Have purchased a transpose sofbed fan brown and a shoe rack from godrej interio. Really never expected the a very bad furniture quality and are least bother about the customer complaint from such a esteemed company.

Godrej interio : pathetic and very disappointed. Can never recommend.

Very poor service. raised a complaint on 02.03.19 and today is 12.02.19. Its been 10 days and i dint receive a single call for resolving my problem. and i had been ensured within 48 hours of raising the call it would be resolved. i have raised from my mobile phone no [protected]. how can Godrej be so careless about handling customer complaints.

    I had purchased a godrej interio almirah of creation type in september and i received the product in october. While it was installed the company person did not fit the door properly and said that there is some issue with the door sent by the company and they will replace it and will lodge a complaint from there side (Complaint no. 602655 dated 19 october 2018). But now it is march and i have not received the door and the temporarily fixed door has become unstable as the top hinge of the door is loose and coming out.in the meantime i have called the customer care and godrej supervisors and maintenance people numerous times but apart from repeated assurances i have got nothing concrete. This is why i am complaining in written. I feel like i had made a mistake choosing a godrej product. It's been six months and i wonder how much more time is required for a proper installation of a godrej almirah.

      I had purchased a wardrobe h on 23/11/2018 from godrej interio store, jail road, new delhi. I received items after few days. During installation i found that the mirror which i ordered with wardrobe is wrong product. So i asked for replacement of the mirror on 3rd december. So from that day i am keep on asking every week about status but nobody in this company is having a answer. It is very much ashamed for this company that for a mirror a customer has to wait more than 3 months.

        Worst services for setup and installation. They just delivered the products but didn’t come at the place to setup them as they committed before. We’ve ordered almirah, dressing table and bed which delived on time but when we are calling to the centre, they’re delaying by saying “our worker is about to reach at your place in half an hour”.
        Kindly see to it and take an action. We’ll be highly obliged.

        I have gone to showroom at Feb 10th 2019 they told me 1week or 10days but now 1 month till now there is no information when it will arrive very poor service and dissatisfied with this I have been waiting for long time I hate this type of waiting.. when ever I called they will say wait for another 1 week I have lost my patience.

          Today i received one call from your Mumbai office, which was suddenly dropped. Then I repeatedly tried to contact the number (i.e.[protected] but couldn't succeed.
          In this connection i also like to mention that NO GUARANTEE CARD has been given to me from Agricultural Machinery Mart, Burdwan.Today after one day of purchase the Lock is not working.
          This is the unfortunate result of purchase of a product of The Brand Like GODREJ.

            I have purchased this modular kitchen in mar 2018 and within a year rack sliding belt has been removed from some drawer which create sliding issues.
            Also racks/ drawer is not properly bolted

              I purchased a Godrej almirah from Barasat Godrej interior. They delivered the almirah in the month 16th January 2019 but without mirror.. although we purchased with mirror almirah. Then they promised us to deliver the mirror within the week .. but today the end of the February 2019 they are not even to deliver the product... I hereby complain the Godrej here and also I go to the consumer court with every detail.. your Godrej partner Barasat will facing some legal action now . I attached some documents where you can see the item purchased date and all..

                I bought 4 furnitires worth rs 68200 on 2nd feb 2019. I am a working person and stay at house only on weekend. I had bought the furniture only with this confirmation that they would deliver it by this week. But till today they have not delivered and on calling them they are not picking up the call and on receiving the call on of the shop associate misbehaved with us. I have paid my full money and now i am in a helpless condition. The shop is at uttarpara, hooghly.

                Please look into this.

                    Pl. Note that i had booked godrej kalista 3 door wardrobe (2+1) with over headunits (Body: son oak, doors: wine red) on 03.11.2018 with a booking amount of rs.10, 000.00 (Rupees ten thousand only) against order no.
                    Ngmpl/18-19/1475 dt. 03.11.2018out of total order value amounting rs.67, 285.00 at following showroom:

                    N. G. Mercantile private limited.
                    Itag plaza, gs road, abc,
                    Guwahati, assam.

                    During booking they had assured delivery by month end and accordingly, upon getting information of arrival of material at guwahati, i had cleared 100% of balance payment on 25.11.2018. But, at that time i had not been supplied with over head units what they told would be reaching in 2/3days. Based on their promise, i had agreed to that, but since then i have been regularly following up and after 3 months, they have sent the over head units but the door lock could not be fixed by the technician which they told will be done next day. But since then 15 days have passed and still it is pending.

                      I, purchased 2 wardrobe from godrej interio store at gurunanakpura (Tilak nagar) with sales order no. Woa10963 & sales invoice no. 5mi/11037756. I have made the advance payment on 25th december 2018 with committed date of delivery by 15th january 2019. All payments were made well before the delivery of the product. Mr. Abdul rashid was the sales man handling this deal with employee code 902079.

                      On my follow-up on 10th jan to 12th jan for the delivery i was informed that there is deficiency in material & there are items which are awaited. I was told that the remaining material shall delivered in 2 days and the wardrobe shall be completely delivered & installed on 16th jan 2019. I received the delivery of wardrobe on 17th january 2019 but it was installed after 2 days i. E. 19th january 2019, which is a very unacceptable practise of installing after 2 days. Also it was short of 2 double doors & 1 locker (The shortfall was mentioned in the feedback form signed by me). On call i was assured that in 2 more days all the remaining doors & locker shall be delivered & installed i. E. By 19th jan. Again on the follow up on 19th jan 2019 i was committed that the material is on transit & shall be delivered & installed on 24th jan 2019.in between i spoke to store manager mr. Lalit mangal & he said the same thing. I spoke to mr. Lalit mangal on 28th jan 2019 but no response given (Never expected such a careless attitude from a professional company). Today on 29th jan 2019 i spoke to some other store person named mr. Rashel (Not sure about the exact spelling) as mr. Lalit & mr. Rashid are on leave and i was informed that the material has not even started from the warehouse and can not be delivered before 1 week. Tentative date given was 8th february.

                      This is the most pathetic experience from a company like godrej where fake commitments are given, incomplete products are delivered & no response on follow up. It is completely a fraud and harassment. Godrej takes full payment in advance & after that make fake commitments and deliver incomplete product.

                      I demand an action against mr. Abdul rashid & mr. Lalit mangal. Also i demand to cancel my order & return of the wardrobe.

                      But till today no fruitful result has yet to be done by your company even that I already paid the service charges by cash to your authorized technician who advice to change Balancing Road and lid switch on 1/02/2019, Pl.inform me how many days are required to wait for your getting service.

                        We bought 5 door steel almira from dalhousie godrej interior showroom, kolkata west bengal, india.

                        In a nutshell, after sales service including delivery, fitting etc. Services person were too rude to handle.

                        I suggest, godrej should have to be ajile through out there process in customer satisfaction.

                        Every one in the process think they are doing favor to the client.

                        Disappointed..!!

                          It is too late to inform you.

                          It s my pleasure to correspondence esteemed organisation like you. I am users of your products like Furniture, Stonewell, Hair Colour, Godrej Lock, jump in, harshly milk booster, Godrej Refrigerator, Godrej Washing Machine etc. and satisfied customer of your products.

                          But this time i have purchase Victoria Coffee Table cost Rs. 12706/- inclusive all taxes vide Order confirmation Form no. 005722 (copy enclosed) along with 3 seatter sofa 1 no. And 1 seatter sofa 2 nos.(Total Amt. Rs. 75013/-).and I Paid above amount against cash payment receipt no.15808/15809/015074. (Copy enclosed).

                          After receiving of above products i find that coffee table was defected/damaged also confirm by company technician, and assured me that they will changed it. After receiving changed item it is also defected piece.

                          So i am canalled the order of Coffee table and demand to refund amount Rs. 12706/-. But I would like to inform you that a cheque no. 016873 dated 29.06.2018 for Rs. 11430/- issued by your franchisee. It is less than I paid i.e. 12706 – 11430 = 1276/-.

                            I bought recliner 3 seater and the piece is defective. Complaint was lodged with godrej with call no p[protected] on 01 dec 2018, but since then nothing happened positive. I am living in nagpur and when i registered complaint with godrej i informed them but i received call from technician from pune as they registered this complaint with pune. He called me and told that someone from nagpur will come and resolve the issue. But no one came to see the recliner. Shop keeper is not replying properly and always told me waiting for reply from the company.
                            This product is in warranty period. I want his product to be replaced with new one

                              Ref : mails to your bangalore outlet on subject delivery.
                              I have endorsed the details o[censored]nsatisfactory assembly on delivery of 3 d slimline in your delivery challan on 24.12.2018. This has been inspected by your bangalore expert technician as per your procedure and confirmed that the item delivered is defective and the defect is genuine. Pl refer all the trail mails in this regard.
                              I had asked for replacement of quality product for the unsatisfaction reported in your delivery report itself. Since the product is confirmed defective, i once again request you to advise your bangalore outlet to arrange for necessary replacement of the item with a quality product. Since the 3d slimline delivered to me is already riveted permanently once, i will not agree for repair of the item as offered repeatedly by your bangalore representative.
                              I further bring to your notice that i have found your assembly team does not use fixtures for assembling the item at customers’ place. No acceptance standard for checking the item after assembly as “quality inspection practice”, is followed for confirming the product after assembling.
                              The “assembling instructions sheet” provided along with the delivery kit is also not mentioning any gap between the panels, while the product delivered to me is having gaps all over which is depicted in the photos which is attached herewith once again for your kind reference.
                              I have opted for your product by your brand name and expect the pleasure of owning a quality product only. Therefore, kindly arrange to replace the item with proper assembly procedures and necessary acceptance standards duly followed.

                              I have registered the complaint with you and I expect a reply from your end. Your Bangalore Office is adamant in establishing that the defect is genuine but only a panel will be replaced. Do you expect me to compromise with the defects and start using the defective product supplied by your Esteemed Company or would you like to solve the issue by replacing it with a new one.

                              Please note, A similar item was shown to me in your Showroom but it was not having the gaps as compared to the one supplied to me. ( the pictures have been forwarded in my previous mail, where gaps are visible all over) Enough mails have been exchanged. If you do not respond positively, I am constrained to approach the Consumer Forum for justice. It is already one month, since the item is delivered to me.

                                I had purchased a slide and store ward robe from godrej interio raipur, plot no-9/1, mohoba bazar, ge road, raipur pin -492099 chhattisgarh franchisee the05 of dec, 2018. Bill no 92395 for advance payment. When on 19 jan 2019 product recived, remain pamymet of 22590 made twice from my card (Reff[protected] and imps[protected]. So i logged complaint for refund of my access amount 22590,

                                It has been 30 days i have constantly following store but not received back payment.
                                Your sales executive mr yogesh is not... Helping me in i this issue, i am very dispointing the way franchises dealing with this issue is really frustrating. So it’s my first product from godrej interio i am very un happy with staff.

                                So please look in to matter and resolve issue from your end

                                  I have purcahsed a dual coffee table on 08.12.18 (Bill no. 95635) from kukatpally, hyderabad branch but even after 40 days the product has not been delivered yet. I was promised for delivery within 2-3 weeks. Its a frustrating experience. The dealer did not have even basic courtesy of informing me regarding the status of the delivery of good. It was me who have been calling them but despite several promises nothing has happened till date and there is no visibility when it will happen.

                                    We booked a service complaint vide call no. Is e[protected]. The service technician mr. I. Baskaran who came to service failed to perform the service inspite of our request. He quarrelled with us and he fails to hear our words. We now felt why we purchaesd a godrej make. I have not come across such a company who fails to hear customer complaints and refused servicing the fault in their product.

                                      I had purchased a sofa ("petal" 3+1) from godrej interio girnar franchisee, 11 biren roy road, behala chowrasta, kolkata w. B-700008 on the 31st of dec, 2018.
                                      After full payment i received order confirmation form and i was told that as per godrej policy, the bill would be handed over to me while delivery.
                                      The product was delivered on 7th jan, 2019. No bill was given to me, only a customer delivery acknowledgement was taken from me with my signature.
                                      It has been 4 days i have not received the bill by e-mail, by post, by any means whatsoever.
                                      Your sales executive is not helping.
                                      A customer is entitled to a legitimate bill after purchase. Such unprofessional-ism is not expected from a company of repute.

                                        Godrej mattress purchased on 25th nov 2018 lost shape within a week from both sides (Reversible)... Spoke to the dealer/retailer - interior elite regarding the problem and they guided us to lodge a complain at a toll free number which we did (Received an sms in response with a secret code of satisfaction on 17th december 2018) and got a response within a day from mr. Rakesh the supervisor/in charge of post sales service for mattresses... He assured that he'll send a technician over to resolve the issue within 48 hours but no one has arrived and it is 96 hours now...
                                        Mr. Rakesh is not answering my calls which is why i have whatsapped him the photos of the mattress that has lost it's shape but he still has not responded...
                                        Hence i have lodged another complain at[protected] and also putting it on record by this submission. Hoping for a swift resolution.

                                        Finally after the submission at 'consumer complaints', 2 personnel from godrej (One of them mr. Rajkumar kevat) showed up and checked the mattress in question a week to 10 days ago... Then subsequently called and said that the company (Godrej interio) will not replace the mattress and that the customer should ask the retailer to get it repaired... On which i told them to speak to the retailer and direct them to do the needful... They said they will and then i recd an sms stating that, "your service call b[protected] has been completed." he also stated that if the retailer is not responding do let me know at [protected].
                                        Since, nobody has taken the responsibility and my mattress which has lost it's shape and is in warranty has not been repaired or replaced even after multiple follow ups with both mr. Rajkumar kevat from godrej interio and the retailer mr. Virender khanna of interior elite cell no. [protected]
                                        I have been duped and cheated by brand godrej soi urge the concerned to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
