Dear sir,

I have purchased zurina dressing table with stool from ng mercantile pvt ltd located at itag plaza, gs road, abc, near rajib bhawan, guwahati, assam on 23/12/2017 vide their invoice no ng/17-18/001829 dated 23/12/17 but till date your godrej representative have not fitted the dressing table after various calls to the dealer. They give me the date but never comes. It seems you do not take care of after sales service.

    Madam' sir:
    I booked godrej interio kitchen fittings and accessories on 31st. August from kirti nagar showroom after making advance payment of rs.1 lac. Against normal 6 weeks delivery the material was received on 15th. November. Full payment was made on 7th november. Due to gst revision issues (As i was explained by mr amit srivastava - showroom manager) it was finally installed on 21st november/ there were 4 parts missing. Amit 'managed' two parts and got them fixed in mid december stating the claims for the other v2 parts were accepted by godrej and i should receive by end december.
    No information till date. I received a phone call from godrej mumbai customer care seeking my feedback. I gave the lady 0/10 and told her the entire story. Umpteen follow ups have evinced no response. The lady at the other end put me through her senior and she gave me a patient listening assuring immediate action would be taken. A gentleman by the name rahul called me up and promised to look into my case. I also offered to pay the air freight charges for dispatching the missing parts. Something seems to be seriously wrong. Its almost one week and he doesn't pick up the phone now. Godrej is making a fool out of me. I would like to bring this to the notice of the ceo of godrej and boyce that how some individuals are spoiling the brand name of godrej that has been so patiently created.\all my records of order, delivery is available with your kirti nagar showroom.

      Have ordered 2 sliding wordrobe on 10th jan got the same delivered by godrej on 20th jan. During assembly on 22nd it was found that total 14 items were damaged. Coz of which it couldn’t be assembled. They promised by 1st feb they will deliver the new cubbourd and take back the same. Today morning when i called the service eng says it will be delivered where as got a call from delivery team that they don’t have the vehicle for delivering the same.
      I stay in a 1bhk apt in mumbai and my entire house is in mess coz the opening panels are in my bedroom. I am staying out of suitcase as i had to give away the cubbourds so the same can be installed. My bed is dismantled as the cubbourd would need space to assemble.
      The cost of each cubbourd is approx 36k after paying perium price also this is service which we are getting. I want to file a suite against godrej for mental hasserment want i am facing since last so many days.

      I booked the above product from godrejinterio chakkaraparambu ernakulam on the13/1/2018 and pail the full amount on 16/1/2018 while open the product by technician it shows damage the I requested the company to replace the product till date no replacement done.         Order # 102296 placed on 10/11/17 with the kasturba road, bangalore showroom. No response from kavya, jithendera, asst manager. They don't pick up my calls, both from my landline and mobile.
        Complaint by email to [protected]@godrej.com on 17/1/18 until date has not been resolved..
        Be extra careful... Customer service is unheard off.. They dont care 2 hoots... Any amount of nasty emails to get a resonse.. All zilch

          I have ordered one display cabinet (2 door) on 25th nov 2017 with full amount as advance. The seller confirmed me they will arrange the same within 15 - 20 days. The item is a standard one (Not customized). But even after more than 65 days we did not get the item.

          I have been following up for more than two months for the item via e-mail as well as through phone. No reply through e-mail. Even after multiple followup via phone call, it is not delivered.

            I had purchased godrej interio recliners (1- 3 seater and 2 - single seater) in november 2016. Within 12 to 13 months the upholstery has got worn out. Quite surprised to see such poor quality product from godrej. On complaining about same i have been given a quotation of approx rs.32000 to replace the upholstery.

            i wish there was a provision of rating lower than one.
            i purchased Godrej incliner sofa piece for which i was charged more than MRP marked on its package. Within a few days, upholstery started peeling, cracking and wearing out.
            After a lot of correspondence and passage of time, they supplied replacement upholstery, replaced it on a few pieces and asked to be called later for replacement of seat cover.
            Now when called, they are asking for Rupees 4000-yes pl four thousand- as service charges.

            I purchased two nos. of 3 seater Recliner sofas. Within two months, surprisingly, the top layer is peeled off for one number.
            After continuous follow-up, nothing has been done. Any body from Godrej can help?
            The sofa cover has a manufacturing defect. It is peeling off on its own.
            The company should react to the inferior quality product supplied.
            They should replace immediately before the matter goes to press.

              I purchased a almirah with mirror on 23rd nov 17 and the seller confirmed me they will arrange the same within 30 days. After 20 days i received almirah without mirror but even after 50 days i did not get mirror. After many follow up's i received mirror.. Next day technician came and informed that there is physically damaged on edge of the mirror. So we will replace new mirror... Even after multiple followup also i didnot received any update. When i called them they said replacement order has been processed and tomorrom you will get, still not received the new mirror..
              This is very unprofessional.

                I booked godrej interio vide so no. Woa000062 from a store in gachibowli hyderabad on 16th june 2017.
                I was told at the time of booking that i would receive the item within a month.

                I clearly mentioned that this booking is being done for my new house which i want to put up for rent as soon as possible and they kept on giving me assurance that the max time that would take for the delivery is 1 month.
                Bound by the assurance i went ahead with the booking.

                I lost around 2 months of rest for these people which amounts to around 50k rupees.

                I was promised by godrej people that i would be compensated for my losses accordingly and they said that they have written about this matter to the management and that i should be rest assured and things would be taken care of.

                Now after the delivery of the product even after 2 months i didnt get any response from them.

                I want you to look into this matter seriously and provide a resolution.

                  I have purchased a bed made by godrej interio on april 2014 from sandipan which is situated in howrah near vidyasagar setu. From the moment of purchase it always shows it has some fitting problem but the real problem came in nevember 2017 when one of the two hydraulics damaged. After several request one service men came from sandipan but he was unable to fix the problem and assured me that he will come back after a week. But till date he didnt come back to fix my issue. When i try to contact with the dealer he always assured me that he will soon fix the matter but till date my matter is not fixed. So i want to make this complain to godrej interio. Dear godrej interio if cant provide the required after sales service then please stop the sale of this # beds.

                    I have a 3 door cupboard from godrej. I was very attracted with the idea of a furniture that can dis assembled and assembled again in no time, being unaware of godrej charging its customer such a huge amount for a 5-10 minute task.

                    Today i had engineer visit my place to dis assemble my cupboard. It took him literally 5-10 minutes to do that and he didnt even dis assemble the overroof cupboard of the same because otherwise he would charge me extra 600. The huge charge that your engineers charge does not justify the capabilities of your furniture.
                    I am very disappointed with godrej and would not recommend people about it or look forward to buy another cupboard from you guys.
                    The total amount that this guy charged me was 1200 rs for a 5-10 minute work. Thanks to the costliest service you guys provide.

                      This is smitika priyadarshini rout, i purchased a wardrobe on 19 of nov 2017 and the salesman informed me that it may take 4 to 5 weeks to deliver the items. Even after that time period they not replay so again i visited the store and they informed me one item is not available and they will send on last week of december. The delivery process is of yours is so worst they don't even deliver it on single date. Now the issue is when after the confirmation by the store that all items are delivered we from our end book a installer and after installer comes to my house they inform some item called main unit has not come thats why he returned and now after contacting the purchased store they again conferms all items have dispatched and they gave warehouse number but they have the same answer, so can you please help me of the frustration that is given by your service. What i have to do plz guide..

                        Sir,
                        We wanted to renovate our kitchen and thinking your godraj company to be a reputed company we booked a modular kitchen with your company through your agency jk furniture house at dwarka (J-33-34 main raja puri road) delhi on 05/10/2017 by giving him an advance of rs one lac through cheque. The final instalment of rs 135000/- (One lac thirty five thousand) was paid on 26/12/2017 through cheque as per agreement that the supply has been received.
                        The civil work as instructed by your agent was completed by 30/12/2017 and inspected by your agent.
                        The modular kitchen fitting work was done on 2nd to 4th january 2018 but the work could not be completed due to short supply of articles supplied by your company and the work remained uncompleted till date.
                        We expected the work be completed within two to three days but the work is still incomplete till date causing great in convince, as we both are working.
                        The agent jk furniture has been telling us the godrej company has been informed about the short supply of articles and the work shall be completed on receiving the deficit articles. It is surprising that a company of your reputation has failed to send the deficit articles till date.
                        We had selected your company as we were assured by your agent the work well be hassle free and done in short time. We are very much disappointed by the service provided by your company. The work is not completed till date and we are living with an uncompleted kitchen. We shall not be recommending any one to opt for your company instead if we had got the work done by any local company, the work would have been completed by now with much lesser expenditure.

                        the work has not been completed till date and the short supply items has not been received till date .No one from your dept contacted us, only I had been contacting Mr Rahul Sharma [protected] who has been giving only assurances . pl look into the matter and expedite it . It is strange that such a reputed company has such low efficiency in work performance.

                          Bought two products on 12/11/2017 which delivered on 14/11/17, in the time of installation found lower drawer of design table cum wardrobe is missing and we informed it to sales executive by phone and she gave us an enterprise no, we called they told us to give that on 1st week of january but it still not come.. When we call madam she gave another no and so on.. Previous day before last day she gave a no name mr. Avijit after contact, he told on that day another call no is generated.. Again he gave us another phone no of service centre executive, after calling him yesterday he informed us a person will be sent today to inspect.. Today he told that product is not in stock so no one will come and they sent requirement of that product..
                          Sir can you provide me information when we will get that already more than two months over. We couldn't expect this type of harassment and non professional behaviour from a renowned company like godrej interio..

                            The replacement order has been processed on 16th jan, still not received the new wardrobe. The service center alert security service is misbehaving constantly and not picking up calls. The deadline for replacement was given as 20th jan as there is a marriage on 22nd.. It was not delivered. Now they are not even taking calls.

                              "call no. 374023: k. Natarajan, technician who came to service leakage of water in washing machine at thanjavur on 12-1-18 replaced a damaged tube for rs.50/- and collected service charge of rs.350/-. But the machine became inoperative. I. E., we have paid rs.400/- for the machine which was functioning but only leaking to become non functional. The machine is not only inoperative but also the water stored in it could not be let out as the control panel is not functioning such a bad service is not expected from a popular company. When this was complained to the service center at kumbakonam from 12th evening they did not send any one to attend to it, inspite of repeated representations made by phone to phone nos. Of the service center viz., [protected] and [protected]. Hence i request that the machine be made functional immediately for the cost already made. There is no proper response from the customer care also. Hence this complaint."
                              Though the above complaint made on 13-1-18, mathivanan, serviceman came from kumbakonam service centre on 17-1-18 only but not serviced fully and so the machine did not work. The next day again complained about it and sakthivel attended to it on 19-1-18 and made it working. Again it did not work today and water in the tub went out. Then requested sakthivel over phone again to set it right. He found that for just replacing a small bit of tube natarajan who serviced on 12-1-18 instead connected the wires haphazardly and made the machine non functional for a week making it to be serviced again and again. Last year also he did not service properly and sakthivel only made it functioning.. Last year also natarajan did not service properly and sakthivel only made it functioning. It is to be seen in coming days service done properly or not

                                  Problem – mattress has small size of 3 inch and wanted to exchange but dealer and company denied to exchange – stating that it is custom size mattress which will not exchangeable and neither refundable. (For your information 5 feet x 6feet it is available in many company website means it is not customize size. I want to know – why not company or dealer explained me the standard size of mattress, why they have done the alteration and supplied wrong and defective material. I did not asked to give me cut material from original product.
                                  If company itself not ready to take back it mean material has bad quality and no value of money
                                  After struggle one month and dealer made me like beggar by running here and there finally agree for repair by giving me additional patch
                                  On 24th of dec -17 received call from store to pick up extra size patch up material from store to fill up the gap
                                  13. After taking that patch up material observed 1 inch smaller in height which was dealer owner measured at my house – it indicates entire store person are not professionally qualified to suggest right product to the customers neither they have knowledge how to measure.

                                    Hi godrej interio,
                                    I have bought one dininig table from godrej interio showroom, kakurgachi, kolkata but after using it only for 4 months it started swelling up.

                                    I have reported complain to godrej and you sent your representative to address the same. He suggested a replacement as the product is under warranty and advised the table to be delivered by december, 2017.

                                    Since then when ever i'm call service center, i was told that the table is not in stock and will arrive from mumbai after 15days.

                                    Is there no specific deadline for the item to be delivered?
                                    I'm not happy with these false promises made by godrej.
                                    Please address the issue asap as we are facing the problem everyday since oct 26th, 2017.

                                      We have bought 5 dining table chairs from godrej interio & all the 5 chairs have gone bad from the below side. The complaint has been filed around 40-50 days back in the godrej inetrio outlet at byculla from where the chairs have been bought for a replacement and till date the problem remains unattended. The godrej service head refuses to pick up the phone and even call back to attend to the problem.

                                      The problem has been there for the last 8-9 months and it did not come to the notice as it was underneath the chair and all the black peices of the chair kept on falling gradually.

                                        I placed an order for modular kitchen in chennai. They promised to fix by 6 weeks but it took 12 weeks for the material to arrive. The dealer asked for 50% advance and another 50% when the material reached their godown in chennai. They insisted on the full payment before the material was moved to our home!. We complied with all this believing in the reputation of godrej whose products we have been using for the last 35 years. But sadly the material which reached our home had a door which arrived broken... Even then we accepted when the person said they will replace it.. Full payment made and now the attitude of the dealer has changed... We are running after him and each time he comes up with a different answer.. The latest answer is that it could take another 4 weeks...?.. With the grahapravesam in a weeks time we are all upset.. We were staunch users of godrej products.. This experience has left a bitter taste.
