Godrej mattress purchased on 25th nov 2018 lost shape within a week from both sides (Reversible)... Spoke to the dealer/retailer - interior elite regarding the problem and they guided us to lodge a complain at a toll free number which we did (Received an sms in response with a secret code of satisfaction on 17th december 2018) and got a response within a day from mr. Rakesh the supervisor/in charge of post sales service for mattresses... He assured that he'll send a technician over to resolve the issue within 48 hours but no one has arrived and it is 96 hours now...
Mr. Rakesh is not answering my calls which is why i have whatsapped him the photos of the mattress that has lost it's shape but he still has not responded...
Hence i have lodged another complain at[protected] and also putting it on record by this submission. Hoping for a swift resolution.

Finally after the submission at 'consumer complaints', 2 personnel from godrej (One of them mr. Rajkumar kevat) showed up and checked the mattress in question a week to 10 days ago... Then subsequently called and said that the company (Godrej interio) will not replace the mattress and that the customer should ask the retailer to get it repaired... On which i told them to speak to the retailer and direct them to do the needful... They said they will and then i recd an sms stating that, "your service call b[protected] has been completed." he also stated that if the retailer is not responding do let me know at [protected].
Since, nobody has taken the responsibility and my mattress which has lost it's shape and is in warranty has not been repaired or replaced even after multiple follow ups with both mr. Rajkumar kevat from godrej interio and the retailer mr. Virender khanna of interior elite cell no. [protected]
I have been duped and cheated by brand godrej soi urge the concerned to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

Finally after the submission at 'Consumer Complaints', 2 personnel from Godrej (one of them Mr. Rajkumar Kevat) showed up and checked the mattress in question a week to 10 days ago...then subsequently called and said that the company(godrej interio) will not replace the mattress and that the customer should ask the retailer to get it repaired...on which I told them to speak to the retailer and direct them to do the needful...they said they will and then I recd an sms stating that, "your service call B[protected] has been completed." He also stated that if the retailer is not responding do let me know at [protected].
Since, nobody has taken the responsibility and my mattress which has lost it's shape and is in warranty has not been repaired or replaced even after multiple follow ups with both Mr. Rajkumar Kevat from Godrej Interio and the Retailer Mr. Virender Khanna of Interior Elite Cell no. [protected]
I have been duped and cheated by brand Godrej soI urge the concerned to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

    I bought a godrej storwel on[protected] from alappat home appliances, thodupuzha, kerala 685584, phone:+91 [protected]. They delivered a damaged product to me. Its storage shelves and pedestal bush are not fitted properly.

    I have been contacting the service department of the above said shop to repair the fault. But so far no initiative has taken by them. I being a bonafide purchaser the attitude and negligence of the dealer with regard to the service of the product is highly inappropriate. The problem is occurred on the very same day of the purchase. I reside hardly 7 km far from the dealer's shop, if they have taken minimum care with the service of your product this complainant to the company would have been avoided.

    And i am forced to adduce one more sentence that i will never recommend this dealer to anyone.

    I strongly believe that the company will take any step to sort out my complaint, please do the needful...

      Hello harsh,

      I am surprised to read your mail with pain and i now understand your cheap tactics. I never knew godrej will stoop to these level.

      My entire image of godrej has changed with your conspiracy.

      I called you back before 15 days, first of all one mr. Shailesh came, he informed me about the procedure that at godrej we can not give quotation like that, so he visited after 3 days to my residence and started all the formalities.
      The order was of estimated of 4.5 lacs with all fingerprint locks and all. However looking at your indian government servant like behavior i decided to place all other possible orders to samsung & yale.

      Then you took over saying that we have a system and we can give you price and delivery only after getting the written confirmation from the head office. We have a slow system but it is perfect and we can never be wrong on date of delivery.

      During all these time i was really pleading that the house is ready & i can not afford to wait so long for the quotation.

      Twice you guys made me sit at the office till 9 pm just waiting for you, with your delayed visit in-spite of the fixed appointment (My office closes at 6 pm), because you had no time and meeting customer seems your last priority. Then you send me a dealer imprint traders, (The one who is ashamed of printing godrej name on his visiting card) his visiting card had names of ricoh & kores, but no godrej.
      During all this period i have been speaking and calling your mr. Ankitbhai patel, informing him now and then about the horrible experience i am facing with godrej.
      I was surprised by your idea to dupe me when you said that why you are buying 40 locks, buy only 20, when i said that i buy more to keep in stock for future failures/requirements and we arrived to the figure of 30. I was also surprised with your dadagiri that if you buy 20 you get 4 master key, and if you buy 30 then also you will get only 4 master keys, after much deliberation, you agreed to 5 master keys. I have audio recording of the same.

      This shows
      1) that a company like godrej will slap looking at the capacity of your cheeks. You have no fixed policy. You justify your delay by impressing that your system is slow but perfect
      2), i can now guess your cheap tactic, that because you have seen my house & you knew that it is in final stage, you decided to pass time to get competition out & now you left me with no option but to succumb with your ready product instead of what i want. This is really cheap roadside vendor tactic. I have given advance cheque to a dealer i do not know, just on your email & godrej name, you are taking undue advantage of the decades old brand.

      Honestly, three of my staff members stay at godrej garden city and my experience is exactly opposite of theirs. They do not believe that you can stoop to this level for such a small order.

      However you are hereby informed to make sure that you adhere to your contract for which the payment is made in advance, without deviating from the delivery schedule failing which you will be responsible for all the consequences.
      A contract signed against consideration is a valid contract and any deviation without our consent is not acceptable

      You are in so dirty tactics that you refuse to share email id of your rm. Since 5 days i am listening that he is in exhibition.

      Hope good sense prevails.

          Hi all,

          I don't know how to raise my concern to godrej as this is one of the worst service that i have ever seen being a consumer.

          Below is the summary from start to end that i have been face and still it is not an end for me.

          On 3rd november 2018, i have a order brown colour multi door cupboard from godrej interior vikhroli,
          During the time of order it was been promised that cupboard will delivered on 10th november 2018, which later delay due diwali vacation and delivered on 18th november 2018, that to damage cupboard was been delivered (Mirror was damaged, down drawer clip was incomplete, and left door wielding was incorrect. (Worst quality check was performed during deliver of the product).
          Later the complaint was been registered to replace the entire cupboard on 19 december 2018 and was promised to deliver and fix in 10 day from the date of registration of compliant.
          Over this time again the cupboard delivered late on 03 december 2018 with incorrect cupboard (Note: i had order the brown colour multi door cupboard v/s i receive pink colour multi door cupboard) again, worst quality check was performed during deliver of the product.
          This not the end, thought the incorrect product was delivered to me, the previous damage cupboard is yet take away from my home. The transport team was also behaving so arrogantly saying "mein product wapis lekar jana bhul gaya hu and abhi jo karne hai woh karo i am responsible"
          Since the 03rd december to till date the damage cupboard is laying at my home with no reason. And the service is just quite with zero follow up and no proper co ordination.
          I am reason frustrated and pissed off by this kind of service from godrej team, the pain of writing this email to you guys just to inform about the incident and pain faced by me being a consumer.

          This will be my last time purchase from godrej and same feedback will be shared with my fellow colleagues those who will ask me for my interior purchase.

          I hope a proper action will be taken against team and transport team specially after this email, as this will be the evidence for me to share further.

            Since more then three months I have cancelled the order for modular kitchen with v green furnitures as they tried to supply cheap quality non - godrej products. After pointing out by me they have taken back the cheap quality local products from my flat premises. They have not refeunded my addvance amount till today inspite of several requests. I do not understand how such executives are functioning in such a nasty manner in such a Branded Godrej company. Executives at V Green Stores[protected] &[protected] Contact Executives no.[protected] and [protected]). Refund my amount immediately.

              Dear sir,
              I am ashok kumar kuwar and placed order for two rhine recliners, one acura coffee table and one shoe cabinet 202 m from godrej interio at main jail road delhi on 12 june 2018 vide order no 0015396 after advance payment of rs 25000/-. Thereafter i was told that the items would be delivered only if make full payment in advance. So i transferred the amount by neft to the account no given by your store chief - sales, mr lalit mangal and the items were delivered late at night through the transporter who, on being asked for invoice, told me that he has only been asked to deliver and the boy coming for assembly may bring the invoice. Next day the assembly boy too did not get the bill and i requested mr lalit mangal and mr abhinav chauhan both for the bill and they promised that they will send it by mail. This was in end june 2017 and within a few days, gst was implemented. I was told that they have already sent the bill and can no longer extract a copy of the pre gst era bills. They assured me that the copy of order confirmation would be sufficient in case there is an issue.

              I may like to inform you that the items were bought for my house use and the only two members in the house, (Me and my wife) are working and get only very limited time during the weekends to use the recliners.

              However, despite very limited usage, the skin of the leatherette from one of the recliners started cracking from one place just in completion of warranty period ie within 14 months. I lodged a complaint and after repeated requests, the service engineer visited only in first week of december 2018. And i was told that the repair cost would be rs 9450/-. It maybe worthwhile to bring out here that recliners from some other coys are available for about rs 12000/ single seater with one year warranty. If i am expected to spend rs 9450/- on repairs within 14 months, it maybe more fruitful to buy recliners from other vote and change whenever they give problems.

              So sir, two things i want to bring out here-

              1. The quality of the furniture supplied was very bad. Maybe it was very old stock and deteriorated due aging.

              2. Your sales service and after sales service is on the quick decline. Since godrej brand has been known for good service, any decline in such services only indicate decline in the brand godrej.

              Hope you understand and at least arrange for a copy of invoice and early repairs of the recliner.

                I bought a dining table and coffee table on 20th october 2018. They were delivered on 29th october. The glass tops of both the tables had scratches. We were told that it would be replaced in 15 days. But to my disappointment, the coffee table was delivered after almost a month. The dining table glass still hasn't been delivered. Despite calling the staff almost every day, they have paid no attention whatsoever. I used to think that godrej meant quality. But to my horror, the service was appalling. I expected better from godrej.

                  I have bought one sofa 3 seater. First time when the sofa was delivered it was a damaged one and returned and now after delivering a fresh one no onebhas yet visited for installation. Till today no one has visited for installatiin nor did i get sales invoice. The call registered for installation is closed to without any visit or information. Request you to take the matter seriously and complete the installation.

                    The m/c is under b/down.
                    Ur serviceman told that water holding plastic part is damaged. &needs replacement. After 2 days the man informed that plastic part isnot available even in ur head office. The sreeservice centre pune 33 told me replace the m/c in exchange with new washing m/c which will cost rs10000.
                    I was shocked simple plastic part which may cost rs 100 not available for which i have to replace the whole m/c at the cost of rs 10000.
                    Hope u will understand the problem &help me to repair at the earlier.

                    Our microwave isn't working since a couple of months. I need godrej service man to come and look at my microwave.
                    The actual problem is that food or water is not getting heated, the machine seems like it is working fine however, food or water when placed is not getting heated.

                        Call me on [protected] urgently else i will put a complaint.

                        We ordered for a display kitchen and the initial amount was paid on 2nd sept 2018 and we were told that the product will be fitted in next 2-2.5 months maximum we agreed with all the terms and condition, in the month of november during our check on the product we were told that the product will be fitted by end of november (15 days past the commitment) we still agreed. As the date was near we ordered for the complete kitchen slab (Stone), tiles, paid the masson for the dismentaling etc and requested the shopkeper to keep it for 4-5 days as the godrej people would come and then we will get it delievered. Now just 3-4 days before the product due date we called the gallery owner and was informed that it is not ready and will be done by end of december. I will not tolerate it. We are staying without a kitchen for 3 months and now we have a family ocassion coming which we planned according to the date given by godrej and how can a family come and stay without a running kitchen. Shopkeper is not ready to keep the stone and takes no guarantee if we do not pick it from there. I will complaint about it in consumer forum if i do not listen from u shortly i need complete kitchen done by this month end (2 days left) or need complete compensation of my loss.

                        Loss incurred:

                        Leave the stone (Loss of initial token amount given)
                        Paid for the masson and he booked the dates accordingly.
                        Arrange hotel for the family members when they come in somedays (4 days)
                        Inconvenience and mental hassle

                          Your service is ridiculous.. I have purchased one godrej interio double door cabinet from your shop.. It got delivered yesterday.. Today technician came to our place to install and went away giving excuse of the space and didn’t install the cabinet... Same cabinet was also purchased for my other flat just below this flat with same carpet area space and everything was installed smoothly.. Below is the details of the technician...

                            I am sorry to inform you that now a days godrej interio product are coming with defects which can be seen from the attched file pictures in respect of overhead unit panel purchased under your invoice no 1945 dated 31st october 2018 & delivered today.

                            Also i have lodged a complaint about defective legs of my sofa but yet no action of replacement taken place.

                            I have now compelled to defer the purchase of godrej interio products for my new home in view of poor customer care service by godrej.

                            I am now decided to file a consumer complaint in pune consumer district forum for falls promises by shri mahadeo ubhe, interio service, pune branch and inaction to replace the defective parts.

                              I have purchased almirah slimline from godrej interior bt road kolkata. They delivered wrong product. Missing selves and drawer. When i called them the refused to change. The attending person sangita das who was not ready to accept her mistake and saying she can't do anything.

                              The staffs in bt road, kolkata showroom is too bad. They use to cheat people. Even when i told the installation boy that wrong product has been delivered, he told my duty is to fit the product so i have to then contact to the showroom. These people are cheating everyone and destroying reputation of godrej.

                              Purchase Sliding almirah 8'x4.5', but after installation damaged noticed not yet repaired fully, one sliding door replaced, Areo almirah two faulty door replaced. Now all are lying in my house since 5 days.request to lift all the replacement items to Godrej but not yet done. I am facing difficulty to store these items. Pl do something.

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                On 25 nov, 2017 i purchased one squadro king bed cinnamon along with other furniture items like 2 big size almirahs, 1 dressing table, 1 black glass dinning table. I faced lots of problems due to bad quality furniture material provided and after sale service provided such as:
                                1. Purchased items have not even covered one year and whole lamination of squadro king bed cinnamon has came out. With such a high cost if they are providing pathetic material then its better to choose furniture from local merchants. For what quality they are charging so high.
                                2. Entire interior of the squadro king bed cinnamon is laminated with different color palaye viz. White, green, cream and red. To my surprise with such high cost godrej is not having even a single color palaye. When godrej is charging such high price, then why it does not provide entire bed in same color lamination palaye.
                                3. Alimrahs are not properly aligned, i have requested godrej so many time but no complaint is heard.
                                4. Dinning table is loosely coupled.

                                I have raised these complaints so many times with godrej interio vashi branch and customer care but no solution for the reported issues is provided. I made several calls and visited godrej interio vashi branch to report my complaints to which they said to call customer care. When i contacted customer care they said for said issues you have to contact godrej interio vashi branch.

                                Why godrej charges so high cost for the products when it can not provide goods and material upto the mark of charged cost. If lamination has got off within one year how this furniture will survive for long and that too when there is only me single person to use the furniture and there is no chances of any kind of mishandling on my part.

                                I request godrej interio to take this bad quality furniture back and return my money at the earliest, because your furniture has not survived even for a year what to say about 5-8 years.

                                  Since September 27 this matter is pending due to negligence from the sai shopping Center Dealer and then the Godrej company for sending a sub standard product.
                                  I was assured delivery finally on 13 Nov and now no one is taking responsibility of this.

                                    Invoice no. 138340 dt 06/10/2018 for almirah booked from godrej interior showroom at dakshinapan shopping complex, kolkata.
                                    Delivery date - 12/11/2018. Not delivered. On equiring, branch manager mr atanu bowmick offered unacceptable excuses. His behaviour was very rude and he was not willing to help the customer.
                                    Kindly look into the matter urgently or else we may have to escalate to other levels.

                                      Ihavepur hased one king size cot, one almirah one dressing table amd one health care mattress and have paid about: rs 2 lakhs. But delibery was incomplete and we were advised not to. Use as there is chance of breaking of cot due to incomplete setting. It was a gift item for my daughter's marriage to beheld on 19thnovember 2018. It is understoodthat items have beendelivered bystore deptt of kolkata to tevhnicians vide their mail. Since it impossible to defer marriage date, ishall be compelled to purchase another teak wood furniture fromopen market costing not less than 4 lakhs, if you fail to provide complete service ahsinst call no 436 758 within 15th novemner 2018 and i have file a suit against you for non fufilment of contract, breachof trust, cost of defamation to bridal family, cost of ompensation for harrassment snd etc etc. Note thatcauseofactoon arose on 6th september2018 vide call no 436758 andyou have tsken already 70 days but wothout any result ay the cost of me. Considerong theectteme urgency, pl solve the problem under intimation to me within 48hours andorder the technician to attendthe callno 436758.                                         Order godrej interior almirah through amazon on 14th october, initially they delivered the parts on 22nd oct 2018 and did not installed it for a week, i complained regarding the same and finally my almirah was installed on 29th october, while installations, technician confirmed that it's a defective product with some parts missing in it, so we gave a written request for return or a refund. Even as amazon has a policy to wait for few days before taking an action, i waited till 2nd nov 18. Today it is 10th nov and there is no solution provided to me, godrej team is taking their sweet time in reverting and amazon team is doing nothing even when i have filed a claim as per policy in amazon. Replacement or refund not given, i have all the proofs including call recordings of my complaints, written mails sent to amazon/godrej interio, requested to everyone with no solution at all.
