I have raised a complaint on this request 2 months back and as of now no one has resolved it, and the service people are postponing the things. Apart from this i am not sure how that quality maintained by this company, they were simply avoiding the things. We are continuously following up on this issue but no response. What is the use of purchase this with more cost. Can you please let us know how we can go further.

I have purchased aristocrate sofa set (3+1+1) on 05/08/2011from Misra sales corporation, Etawah (UP). Now one sofa three seater is going to damage . So please repair it as early as possible

      Dear godrej interio management


      i would like to express my deep frustration at the kind of service we are receiving from godrej interio. This is the worst experience i have ever come across and much below my expectation from a company like godrej on whom i and my sister had placed deep faith.


      attached are copies of invoice for purchase made on 23 june 2017. Ever since i have been running from pillar to post to get the full order delivered. The part order delivered is also faulty and has dents, and is not as per the specification which were taken by your personnel from the jail road, delhi office. Your staff confirms this but has not taken any action till date.

      moreover all the lockers which were a part of the delivery have not arrived till date.


      it is matter of shame that your office is unable to confirm when the complete order will be delivered or the faulty parts will be replaced. This is after 45 days of placing the order. To top it up team godrej is not sure when the replacement and delivery will be done. We ladies have been continuously trying to follow up with godrej interio and have been given various excuses for this lapse of service. Even till date no assurance has been received. The staff at your showroom where the goods have been purchased have no solution in sight and have expressed that they have already raised this complaint in writing and verbally to the senior team but have not got any response.


      with our reliance on a company like godrej, we now have our belongings lying scattered all over the place and after continuous running around for something we have paid in advance we have no service surety from you. How long would you expect customers to keep waiting for someone to act responsibly at your end? How long would you continue to harass your customers.


      the company even does not know how to process the refund as we would not like to wait any further for someone to take action at godrej.


      we are now planning to use social media to share our experience and make other customers aware of the kind of service and quality offered by godrej interio.

      a harassed customer waiting for the 45 days to get what has been paid for in advance.

        Hi,

        I requested over a call for a 2 door cupboard at your amboli store.

        I made a full payment of rs. 17845 for it on the 25th of july.

        It's been a month now and i've been rigorously following up for delivery.

        In the first place, i placed the order as i was having guests from overseas on the 11th of august as the store promised delivery in the first week of august i went ahead and made the payment immediately.

        Dimple makwana is your person at the store and i always get to hear lame excuses like she was in a training, the body is made but doors are yet to be made, etc etc.

        I haven't received a single call to confirm delivery and nor are my mails ever responded to. I am the one who has to keep chasing. Now i've stopped following up and i haven't heard from your store at all! It's been really long.

        I need you to look into it at the earliest. It's a very unfortunate customer experience, almost amounting to cheating as i've made the payment in full and your people are absconding.

          I approached your vip road kolkata showroom in june 2017 when exchange offer was in force. I booked one bed with mattress, twin double door wardrobe with overhead unit alongwith inbuilt dresser, i paid rs.167954/- within 24 th. June 2017 but till date nothing has been delivered to me.

          I bought the loretta dining table from godrej interio in guwahati and the holders of the lower glass of the table broke. Therefore I request you to send someone to re fit and repair the holders. It is under warranty because I bought it on 21st January 2017.

                Today i have ordered a steel sliding safe which was confirmed by the dealer
                Kankurgachi store, p-44 c. I. T road kolkata. Ihave made the payment for that receipt n0. F33663.
                After booking the store had called me for refund reason mentioning that the goods is not in good condition, though at the time of booking they confirmed for fresh piece on sheduled delivery date 26/8/17 given.
                But the material is very urgent and i dont want the refund back,

                  I booked one slimline 2 door wardrobe and two slimline overhead units on 20/06/2017 against full advance payment at Godrej Interio franchise showroom; M/S GIRNAR; 11 Buren Roy Road (W), Behala Chawrasta, Kolkata 700008.
                  The wardrobe was delivered but till date the other two units are not delivered. Made several visits and phone call to the dealer with many assured false delivery dates. Called up Godrej Helpline. Was assured that will revert back on this matter after checking but no did.
                  What do I do now?!!

                      I have purchased a product "slide & store plus - white" of rs. 33125/- at your outlet godrej interio, vikas marg, delhi on 26-jun-2017.

                      But still date we have not received the product. After continuous follow-up your executive is saying that product is not available in stock which is very surprising for us. How your authorized stores are selling product and charging full payment from the customer if product is not available. We are very disappointed the service provided by the godrej. No communication and status update by your executive.

                      So please cancel our order and refund the money as soon as possible. We are not charging any interest amount of our money but please ensure that there should not be delayed at your end.

                        The product supplied was defective. The technicians who have come for fitting the bed acknowledge the facts and they have launched the complaint with the company. But till date no action is taken by the company to resolve the issue. On inquiring about the status of complaint the call centre employee told me that your complaint has been closed and they are logging a fresh complaint. I am doubtful about the action of the company.

                          I ordered a storewel in june second week and store sales team said product will be shipped in 4-6 weeks due to gst. We have been waiting since then and experiencing bad response when contacting, totally frustrating. I had great respect for the brand but after this incident definitely not recommend.                             I ordered a Storewel in July first week and due to GST the people told we cant track the stock and we will at most deliver it by July end but where witty enough to get the amount and put it in their pockets. And ever since that we waited waited waited and there seems to be no response and totally frustrating. You only have nerve to say "Wait for 10 days" and you could not even inform us and we have to call every time. I had great respect for the brand but after this incident wherever I go I would definitely not recommend someone to buy this product or service. This is the worst product buying experience I am having. Your delivery section is not aware of our details and they ask us every time. Even if that's the case why is it taking so long to update your server with GST things which should have been done before July 1. Even hypermarkets are able to sort things out and you guys stay solid in your response and thats definitely not good for your growth in the coming years. If you cant deliver it on time or unsure of the date why do you ask us to pay in advance. Your store has some freshers who don't show interest in explaining or you don't have time to inform us but seriously ACTING as if though you guys are busy and working. Have to say again that this is the worst ever experience I am having and I don't even know this will be heard by any one of you and ofcourse I know you don't care. Above all it takes 10 days to get the payment if I cancel this order and I am not sure whether you will really return it or again make us roam here and there. No wonder why people go out to buy outside India products than dealing with makers like you. Pathetic service. Pathetic Godrej.

                              We have booked a wardrobe from guru nanak pura jail road nd-110018 outlet on june 19, 2017 and were advised delivery mid july 17.

                              Despite several follow up's with various representatives of godrej interio no one has even given us any tentative date of delivery.

                              It's a sheer harassment as all our stuff is lying all over the place and we do not know whom to speak now and when to expect the wardrobe.

                                  I had ordered for a slim line 3 door locker body a utility drawer for a total of rs. 30024/-

                                  Item was booked after paying the full amount of rs. 30024/- on 12th june 2017 with a delivery promise by 17th june vide order confirmation form no 344301

                                  But it’s now 22nd july (Almost 40 days) and my item is not yet delivered giving me various reasons.

                                  I have been trying to reach every day the sales executive as well as store manager of godrej interio's show room at jj road, byculla, mumbai - 400008 where i booked the material. It is very hard to reach them as they never lift their phone. I had personally visited their showroom 2-3 times and returned back with only false assurance, quoting various reasons and good excuse of saying that the delay is due to gst implementation.

                                  I have been requesting my money back but they could not assure any time bound refund and continue given false assurance by saying it will be delivered tomorrow, tomorrow, then tomorrow and finally now it’s almost 40 days, my material is not delivered.

                                  To make things worse, now they are asking me to get the items from another dealership with a conditions to pay the dealer again in cash and thereafter they will process my refund and pay me back only after receipt from godrej. No time line has been assured as such for refund.

                                  I have been trying to get this resolved with godrej interio (Byculla) every day. But they are not helping me at all. I am totally disappointed by the godrej interio sales executive as well as store manager because of their noncooperation.

                                  I am a public sector undertaking sr. Executive in hpcl. We have been procuring 100% godrej officers furniture of crore of values every year. What a company godrej. After this episode i have second thought before buying godrej items. I definitely not recommend any of my friends and dearest to go for godrej items in near future.

                                  Please help in resolving my issue.

                                    My name is sangeeta mehra, number [protected]. This is a complaint against a conpany for whom, i had till now great respect. Godrej, a brand in itself has earned great respect in the market. I too have been a consumer for godrej since last 22 years. I am a consumer for godrej appliances, interio etc.

                                    My present experience has been, however very bad. I have been complaining about a sagged orthocare matteress since april 28, this year, the company was prompt to send the representative, who inspected the mattress, confirmed it as a defect, needing replacement and toook the measurement. Since then, we are waiting and after numerous escalations in phone, always get an answer that it is under process. Thereafter, there is no response.

                                    Really bad experience.

                                      Hi, i have purchased multiple godrej furniture items for my house. Items delivered on 28th june. During the installation, technician observed the dressing table drawer is not the proper one. So they have taken the complain and mentioned it will be deliver soon. Till 10th july no information from them, when i have called the service center they are mentioning it will be delivered by next 19th july.

                                      Service is "utlimate poor" worst, no message on the status, no service call nothing.

                                      Really is really "godrej" interio company. I was planning for complete interior decoration but sorry to say, it is really pathetic.
