    I have purchased sliding and storage from godrej abids, the material came to my house 3 days back yesterday person came and told remove bed unless we can't install almarah, once remove call me when i removed my bed and calling from yesterday, no response and not saying when they will come also.
    Very arangant response by installation head and show room abids staff also, pls request very bad response by godrej staff.

        Please note i have booked a modular kitchen unit through rajni &co kolkata on 26th jun 17. That was supposed to be delivered by aug, 1st week. After a long waiting period the same has been delivered on oct middle and that also in part by part and finally found with many deffects. One item is yet to be delivered. Due to my job schedule i am staying abroad now but my wife was dealing with them alone and she is still facing extreme non co operation and harassment. She was told by the rajni &co staff that due to non availability some body else item was delivered to us and those will be replaced by our actual items very soon which has already received by them now. Unbelievable, this is what godrej the no one company is answering. Now whenever my wife is asking them they are delay delaying and making my wife going round and round. We have paid the entire amount quit long ago and without any delay. Yes there was some issue of software in your system and that is why we did hold our patience for longer period but now what, the items have been received at your end and why it is getting delayed.in kolkata there are plenty interio outlets but i feel this one is the worst and non professional outlet which we have ever came accross. Absolutely disgusting. We thought we should go to godrej in the impression that we would get the best customer service among all and after seeing all these i would at least not really don't believe and also lost our hope. This incident i would definitely upload to my fb so that others should at least once before they decide to go to godrej. Attached please find the photo of the receipt and order no.           Dear all,

          I have purchased modular kitchen from godrej (Loci interiors, delhi), 3 years back worth around 3 lacs.

          After 3 years, the hinges (From hettich) have now rusted. A complaint was raised to godrej (Service head - mumbai - mr fedrick) & at hettich.

          Hettich response was fast & service personnel came next day & as per his analysis, hettich fringes used by godrej were not meant to be used in kitchen & bathrooms.

          Till date, godrej has not reverted back, despite many reminders.

          Would request not to purchasegodrej modular kitchen, as their quality is bad, cost is high & service is very poor.

            I purchased dual magic mattress from akea furniture solutions #29, central street, corner showroom, shivaji nagar, bangalore-560001, karnataka.
            Purchase date : 19-04-16, paid amount - 15000/-, since 4 months mattress having some issue like fungus & mattress size is went low its actually 6"but its look like 3", regarding this issue i called and complaint so many time to akea shop (Mohmad-[protected]) and at the same time i complaint area manager (Manju - [protected]) and shared the photo also, but they didn't response if now days i called those people they didn't pick my call. Since july i following those dealer and area manager they didn't response,
            I suggests my friends and everyone please don't buy godrej product worst dealer and worst product worst area manager, worst shop dealer.

              I have purchased the godrej refrigerator and it is giving me heavy noise. When i raised the complaint at the time of purchase, the engineer visited my house and informed me the sound level is very normal and since the machine is very new it will take some time to reduce the noise level.

              Now it's been a year now.. But till now the issue is not yet resolved. I never seen the refrigerator can produce this much of noise. Sometime i can't even sit near to the refrigerator as the noise level will be very high and after sometime it will be stopped (Like someone switched off the motor)

                I would like to let you know that earlier, on the date of purchase when i received the chairs and dining table at my home, there was a joint crack in the chair. I informed your dealer the same, so they provided me the chair from a different variant. But i didn't object at that time and managed with it somehow comprising over it's design and received it.

                Now, there is another problem in the dining table. There is a crack in the joint of the dining table in such a less time and is defective and causing inconvenience.

                Therefore, kindly replace the product or fix this issue through your concerned authorities.

                  I had purchase shoe rack from akurdi, pune in jan.2017 and others worth rs.3.00 lacs the said shoe rack is defective and has been repaired three times but not cleared. After various follow up said product is replaced with new ordered in july 2017. Mr. Rajesh chavan executive sales (Mob.[protected]) take contact but unable to delivered my new product. Such delay and such service do not attract next time. Every day he fool us and promised for delivery and cheated. Such third class service not expected such brand godrej. Take necessary action otherwise move to consumer court

                    We have purchased godrej washing machine on 18.08.2016 and after 15 days machine has started giving problem. 4 times motor of the machines has been changed but still problem continues and last times motor has been changed on 20.09.2017. I demand immediately change the machine as i will not be able to continue with this faulty product any more. It has become a head ache after purchasing product from godrej.

                        We have ordered godrej interior modular kitchen & creations wardrobe at maharaja gruhavaibhav, shimoga, karnataka on 31st may 2017. But we received modular kitchen in september 1st week after lot of follow up. It is yet to be levelled. We have received part of the creations wardrobe in 1st week of october because of which technicians are unable to assemble the same. We never expected such a poor service from a reputed company like godrej. This has resulted in monetary loss, unnecessary travel, lot of physical strain etc to us. Pl check and take necessary action. We will have to think a lot for referring godrej interior products to others. Expecting your immediate and favourable reply in this regard.

                          I booked 4 door godrej almirah on 02.09.2017 vide refernce no. Woa001097 at home elegance, 16/5 old faridabad. At the time of booking i was told that maximum three weeks would been taken to deliver. But six weeks have already passed and still there is no intimation from your side with regards to the delivery. Such a poor response from a reputed company is matter of concern for the customer. At the time booking true picture should be presented and commitment has to honour. Kindly intimate the exact date by which my consignment will be delivered. I send email to [protected]@godrej.com on 06.10.2017 but till date i have not received any response from godrej side. Dealer is also making false promises.

                          Today i have received the material but i am sorry to say that one of the unit has not been supplied, without which Almirah can not be assembled. Seven boxes plus one for mirror should have been supplied where as six boxes plus mirrors have been supplied.What is the use of supplying incomplete material for me that too after six weeks of booking and registering complaints. I doubt whether i am dealing with Godrej or a road side company. My Experience this time with godrej is very bad. If this is the state of affair then it is not good for a company of repute. This time beside Almirah i have bought tension also on the eve of Diwali. Now i request you to kindly help me in getting my Almirah assembled without any further delay and do the needful to restore my faith in Godrej. Wishing you a happy diwali.

                            Respected sir,
                            Placed an order of slide n store wine red from godrej interio, jaspal inc (Chooti baradari) patiala (Punjab) dated 02/10/2017. Full payment of rs. 29580 done and promised the installation will be on 09/10/2017. During installation we get to know almirah's left door was absent.
                            Without even compensating they didn't even responded that whether the delivery is on or not. We called and they postponed the delivery due to their cause. The same thing repeated till 12/10/2017 and they confirmed that if the same thing happens they are going to refund the money. They are so irresponsible that they didn't even called up once to assure that the delivery is going to come or not. Today is 12/10/2017 and still they are in the same position.

                              I have purchased one godrej slider store for rs.29000/- that has been fitted at my house. Now i have been requesting to send the scratch card and bill for the same almirah. But the show room owner at mayur vihar-1, is not sending despite repeated requests.
                              Pls. Arrange the same at the earliest.

                                Hello,

                                I have raised a request for complaint for my 3-seater parto sofa purchased last year from godrej showroom at byculla. The complaint no is 147942. The stitching of one side has opened up but the other side is intact.

                                Godrej person visit my place and after inspection when i call the person he mentioned that the company has denied to repair it giving reason it has been torn due to usage. Please note i do not have small kids in my family who would damage the sofa. This ridiculous and not acceptable.

                                It is surprising that a godrej product, which is known for its quality & durability, has deteriorated within a year.

                                I would still request a senior person to visit again for inspection & take appropriate decision.

                                  I purchased a super magna king size bed from kharagpur.
                                  Tax invoice no.- 147. We are received damaged product from your shop. I already complained about the damaged product but four month going no replacement given from your end. We are totaly frustrated about your responce.                                     I am having very bad experience with goderej interio i bought a double bed matrees dining table and side table from vasundhara ghaziabad branch chairs of dining table all are uneven there is also problem in dining table the dilevery was late tecnician has not yet come to install side table since 3 weeks they didn't give me the lever of double bed and the polishe of double bed is also diapering from one side

                                      I n c goyal, had booked 4 godrej modular kitchens, for site address house no.-4, vijay block, laxmi nagar, east delhi-92
                                      That i had made the payment of rs. 3, 10, 000/- (Rupees three lakh ten thousand only) vide cheque no.- 000026 drawn on bandhan bank, preet vihar, delhi-92 dated 19/6/2017 in favour of steelmart, mahagun metro mall, easy day,, sector 3, vaishali, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201010 from my savings account a/c no.- [protected].
                                      Mr. Shubhit had contacted me and i had handed over the said cheque to him. He had issued receipt no.- 1375 dated-19/6/2017.
                                      I had earlier purchased two godrej modular kitchens in the name of my daughters mrs. Ankita goyal and mrs. Neha goyal through steelmart dated 29/9/2016 and 3/11/2016 respectively which were installed at the following addresses
                                      1) supreme towers, flat no.-902 tower no.-4, sector 99, noida, up
                                      Besides these two godrej modular kitchens i have purchased two godrej centurion almirahs, one customized steel almirah with 4 shutters and 1 dressing table etc for my house. I am very fond and fan of godrej products, all the original bill/invoice are with me which i can show on demand.
                                      That i have suffered heavy financial losses and i nc goyal is suffering from various incurable ailments and i am under treatment for the past two months, therefore the construction at the site has been closed permanently and i am not in position to pay the balance of rs.3, 12, 000/- to the steel mart. It is pertinent to state that the total amount payable by me for 4 kitchen is 6, 22, 000/- and i had paid to the steelmart rs. 3, 10, 000/- balance is rs.3, 12, 000/-.
                                      I have had several telephonic calls with mr. Subhit the owner of the steelmart godrej modular kitchens and requested him to return my booking amount of rs.3, 10, 000/- and told him that site is closed for which the kitchens were booked.
                                      You are humbly requested to refund/return my entire money of rs.3, 10, 000/- to us as early as possible and canceling the booking.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have ordered dining table, chairs and dressing table (Cost app 1 lakh inr) on 23 th sep '17 from gurgaon.

                                        It is really very disappointing that no one from godrej team has called us and confirmed about delivery date. I am following up with support team and even they dont know when it would be delivered.

                                        Can you please check and let me know the current status and when can i expect this deliver
