I booked godrej interio vide so no. Woa000062 from a store in gachibowli hyderabad on 16th june 2017.
I was told at the time of booking that i would receive the item within a month.

I clearly mentioned that this booking is being done for my new house which i want to put up for rent as soon as possible and they kept on giving me assurance that the max time that would take for the delivery is 1 month.
Bound by the assurance i went ahead with the booking.

I lost around 2 months of rest for these people which amounts to around 50k rupees.

I was promised by godrej people that i would be compensated for my losses accordingly and they said that they have written about this matter to the management and that i should be rest assured and things would be taken care of.

Now after the delivery of the product even after 2 months i didnt get any response from them.

I want you to look into this matter seriously and provide a resolution.

I have received damaged doors for the kitchen 3 months back and haven't received a replacement, this is plain cheating and deceiving customers, giving them damaged items and not caring to even replace it.
I have had a very harrowing experience with your organization so far.
I have been sending continuous emails to certain contacts in your organization and have got absolutely no reply.
I have all the proofs with me and can produce them if required.

    I have booked a wardrobe (Creation model) along with 4 doors and 2 drawer for the purpose of my daughter's marriage from godrej interio store run by franchisee "eastman" (Address : adya pearl, 1st floor ; 279/a, n. S. C. Bose road ; garia ; kolkata-700047 ; w. B.) on 24th september'2017 against 100 % payment ;
    Though i was informed by the shop and their delivery unit, that all materials are ready with them and they are going to delivered on 7/11/17, but surprise to noted that, in two occasions i. E. 7/11 & 11/11 they could delivered only in incomplete manner (Without 2 nos. Drawer) along with a damaged "addon"" panel. After a sincere follow-up, i got a mail in this regard with a content that the missing drawer will be delivered on 29/11/17, but there was nothing mention about replacement of damaged panel,
    This above furniture is required by 18/11/17 as per marriage plan, hence a early delivery and installation is needed which should be before 18/11/17.
    Higher authority's intervention is required to resolve the issue, else i will be proceed for further move to get compensation towards the harassment, damage my daughter's marriage schedule and monitory loss.

    Further to the aforesaid complaints, I would like to inform the following ...
    1. There after subsequently during 13th Dec'17, 2 nos. drawer and some packed items was delivered and I have been intimated that all materials including damage panels are delivered and very soon they will depute their technician for installation . The technician was deputed on 16th Dec'17 and unfortunately with great surprises I have informed by the service personnel, that again some wrong items are delivered about damage add-on panel, so it can't be replaced ; though 2 nos drawers came rightly but unless the damage panel get replaced, these drawers can not be replaced .
    2. Meantime as per the schedule, my daughter's marriages taken place, Unfortunately the purpose to get the wardrobe with drawers and planned to book it in much advance during September'17 has not solved . With a great embarrassing situation I used to visit to groom's house as and when godrej's call received but without any positive results.
    3. After given plenty of bluffs / false promises within this two months period, presently none of the godrej's staff related with this order are responding to my call, and I am in dark regarding the status i.e. the expected delivery of the fresh panel and get assemble a complete product.
    4. People are involved with this order are ( a) franchisee "eastman" (Address : adya pearl, 1st floor ; 279/a, n. S. C. Bose road ; garia ; kolkata-700047 ; w. B.) ; (b) Sales girl Ms. Anu Sharma ; (c) Service personnel - Mr. Abhijit / Mr. Jayanta Kanji ;
    5. By purchased this product, I lost monetarily the interest of the total amount of Rs. 60991/- paid in advance on booking date. 24/9/2017 ; My credibility in front of my new relatives - groom's house and above all, much more tension / worries in this age.

    7. Can I expect authority to get involved in this case and find the peoples who are spoiling the Godrej's reputation by screwing and harassing the valued customer of Godrej product..

      Purchased godrej kreation wadrobe from your bt road branch, kolkata, west bengal on 3rd september. Unfortunately it is not yet delivered. Order no 98392 and 98393 net worth more than 1 lakh. Still waiting to get it delivered. Called the store multiple times but of no use. They told it will be delivered within 6 weeks maximum but even after 9 weeks it is not delivered. Completely clueless where to approach for this matter.
      Pathetic service. Will not visit them and not recommend any one.

        I have purchased a sliding door wardrobe from godrej interio fort outlet in oct 2016. Order no 0029369. Installation was done in jan 2017 as per our request. From the time the installation has been done there has been numerous problems.
        Dents everywhere, we said that's fine, the shelves inside fell once on my head on complaining they came and bolted them.
        Finishing not as per the standards, there are so many dirty impressions which just docent go. We were told that by cleaning.
        There are so many other small issues as well
        Major issue is with the drawers inside, panels of which are faulty /not of the right size as per the technician
        They have delivered new panels several times but still the issue is still not resolved. They have so many times delivered the part but each time it was faulty or incorrect and they come to know it when technician comes and try to fix it.
        This must have atleast happened 5-6 times.
        We are getting several calls from vikroli office from number[protected] from amrita giving assurances that thing will be resolved but to no vain
        We even have raised the complaint to their technical head bala subhramaniyam, he just gives false assurances and has no idea even about the product or the problem.
        Finally till the problem with drawer is not resolved and it is remaining outside the cupboard only
        As per the above it has been more than 9 months now and company like godgrej is not able to solve the issue
        I want a refund of my money of rs 33, 554/- because i have completely lost faith in the brand and dont want to continue to be associated with it

          We had purchased a steel wardrobe from m/s geejgadiya & brothers, 132-132a, sultan nagar, gujar ki thadi jaipur, on[protected] vide bill no a-68 dated[protected] for rs 26500/-

          For delivering the wardrobe at first floor of our house, an amount of rs 1000/- was charged extra from us and was damaged in the process.

          The personnel sent by the dealer damaged the wardrobe and the dealer was informed immediately but the dealer has stopped bothering and the brand new wardrobe's lock is not getting properly operational.
          After waiting reasonably we today registered a formal complaint no j[protected] via toll free number.
          We have been informed by godrej service center that in this case the dealer alone would arrange for its repair. But the dealer is not entertaining us at all. What should we do now?

            I have purchased in godrej aristocrat sofa in april 2017 from your alambagh lucknow authorized dealer. At the time of receiving i have clearly mentioned to your engineer that defect, but after a lapse of 6 months no body attend the defect. Very hopeless dealer at your lucknow centerat least dealer have ethical, and moral value to deal with the customer.

                It is regd. Invoice no : 80i 24224434. After first installation we found few scratches and requested for door replacement. The replacement item has come couple of month before. After 1.5 years of purchasing the product, installation not done yet. I called several times in your customer care to send technician for installation but no one come yet.

                Last call i made on 30th october to your customer care and they were confirming ‎to that "within 48 hour technician will come". But nobody come yet.

                This is very disappointing and it is not the professional approach. We will never recommended anybody to purchase anything from godrej interio.

                Look into the matter asap.

                  We have placed order for pu modular kitchen to m/s v green furnitures & fixtures at gachbowli, hyderabad ([protected]) as per the recommendations of mr sujit, rm godrej interio at hyderabad ([protected]) on 22nd july 2017 for modular kitchen at our new apartment b903, niharoka exotica, khajaguda, behind dps, hyderabad at invoice amount rs 1, 80, 000. We have paid rs 1, 50, 000 as davce. The delivery should be 2 months. But, till dated they have not supplied door etc. We are not getting correct information. They have not even lift phones. I request godrej to look into it immediately and do needful

                    I trust this is not the way that godrej company wishes to conduct business with valued customers —
                    One of your dealers named pragati galleria have committed to deliver the furniture products on time for our upcoming hospital in bangalore but failed to do so and put us in critical situation where we are running the hospital without any furniture's, which is leading to lose our revenue as well as losing the brand value.
                    I have been with you since the company was founded and have never encountered such treatment before. I here by request you take a serious action against the same and do the need full.

                      I had raised a complaint regarding the rusting of dinning table chairs (Radiance dinning chair) on 15th july 2017. (The product is under warranty when the complaint was raised)
                      Technician had visited us within 2 days and after verification confirmed that all the chairs have started rusting. Godrej interio call no # k[protected]. I received an sms on 21st july stating that the material would be delivered within 21-30 days. However when the replacement was not delivered, i tried to follow up (Last week of august) and again on 9th september 2017 with alert security (Authorized service provider), they mentioned that that they do not the stock with them and the same has not been displaced from head office branch.

                      Please look into this issue and since it is more than 3.5 months and i am yet to recieve the replacements and i have been constantly asking for updates but godrej is failing to provide the same.

                      Received an update from Avijit Mallik ([protected]@godrej.com) on October 31st 2017 stating "we will replace 6 chairs as the spares are not available. We will update you tomorrow about the availability of the finished good."

                      End of November 3rd, I am still to get an update
                      Godrej try to supply rain damaged items to their customers, that explains the rust.

                        I had ordered the wardrobes more than two months ago, paid the full amount but the company is not delivering the units. When i call no one is picking the phone. If anyone picks the phone they are very rude and abusive. It looks like they do not have the item and they may not deliver the item. One lady told me that she would not deliver the item for the next two years. I do not want to wait for two years. Please cancel my order and refund the amount.

                        The cupboards were ordered in the first week of August 2017. Last week of September 2017 I paid the full amount. First week of October 2017 I was told that the item is on its way for delivery. However, on that evening there was a heavy rain in Bangalore and I requested them to deliver it the next day. One lady from the godrej shop used abusive language at me and threatened me that I will not get the items for two years. I still do not have the item, I just want my refund with interest.

                        I have been calling Godrej for more than a month. Fifty percent of the time no one answers the phone. Whenever someone answers they tell me that it will be delivered by the end of the week and it is going on for more than 5 weeks. Some of the people who answer the phone are very nasty, especially one guy shouts at me every time I called. I believe that they are not going to deliver the item. I have paid almost one lakh rupees, I just want them to return the entire amount with interest.

                        Today 19 Dec 2017 at 3:30 PM one guy from godrej came and picked up the stored box from our home. Finally godrej stopped using our home as their warehouse.

                        I have sent the reply with details in your email as well.
                        This is more than an inconvenience.
                        I keep calling the phone numbers that were given to me. Most of the time no one answers the phone. When a guy answers he simply shouts at me and uses abusive language. Rarely a lady picks the phone and her standard answer is "it will take one week". I do not understand how many "one week" should I wait. Now I have waited for more than "6 one weeks". As I have mentioned earlier one lady used abusive language at me and threatened me that I will not get the items for two years, that is till 2019. Under these circumstances, it is better that you cancel my order and refund the entire amount with interest. I paid the entire amount towards the end of September 2017.

                        The same standard answer, "we will get back to you", "will be delivered in one week", stop getting back and stop the "one week" stuff, either deliver the item or refund the amount, full stop. How hard is to understand this request!
                        It was ordered from Gorej Interio shop located at Kasturba Road in Bangalore. I had given the order numbers and receipt numbers in my previous emails and also in the consumer complaint. Now it seems like you are simply trying to give me a runaround. You continuously want some information or the other, nothing else is happening with my request. Either deliver the item or refund the money I have paid with interest, it is as simple as that. I will not give you any more information because I have given all details. So stop this madness and solve the issue either way.

                        So what happened to my orders, godrej interio, you collected all the information from me about my purchase order and still you are not answering my phone call and not delivering the items. Basically nothing has been resolved, as usual. Looks like you are searching for iron ore from some mines to produce steel so that you can make the cupboards. Remember that I have paid for the cupboards the full amount in September 2017.

                        Today I called the godrej store again, twice, as usual, no one answered. About half an hour later one boy called me and told me the same answer that I am hearing for the past two months, that is, my item will be delivered in one week. When I asked him "how many one week" he kept repeating what he has been trained to do. It appears that these employees are trained to tier the customer, drain the energy of the customers so that they will give up for a few days before calling again. I seriously believe that they are looking for the iron ore or steel from some cheap source so that they can procure and then manufacture the item that I have ordered for.
                        on 16 Nov one guy calls and says the same old thing I have been hearing for the past 2 months, "the items will be delivered in one week". I do not believe that godrej has the items, they do not have even the raw material to make them, they do not have steel and paint. They have simply collected the entire amount from me and now they are looking to buy steel and paint then they will make the stuff. If they really deliver in one week it must be some old rusted, rain damaged stuff that was rejected by other consumers, Either way they really know how to cheat customers.
                        On 22 Nov 2017, godrej delivered the items in many large boxes to my home. The next day 23 Nov 2017, I called for assembly and two people were sent. During assembly, it was found that one of the units had no rod to hang clothes and the other unit had two identical back pieces which cannot be assembled. Now I have one partially assembled stuff and three large boxes opened and repacked with defective parts that cannot be assembled. When I called godrej I am getting the same old answer, it may take "one week" to get the rod and right piece to complete the assembly. I do not know how many more "one week" or months I have to wait. In the meantime, I am stuck with a partially assembled unit and boxes with defective parts.

                        As I predicted (see my mail on 17 Nov 2017) godrej has sent me defective material which cannot be assembled and another one which has no clothes hanging rod and the bracket to install the rod. One lady from godrej always wanted me to take the incomplete order and I told her multiple times not to send any defective or incomplete item. However, that is what godrej has sent me. My husband is having a lung-related illness and godrej has made my home into their warehouse (godrej has stored the defective parts in my house in three large boxes) and that is making him more ill with expensive medical treatments; just because I ordered godrej cupboards. I am facing more expense in the form of medical bills. If godrej does not fix this problem immediately I may take this whole episode to a legal conclusion and all my emails and posts here can be used as evidence. I called godrej today morning and as usual, no one answered the phone.
                        On 22 godrej sent defective product in closed boxes and still they are in my house and by doing so godrej has made my home into a godrej warehouse to store their defective products. These boxes are very large and they are dusty and it is making my husband very sick and the medical bills are getting bigger. When I call godrej I get standard answer and no solution in sight. I do not know how long they will use my house as their warehouse for storing their defective goods.
                        Godrej is still using my home to store their defective product in three large boxes. I saw cockroaches coming out of the boxes. I never had cockroach in my home. Now godrej is bringing pests inside my home and that is making the illness of my husband even worst. I do not know how long more we have to suffer because of the callous nature of godrej interio.
                        Finally on 8 Dec 2017 the godrej people completed the assembly. As expected the quality of the material is inferior to similar item that we purchased 5 years ago. The boxes delivered were all damaged, torn as if someone stood on it it, pulled something out of it. That could be the reason for the incomplete order. It appears that godrej packed all the rejected and damaged items and delivered them all to us. The paint job on the doors are of poor quality, there are many dents on the materials, the doors don't shut and open smoothly, the dust covers at the bottom are ill-fit, the mirrors are stained and the assembly guys told us to clean it ourselves and we still can't do it and there are many such problems. The assembly guys also told us that they had given us a bag of spares with godrej stickers which they did not. My grandparents and my parents had godrej cupboards and I am the third generation customer. My son has witnessed the entire agony that godrej put us through and I doubt if he would continue the tradition.
                        When the mirrors were cleaned I found out that one of the mirrors is totally damaged with deep scratches. It became visible only after cleaning. Once the mirrors are pasted on the door it cannot be removed. Now I can't even buy a good mirror and replace it.

                        The mismatched godrej cupboard part is still packed and left in our apartment, it is collecting dust and bugs and it is affecting my husband's health, even today we had to go to doctor and one of the major reason for his illness is the stored long box by godrej in our home. Godrej is using our home as a warehouse after supplying rejected factor seconds.

                        I wonder when they will pick up the stored box which is in our home for more than a month.

                          My name is jayakrishna and i purchased one steel wardrobe from godrej store on 26/09/17 from visakhapatnam (Lic building near complex). My registered mobile number [protected] for checking order.

                          My first bad experience is with inside locker, where the locker door was not closing and locking was not done properly. I raised a complaint and asked to come on saturday. But i literally called 10 times to get the service person from morning (I called 2 times to customer care also), atlast in the evening 6 pm the service person came and repaired it. Here my question is why the product was not checked before delivery, do this company really have a quality check team.

                          My second one, i paid amount for mirror also when i purchased wardrobe, store person told me they will come and fix the mirror separately, but nobody bothered about that. After 20 days i called the store and at that time they were telling the specific mirror is not in the stock it will take 10-15 more days to come. Its already 20 days passed, still i didnt received the mirror, here again don’t you check the items are delivered or not after paid. Or at least don’t you be answerable to amount paid.

                          I am wondering how this big brand godrej is managing without proper workers, but soon these guys will pay for it.

                          Hope i will get proper reply from godrej.

                            I booked a modular kitchen unit through kitchen decor kottayam on 30.12.2016. I was promised that the unit will be installed by the last week of february 2017. After repeated calling their office, the unit was delivered part by part by last week of june 2017. On installation i found that the colour of the unit differed from what i ordered and the door of the crockery unit ciuldnot be closed due to a bend and the glass of its door has come out and the promissed free gift of chimney is missing. All my complaints to the dealer and your branch office i kochi to replace the defective parts went into deaf ears. Finally yesterday mr. Binay from your branch office in kochi informed me thst tge company's headquarters in bombay is not resoonding to to his request to replace the defective parts. Even after 10 months of placing order i am not abke to use the kitchen. Are yiu going to replace it or are you going to ignore our pleas?. If this letter fails to elicit any positive response i will sit on a dharna in your office in cochi from the 1st week of december.

                              I have been cheated by Godrej by selling below average quality Hinges and poorest workmanship by your dealer /partner Anagha Home solutions, Bangalore. from day one fit and finish was bad, after jus a month onwards hinges started failing, Now it even broke. the partner is washed his hands saying i am deliberately soiling the hinges. can you give me a solution???

                                On 15th oct 2017 i brought furnitures from godrej interior vip baguihati, kolkata, west bengal brunch. My order no is w0a008931. The shop people assured me that i will get delivery by 18th oct 2017 as i had an emergency. But today 28th oct 2017 and no one from godrej interior is giving me a confirmed date of delivery. Tried calling godrej interior customer care and local shop but no one is helping me.

At the shop i was assured to get my delivery by 18th october 2017. Today is 28th october and yet i have not got any confirmed delivery date from the shop.                                   I bought the wardrobe on 5.09.2017 .Order no is 53502 and the amount is rs.31120 .The wardrobe was delivered on 18.09.2017 and the middle back panel was not there during installation as it was not delivered . I informed Saltlake office and I received a mail from Avijit Malik([protected]@godrej.com) on 14.10.2017 which stated that sales order no WOA007815 will be delivered as per availability . Still the problem is not solved.Its been 55 days after my order.Delivery and installation pending. I have replied to mails many times but received no replies from the other end.I have contacted the showroom many times but they couldn't tell me exactly when this issued will be resolved.
