    I have order an godrej expresso cofee table on 3 june 2018.
    I did full payment on 3 june 2018 only, today is 24 july almost 2 month is going to be completed. Their is no any status update.. No any revert. I called many times to godrej showroom gajuwaka vizag. They are not responding anything and only telling lie and deceiving customer. I have taken this item because of your brand.. But now i regreting because of your poor service.in future will not recommend to anyone.

      I had purchased one 3 door steel almirah from your godrej show room at kankurgachi address p-44, cit scheme 7 m, kolkata 700054 on 08.07.2018 making full payment of rs 25953/ vide order no 61213.

      On 11.07.2018 the almirah was delivered to me in packed condition. When the person for fitting the almirah came on 13.07.2018, he said one door was defective and needs to be replaced. I have called godrej show room and

      Service centre many times and i am being told that this needs approval from mumbai and will take a lot of time without specifying any specific date. I have given my old almirah and as a result i have to keep all my valuables in

      The open.

      I have purchased so many items from godrej previously but never did i have such a horrifying experience i am an employee of lic of india and my colleagues are astonished to hear my experience as we are using so many

      Furniture's of your esteemed company.

      Finding no proper answer, i had to official lodge a complaint against your dealer.

      I am attaching the scanned copies of the receipts for your ready reference.

      I would like you intervene for a immediate replacement of the defective door.

        Sir,

        I purchased SQUADRO KING BED and SQUADRO 4 DOOR WARDROBE from your showroom ABID ROAD;HYDERABAD. on 31/DEC/2017.

        PAYMENT RECEIPT NO:188807. for Rs.58743/-

        PAYMENT RECEIPT NO:251609. for Rs.50000/-

        Total amount: Rs108743/-

        Purchased at ABIDS center.

        In the month of JAN supplied the items.

        While assembling your service personnel realised, that “ HANGAR RODS AND LOCKING ROD FOR THE WARDROBE” not supplied along with the other items.

        They couldn’t complete the assembly of wardrobe.

        They complained to the service centre.

        TILL TODAY THEY HAVE NOT SUPPLIED THE REQUIRED RODS.

        When I contacted the Show room, they gave me the toll free no [protected].

        I could not contact through this no, every time I am getting the tone ‘your call is in que wait’ . I waited for hours together but no use.

        I never excepted the GODEJ company will treat the customer like this.

        Now I am repenting that why I have chosen this company product.

        NOW I DONOT KNOW WHERE TO COMPLAINT AND WHOM

        Please do something on this issue if you can.

        I ensure next time I will not make any attempt to purchase your products.

        I advise my friends also by quoting my experience with your company.

          I have been wasting my time following up with Godrej customer care and the showroom representatives. Inspite of repeated request and complaints, no one from their end has responded to my complaint.

          Even the replacement request or refund request has not been initiated yet. They have a superb 'don't care' attitude representing a branded organaistaion.

            Hello,

            I am writing this mail with regards to the Godrej Interio products recently purchased from your Rajajinagar Branch in Bangalore. I am currently going through a very horrible and bad experience from your installation team. The products were delivered on 10th of July in the afternoon and on the same day evening I received SMS with service request numbers stating it was assigned to a Technician named Ramesh[protected]. When I called him and asked he said he would be coming the next day for installation. I waited and called him again since he did not turn up he said he will come the next day which was again a false commitment. And then when I called him again on 12th July he said, he said this request is not assigned to him so he will not be coming. Then, I contacted customer care and got the number of the supervisor named Jayaraj[protected]. He said he will send the team for installation today (13th July at 11 am). I called him today at 10 am to confirm if they are coming. He said they would be there by 11 am. Then I receive a call from Thejas[protected] who is the sales person through whom we bought the products and he says that Ramesh will be coming for installation on Saturday (14th July at 1 PM) to which I disagree and ask him for the installation to be done today. I also call Ramesh and he says that it cannot be done today and gives for vague reasons and excuses. I am not sure if they are going to come and install tomorrow or not since your installation team is well know for giving false commitment.

            I am feeling I did a mistake by buying Godrej products. I did not know that these kind of irresponsible people are in your team who don't care for anything and not bothered about anything. Worst customer experience I have ever faced in my life. GODREJ IS A MOST FRUSTRATING AND USELESS COMPANY WHICH DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS ONCE THE PRODUCTS ARE SOLD.

            PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRODUCTS I HAVE PURCHASED WORTH RS.3.5 LAKHS AND THIS IS KIND OF SERVICE YOU GIVE ME?

              Hi Team, This is my first experience with Godrej Interio which is now turning out to be horrible. I purchased a King size mattress from a supplier named "Home Furnishing & Furniture" near Marathalli Bangalore dated 4th March 2018 with a warranty of 2 years. Within 1 week the the mattress pressed down from one side. I informed the dealer about it and he told me that the same will be replaced "only" by Godrej team. We complained in Godrej customer care and got an update within a week that the mattress has to be replaced by the "dealer" only as this not purchased from Godrej showroom. I again called the dealer, Home furnishing and is still following up on the same. This has been 3 months now and we are still waiting for the dealer to respond as he is just not interested in replacing it.
              I really want to ask you 2 questions:
              1. Why do I receive a warranty card from godrej if you guys can't own your products? How can Godrej guide me to the dealer in case of defect in the product?
              2. How can you assign such sort o[censored]seless dealers who promise lot of things at the time of purchase of the product however if there is a defect later they are so unprofessional and rude that they don't even care to replace a product which is under warranty?
              I am not even sure to what extend will this complain be taken forward, but I would request you to please action on it as you still have option of proving that you guys are actually serious in this market and you do consider customers important.
              I have attached the bill and warranty card for the purchase.

                  I have purchased godrej storwel m2 (Pacific blue color) and morpheus king bed on 6th may 2018. Items have been delivered on 16th may 2018. Technicians came and installed on 18th may 2018.

                  Unfortunately both the items have significant defects. When items came from store itself have more defects how we would be like to use them. I have mentioned the same as unsatisfactory in the feedback

                  I have requested the godrej interio to replace both the items. I do not want any patch works to be happen before start using.

                  But still today 31 may 2018 i did not received my items yet. Inspite of calling the service person whom i have contacted in past he is not attending my calls anymore.

                  Storwel m2 has below defects:
                  1. Front doors have more gaps at corners
                  2. Color is faded inside
                  3. Both the doors are slightly bend
                  4. There are significant number of dent marks
                  5. At few places paint came off

                  Morpheus kind bed has below defects:
                  1. There are few dent marks on the cot steel material.
                  2. For the right leg head side paint came off at multiple places.

                  Godrej service is dead slow.

                      I booked a leoma chair with head rest on 29th april 2018, at godrej interio, lumbini avenue, gachibowli, hyderabad, with a promise to deliver it within 15 days. Whenever i call them, they say that the chair has come without head rest and if you want we will deliver it pending head rest, which is not agreeable to me.in this connection, i request you to kindly resolve it before this weekend or return my money back.

                        I would like to inform that worst experience with your one of the godrej showrooms which is situated at abids, in hyderabad. I have purchased single cot in the name of b. Chandrashekar, h. No: 18-7-709/7 chatrinaka, hyderabad-500053 vide receipt no: 21947 dt: 14/4/2018 through spot cash payment and in the bill the product delivery date has given as[protected] but sofar the product has not been supplied. Number of times i have phoned to the godrej showroom, abids branch. Some times they told me that i will call you after verification of the product status in computer but nobody phoned me. Sometimes if i strongly asked then they told me that the product will be delivered on 17th of may after that again they said the product will be delivered on 24/5/2018 after 24th of may they said 28th of may. I don’t understand one thing why these godrej concerned head’s/staff of abids, hyderabad branch are destroying godrej’s reputation, still i have purchased so many godrej products but i have never faced such a worst situation.
                        If you are not able to maintain godrej showroom in abids, hyderabad why don’t you close the showroom so that we will purchase products another one of your showrooms. If you’re not able to supply the product kindly return the amount with interest which was paid by me i never wait.
                        I therefore request you please see my pain and take immediate necessary action.

                          We had purchased a Godrej interio Vida Sofa, Squadro Queen Bed and few more items with approximately 1.80 lac. We go with brand because of trust, quality, service and we are ready to compromise with price due to these factor.

                          After 2 years all products STUFF STARTED SPOILING, due to I called to customer care, they have sent one person after seeing my product he suggested 2 OPTIONS
                          1. He said we will change the stuff and will charge 3500/- BUT NO GURENTEE and this service has provided by GODREJ
                          2. I will repair the same with cost 7000 to 8000/- with GURENTEE, BUT THIS SERVICE IS NOT PROVIDED BY GODREJ.
                          I WAS SOCKED, I AM NOT GETTING IS THIS GODREJ PERSON OR LOCAL VENDOR?
                          NOT EXPETED BY GODREJ, THEY ARE CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER TAKING HIGH AMOUNT WHEN WE PURCHASE THE PRODUCT and NO MAINTENCE JUST SENDING THE LOCAL VENDOR.

                          Just at edge of warranty period the bed's cover started peeling off. It was then realized that the product was actually a paper lamination.

                          Paying 10% of the price of a generic BED and SOFA just within 2 years we need to pay another 8000, we feel duped by godrej interio under the shelter of superior brand name.

                          We are requesting for help and remedy for this kind of frauds at store lying and misguiding about the products(as we are no experts we trusted the brand)
                          Which is totally unexpected from your brand
                          This is totally dis-pointing from such big brand...
                          SOFA is of very low quality and the cost is 45, 000/- Better go with local vendor not WITH GODREJ INTERIO
                          Please help me in resolving my issue with the sofa maker and make it legal not to use these kind of cheap leather to fool people The local representative are giving fake commitments only.
                          We are paying high amount and if product is getting damage after 1 or 2 years, then please take an action against GODREJ INTERIO.

                          Please find the attached image, due to poor quality of sofa stuff, it getting damage where ever the stitching is there, even they will repair the other 2 seater sofa will get damage and then again. I want the proper solution and take action against GODREJ INTERIO.
                          IS GODREJ INTERIO SELLING DEFECTING ITEMS ON THE NAME OF BRAND.
                          IF THIS ISSUE WILLNOT RESOLVED ASAP THEN I WILL TAKE MORE ACTION AGAINST GODREJ INTERIO

                            I bought godrej interio swing 5 inches healthcare range mattress on 27th oct 2017 from bangalore in shivaji nagar and have been complaining ever since to godrej and am kept waiting and being directed from one person to the other. This mattress has some bug infestation and due to this mattress my entire house is at high risk and for the last 5 months i have to vacate my one entire bedroom and can't use it so that the infestation should not spread in the house... After repeated complaints on the godrej toll free no their representative came n checked and clicked pictures and videos and accepted the complaint and fwd all the evidence to service or quality team and since then we r in touch with mr rahul from godrej who is verbally helpful and confirms that he has an internal approval for our mattress replacement but distributor is delaying the delivery. Now it's over a month to this story as well and the we are at status quo. All the talks with the abovesaid person is happening verbally on his mobile number shared by the godrej rep who came home to inspect we have no email i'd no addresses no written evidence of our ongoing complain. Just sick and tired of chasing this one person and toll free customer care number from godrej who confirms no timeline and results. After investing so much in a brand like godrej the infested mattress is what we get with an ongoing harrowing experience and no proper complaint process... Is there anyway we can get some concrete solution?

                            Post the complaint at this forum and after a trial of calls and mails with the company executives, the company resolved the complaint by replacing the infected mattress with the new one.

                              Sir. My name is pankaj kr. Deka from guwahati, assam. I have ordered a modular kitchen and 2 no. Wardrobe from godrej through mom, s creation beltola, guwahati a dealer of your esteem company in the month of january 18. But sir, till date after paying full amount on dated 14, april the above dealer is still not able to installed the above ordered due to non experience technicians and wrong measurements of the space which seems detoriat the level of godrej creation.
                              So sir, i request you kindly to enquire the present status of the above complain. I need your help because the guwahati office also not showing there active action. Thanking you. With regards,

                                I had launched a request on 02/05/2018 with your support team for replacement of godrej almirah locker lock with complaint no. P[protected] and on 03/05/2018 with your support team with complaint no. P[protected]. On both occassion my complaint was closed without any technician visiting my resident address or solving the complaint. Neither i received again proper justification why my complaints are closed without solution.
                                Then i was told to contact mr. Ubhe by mr. Sandeep from godrej who told me part which needs to be replaced is available with godrej mumbai office. But it will take 15 days to 1 month to get it replaced in technician.
                                I would like to know nasik and mumbai is about 5 hrs or 185 kms far from each other. Is this a logical reason given by representative of godrej.in this fast paced world today does godrej work in this manner. Even after having the replacement part a customer is asked to wait for 1 month.

                                And the other thing is why do you close my complains without any resolution.
                                This really strange and disgusting on part of godrej.

                                  We have purchased a godrej storwe m3 pacificblue on 28/04/2018. This item is delivered after 4 days and that too with faulty lock system. Delivery person and showroom owner assured us to fix this problem on same day. Now its 3rd day as on 05.05.2018, problem s still pending.
                                  Supplier name - bharat commercial agency, s p verma road, patna 80001 ph no[protected], [protected]
                                  Its highly disappointing to see that even godrej can deliver faulty product on 1st day.
                                  Just return this faulty piece and deliver a new tested product.

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam, As today afternoon my dining table glass got blast and it broken into small pieces, I was not accepting it from Godrej that such cheap material are used and I thanks to God that there was no one was near to this table as the blast was to loudly and spread the glasses in complete room as you can see in picture. So please do the needful as soon as possible and requested you to provide the replacement.

                                    I am attaching the picture and bill and I have submitted the broken glass to the dealer from where I have purchased and

                                    3 door wardrobe has been purchased on 30/03/2018.but fitting of the product not completed yet. authorise service centre make an uninterrupted harassment by neglecting my argument.They can, t give me any deadline for that.i have no option rather move pillar to post for my product.

                                    I had purchased a similar glass table from Hyderabad in March 2020. I subsequently moved to Bengaluru in September 2020. The unit I had received was a unit with a defective leg.Because of Covid the leg was replaced in March 2021. We have hardly used it for 6 months. The glass got blasted two days back and the pieces were shattered all over the house. Luckily we escaped.

                                      I have purchased a spilt ac from jaypee electronics, sambalpur in april 2017. After using 7 to 8 days the said ac discharging water drops and ice cube like rain hail storm sometimes in the midnight and early morning. I have lodged complains many times but, nobody hear to me. I am unable to sleep whole night. The ice cubes spread whole room during my sleeping hour.

                                        Since year of 1980 we have been purchasing products from godrej. On 15th april of this year we bought almira from one of your showroom which near to my place. After it was delivered we noticed that there is a rust in the back side of the almira. Which is totally unexpected from your brand. This is not the first time we have faced this problem, in 2014 &2016 same problem was faced. After repeated request they have changed the product.

                                        This is my humble request to you kindly look into this matter & after 48 hours we still didn't get our almira.
