    We have order a dining table 3 months back and was delivered a month back, which is still not installed and when called to customer care, he misbehaved like anything... The service executive don't know how to communicate and have no respect for customer... Now i want to know whether it will be installed or better you take it back, as anyhow it is useless for us, really disappointed by the service from such a reputed organisation.
    Store is: godrej interio m. G. Road, secunderabad.

      I hav purchased an godrej almirah and adria imp dresser at harshita enterprises 7-9-22 patnayak chambers old gajuwaka, visakhapatnam on 4/10/2017 after a month 0n 4/11/2017 they have deliverd me almirah. But dresser was delayed another 10 days. After repeated calls to the show room people, a sealed package of godrej adria dresser was deliverd. After two days fitting people came and opened the packet, they found half material inside with missing doors and other material. They told me again they write to godrej office and get back the filttings. Till today by 6/12/2017 they havnt turn back. They didnt complete the work. I am keeep on telephoning them but no response. Now i decided to go for consumer court. I am fed off with godrej company. I paid around 32000/- for the two items. If the company do not respond to the above complaint i will go for further action.

        I purchased a set of godrej vida sofa (One 3 seater and 2 one seater) in 2015 for rs 50, 000/- in bangalore.in 2017, a 5 inch tear appeared, along the stich, in the seat of the 3 seater sofa. I complained, the godrej interio person came, took photograph of the tear, collected his fees of rs 350/- and left.
        After this i got a quotation from one bhavani enterprises, mentioning them to be the authorised service provider. They are asking rs 19, 665/- to repair the tear.
        The sofa was of rs 50, 000/-, so the 3 seater should not cost more than half, that is rs 25, 000/-. But the repairing a 5 inch tear of the rexin costs rs 19, 665/-.
        Dear godrej interio! Is anyone of you listening or i should say good bye to your company?
        I hope my problem will be solved.

          I kiran betkar from airoli i have perchase 2 cubboard from godrej interio (Vikroli) mumbai. I have not got proper service from them. They have not deliver the product on time and even if they have given but they have deliver the half material of product and that also damage one. And even after complaing to the manager (Akshay shinde from vikroli) they have not taken any of the action for us. And even they are also saying that look at your problem yourself online.. So that means he has not taken his resposiblity of manager. Its good to take a local brand then the godrej... Atleast they give proper service at time. Waste of money and also the time.

            I bought an almirah on 26th sept 2017 with whole payment made on the same day but delivery received far later than promised by the store at brabourne road kolkata. The product delivered was with 2 defective parts on 16th october 2017. They said i will get it replaced in 2 weeks but everytime i call they give me false promises and its not yet been delivered.
            And now one door is not opening and my doctor file is inside it and i am a pregnant lady.

            Also i wanted to updated my gst with them but they refused it initially then said come after delivery we will do it, then again refused and said saltlake person will do. I tried calling him also but did not get any response till now.
            This is pathetic. They take payments instantly but do not want to serve properly.

              Bed was supplied in kolkata through godrej park street on 18th oct. One panel was wrong supply. I was advised that this would be supplied in 2 weeks. It’s more than 50 days that they haven’t supplied. I am running from pillar to post but nobody has any answer. Kindly advise if i can get a refund as we are sleeping on floor as my old bed has been taken by godrej. It’s just false promises given. Just getting fed up and i think why i went for godrej.

                We booked a slimline locker plus drawer (Dark wood door) on 8th october 2017. The product was to be delivered within 5 weeks. It’s been close to two months now, and there has been no delivery. The outlet on kasturba road, bangalore has not gotten to me after that and when contacted provided me a convoluted story about the product code being changed and a delay in manufacturing. There is no response on when the product will be delivered. The order no is 82625 and i’ve paid 50 % of the total amount of rs 21120. I am terribly disappointed that a company of gidrej’s stature should behave in this manner

                  I booked godrej storewell m3 tex russet on 15-nov-17 in chennai mylapore from godrej interio showroom, unboxed product was delivered on 20-nov-17 with oil spill all over the product, it doesn't look like a new storewell, also bush which holds storewell is missing, made a complaint on the same day, i'm totally dissapointed,
                  How come godrej deliver a product to customer unboxed, also with out the accessories (Bush, keychain) added to that after 3 days the shooting rod which holds the top door while opening came out was unable to lock the door, kept it open for 3 days, again made an complaint and it is fixed today (25-nov-17) but i'm really not happy with the product which broke in 3 days and i'm completely dissatisfied, pls help to get refund or godrej need to replace it with brand new product.

                    With deep sorrow i would like to inform you that i have purchased a sofa and a tea table on 06/03/2017 at about 7pm from asansol, west bengal (Vyas & co., west end, g t road, asansol). But the tea table getting damaged slowly day by day. It is bending from its original shape and few cracks are also getting bigger. After looking at the brand and the company my whole family trusted a lot, but we all are in pain because the new table is alomost damaged. Dont know what to do with it. Hoping for your cooperation in this matter.

                      I had purchased a center table from godrej named as godrej one no. Alice coffee table from the agency named 'bharat commercial agency' in boring road, patna, bihar.
                      After receiving the product i noticed that the glass mounted at the bottom shelf of the table is not screwed properly and bend. I have called the customer care as well as the shop continuously for last 1 month and everytime they say person will come to fix it but no body turns up. They even provided me technician number who will come to fix and upon calling he will say he is coming but he never turned up for last one month.
                      Please look into this matter urgently. I believe godrej as a brand to be trusted. Please do not break the trust after you sell the product.

                        It's been about almost a one and a half month already for almirah from godrej since it delivered to me. Since then i'm still struggling for the missing part which is yet to be deliver. I get only scripted responses that they will get back to me and i was told that all this will be resolved by mid of this week, but nothing has happened. When i asked to helpdesk on this.. They have said that.. Would require some more time.. Seems i have wasted all my money on a big brand store. I am very sad that i have taken the decision to buy the furniture from godrej. Godrej services are poor, unprofessional and pathetic.

                          I booked a double door godrej storewell, model-2r ivr spring blue from girnar franchisee (Franchisee code, wfx[protected] biren roy road, behala chowrasta (West), kolkata-700008, west bengal, on 30.10.2017.. I paid the price rs21, 413/- (Reupees twenty thousand four hundred thirteen only) in full in cash. I was explained by the sales person mr. Rishav kedia that i needed to to pay the full amount while booking and that i will have to wait till 05.11.2017 after which they will deliver the material to my residence. I inquired whether i will have a choice of a delivery date, since i needed to be present in my house as there is no one to receive it on my behalf. To this mr. Kedia said that the delivery department will deliver the material only after they receive assurance from me that i will be present to receive the material, on 10.11.2017 i received a call from the delivery department who asked med whether i will be at home, i requested them to postpone the delivery by one day that since i will not be at home on that day. The delivery department assured me that the material will be delivered on 11.11.2017. On 11.11.2017, i received a call from the franchisee informing me that the material cannot be delivered on that date and that i will have to wait. They also informed me that if i received the delivery after 18.11.2017 i will be getting a discount due to reduction in gst rate. To to this i agreed.
                          On 17.11.017, i revived a call from the franchisee that they are processing the delivery and i will be getting the material by 20.11.2017. I assured them that i will be at home to receive my much awaited godrej storewell. On 18.11.2017 i was told by the franchisee that i will be getting the material on 19.11.2017. On the morning of 18th november i received a call from the delivery department inquiring about the exact location of my residence. By afternoon when there was no sign of delivery i called up the franchisee who informed me that since it was a sunday deliveries don't take place, so i will have to wait for another day. So the delivery will take place on 20.11.2017. I preferred to skip office and stay back to receive the almirah.
                          On 20.11.2017 morning i again received a call from the delivery department inuring about the exact location of my residence, which i explained to them, again. They categorically said that the delivery will take place after 12 noon. After waiting for the whole day and finding no signs of delivery i again called up the delivery department. This time they said that since the printer is not working the delivery challan could not be prepared and that i should have been informed of it by the franchisee.
                          I called up mr rishav kedia, the sales person who attended me at the showroom. He put the blame squarely on me saying that since i was the one who postponed the delivery at the first place. I said that i have merely exercised an option which they placed before me. Exasperated, i asked him to cancel the order. He curtly refused and said that cannot be done. Dejected i said i don't need a refund, but please cancel my order. To this he said fine, ok that will be done. By now i was frustrated and said that is this the way you guys conduct busidess. Mr. Rishav kedia hollered to me and said 'jo chahe kar lijiey'.
                          I at last received the material on the 22.11.2017, evening. I am supposed to be delighted, but this experience has compelled me to think again before going for your products which you sell through these arrogant franchisee.
                          Yes, i could have resorted to 'jo chahey kar lijiey' as suggested by mr. Kedia, but i cannot stoop so low as him like a street lumpen. I urge you to take notice of the fact that at the end of the day godrej interio is loosing its goodwill (Which is not that easy i believe), because:
                          1) i will never use the services of girnar franchisee
                          2) i will dissuade and discourage my acquaintances to buy from the above mentioned franchisee, which will result a dip in the sales of your product (No matter how microscopic it may sound) in an area covering a radius of about 30 kms
                          3) such kind of arrogance will automatically discourage people of this area from going through a complicated paraphernalia of booking and delivery and opt for locally produced almirahs.
                          I know that this letter might just be treated either as just another 'negative' feedback or even as a junk mail. However, i have no complain against your product. I paid in full at the time of booking only to be a proud owner of a godrej interio product. I shared my experience just to make you aware of the ground reality. Hope you will take up this issue with the said franchisee and urge them to train mr. Kedia in customer service.

                            I, Sarmistha Dey, chose a slimline 3 door almirah from godrej interio at 83/1 B T Road, Kol-90 (tobin road) showroom on 24/09/17.I paid the full amount Rs.31369 on the same day for booking.They assured me with full confirmation that it will be delivered within 1.5 months (within october), but till date it is not delivered.They are giving only varieties excuses, but no info about the delivery date.I have paid the full amount, but still I am in big trouble and harassed too.You have really such a worthless and worst service.After taking the full money from a customer, you are harassing them, also with ### excuses.Either I want my money back or please make sure it to be delivered as soon as possible.Please reply me or do something, otherwise customers will never buy from you for this worthless service. Thank you.

                              Terrible experience at godrej interio - jmd regent mall gurgaon

                              First, i would like to say that i used to trust a brand like godrej. However, my terrible experience with this company has led me to believe that it is managed by lousy and incompetent people. The godrej interio products are highly over-priced and fail to meet expectations.

                              Second, i would like to mention that i purchased a eudora queen bed (Item code 42260) and 1 eleganza mattress (Item code 18742) on 22-oct-2017. During the purchase and the billing, i was told that the product will get delivered within a period of 4 weeks. I was amazed as this is an extremely long sla to deliver a product. Nonetheless, i was convinced by mr. Kamal (Store personnel) that the bed and the mattress will get delivered by a designated time within the mentioned 4 weeks.

                              Today, even after 4 weeks and with the 5th week running, i am yet to receive the mattress.

                              Even after repeated calls to their customer care service (Email: [protected]@godrej.com /[protected] over the past few weeks, it has not been fruitful at all. The customer care representatives are morons and are completely and utterly clueless as to provide any sensible status. They have only one fixed answer - "sir, we don't know... We will get back to you". This is extremely frustrating as i have paid the initial down payment of 12k and my emi has also started; yet they have not delivered the product.

                              Mr. Kamal, who is one of the store personnel, is absolutely unhelpful and does not receive my calls and refuses to provide any status.

                              My question is - as a so-called renowned brand, how is godrej interio planning to service its customers? Is this customer care? This is a most callous and careless attitude they have and it shows in the attitude of its laid back employees at jmd regent mall in gurgaon.

                              My dear friends, if you are reading this review - please stay away from buying any godrej product. There are many other local shops who will provide better and prompt customer service.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am Kaushik Das, residing at Uttarpara, West Bengal - 712258. My marriage date is 30th November 2017. Regarding this my would be father in law advanced money at 27 July 2017 for 'Godrej Kreation X2' and will be delivered in any day of November 2017.

                                After that, he had paid a part of remaining money at 27 Oct 2017. Now today 18th November we went to receive the product and will paid the rest of money.

                                The dealer name is "GLORY FURNISHERS PVT. LTD" and its address is 62, New GT Road, Uttarpara 712258 not able to deliver the product on time, and completely blamed the Godrej company that they are running out of stock of 'Godrej Kreation X2' and that's why they do not giving me any fixed delivery date.

                                And now it is my prestige issue, I need to get my product before my marriage at any cost, but dealer is not understandable and do not giving me nay fixed date to deliver the item.

                                  We had ordered kreation wardrobe along with ohu unit and 02 urban sofas of godrej interio products from m/s. Sanrachna makers, kharghar, authorised dealer of godrej interio.
                                  First of all, i would like to tell you that i had doubts about kreation fittings, whether the entire unit along with ohu will fit. So i sent the measurements to mr. Sandeep of m/s. Sanrachana makers. Also showed him the measurements in his office at kharghar on 03.06.2017. I told him to arrange some person to take the measurements so that there would be no problem in fitting. But he told that according to the measurements, there is no problem, kreation along with ohu can be installed. So we made him the payment on 03.06.2017. We received the material on 28.06.2017. However, the sofas and kreation wardrobe were installed, but the technician told that some part was missing from the kreation wardrobe, so he cannot install the ohu unit. It took nearly 4 months for that part to arrive. Mr. Sandeep quoted the problem that due to disruptions of gst the part was not arriving. We thought that the problem was genuine. But as the part arrived before 1 month, the technician told that the fitting of ohu unit cannot be done, as it exceeds the measurement. Now the dealer is avoding our calls to find the solution to thi problem. If he had arranged some person in the beginning as i told him, i would have not ordered the ohu unit.
                                  Where is our fault in this matter. We have great respect for goorej interio products. No doubt about it. But if such poor service will be given by dealers, then what can the customer do. We were planning to purchase more furnitures from interio, but seeing the quality of service, we had cancelled that decision. We have procured them from local persons. We will be out of town till 26.11.2017, but please see that the problem is solved immediately after 26.11.2017.
                                  Just imagine, we had made payment on 03.06.2017, but still the kreation wardrobe is not installed completely. Its a great setback for interio brand name. We have no hopes from the dealer sanrachna makers, thats why this complaint. Pease revert back, otherwise we could never trust the goodrej interio brand in future, not because of your quality, but bad dealer's service.

                                    Well.. Sharing a very bad experience which i am having with godrej interio. No doubt it has a wide range of products to re-define our room decor. But i am sorry to say but its 'after sales service' is a disaster. I purchased a squadro king size bed, squadro dresser and two slimline almirah on 16th december 2016. From july 2017 the lamination of the bed's headboard started coming out. As per my complain i got a call no 425271 on 6th september 2017 and i was being told that it will take macimum one month to get it replaced. After one month i called them, mailed intetio care. But no positive answer from your end. On 14th of november 2017 i finally got the spare part delivered (That is after almost 2 and half months). Every time i had to call. Godrej didn't bother to provide tje proper customer service. I was really disappointed. But thought atlast the spare part has arrived. But today i. E., 16th november 2017 when the technician opened the package of the spare part to install it, they found that it was already damaged. So i refused to get it installed and wanted it to replace it. Now i have no clue when again i will get it. My point is i accept the fact that sometimes some furnitures may come with some damage. But its interio's goodwill and responsibility to get it done. The customers pay you lakhs of rupees to redife their houses. Atleast interio should value it.

                                        I had booked for kreation wardrobe and 6 nos of rose chairs from patel furnishers on 8-10-17 with 10 k advance vide booking number 0016348. I was given a written commitment that the material will be delivered in 3-4 weeks. This is now 5 weeks, still no sight of delivery. Within one week of booking i was told to deposit for the full payment for the chairs which also i did, however nether the chairs nor the kreation wardrobe is to arrive,

                                        I am shocked and stunned by the customer service given before even the delivery of the materiel. No one wants to give/commit the correct date of delivery. With this experience i have i shall never ever recomend any person to buy from godrej as a local player will give a better commitment than you all.
                                        Hope the issue shall be resolved/ looked into atleast now
