Godrej Interio — Poor quality product and cheating with customer on the name of brand, unprofessional support by service maintenance person

We had purchased a Godrej interio Vida Sofa, Squadro Queen Bed and few more items with approximately 1.80 lac. We go with brand because of trust, quality, service and we are ready to compromise with price due to these factor.
After 2 years all products STUFF STARTED SPOILING, due to I called to customer care, they have sent one person after seeing my product he suggested 2 OPTIONS
1. He said we will change the stuff and will charge 3500/- BUT NO GURENTEE and this service has provided by GODREJ
2. I will repair the same with cost 7000 to 8000/- with GURENTEE, BUT THIS SERVICE IS NOT PROVIDED BY GODREJ.
I WAS SOCKED, I AM NOT GETTING IS THIS GODREJ PERSON OR LOCAL VENDOR?
NOT EXPETED BY GODREJ, THEY ARE CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER TAKING HIGH AMOUNT WHEN WE PURCHASE THE PRODUCT and NO MAINTENCE JUST SENDING THE LOCAL VENDOR.
Just at edge of warranty period the bed's cover started peeling off. It was then realized that the product was actually a paper lamination.
Paying 10% of the price of a generic BED and SOFA just within 2 years we need to pay another 8000, we feel duped by godrej interio under the shelter of superior brand name.
We are requesting for help and remedy for this kind of frauds at store lying and misguiding about the products(as we are no experts we trusted the brand)
Which is totally unexpected from your brand
This is totally dis-pointing from such big brand...
SOFA is of very low quality and the cost is 45, 000/- Better go with local vendor not WITH GODREJ INTERIO
Please help me in resolving my issue with the sofa maker and make it legal not to use these kind of cheap leather to fool people The local representative are giving fake commitments only.
We are paying high amount and if product is getting damage after 1 or 2 years, then please take an action against GODREJ INTERIO.
Please find the attached image, due to poor quality of sofa stuff, it getting damage where ever the stitching is there, even they will repair the other 2 seater sofa will get damage and then again. I want the proper solution and take action against GODREJ INTERIO.
IS GODREJ INTERIO SELLING DEFECTING ITEMS ON THE NAME OF BRAND.
IF THIS ISSUE WILLNOT RESOLVED ASAP THEN I WILL TAKE MORE ACTION AGAINST GODREJ INTERIO
