I have purchased one dining table brawn with 06 pcs. Chair on 05.03.2017 from glory furnishers pvt. Ltd, taldanga gt road, chinsurah, hooghly, pin-712105 & tax invoice no.-15505 dtd.05.03.2017, & one money receipt no.-21223 dtd.06.03.2017, total value-rs.45, 300 are attached herewith. Photos of rusted stands of dining table & loose/broken white round of chairs are attached herewith for your necessary action please.

It is seen that stands of said dining table are rusted & 03 nos. Chair are defected as side white round rings are loosed. One of them is broken as it​​ fallen from chair. It is unexpected from reputed company's dining table & chair. It is costly materials. It seems to me that it"s made of bellow quality materials. There are no suffient space to your provided space to load all photos. So only 2 nos. Photo have loaded. Tax invoice can not load.

    Alexandrio sofa purchased for rs. 31, 387.50 started developing cracks within a year of purchase. Initially i was of the impression that the cracks were minor scratches. The cracks started increasing day by day and now the sofa is not usable. My hard earned money is looted by godrej interio by selling a sub-standard quality product for premium price. I have not listened to these warnings and now i am repenting for the same. It is understood that alexandrio sofa is discontinued by godrej due to quality issues and customers who had purchased this product lost their money.

    In view of the above, you are requested to refund my money or replace my product with a new one since i was cheated by godrej by selling sub-standard quality product.

    I have sent my contact details, bill and photographs in your mail ID- [protected]@godrej.com and [protected]@godrej.com (Sevrice head and VP) atleast 25 times. But no actions were taken to resolve my complaint. Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co. Ltd. is a company which has no business ethics.     I have purchased Alexandria Sofa on the belief that Godrej products are reliable and the company follows good business ethics. But I was wrong and your company has sold me a sub-standard, unreliable product for Rs. 32, 000/- which has not lasted for even an year. It is my hard earned money which was looted by godrej which I will not forget for my life. Further Mr. Narendra Singh, Service Manager at Indore again humiliated me by demanding more than Rs. 20, 000/- for repairing this sofa brought for Rs. 32000/-. The response given by your Service manager, Mr. Narendra Singh at Indore is arrogant, unprofessional and has changed my outlook towards Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co. Ltd.

      We hv booked office chairs of worth rs 59552.00 to your dealer - gupta furniture veethika, kanpur on 14.12.2017. They promised us to deliver the same within 3-4 weeks. But yesterday when asked for my booking status, they told us that it would take another one month to deliver our purchase order. This is very unprofessional way.
      Please do the needful.

        Hi godrej interio customer service,

        This is regarding the complaint p[protected], problem is still not resolved but your technician closed the complaint without customers consent.
        We have purchased a slide and store pro from godrej interio store sadhu vaswani road pune. Product was not installed properly. One sliding door is not smooth in operating. It is scratching the other door and is not smooth as other door. Sample product was very smooth at the store.

        I have complained about this problem 3 times to your customer care but they close the complaint without our consent.
        Technicians are not able to fix it seems to be a problem with the product. I have complaint about it at the installation time itself but your technician told that it will get smooth by time.

        I request you to look into this issue on priority.
        Hoping for instant resolution. I am not impressed with the godrej customer support though.

          Dear sir / madam, we purchased the mattresses from godrej considering it to be a reputed and well established company. The mattress comes with a 3 year warranty, however within the first month sagged, making it impossible to have a peaceful sleep. We complained for the same on september 19, 2017, the technician was prompt to attend on sept 24, 2017. He took the pictures, copy of bill, and all the measurements, with a promise to get the mattress replaced immediately. But till date nothing has happened. We kept on following up with the complaint on the toll free number [protected] and periodically, we receive a call from no. [protected]. The person tells us that the complaint would be resolved soon after getting all the details again, but no action till date. It was never expected from a great company like godrej, it is not a fly by night company, i guess.

            Booking reference : 98689 dated 14/11/2017.
            Dear sir,
            1 sofa model Rio 3 seater and 1 shoe cabinet booked on 14/11/2017 . On 9/12/2017 it was given to understand that the said materials have been alloted and awaiting delivery and requested for the payment of the balance amount. Accordingly on 10th December 100% payment was made.
            Though sofa has been delivered on 12th December, shoe cabinet is yet to be delivered. Your Tobin road branch at Kolkata is reluctant to get any pain against such non delivery of the furniture beyond the commitment made by godrej. It is therefore requested to please look into the matter and inform the status immediately or otherwise refund us 100% cost of cabinet including interest. If nothing is heard then I have no option but to knock the doors of consumer forum for such violation.

              Sir, had bought a recliner sofa in 2015 but by 2016 itself the levers were not working and also the springs were giving way. Exactly after a year when the warranty is over. Had called the service centre few days back and the survey was done promptly. After 10 days got a quote for almost 1/3rd of the price paid for the sofa. Upholstery are in satisfactory condition but the cushion & spring, lever need to be changed. Quote includes change o[censored]pholstery too. Called the service centre to discuss about the quote but it was quite discourteous and unmaking of a brand like godrej. Bought godrej for its brand value but seems the treatment is like a way-side vendor! So what should i do with the junk. Do you think i will a godrej product in future.

                I have purchased dual magic 6" (6 by 6) mattress on 19-04-16. Lot of issue in the mattress.
                1. Fungus issue
                2. Sagging issue
                I have complaint in the shop (Aug 12 2017) and they given bangalore dealer no name rahul mandal - [protected], (Nov 13 2017) he said send me the photos through whatsapp, i forward and he taken 1 week time for response, later he said with in (Dec 8th 2017) two days we will replace the mattress, but still now not happened. Now a days i called him he avoid my call he didn't response my call, i send the whatsapp aslo he read and didn't reply. Please dont buy godrej mattress.

                  1.I booked a 3 door Slimline Locker Almirah on 08.10.2017 and after lot of chasing and follow up got delivery on 28.11.2017 that too with a broken mirror which we did returned, not sure when this will be replaced.

                  2.The best part is this almirah was bought as part of exchange of our old 2 door steel almirah even after chasing Lulanagar Showroom (Rohit K) and several Godrej delivery vendor (Kiran B) our old Almirah was never picked up.

                  3. We were supposed to received a refund due to GST rate change from 28% to 18% which never happened.

                  It seems there is total lack of communication between showroom, transport and other Godrej middle man stuff. Lastly now these people have stopped picking up phone or reverting to calls .I had a pathetic and terrible experience with Godrej & Boyce mfg co ltd.                     This is ashish srivastava working as scientific officer in bhabha atomic research centre, mumbai.in 2011, i had purchased a king size bed and a dressing table. Within 4-5 years, both products gave a problem and last month i had lodged a complaint at godrej customer care (B[protected]). A engineer came to visit at my house at anushakti nagar, mumbai and he told that i will get a seperate call from godrej and then i need to send the photo of bed and dressing table.in another few days, i got a call from a mobile number [protected] and she gave me mr. Rakesh number ([protected]) and asked me to send photos. I send the photos through whats up (The same is attached here). Till then, i am waiting and there is no further action from your side. I even tried to call mr. Rakesh about how much i need to pay for repair but, most of the time this number is either not reachable or switched off.

                    This is not a expected post-sale service from a reputed company like godrej. I also visited your godrej store at vikroli and explained that same to the sales officer. But, he told me that godrej can not provide any help if the product is discontinued.

                    I am planning to purchase sofa and dinning table. But, i am afraid that within few years, in case if there is some problem, i might face problem in post-sale service. I also explained this problem to few of my friends at barc and they are also dual minded whether they should go for godrej or not.

                    I request godrej to take an immediate and strict action in this regard so that i can got satisfactory post-sale service.

What is all this going on at reputed organisation like yours? It seems seems you are using customers money for other purposes. It is true you are running your business from your customers 100% payment against purchase order and delivering the goods at your will. I don't know how long you can carry on like this

                      I went to ur Brabourne Road, Kolkata show room to cancel my order, was shocked to face the rude behaviour of the manager of the showroom. I request you to please cancel my above order and return my money as and when suites to your convinience. I am trapped . One thing you may note that I will not visit again your above showroom in whatever condition. Thanks for your alarming me about your unholy terms and conditions in your dealings with your customers.

                        Following up with godrej for last 3 months for replacement but no response. And their supervisor calls and says it will take 6 hrs to repair at home. If its a long process recommend to replace the sofa at the earliest. To buy a new sofa and repair it within 3 months is not at all acceptable form a reputed company like godrej.

                          Purchased "kreation 4 door cupboard with locker and extra half shelf" from apm mall store, ahmedabad on 22nd november 2017 with specific instructions to deliver before 24th december 2017 (As i am leaving ahmedabad for 4 months after that).
                          Cupboard was delivered on 29th november 2017. However, no locker and shelf was delivered.
                          Till date - 15th december 2017, i have been chasing people around to deliver the remaining materials but no response.
                          I have approached store person as well as customer service in mumbai for the delivery but no confirm date also has been provided.
                          Request you to escalate the process of delivery as i have been waiting for long for the remaining materials.

                            I have purchased godrej rocking chair thames model, from 4s interiors november 2016 damana square bhubaneswar, chandrasekherpur pin-751016,
                            I am a permanent customer of the godrej furniture from that show room since it is a very short distance from my residence. But the chair has been damaged, but due to several chasing 4s interiors is not paying attension in my complain. Unnecessary they are killing time to lapse the warranty period. Even i have lodged complain in the show room december 2017, 2nd still they have not attended not responded.

                              Good day,

                              This is to inform you that i had bought godrej frost free refrigerator 304 ltrs
                              Double door in 2007.
                              In july 2016, there was some issue in refrigerator so i requested for technician
                              Visit for repair in call center. Technician mr. Pradeep solanki
                              Visited the home for repair. During repair, we asked from technician if new
                              Shelfs / trays for refrigerator available in company as we need them
                              Because our shelfs are almost damaged.
                              Then technician convinced us by saying if you take amc for your
                              Refrigerator, i will arrange for same and dropped at your home by paying
                              Cost of shelfs/trays.
                              As i was satisfied with godrej company products and convinced by
                              Technician, immediately i issued the cheque to technician for amc.

                              Thereafter my wife and myself has been contacting at regular intervals
                              To mr. Pradeep solanki technician for arrangement of shelfs/trays.
                              But he was keep on delaying and not answering our calls.

                              Later in 7th sept 2017, my wife contacted godrej customer care and request
                              For shelfs / trays. Then she came to know through same technician that
                              Company is not making shelfs/ trays for our refrigerator. So she
                              Contacted mr. Dilip/ mr. Kuldeep senior personnel of franchise from
                              Where technician visited in order to make some alternative arrangement
                              As without shelfs/trays how the refrigerator can be used. The response
                              From mr. Dilip was very bad. He was talking rudely to my wife. As i was
                              Not in india otherwise i would have taken this issue ahead that time.
                              Mr. Dilip not only misbehaved and closed the complaint without
                              Consulting with customer.

                              Finally when i came back to india and again registered the complaint
                              Vide d[protected] on 1st december. Then same technician visited
                              My home and promised that he will check again for arrangement
                              If possible as he only sold the amc with wrong committement.
                              But i surprised to know on 6th december through sms msg
                              That my complaint again closed mentioning i refused to pay.

                              Soon after i re-register complaint vide d[protected]. Also
                              Contacted area manger of godrej delhi mr. Priyansh gupta and
                              Mr, ajay kumar on same day 06th dec 2017 and briefed about all above
                              Mentioned issue. Still waiting response from them.

                              Basis above all i officially registered a written complaint for
                              Following issues and will take the matter ahead till i don't get
                              Satisfactory response from godrej.
                              1. Selling of amc with wrong commitment by godrej franchise
                              Technician mr. Pradeep solanki
                              2. Rude talk/ misbehaved by godrej franchise personal mr. Dilip
                              3. Closure of complaints without consulting / visiting the customers.

                                This is to hereby bring to your kind notice that i shri sukanata kumar mondal, resident of ad 134 rabindra pally, kestopur kolkata -700101, have purchased a slimline three door wardrobe of ivory red colour from godrej interio store mohini palace, jyangra saha bagan, kolkata 700059 on 28/10/2017 vide cash payment receipt no.-wwc000060, where i have paid the full price including all the taxes. The said product has not been delivered yet to my registered address and the store has not even cared to inform me about the delay; the only answer that the store has provided me against my queries is that the product is still in transit. More over when in a recent visit to the store i offered to upgrade the selected product from ivory red colour to ultra marine blue colour at a escalated price, which was vehemently turned down by the store manager. Shri saugatha bannerjee with salesman code -901053 was the person who dealt the sales.
                                I am hopeful that you would kindly upgrade the item from ivory red colour to ultra marine blue colour, and deliver the product to my address as soon as possible.

                                  Till today not delivered and they are reluctant to communicate
                                  Mr tanmay was sales representative who entertained us, but he is transferred to brabourne road branch now so he doesn't communicating at present.
                                  Whenever contacted with baguiati branch they are lingering the issue..

                                  I bought a 2door slimline royal ivory almirah on 31st oct 2017.but still i m not getting. I paid fully amount at the date of purchase. I told them it is a marriage purpose. My marriage on 10th dec. What will i do?i called the vip road godrej interio kolkata. They told me daily lie . please help

                                    Dear godrej team, i had booked bed, coffee table, tv table, bed side table on 8th of oct at their main vikhroli show room. Which also is their manufacturing location. I had booked with the intention that i will get he material during diwali period in spite of being expensive than the market prices and godrej brand. However i have no words to explain my agony and anguish i have to go thr. After that. Pl note even after paying 100% advance during booking i had to go thr. It and still continues to go thr. The same. After 45 days the material started coming in bits and pieces. They also delivered faulty coffee table, and when technician came for fitment he said it is faulty and needs to be replaced, after that i was again left to fend my self and lodge the complaint for replacement. Also 25 days back i did all the formalities of lodging the replacement request spending lot of time and contacting their multiple numbers so called service numbers. Every time i call up for update they say, we will take it on priority and rso has been launched and some one will get back immediately, later on no one gets back to us. As on today that is after 65 days there is no update or the status of coffee table booked. It, s now very difficult to run after these people to get the update, and need to contact multiple numbers, since i exhausted all my options and energy required for follow up i am writing with a hope that some one form senior team of godrej will look in to the matter and resolve the issue. I request either to deliver the pending replacement table immediately or take back the coffee table lying at my end and refund the money. Also i advise all godrej furniture buyers to think 1000 times before buying godrej furniture or else be prepared to spend time on follow up at the cost of your energy level that to paying higher money than the market price

                                    I hope some one will revert with the immediate action on replacement of coffee table. Henceforth i will never advise any one to for godrej furniture, i also got the same advise not to go for the same but i made blunder of still going ahead and now facing this issue

                                        We have order a dining table 3 months back and was delivered a month back, which is still not installed and when called to customer care, he misbehaved like anything... The service executive don't know how to communicate and have no respect for customer... Now i want to know whether it will be installed or better you take it back, as anyhow it is useless for us, really disappointed by the service from such a reputed organisation.
