to do the needful at the earliest. I had a great regard for your co. Never expected such defect in your product. Do the needful at the earliest.

    We had been using Godrej recliner sofa rhine since 2 years . The leather cover of the sofa is wearing off day by day . Also the liver is not working We had a great regard for your company. Never expected such defect in your product. Do the needful at the earliest.

      Hello. My name is Murali and I had procured my new apartment in Prestige Sunrise Park, Electronic City, Bangalore and we had chosen Ms. Sarada Enterprises located at Marathalli, Bangalore from Godrej Interio for our modular kitchen work and wardrobe work. This was way back in June 2018. We had finalized everything around 3rd week of June and at the time of finalizing, we had also made an initial payment of 1 lack rupees as requested by the agency and we were assured that the work will start soon and all material would be arriving from Mumbai. The total cost of the contract was approximately 6 lakhs including the installation etc. As you can imagine, this is a pretty huge amount. Later on, we were pressurized to make the full payment and we arranged for bank loan and handed over the payment by August 2018 and we were told that the works will start very soon and the material has arrived on 22nd August in Bangalore. From then until now, the works are not complete and we keep hearing some or the other silly excuse from this agency. First, we were told that the part that has arrived from Mumbai is the wrong type and again new items were requested - this wasted a good 1.5 months for us and we dont even know if this is true or if the agency was giving an excuse. Later on, we were assured 1 month that work will start again and parts have come but until now the works havent been completed, and I am not sure why. Every time it is the same excuse or the other. Now, we are again hearing that the lock and loft work is pending as lock is not suitable! This is limits of my patience. I am tired of endless email correspondences I have been having with them for 4 months now and endless phone calls. It is really frustrating. This is totally unprofessional of them and of Godrej. We had thought by awarding the contract to Godrej we can be at peace, but I believe now it was a mistake and you can be rest assured that I will never go for Godrej in my lifetime and I will be sure to advise others too of the same and will also publicly post this grievance everywhere including google reviews of this place and of Godrej. I am attaching the details of the Agency along with invoices etc. Kindly have a check and advise. This has been a nightmare for me. I need you to let me know if the claims made by this agency are true or not and I need to know what is that you are willing to offer for causing me this mental trauma. I am also going to go to consumer court with this case for sure and you will hear from my lawyers very soon. What kind of a company is this agency running and how are you as Godrej tolerating this unprofessional behavior. If the agency wasnt sure of being able to complete the work, why did they commit to us and why did they pressurize us to make whole payments? Can you believe, that from June until now, a simple kitchen and wardrobe work is not done? This is simply unbelievable to me or to anyone. Its my hard earned money and you or the agency have no right to play with my emotions like this. This agency is filled with crooks whose sole objective is to secure payments and there is no regard for customer satisfaction or sentiments. I should have given this contract to someone else like Hettich or some other international brand other than Godrej. How is it possible that a big company like Godjre can make the mistake twice of sending unsuitable kitchen or wardrobe components and then again sending unsuitable lofts and locks?? Please explain.

      Also note that for the kitchen works, I was told to remit about 15000 rupees to some unrecognized account which I did and also sent another 3500 rupees towards Faber Chimney installation. The agency initially had stated that they will take care of everything end to end but later on they were very hesitant to take up the Faber installation work and only upon insisting they took it up at a cost.

      BELOW IS THE LIST OF PAYMENTS MADE TO MS. SARADA AGENCIES STARTING FROM JUNE THROUGH AUGUST 2018:

      1st payment - June 22, 2018 - 1 lakhs
      2nd payment - 17 July 2018 - 1, 88, 900
      Final payment - 27 Aug 2018 - 2, 88, 850.00

      STILL UNTIL NOW WORK HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED.. TOTAL TIME TAKEN FROM JUNE 22ND TILL DATE IS 4 MONTHS AND COUNTING..AND I WAS TOLD THAT WORK WILL START IMMEDIATELY AND THAT ITS A 2 DAY WORK AT THE MOST... I EXPECT YOU TO TAKE ACTION.

        I purchased Helix coffee table[protected]SD00037) 02/09/2018 from Rishikesh show room. On 09/10/2018 it was deassembled itself due to brekage of one screw. I registered my complaint at that show room.
        On 12/10/2018 technical person visited but he was unable to resolve the problem, because he didn't have the required screw.

          It's been only 9 months and we have started so many problems.

          1. Lock of the door is not working properly

          2. There are uneven gaps between doors and body of the wardrobe which looks really odd although we have paid around 25, 000/-

          3. While opening & shutting the door, we are encountering weird sound

          4. The quality of the product is questionable

            I purchased recliner sofa single seat and after 1 year it's resin started wearing out.. Even after so many complaints for service of leathet they have not responded.. There after sales service is really worst.. After purchase of product they dont care about customers.. When we ask them any service they charge high rates but at least their service should match there rates

              Dear Godrej Kitchen Décor team

              Undersigned is an unfortunate non resident customer destined to place an order for a Godrej Interio modular kitchen with your Kayamkulam branch recently.

              In last may 1st week we visited your above branch, fixed the design with Mr. Felix and quoted a prize of Rs.2, 75, 000/- for the specifications we agreed with . As advised I gave PDC for Rs. 1, 38, 000 /-.The 2nd payment for Rs.1, 37, 000/- to be made on time of delivery I am told. For installation assistance etc. I gave the contact of my contractor Mr. Rajiv.

              Couple of days later Mr. Felix called and told that there is calculation mistake happened in the quote and I have to pay an additional Rs.10000/- cash to include an agreed semicircular basket in one corner. My wife informed him the basket is not required and agreed to proceed with the same amount 2.75 Lakhs.

              In order to sign the initial agreement (copy attached) I specifically told them to send it by mail and I will revert the signed copy in by return mail in colour. Several query mails and Whatsapp message I sent to them for the agreement but all in vain for long. Later they informed that they got the agreement signed by a site worker named Santhosh on my behalf and he also made a cash payment of Rs. 10.000/-. Both without my knowledge. When I questioned this action a lady of the branch resorted shouting in abusing language and banged the telephone.

              Again I was told to hand over a PDC for Rs.1, 27, 000/-(adjusting above10000Rs.) immediately otherwise the agreement will be cancelled. They told the delivery expected on 30.7.2018 and PDC to be given with that date and same given. During this period I received several calls from different persons from Godrej. I regret to inform you that except one Mr. Sathish (once) all other ladies were talking to me in a very abusing language ( recordings will be produced as the situation warrants) as if I did fatal mistake.

              In mid July again these ladies started calling and sending mail (copy of mails attached are self explanatory) saying that the consignment coming on 18th July and I have to arrange cash on that date. Otherwise it will be send back to Mumbai and I will loose the full advance amount paid.

              Later on 30th July they draw the balance amount without any intimation and delivered the items a week afterwards.

              Now I understands that the installation is still not completed ( chimney etc. still in packet) and some dummy covers are missing . Moreover they have not yet given any receipt or bill for the purchase and any papers to guarantee the 15 years warranty promised in agreement .

              I do hope that a reputed firm like M/s. Godrej décor will take prompt action for the redressal of my grievance and revert soon in a reasonable period. Otherwise I am left with no option other than taking up with consumer/civil courts and to warn a possible number of friends about this inappropriate deal through all available social media sources .

                We have purchased godrej almirah from phoenix machines p ltd, benacity, durgapur, model slimline two door with locker, date 28 jan 2018
                Invoice delivery memo money receipt no d/mr/b 970 order no. D/o/b 675
                One set key (Locker and outside door) misplaced few days back and we contacted dealer and office but did not get satisfactory reply. We are facing hardship because all our belongings are locked.
                Now the dealer replies (Screenshot attached that they can only do it chargeable)
                My question:
                1. Why at the first place, two set of keys not provided at the time of delivery? Just because an elderly person took the delivery and he was not aware of the details so much.
                2. We enquired about the duplicate keys few months (In march) later when we realized that they were giving us wrong information and also sent pictures of almirah to ask if it had two
                Pair of keys.

                3. We contacted phoenix machines office in may but they convinced that only one pair of keys are provided for this model.

                4. We also contacted +91 [protected] 15 july 2018 and sep 9 2018 and sent pictures of almirah, but repeatedly we were convinced that only one pair of keys is given for this model.
                Please note our keys were still not misplaced the but we were still asking for duplicate keys then

                5. +91 [protected] also contacted me on 6 oct and said that two sets were available for the product and he was not sure why not given to us.

                Now we hear a different story from dealer. That two pair of keys are available and now to help us they need money to change the lock altogether.

                Why were we kept in dark and miscommunications done all these months? Just to mint money as one day the keys might get misplaced? And customer will be bound to pay?

                This is not acceptable at all. I am writing the same mail to consumer forum as i will not take this complete unethical and unprofessional customer harming money minting mentally displayed by the godrej dealer.

                  I had booked one dressing table from vikroli showroom and then cancelled it within ten minutes as i saw same product in ur second hand factory outlet which was saving my 4, 000. After making so many requests in writing to ur vikroli showroom and even through telephone and whats app, your staff is not only avoiding reply but talked very very rudely and gave very shamless answers all the time.

                  I have been chasing them for more than one month but still neither received my refund nor getting any satisfactory reply from mr. Emran and mr rajesh, dealing persons o[censored]r showroom.

                  It is just disgusting and painful, shocking to see such behavior from reputed company like godrej. Hope u will look into the matter.

                    I was buy one almirah on 5th October 18, from Okhla Godrej interio Store. Mr. Kailash Chand o[censored]r customer relation Associate was give me delivery day on 8th October 18, today morning I have received call from [protected] this number for confirming almirah will deliver today 2 to 5 pm. I was take leave from my office for receiving the same. But this person again call me at 3.30 pm, and denied for today delivery. Now I was said this person deliver tomorrow before 9.30 am or after 7 pm. But again he tell me it is not possible. We can deliver in evening but not at 7 pm. He said call u back but still not received his call.

                    Are you people are giving such type of service with ur client. And you also demanding full payment in advance.its a very worst service which u are giving after receiving full payment. Today also four day has been passed.

                      We have registered a complaint, as our split ac is not at all giving any cooling. Complaint no is
                      102125 dated 08.9.18, some persons attend and detected the leak on the outside condenser/ or compressor. They told they will replace the whole unit in one week or less. They are from mavelikara godrej service centre. I called them several times. They repeatedly repeated the promise. Till now it is not replaced.

                      We have totally taken 3 for us and 2 for our relatives. This type of costumer service centres will ruin your reputation and it will affect your business.

                      I hope you will take an action to replace my unit which is leaking and sort out the issue.

                        Its almost a month my godrej washing machine is not working
                        Regularly complaining in dehradun office
                        1st of all this people take it so lightly
                        Once complain dey listen in 4...5 days after dat dey send so irresponsible n untrained person dat wtevr dey do
                        Machine is d same
                        Dey start it n go
                        Bt it doesnt start agn
                        Aftr 20 days dey changed my psp
                        And charge 3000 rs frm me
                        Aftr changing my psp its showing d error agn agn h6
                        Which it nvr showed earlier
                        M definately sure psp is defective as i have nvr used heater in d machine
                        Bt dis people dnt even bothered abt my complain
                        I really feeling irritated n frustrated wth godrej
                        Such a bad service
                        Very very poor customer support
                        And noe dis people has taken my politeness into my weakness
                        Bt dis time i will not sit quite as its already a month my machine is not working

                          I have purchased below items from your jamshedpur dealer starline enterprises date 31st may 2015.. Invoice no 000055.
                          Loretta dinning table 1 pcs
                          Radiance dining chair black 6 pcs
                          Flutter premium dressing table 1pcs.

                          All the 6 chairs has not been as per quality and the foams/raksiins has damaged and needs to be replaced. I have been following with dealer for last three months but he is not interested to provide any service and always giving some or other excuses. Pls let me know if you can help me to get it replaced or i have to throw the 6 chairs out.
                          It is a very poor service by the dealer and expecting some one to provide solution for replacement

                            I purchased one sofa at the cost of inr 60000 in 2015. There is one small leather torn on left side hand rest. Your representative visited, taken photo etc and asked to change entire leather of the sofa at inr 28000, which is undesirable, exorbitant and uncalled for. A person purchases consumer durable for its durability of reasonable period. For a small torn why can not you change the leather of the entire hand rest set instead go for entire change of sofas leather is not explained properly. No prudent man will do that. If in this way your company wants to cheat customers/ consumers like this i have commited blunder in choosing your brand and i now repent. I am told that my complain is closed which is also unfair. I want a reply in writing.

                              Dear concern person,

                              My name is himanshu goel, a consumer of godrej interio. I purchased a godrej interio almirah on dated 22/6/2018, model no wrd h1 dtone top white g rose from your registered dealer named ‘assets india (Godrej mega showroom)’, address:- a1-4, 2nd floor, r. K. Tower sector-4, vaishali, ghaziabad up-201010. Tel no:[protected] and mobile no:- [protected]. Supporting documents like bill and booking receipt is attached below.

                              Since the day when this item delivered to my place, it was having a defect from inside. Some portion of this almirah was not painted. Although it was looking very bad, but on the promise of mr. Purushotam (Shop keeper) and on humanitarian ground i accepted this almirah and i fully paid against this delivery. As said by mr. Purushotam, it has to be painted and he was responsible for such task and due action. He took around 2monthes to fulfill his promise but again he sprayed a wrong colour through his worker.

                              Meanwhile i also loadged a complaint in godrej interio company. 1st complaint on 3/8/2018 and 2nd complaint on 7/8/2018 on the name of himanshu goel from vaishali ghaziabad.

                              Major problem is, it was a marriage almirah. I am really pissed off by continuosly following the company and the dealer. Now dealer is saying that it is company’s call and company is saying it is dealer’s call. I am feeling like a true proverb ‘dhoobi ka kutta, na ghar ka, na ghat ka’. I have talked so many people in company as well. Mr. Omprakash service engg ([protected]) followed by mr rohit/mr uttam head of service dept ([protected]/[protected]) followed by mr. Prateek sethi assistant manager ([protected]) but no one here is liable to sort out my issue.

                              When i didn’t get any help from the company then i again followed dealer. Mr. Purushotam has been replaced by someone else, now this time a lady and she again just passing the time with the customer and nothing she is doing. First of all i want to mention that kindly terminate this dealer dealership. This is such a pathetic dealer. That lady don’t even know how to deal or talk with the customer. She always says that i have only 15% profit in it and rest company takes so company will do in it whatever it can do. I don’t know what she was trying to say like this but this is not at all relevant answer about my problem. What the customer has to take with this, i have paid whole figure then why would i listen such nonsense.

                              As your company says “customer service at godrej interio is recognized as the key building block in building the brand and bonding with our consumers. We at godrej interio believe that customer satisfaction & delight are part of our brand dna & hence have nurtured, invested & are constantly improving processes to achieve higher levels of satisfaction”. This statement is not true in my case and i am continously being misguided by the company and dealer.

                              I want serious action on my complaint this time and this is the last time i am looking for your service otherwise i will sue company and dealer in consumer court.

                                I had purchased a bed room set from godrej interio for over inr 1.5 lacs in frbruary 2017 (Detail in invoice).in the short time that i sparingly used it, i find that the finishes at the joints on the wooden front and headboard are peeling off. The same is happening with the drawers of the bedside tables and am having difficulty in operating the drawers. Also, i am unable to lock the cupboards probably due to misalignment of doors.

                                With lot of hope, i registered a complaint about this on godrej's help line.

                                In a couple of days a carpenter visited my home to attend to the complaint. He claimed to be approved service provider of godrej.

                                This gentle man requested me for the purchase documents of the product and asked me to make a payment of rs 350 as service charge. He had no invoice with him to claim this payment.

                                When i refused to make the carpenter took some pictures of the damaged areas which he would show to the company.

                                He tried to repair the locks on the cupboard but did more damage than good. The hard hitting on the door hinges fixed the lock, but completely spoilt the alignment. The cupboard now stands with large uneven gaps between doors and the over head compartment.

                                I received an estimate of 30000+ for repair for the bed n bedside tables.
                                It is a pity that a reputed company like godrej sells poor quality products at exorbitant prices n takes no responsibility for it.
                                Would discourage anyone even thinking of buying anything from godrej interio.

                                  Dear executive,

                                  I purchased a slider almirah last month from godrej interior, bhubaneswar, sahid nagar, odisha.

                                  I received a damaged mirror and incompatible arm for the drawer.

                                  I was asked to wait for one week and was supposed to get replacement for that.

                                  However i had to wait for three weeks for the replacement, and today i received the products at my place.

                                  When the godrej service people came to my home and unboxed the mirror, it was found to be damaged again and the arm for drawer was also incompatible at the same time.

                                  I have not been able to use my products from three weeks.

                                  Such extremely bad service by godrej is disappointing and also ruining the brand image of godrej.

                                  I would request you to return the product from my home and refund me at the earliest.

                                  Otherwise i will be compelled to file consumer complaint at the right forum and go to consumer court located here at khandagiri, bhubaneswar, odisha.

                                      The quality of vida sofa i purchased two years back is of horrible quality. I bought this sofa for 45000/- and after 2 years the maintenances cost quoted by company was rupees 17892/-. Therr is sign if slight threads coming out from one sitttinh position for that they are quoting this amount. The customer care is pathetic after 50 calls i have received the quote and then after asking for revise quote they are still yet to submit the revise quote. I will never buy anything from godrej hence forth. These guys are fake and duping people under brand name

                                        We have purchased slimline 2 door on 05.09.2018 from godrej interio shop at satellite area Ahmedabad. However, product supplied /installed was without drawer. It was mentioned in delivery note. However, till now we not received drawal till now.please look into matter resolve the issue as i have made full payment of product on 05.02.2018. It looks godrej is loosing its old established shine.
